The memorial wall is a very moving experience with each heart representing the loss of a loved one to Covid-19. While walking the wall you witness the respect in the passers-by in pausing to acknowledge the huge loss. I've visted the wall many times while visiting London, its now become a pilgrimage in remembered our loss.

It's huge! Important for people who lost somebody and don't want to feel alone. Especially valuable for the front line workers who ended up not having much of a choice.

Very moving, seeing all the red love hearts with names and signatures of loved ones for their departed souls. Then imagine seeing it the endless memorial wall. Thank you Britain for the gigantic effort to make us not forget what we lost, who we lost, how we lost, where we lost, when we lost and why we lost so many lives! We hope lessons are learnt for the next generation

This wall means the world to me. My 29-year-old sister’s heart is on it, and every time I visit, I feel a little closer to her and a little less like she’s been forgotten by the rest of the world. It’s not just a wall, it’s love, grief, memory, and community in one place. Seeing all the hearts, each representing someone really missed, reminds me that we’re not alone in our loss and reminds us all not to be complacent about being prepared for a pandemic again. Thank you to all the volunteers who make this possible.

Absolutely amazing memorial to our lost loved ones, my son being one of them, who has hearts on the wall. The small group of volunteers who care for this wall are amazing! So sad that this memorial is need..but we couldn't wish for more. ♥️ Thank you to everybody. 🥰

To see this memorial in person is heartbreaking and sad, but needed as a reminder of those loss to this disease and the heavy toll on their family's. This is a must-see in person to understand the impact of Covid.

I lost my beautiful dad to covid. I found visiting the memorial wall and placing dad's name there comforting. A lovely place to reflect and to realise you are not alone in your grief. Respect and thank you to all the volunteers
