This is the best Filipino restaurant we have ever been to! My husband and I were driving through and looked up restaurants in the area. This place had excellent reviews so we figured we would try it. Everything was delicious, and our server Manuel was wonderful and very informative. We got Lumpia, shrimp pancit and my husband got the pork belly with peanut sauce, it was kind of like a stew. If we are ever In this area again, we will definitely be back. I also was very impressed with how clean the bathroom was. I almost forgot….I also had the calamanse dream which was delicious. It was kind of like a lemonade but I felt like it had a slight taste of mandarin.

This restaurant is officially in my top 5 favorite restaurants in Savannah. Narra Tree is an absolute gem for anyone craving authentic Filipino comfort food. We ordered the bulalo soup, chicken adobo, pork pancit, and of course, lumpia—and every single dish was packed with flavor and generously portioned. The bulalo was rich and hearty, with tender beef and a flavorful broth that warmed the soul. The chicken adobo was perfectly balanced—savory, tangy, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The pork pancit was loaded with flavor and came in a portion big enough to feed a small army (not that we’re complaining!). And the lumpia? Crispy, golden, and gone in seconds. Everything we ordered came out hot, fresh, and clearly made with love. The portions were more than fair—they were abundant. We left full, happy, and with enough leftovers to cover lunch for a week! The staff was warm and welcoming, and the space had a cozy, inviting vibe that made the whole experience feel like a home-cooked meal shared with family

We actually came here by happenstance, but we're very glad we did. The server was bubbly and attentive, and the food was amazing. Very good flavor, and certainly excellent value for money.

We were visiting Savannah and looking for something different for dinner - we were so glad we decided on Narra Tree! It was our first time eating Philippino food, and our server, Blade, was so helpful to give suggestions and explain the flavors of different dishes. He checked on us frequently and wanted our feedback. We had the chicken lumpia, chicken and beef inihaw, and a special cornsilog. Everything was full of flavor, tender, and portions were generous. We wish there was a location where we live because we would be there weekly!

We enjoyed a delightful Meal. We ordered lupia for app. My husband got the Buffalo soup. It arrived with a ladle to allow for sharing. It was huge. I got the Panzit. Yummiest all around.

Google
The food was amazing! We ordered a little bit of everything to try and all split it. Everything was delicious!! It was all so colorful and the flavors were so bright!! We even ordered 3 large orders of lumpia to take home with us! Hazel was our server and she was a complete sweetheart! We will be back soon!

Yelp
STOP WHAT YOU'RE DOING AND EAT AT THE NARRA TREE!!! It's so delicious and the customer service is second to none. A gem in Savannah not to be missed.

Yelp
So happy to have been introduced to this gem! I will be back! Service was wonderful and the food was delicious! So nice to find this spot on the southside, glad I don't need to go downtown to find a great meal. We started with the chicken lumpia -delicious would recommend any kind they have. Then we got that day's special (forgot the name) but it was a huge shareable pork belly (fun to dig in to!) with wonderful made in-house sauces and pickled onions. What a delicious surprise lunch! Seating area is nice and comfortable - tables with chairs and some booths. Bar seating also. I enjoyed the music playing. Full bar with unique sake cocktails and international beers

Yelp
Food was very good. Would probably taste better in person as opposed to to go but overall good taste.

Yelp
We visited on a Saturday around 1pm, and were seated immediately. Truly authentic Filipino cuisine, and we enjoyed it! The lumpia were so good, even with just a veggie filling, it was Hurston t with flavor! Our meals, tap si long and inihaw na liempo were so good! The garlic fried rice has uch a yummy taste. One everything was mixed together with the respective sauces, the dishes were elevated to an even more complex flavor profile. Wow! I might have a new favorite cuisine. Staff was lovely, there were a few ingredients missing from my meal when it came to our table, but we were given them when we noticed. The prices are great too, about $15 a dish with great portions. The interior is cute, but the bathroom needs a little tlc. Can't wait to go back !

