The Napa Inn & Spa

My Mejorest Amiga and I were celebrating a girlfriend’s get-away for our 25th friendship anniversary in Napa so what better way to enjoy it than a stay at the Napa Inn!? We stayed at the Turret Suite for our two night stay which had two beds, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and balcony! Breakfast was devine both days! They have a daily special you can enjoy or can choose from a typical breakfast menu. Check-in and check-out was super easy and relaxed. They have a parking lot or parking out front option. Everything about our stay was simple and without complaints! The staff is super friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean and comfortable! Totes thinking about staying here for our next trip! My three daughters and I had a very comfortable stay at the Napa Inn. We stayed in the two bedroom Chelsea Room. We were celebrating my eldest daughter’s birthday and they had a Happy Birthday sign in the room when we arrived. It was a very sweet and welcoming touch. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable with luxurious sheets. Breakfast was delicious with a different choice each morning. The lemon cookies in the evening were an added highlight. We are thankful that when we expressed how delicious the cookies were they were happy to email us the recipe! So grateful for the pleasant stay and welcoming hospitality by the Napa Inn staff. It was a perfect choice for us. Thank you.

We loved Napa Inn - the place has charm, the staff were all friendly and helpful. We stayed in The Victorian Room which was super clean and everything was working properly. The bed was very comfortable Breakfast was very good, and check in/out were smooth and easy, and the price was very reasonable. We only wish we could have stayed here longer!

This Inn was probably lovely 10-15 years ago, but it has not been maintained well. ||The location is nice and very walkable to downtown. The hot coffee at breakfast is good and the muffins were excellent. I loved the mugs they had for the coffee.||The staff is friendly, but they have no authority to do anything. We reached out to the staff regarding issues with the air conditioner, see pics, and the solution was to turn the AC on. One unit that wasn’t ever on was accumulating condensation and the other was operating only as a fan regardless of what combination of functions was pressed (although it was working fine the day of arrival). Nothing was fixed and one room remained incredibly warm our entire stay. If we could have opened windows, we would have been fine, but the room of windows were all non-functioning and the one in the other bedroom was painted shut. ||The carpet was disgusting: stained, dirty, and lumpy from years of use and neglect. The rooms smelled of dust/mold, which was not surprising since the curtains were gray from accumulated dust and the bathroom showed signs of both rusting and mold around the tub. Many of the other issues with the room could have been fixed with a fresh coat of paint and some screws, but molding, shelving, furniture needed to be repainted. The hook on the back of the bathroom door was loose, the curtain display on the door separating the rooms was coming off, the blinds in bedroom two were not well attached (see pictures of most of this).||Now the worst part. The noise. Every morning without fail, we were woken up between 6-7am with load noises both from the kitchen below us and from stomping upstairs. This was pretty constant until about 11am. The beds were comfortable. The pillows were great. We didn’t get a solid night’s rest because we were being disturbed every morning. These were not charming, historic home noises. I grew up in a historic home. This is also due to the property not being maintained properly.

If you’re sensitive to sounds I recommend reserving a cottage. The main house has thin walls and is fine but you can hear guests walking and talking or tv usage. The included breakfast is great. Reasonable price fairly close to downtown but a car drive for most. Bathrooms can be very small in the main house yet the king sized bed was very comfortable.

Loved staying in Napa Inn and Spa. We stayed in the Victorian room which is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast very good, and the garden very well taken care of. Wish we could have stayed there longer.

The room was beautifully updated, plenty of space room with a lovely bathtub apart from the shower. Staff made sure our needs were not just met but exceeded. Close to everything. Breakfast was spectacular each day.

From the moment you check in to the moment you check out, you’re enveloped in a personal touch. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast—fresh, delicious, and a true delight.||I want to express my sincere gratitude to the entire staff for making my stay truly exceptional.
