"Across the road, be sure to check out their sister bakery, the Neon Croissant, which sells exceptional ginger molasses cookies and croissants the size of my face."

Wow! My cousins from NYC have family that lives in upstate NY and they took us out to a few local spots. This was our second stop after visiting a local brewery. Staff was very friendly, there was a few options for cookies and bread. The shelves looked bare, but we also went an hour before closing. The salted bread was delicious. The desserts was amazing. This is a cool, little spot. I will be back when I'm back in the area.

How cute is this??? Adorable! I was greeted at the door, served quickly and efficiently. All the employees were friendly and seemed happy to be there which was so nice. The place itself is decorated nicely and judging by the lack of product left to buy, it's a busy weekend place. Located conveniently on Main street with ample street parking the Neon Croissant is close to everything in Livingston Manor.

Imagine googling “croissant near me” and finding a bakery that looks appealing that doesn’t require you to drive as far as Brooklyn. That’s exactly what the Neon Croissant provides, high quality, buttery, fluffy pastries in Sullivan county. Their croissant, chocolate croissant are amazing. You should also try their pepper brioche: it’s more like a milk bread, but it’s excellent nonetheless. They also have a cronut, that despite having cinnamon, is quite good.

The same owners as The Walk In across the street and just as wonderful! Great vibes and a cronut that is 10/10! Must go.

I am a resident of Nashville, TN; I needed some delicious baked items for an upcoming birthday for a dear friend in Livingston Manor! The Neon Croissant exceeded ALL expectations! Everything was exquisite and beautifully done! Thank y’all and thank you Lilly!

We greatly enjoyed all the baked goods we tried from The Neon Croissant. The croissants are truly exceptional; the pastry texture is similar to what you find in France. The dense, fudgy brownie was also delicious, as was the cinnamon bun (just the right amount of icing -- not sickly sweet).

Probably the best croissant I've ever had. Must stop spot if in Livingston Manor

Delicious croissants and baked goods! We visited Livingston Manor for the weekend and stumbled upon the Neon Croissant. The service was friendly, interior was bright and inviting and the croissants were amazing! Highly recommend!

Yelp
Our original plan is to have lunch at "The Walk In" and then go across the street to get some baked goods. It didn't happen as The Walk In was super busy and no longer taking any more orders. So we good a lot of bake good. My favorite was the croissant. Buttery and flaky. What a fresh croissant should taste like. I love that their sweet items are not super sweet. Like the cinnamon bun and the brownies were perfectly sweetened. We ordered one of each of their cake by the slices for our desert after dinner: carrot cake, key lime cake, and chocolate cake. We were lucky that when we were, there were no lines, but I noticed the place got packed very fast. It's a very small bakery with only two tables inside. I guess it's meant mostly for take out and go. I'm glad we stopped by, and next time, we try The Walk In again.

Yelp
Returned to try more treats. Upping to 5 stars! + Chocolate cupcake - amazingly close to the Brooklyn Blackout cake at Two Little Red Hens, I now get this every time + Brownie - great + Key lime tart - awesome + Chocolate chip cookie - perfect + Lemon shortbread cookie - awesome + Cinnamon roll - delicious and so huge

Yelp
Loosing the charming and always open, Brandenburg Bakery to the Neon Croissant is a real loss to the Livingston Manor food scene.

Yelp
This is hands down the best croissant you will find in the states. The smell of the bakery will actually lure you in (how I got pulled in) it was a spontaneous stop but I'm so happy we stopped in, the croissants are to die for. I tried the chocolate croissant on my first time there and was blown away, a perfect mix of fluffy, buttery, chewy and crunchy. Whatever they're doing, they're doing it right! It was so good that I came back the next door and drove 25 minutes out of my way to bring some home for my family to try. Definitely urge you to stop in and try it out!

Yelp
We've seen Livingston Manor go through more than one boom-and-bust cycle over our twenty years here, and there have been a number of bakeries that came and went. Neon is by far the best, and I hope it's here to stay. Everything I've tried here has been best in class. Go!

Yelp
Ordered a chocolate cake for my husband's birthday and we received a partially frozen cake, not a fresh cake. It costs over $60.00. Cake was very good, but unable to freeze the leftover, since it was already frozen.

Yelp
BIG ASS CROISSANTS. Anytime I need a giant pick me up after a night of drinking at The Stumble Out Bar, across the street, I get myself a big fat and flakey croissant. Warms my tummy and is good for the soul. 50/10.

Yelp
Wow. Every single thing is incredible. I'm from LI and stopped with my family yesterday to try a chocolate chip cookie and chocolate croissant. They were so good that we had to go back today. We tried a little bit of everything - brownie, cinnamon bun, lemon shortbread cookie, chocolate croissant, focaccia, and coffee. Everything was delicious....like realllllly delicious. The place is adorable and staff is friendly. This will now be a stop for us on all upstate trips.

Yelp
The place seems to have done a decent job convincing the new "locals" and tourists that this establishment, and their sister location across the street, are ones of value. I've never been more disgusted with a way that a place does business. Stop being fooled, they do NOT value their employees nor do they care about the community that they invaded. I prefer my money goes towards REAL locals who care about REAL locals. Shared this on Facebook as well and I guess I upset the owner because it was removed, yet another example of the lack of value and morality when it comes to doing business.