Yelp
The food was super tasty - had the bricoli express - super yummy comfort food ! Can't wait to try other dishes as well

Yelp
We eat filipino food regularly back home (SoCal) and like to explore filipino food when we travel. Yelp led us here. Our party of 2 was greeted and seated right away. The restaurant decor is cute and there was ample parking. We ordered pancit bihon (yum!), beef kare kare (very tasty) and sisig (ok). I ordered a barako coffee and enjoyed its dark flavor. For dessert we ordered halo halo and it was actually really good with just vanilla ice cream which surprised us. They were out of ube ice cream for the halo halo and out of cassava cake which we were hoping to try too. We had a positive experience and next time we will try the lechon kawali. We could hear how crunchy the lechon was from the table behind us. The customer service is excellent. The waitress checked on us often and the chef stopped by for our feedback on the food. We could feel how much they value customers. I definitely recommend giving them a try.

Yelp
My boyfriend injured his ankles during our first night in Savannah so we had to go to Expercare Urgent Care the following morning. We were starving while waiting there so I did some research on Yelp (as usual) for places to eat nearby. This popped up with great reviews and ratings. Plus, it was less than 5 minutes away. Yay! We came in and were told to take a seat anywhere. Our server was a nice young lady who came by and filled our water right away. It was our first time trying out Filipino food so I was very excited. We ordered the chicken lumpia, chicken adobo, and crispy pork belly. Everything came out piping hot, crispy, and savory. It reminds me of Khmer cuisine with a twist. It was like eating home cooked meals. There were also plenty to take back to our Airbnb so we also had leftovers for dinner too. Highly recommend if you want exceptional service and quality meal.

Yelp
During our visit to Savannah, we decided to dine at this establishment. We opted for the pancit with shrimp and grilled liempo accompanied by pickled onion. Both dishes were incredibly flavorful and evoked memories of home. The ambiance was welcoming, and Hazel provided excellent service. Despite ordering cooked-to-order dishes, the food arrived promptly and was delicious.

Yelp
LOVE this restaurant. The Narra Special Lumpia, Bicol Express & Leche Flan were amazing! Great service and reasonably priced.
google avatar

Yelp
Comfort Filipino food and I highly recommend trying. Fantastic and friendly service. Seems like a great place to hangout with friends and family. I would come back to try the other Filipino foods! I got the pork belly rice plate and the pork lumpia. Pork belly was nice and fatty and could probably use a little bit more spice for flavor. I really liked the lumpia and would recommend getting that.
google avatar

Yelp
Great spot if you're looking to change it up a bit and try something new.. The Lumpia's were on point, same for the bbq Chicken and Beef combo plate.. The pork belly could have been finished a bit crispier but overall great flavor and house made sauces. Don't forget the San Miguel's too, quite a solid Filipino lager..

Yelp
Was visiting Savannah and found this place! It didn't disappoint at all. We ordered Pork lumpia which was really good and some Halo halo with leche flan, perfect for the hot weather. The customer service is nice and the restaurant atmosphere is cozy and homely.
google avatar

Melissa E.

Yelp
Food was delicious and service was great too! The only reason it's not 5 stars is that we really wanted the Halo Halo and they were out. but the flan was delicious too.

Yelp
SAVANNAH, GA / FILIPINO / WED 06-07-23 / DINNER +The customer service was excellent. +All the dishes we ordered were amazing. +Plenty of authentic Filipino dishes to choose from; you can't go wrong with any of them. Go check them out and give them some Yelp love!

Joy S.

Yelp
We look for Filipino cuisine when traveling and found the restaurant on Yelp. The ambiance is relaxed and welcoming. We ordered at least 10 entrees, shared between 6 hungry adults and still had some leftovers. The food was delicious and well- presented. There was only one dish ("Bicol Express") that we didn't enjoy due to its lack of a vegetable that's typically in this dish. In fact, there was no vegetable at all in the dish. The review rate is 4.5 stars due to this. Service was excellent; Hazel was able to answer all our questions and was attentive and patient. We'll go there again next time we're in Savannah.

Yelp
Restaurant is located in a strip mall. It has nice ambiance with bamboo separators. We got there around dinner time. We ordered sizzling pork sisig, grilled pork and fish escabeche. The food was decent. Food was sweeter than I was expecting. Portions were on the smaller size. They did say it was good for one when we ordered. Staff was friendly and pointed out some of the popular items. They also created a instagram corner for photo lovers. The best part of our meal was the dessert called Halo Halo (translation: mix mix). It comes with scoop of ice cream, crushed ice, various sweet jellybean palm fruits, ledge flan, red bean and much more. Perfect way to finish our meal.

