“I’m at a truly wonderful bakery with an amazing atmosphere. The presentation of their food is absolutely stunning, and everything tastes incredibly delicious. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed by the cozy ambiance and delightful aromas. Whether you’re here for a quick coffee or a sweet treat, this place never disappoints. Highly recommended!”

The food was amazing, and the service incredible! All of the items we ordered were fresh and very tasty. The portions were generous, and there was something for everyone in our party to enjoy. We will definitely stop by again when visiting the area.

The atmosphere was delightful, and the staff were incredibly friendly. We ordered the Nest panini, Tree of Life, beignets, and an Americano. The food was fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed the drinks as well. The service was attentive, with the staff bringing our food to the table, and all we needed to do was clean up before leaving. The patio area was pet friendly fyi. I highly recommend this cafe, and we will definitely be back!

I love having a delicious brunch with my family here. The food is amazing and there is a decent atmosphere to the place. You can also just go here to enjoy their delicious coffee and talk with your family or friends. They deliver the food but you have to clean up the table. I would highly recommend going here for a delightful family brunch.

Nice place for coffee or a sandwich. Had the chicken panni and the salmon croissant and coffees. The panni was really good. Nice place to start your morning walk around the rest of the shops in the area.

Waited online for 30 minutes to get a sandwich smaller than my hand (a small hand). Sandwich sounded amazing but wasn’t executed well. Not very tasty. The inside is boiling hot because they leave all the doors open and the entire restaurant is INFESTED with flies. Was disappointed, they also gave me a different tea than what I had ordered. They don’t except Master Cards

Wife and I came in for a nice breakfast on our day off. Food was delicious and came out MUCH faster than I expected. Coffee was delicious as well. And, despite being 14 outside, the indoor area was comfortable. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Have had breakfast here and always loved the croissant sandwiches. Friend and I went for lunch and I got a southern chicken sandwich - so good! Crispy and the croissant was super flaky. Friend is a vegetarian was able to get a nice sandwich too with fruit. Loved it too. A filling lunch without being too heavy.

Yelp
Overall The Nest is worth the trip for a casual breakfast in the Crabapple area of Milton. 3.75 stars. Parking is easy as there is garage and lot parking in the building complex. Parking on Sundays can get a little more difficult since Whitetail is busy with cyclists parking in the adjacent lot, meeting up for their weekend ride. Stand in line to order at the counter. The menu is on the wall. You pay at the register, get your number, then find a table. Pro tip: when it's busy designate an order person, have them stand in line and order for you so you can find your preferred table. There are tables both inside the building and outside on the patio, overlooking the busy street, the latter having nice umbrellas to provide shade. Everything is good at The Nest. Breakfast items are all upscale. We like the egg, cheese and bacon croissant. The +sausage option is good, too. It's a fork and knife type dish. The tots are a tasty side dish, but I suggest ordering them well-done. Otherwise they tend come out a bit on the light side. The Nest has some nice salads and a few lunch sandwiches like chicken salad. All are yummy. We don't love their coffee - it's just ok - but with the right barista their cappuccino's can be a work of art, with an intricate latte design on top. One note to ownership: the bus pans in the courtyard attract flies and bees. I know it's convenient to have them closer to the tables, but fwiw the number of insects visiting your customers' food could be reduced by moving the dirty plates and silver away from the seating areas. Service is simple. Entrees are a la carte and about $10-15. Sides are about $4. It's good to have The Nest nearby in Crabapple. Enjoy!

Yelp
I love their original location in downtown Alpharetta right near Main Street, and this location in Crabapple is just as great. Stopped in the other morning post-pilates class and it was a wonderful addition to my weekend! I went for my usual grilled chicken caesar wrap with a side of their waffle fries (sometimes I go for the tater tots because those are also crispy & delicious). I also ordered a latte (picture attached), which hit just right and warmed me right up. The Nest Cafe is designed so you order at the register and then you are given a number to bring to a table of your choosing. They offer indoor and outdoor seating, and it can fill up pretty quickly indoors (especially these winter months), but from my own experience, the tables seem to flip quickly and people are respectful not to linger too long if there are others waiting for a table. They have a pretty expansive menu for a cafe, and they even offer gelato for dessert. Their tree of life smoothie is absolutely delicious and another personal favorite, and I still plan to try their matcha and chai latte.

