Please get your cashier a new iPod touch or iPhone from this decade to scan UPS packages or don’t but remove yourself as a UPS drop off. The line behind me just kept growing and I had to leave without drop off confirmation because she was having a hard time scanning the package. This has been an issue multiple times.

Placed a online order earlier because i live 3 minutes away. Ive ordered and dinned inside the scoop too, still exceptional quality to this day. I would argue that this is the best place in pasadena to get a burger and fries.

Truck started to idle, had no acceleration and finally engine died 10 minutes after putting gas here. Gasoline had water on it. Had to drained gas tank out. I'm just glad the motor didn't mess up at all. This place is selling bad gas at a cheap price. Beware!

Perfect date night place. Crazy good ice cream selections. Cozy patio and we enjoyed the "sock hop" music. I wanted to get up and jitterbug but my ice cream would of melted... So glad to see this type of store in our neighborhood as to another dreadful payday loan place, pawn shop, car lot. A place like this improves our neighborhood. Thank you for choosing this area. We need business revitalization like this. Somewhere young folks can go & do something besides get into trouble.

Most Friendly customer service compared to other gas stations, everything is neatly organized & makes it easier to find exactly what I want for snacks/drinks. FYI I won most of my scratch offs here, so best of luck & enjoy a tremendous visit at The Shop. Will be coming back more often 🤙

Great store and all the employees that Work there are very friendly! Except The owners son that likes to go there and Shows off with his girlfriend. Once i asked if they needed part Time help..i asked since he was at the register complaining help Didnt show to work. He offer Me $3.00 an hour and then laugh at my face....Im 59 years old i Think that was very disrespectful. He is nothing but I Spoil kid!!

Do not give the cashier the money and walk away before he counts it. They take that opportunity to steal money from you. I come all the way from my side of town to fill up gas here but I will not anymore. After giving $40 cash and receiving only $35 worth of gas with no explanation I will not return. I can not recommend a place that condones employees stealing from customers even if it's once Edit: No I posted on the gas station check Google that's a desperate attempt to have me remove my review. It's even labeled gas station. The ice cream place is ok but I clearly responded to the gas station encounter

All the reviews here are about The Neighborhood Scoop. This is titled The Neighborhood Shop which sits next door and is a gas station. The pictures all clearly show Scoop not Shop. Just wanted to make sure there is no confusion even though it appears there already is.