Yelp
First want to start by saying our server was an absolute sweetheart and I need to write down her name so I can update this, because she's been nothing short of amazing the last two times we've gone. So starting off strong with the service. Next the ambience is pretty chill, it's a very cute restaurant with good decor. Lastly, the food is PHENOMENAL. We ordered everything our server suggested and it was all so fresh and delicious. We ended up ordering takeout like 5 days later because I couldn't stop thinking about the food. This is going to be a new staple in our weekly rotation for sure!!!

Yelp
Went to Savanna GA for a lay over and found this Filipino restaurant just 15 mins outside the busy touristy area. Nice interior with lots of space inside. Staff are very welcoming. For food we got some salmon sinigang. Its a sour and savory broth soup. This is one of my favorite filipino dish. They have pork and salmon option. It has spinach and other types of veges. We enjoyed the this soup a lot because it has its unique kick. Try it! We also got the bicol express. They make it different here. They make the pork crispy like the lechon kawali dish (deep fried pork) then they add the coconut milk. Honestly this is my less favorite dish in everything that we ordered. I know its not the authentic bicol express and I get it but I the way this was cook is not really my cup of tea. I can barely taste a bagoong (shrimp paste) in it and the coconut sauce don't really have so much flavor. I'ved tried this dish in any type of cooking style and I can also cook it so I will rate this dish 4 out of 10. We also got their pancit and it was actully one of the best pancit I've ever had in any filipino restaurant. It was full of ingredients like pork, lots of veges and they add some egg on top. It has a mild but not so weak flavor. My Filipino restaurant in Savannah GA! good food, friendly staff. I highly recommend.

Yelp
We had our son's graduation celebration here today and everything prepared for us was delicious!!! They were also very accommodating with some menu changes because of food allergies. Belle, the owner, is so gracious, easy to coordinate with and is very welcoming. They created this wonderful restaurant where it feels like "home". All their staff are so helpful as well. We are a big group and the food came in on time. They even have a karaoke that they allowed us to use! We had a fantastic time and hope to come again the future!! All in all, it was a memorable experience.

Yelp
I was looking for something different & unique while in Savannah for work. I went on a Tuesday evening, was the only dine-in customer. Owner was very nice and friendly. I ordered crispy pork belly Kare Kare. It was very good and wanted more and wished I could have tried other dishes. Will definitely go back again next time in Savannah.

Yelp
We went on Saturday in the afternoon and it was a wonderful experience. From the ambiance inside the restaurant to the service and food everything was 10/10! The waitress who attended us was the sweetest and her service was wonderful! We got the chicken lumpia and the bicol express. Both were full of delicious flavor, but I think the star of the show was the lumpia.

Yelp
Best Filipino Restaurant in town! Ambiance Service Quality Food Staff When I'm down I just visit this place and I always feel home
google avatar

Trixia-ann W.

Yelp
I've been to a lot of Filipino restaurants in various cities and this one in regards to ambiance is definitely at the top for me. Most Filipino restaurants tend to give more of a mom and pop vibe, but this one was so nice for a date or girls day. They had really cute decor, and picture worthy food presentation. Not only that, but everything we ate was so tasty and gave the traditional Filipino flavors in a nice, comfortable dining experience. The adobo fries were an amazing twist on a loaded fry. Also, the service we received was very friendly and welcoming.

Clayton R.

Yelp
Food = perfectly yummy Service = perfectly attentive Ambiance = very clean, neat and well presented

Yelp
This spot is a little treasure! The lumpia and chicken adobo are the best I've ever had! The flavors were great and the chicken was so tender it fell right off the bone. I'm new to town and Belle was so kind and welcoming. She even wrote down a few spots that I should check out around town! I will definitely be back!
google avatar

Lonnie J.

Yelp
Went during lunch and the food was so good!! We both ended up getting the sizzling pork sisig because it looked amazing. It was!! We also ordered the chicken lumpia to share which was equally amazing. We also had the most outstanding server. It was his first day and we were his first table. Outstanding young man who knew what the dishes were and could explain well. He was so sweet and attentive. Can't wait to go back and enjoy new dishes!
google avatar

Christine J.

Yelp
New to Filipino food and I'm mad I didn't try it earlier! The server was so friendly and full of great suggestions. We had the grilled chicken, the BBQ skewers which were seared beautifully and garlic rice. All were full of flavor and side sauces are an amazing balance! Just go, you won't regret it!
google avatar

Stephanie G.