Yelp
Such a cute place! I met a friend here for lunch this week. I had been waiting for a chance to try it out since I had heard good things. Even though it was pretty busy, the line moved quickly and the service was quick. The food was delicious.

Yelp
We have loved the nest since before this location existed. We have dined here several times and done take out and curb side before. The food is always hot, fresh, and satisfying! Everything we have ordered has been amazing so you can't go wrong with anything. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is typically easy with the lot/garage right behind the restaurant just down the stairs. Every time we have people come visit we head to the nest and everyone is always very impressed. So glad this place is here.

Yelp
I was looking for a Brunch spot after dropping my dog off for a bath and this place was recommended by the groomer and was also the 1st spot on yelp when I was looking. Let me just say this, the food was GREAT! To make this review no so lengthy, just know all the food we had tasted good and this will be more on the portions, price, ambiance, and service. I had a Lolly Waffle (a waffle on a stick) with a side of tater tots ($11.5) and eggs. I wanted eggs and bacon but that would've been $7 extra so I just stuck with eggs only ($3). Most places I'm scared to eggs because I like them scrambled hard (no wetness) and this place had them right on the FIRST try. And it was more than just 1 egg too. My fiancé had the Southern South Croissant Sandwich with tater tots ($12.5). The sandwich was good the only caveat to this dish was that the chicken was a little spicy for him. (Granted he does not like spicy food at all) The Strawberry Mimosas pitcher ($28) ($8 for individual glasses) was not too overpowering on strawberries or champagne. We fined it all lol. One thing I feel they should inhabit is an overhead fan at the front door. With the doors remaining open, flies tend to fly in and this would prevent that from happening. So instead of just relaxing and enjoying the food and atmosphere, we were swatting our food constantly and using a napkin to cover the pitcher. Also, while waiting on our food, a bird flew in and was by another table making them get up out their seats. The staff acted accordingly and didn't panic and opened the garage style door to let it out then closed it afterwards. Due to constant shooing of flies I had to knock a star off. Hence the 4 star review. Also, it's not so much restaurant style where you have a waiter coming to take your order, but as soon as you come in you order at the register and it is brought out to your table.

Yelp
A new favorite brunch place for me in Milton. The Nest Cafe also has a location in Alpharetta, but I liked this one even better. My friends and I came here for an Eid brunch on a Friday morning and were all extremely happy with our experience. First of all, I have never visited a brunch spot with such reasonable (and JUSTIFIED) prices. They really didn't skimp on the portion sizes and the food was all delicious. The lollywaffles (9.95) and beignets (7.95) definitely lived up to the hype. I would recommend all of our main dishes: The Nest panini (12.95) Smoked salmon croissant (11.25) Egg and cheese croissant (5.95) Since we'd been fasting every day for the past 30 days, we accidentally ordered with our stomachs and all ended up in food comas. We also got sides of tater tots (4) and chicken tortilla soup, raspberry sunrise smoothie and a small matcha latte (~$4). I love that all of their smoothies are sugar free and they have an extensive coffee menu if you're looking for caffeine. There's ample seating indoors and outdoors and we got our food really quickly for how much we ordered! There's also a free parking lot right behind the cafe. A perfect brunch spot to visit with friends and family on a sunny day

Yelp
Yum yum yum! And consistent! My order was delicious and tasty and always correct when ordering deliver!

Yelp
I'm a regular at this location and really enjoy coming here with family and friends. The food is consistently great and the restaurant has a bit of a beachy vibe with the hybrid indoor/outdoor seating. The downtown Milton area is also a pleasant place to walk after a meal. My only issue is that I think they really need to improve their iced lattes. They taste different every time I get them (way too sweet, too much milk, not enough milk, not much ice, etc) and I've been consistently disappointed, especially after it ends up being $7. A latte like this really should be shaken. Pop's Coffee makes excellent lattes that are consistent and here's how they do it https://www.instagram.com/reel/CuRp34_rLfz/?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA== Here's what my last iced latte looked like from Nest. Syrup, milk, and coffee are separated. Not at all worth $7.

Yelp
Nest Cafe is a fast casual breakfast and lunch spot in downtown Crabapple. I've been to their downtown Alpharetta location many times, and I'm happy to see they opened another location. The menu is sizable, and my favorite items are the egg and cheese sandwiches and lolly waffles. The lattes are also really good. The outdoor seating is a great place to eat your food. Keep in mind the lines get really long on weekends. You can order online, but there is a $10 minimum.

Yelp
Nest Cafe Alpharetta We enjoyed our meal here. The tortilla soup had a little heat to it. A hearty mixture of veggies with small amounts of chicken & beans. It was also good for dipping, which I did with my chicken ceasar wrap. A bite of the wrap, then a dip into the soup. Although the wrap by itself was tangy & juicy. The wrap was grilled, with a perfect crunch, which held the ingredients in nicely. But I still made a delightful mess as usual. Wifey said she thoroughly enjoyed her California Croissant Sandwich. Which featured a chipolte mayo & Chipolte Gouda cheese. I stole her avocado slices & added it to my side salad that came as part of the wrap combo. (she dsnt love avacados) Tha food came 10 minutes after order. I prefer to sit while I'm ordering, but this is a Cafe, & everything starts at the counter. They bring the food to the table, so go ahead & tip when you pay. (which I really don't like bc I'm looking to see if the service is consistent) & the service was very good. It was early afternoon, after church, and there was plenty of Natural light coming through the many windows of the 50 seat cafe. There is plenty of parking behind the small mall area to accommodate all who come. Outdoor seating available. It's also a pet friendly atmosphere. Nest Cafe you have been Tongue Tested

Yelp
The food is prepared to customer liking . Friendly staff with a healthy option of choices. Offer a variety of frozen sherbets with fruit flavored as well as regular flavors. Delicious fresh fruits not frozen or thawed . They also provide discounts weekly of 10%_20% based on what's the promotion for the week. Great atmosphere where the entire family is welcomed. Indoor or outdoor seating is appreciated especially in the Summer and Spring . I always enjoy going here and having a delicious meal. Everything is Made-to-Order We understand that everyone has different needs and tastes. Our entire menu is made-to-order everyday. You have the option to change any of the breads or add anything or take anything off any item. We have croissants, bagels, whole wheat bread, rye bread, white bread, panini bread, wraps and gluten-free wraps available upon request!

Lynelle F.

Yelp
The food was average. The Summer Salad was difficult to eat and cut in the bowl it was served in. The experience was unfortunately dampened due to an influx of flies.
google avatar

Lynn B.

Yelp
Service was unbelievably slow. The restaurant was no more crowded than it usually is. Twenty minutes for one order to be served, while the remaining three of us in the party had to watch him eat. He finished his food while we waited another 10 minutes for two other orders. The final meal was served less than five minutes later. If service is going to be this slow, warn the patrons before they order, so they can decide whether or not they should bother.

Yelp
They have the best White Mocha Latte! Food is always good. Their customers rewards points go along way. The outdoor patio is very spacious.