Yelp
Don't sleep on this place. Their flavors are authentic and reminds me of home, especially the street food basket. It's served on a stick just as you would consume them back in the Philippines. The street food basket came with kikiam, fish balls and kwek kwek with a sweet garlic sauce. For our entree, we ordered the pork sinigang and grilled liempo, and both came with a side of rice. The pork sinigang was piping hot and the perfect amount of salty and sour with tons of veggies. You don't even need fish sauce to balance out the flavor. The grilled liempo was served with a tropical salad and the meat was marinated nicely. It's a decent sized pork belly but was too salty for my taste. Also I found the pork skin a bit rubbery but was tender. I highly, highly recommend this place!

Yelp
It's wonderful to find a Filipino restaurant in Savannah; we were born in Manila, lived there for many years and still visit family there. We visited Savannah for a few days, and because we didn't have a car, we got delivery from the Narra Tree. Although it was good to get those familiar dishes, it was also a bit disappointing in quality. The sinigang was especially disappointing, lacking the expected tart broth, and instead a fillet in a thick tomato sauce. Granted, delivered food in plastic containers doesn't really hit the mark, but overall, the food was just 'reminiscent' of the real thing -- as if someone told you that a dish was made with certain ingredients, but you didn't really get to learn how to cook it or make it deeply tasty. And the vaunted "special sauce " was not so special. Maybe a visiting chef from the RP could give a few pointers?
google avatar

Michael A.

Yelp
Amazing food! If you like Asian food at you will love the Narra Tree. From the friendly staff greeting you when you come in to the good service. This has been the best service I have gotten in Savannah this trip! The food has a great presentation and tastes even better. Great and delicious! You gotta go.
google avatar

Linda W.

Yelp
What a hidden gem! This little step mall has an amazing variety of places to eat! When you enter The Narra Tree you are greeted warmly and you immediately feel yourself relax from the crazy world outside. The food is delicious Filipino cuisine priced reasonably and served beautifully. We started with Chicken Lumpia which were larger than lumpia I have had in the past, but just as tasty and the small order was more than enough for the two of us! I had the Inihaw na Liempo grilled pork belly that had a great char on it, was still juicy and very tender. Hubs who never had Filipino food before had the Tap si Log and found it incredibly flavorful. Both dishes came with choice of steamed or garlic fried rice and sliced cucumber and tomatoes (on hubs). Adult beverages is limited to beer, wine, sake (cocktails) and soju. So glad we found this for our final dinner in Savannah area!!

Addie M.

Yelp
The food was great and reasonably priced very fresh and authentic. Very casual atmosphere with a friendly staff. Will definitely make this a regular go-to!

Yelp
What a great adventure! Really interesting spice/flavours. Service was excellent. Our server's explanation of the dishes was fantastic. Atmosphere was incredibly comfortable. Yum X a bazillion.
google avatar

Yelp
This is the place to come to when I am feeling nostalgic. It reminds this hawaiian and filpino of home.

Zoey D.

Yelp
some of the best authentic filipino i've ever eaten. almost as if your lola made it. the adobo is fantastic, the adobo sauce itself could be drunk with a straw on its own. service was also incredible. our waitress was so kind and personable and passionate about the food and stories behind it.
google avatar

Nesty C.

Yelp
Incredibly delicious food! And service was outstanding! We stopped by here after a long road trip and this place didn't disappoint. We had The Narra Special Lumpia, Pork BBQ, Pork Sisig, Sinigang, and Salmon Bicol Express. Everything was delicious. The ambiance here is very welcoming. I highly recommended this place.
google avatar

LA D.

Yelp
My home away from home! We went to this place due to the fact that it's one of the only Filipino spots in the area and since I'm Filipino myself, I was not disappointed with the experience. Employees are super nice and fast, food was DELICIOUS and the decor and overall feel of the restaurant was calm and nature-y. The owner even gifted us with some extra unused bamboo placemats that she had in the back when she overheard us talking about how much we loved how they looked and wanting to eventually buy similar looking ones for ourselves. Truly the nicest gesture ever, 100/10 will be coming back

Yelp
Excellent Filipino cooking, far better than Thai or Chinese. Very nice ambiance, friendly and attentive service, and the food was terrific. We will go again next time we visit Savannah. Highly recommend.

Yelp
I'm visiting a nearby base for work and found this gem . It has plenty of parking and is a good size restaurant with plenty of seating. My server was very kind and accommodating. She was very attentive in that there was no wait, she kept my drink full and was just all-around amazing. The food came out fast and was served hot. I am impressed with the food. It's definitely a place I will visit again the next time I'm in the area. I had the Chicken Adobo as it's my favorite dish along with a small order of Veggie Lumpia's. Neither disappointed and I know good Chicken Adobo from bad. If you are looking for great food, great atmosphere, and great service look no further. Check them out!!!

Riley O.

Yelp
Absolutely amazing!! Had this one night on our way through town, they're doing it up RIGHT. Everything was top notch!!!

Chinky C.

Yelp
We were driving back to VA from FL and decided to stop for lunch when we found this gem in Savannah. Food was great! We ordered lumpia, sinigang, lechon kawali, kare- kare, adobo and sisig, all of them were very tasty, neither salty nor greasy. Staff were very friendly and nice; in fact, it just feels like they are your long lost family member. Too bad we were not able to take pictures of our food; but, food portion was appropriate. Some servings can be shared (e.g. lumpia, lechon kawali and sinigang). I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a really good home cooked meals. We'll definitely visit again.
google avatar

Viviana G.

Yelp
This place is a little hidden gem in a shopping center . The ambience is perfect for a date night . We tried their lumpia which was delicious . Their beef was marinated beautifully. I can't wait to try more on their menu .

Yelp
Came here again july 2023, and there have been improvements since last time. They have also expanded as a restaurant and have more to offer, which is exciting. Our meats were cooked to perfection and delicious. I love the traditional vinegar dipping sauce and the side of pickled onion is a plus too! Our waitress was attentive and welcoming. It's a glimpse of gratitude to just sit here and enjoy food and watch other people bonding over Filipino food. It's a similar feeling that brings me to the inclusivity we have back home. I am so happy that Savannah has a place like this and I hope they continue to stay for the long run.

Douglas B.

Yelp
The Narra Tree is a hidden gem. The interior is nice with a relaxing atmosphere. I have eaten about 60% of the menu so far and everything has been awesome. The staff is always very friendly and enjoy answering any questions you have about the menu. I highly recommend trying them, you will not regret it!

Michele M.

Yelp
We stopped in for the first time for dinner. The woman who greeted us told us to sit anywhere we liked. Our server was a nice woman who came by promptly and filled our water right away. It was our first time trying Filipino food so we were excited to try the food. Our server took the time to describe each dish we interested in. We had the Lumpia, Escabeche and Pancit. The dishes were excellent!! Full of flavor and well portioned. We will be back. Great food and service.
google avatar

David G.

Yelp
Absolutely amazing service and incredibly delicious food! Had a phenomenal lunch and was smacked in the face with so much flavor. It was immediately clear that this place prioritizes freshly prepared and authentic cuisine. Every dish was absolute perfection. Our server was super friendly and helpful. The chef checked in to ensure the food exceeded our expectations. And wow! It certainly was the best meal we've had in a long time. BONUS: They have Red Horse beer!
google avatar

Noha S.

Yelp
I think I ordered the wrong thing here.. the chicken lumpia was awesome! The mama Mia mocktail was a guava juice with some strawberry flavor and seltzer, very refreshing. The shrimp pansit was definitely not my favorite.. I did like the glass noodles but not the other type of noodle (I usually do!) and it was all pretty bland as a general whole. The veggies were fresh but I probably won't order this again. We also got the tapsilog, the beef was nice and flavorful, the rice tasty but dry and the eggs way over cooked. 2 meals and an appetizer was about 45$ for lunch. I did see that my neighbor ordered some bbq meats on a stick and I am DEFINITELY getting that next time. The service was nice, the restaurant is adorable and the mocktail was delicious.. this place definitely has potiential to go up in stars.. but as of now I'm not running to go back.

Yelp
This place is truly a hidden gem in Savannah. The smells were so yummy and comforting the moment we walked through the door. The staff were attentive and friendly. The ambiance was tropical and trendy. But the FOOD. I am so glad we ordered extra to take home because it was sooo delicious!!! We will definitely be back

Tim K.

Yelp
Great food!!! Excellent service. I highly recommend this restaurant. We will definitely comeback to visit this restaurant.