Yelp
I decided to try The Nest for a coworkers going away breakfast. This location offers the "lolly waffle" (waffle on a stick, what fun!) as an option "to-go", and this is the reason I chose this location. Since it was a big order, $200, I placed the order the day before with a pickup time of 8:15. I walk in at 8:20, and I am told it's not ready, it'll be at least another 15 minutes. Now, I know what you're thinking, they are busy.. no, there are 2 gentlemen with coffee at tables in the cafe and 4 people behind the registers catching up from the weekend. Location is horrible. You pull behind the building and walk up 2 flights of stairs to the road and then along the front to find the business. Being in heels and a dress, to carry my Togo down to my car, this is something I would've like to have known. Very disappointing first interaction with this restaurant, I surely won't be back. I hope I'm on time for my 9:30 meeting...

Yelp
Excellent lunch spot. I had a really good wrap. The rose iced tea was amazing.Outside seating or in. Crabapple area is very pleasant.

Yelp
Oh wow. The new crab apple location is really nice !! It's more spacious and has lots of seating inside and outside for you. I was greeted quickly and got my food very quickly. I got a cafe mocha latte and California club on focaccia with tater tots. Wow. All of it was superb. I highly enjoyed everything. I was full from it and the prices are more on the higher end side but the quality is there. It's a great place to study, relax, or just enjoy some friends. Very nice chill vibes
google avatar

Terri M.

Yelp
I came to meet a friend I hadn't seen in 10 years! We had a pleasant experience with awesome service! The food was fresh and we was able to find perfect seating. Since it's a "seat yourself" kind of place, the tables are constantly revolving, so there's always seating with very little wait. You order first and then sit, and they bring your food out with a smile. I loved it here!!
google avatar

Raine S.

Yelp
What really sold me to come here was their lolliwaffles, and it was perfect timing that I happened to celebrate my anniversary with my fiance nearby that we got to try this place. Their breakfast sandwiches were really good and had more flavor than most I've had around. It was very nostalgic and nice. It reminded me of another brunchy spot on the west coast that I adore. I really wish there were more seating areas but it's understandably as it's on the corner of the street but I like that it was inside and outside seating. It's a pretty popular spot as there was a looong line. Would definitely come back for the lolliwaffles again.
google avatar

Charles G.

Yelp
In terms of food, this place is easily 5 stars! Sadly, the food is beleaguered by flies coming in the door they prop open for the ordering line. If they solve this space issue, I would raise the stars, but with the prevalent outside seating and the presence of a garage-style door on one wall, they are set up to bring the outside inside. Call me a Kevin as you feel led, but at this price point I expect not to have to shoo flies from my food while sweating from the rising temperature. All that said, the waffle lollipops are probably the best thing we had. My pancakes were also delicious, as was was my wife's smoothie and my daughter's grilled cheese. The frozen coffee drink was also good, but sweeter than I had expected. My daughter wants to go back, so perhaps next trip I'll be less curmudgeonly and update!
google avatar

Yelp
This location is new and much larger than the Alpharetta location. Every time I drive by, there is a line out the door, but it moves fast. I have been here a few times now, and it has been great. I have worked from here and the wifi is consistent and strong! Parking is easy in the private lot and since many of the other tenants in the area are not open yet, finding a spot was not a problem. Ordering was a breeze and they have a reward program as well. You get a number and can pick from tons of indoor seating to a large number of outdoor tables as well. Most have umbrellas and there is bar type seating outside, but faces into a brick wall. The inside has a vaulted ceiling so The coffee is excellent and reasonably priced. I also tried the hazelnut frozen coffee which was amazing!

Melissa S.

Yelp
After waiting ONE HOUR to get our food after ordering, paying and tipping 25%, this is what we got. My father in law never got his food. I'm writing this review 1.5 hrs after we placed the order. Everyone at the table got food after an hour and 10 mins. 1.5 hours later my father in law still hadn't eaten. We ordered beignets soon after placing our original order. 1.5 hours later still no beignets! I don't know how this place is in business if this is how it's ran. Food: check the pictures! My husband and I ordered Smoked Salmon Lox which is supposed to have cream cheese...almost no cream cheese. My daughters' grilled cheeses were barely warm and the cheese was barely melted. The coffee was good. My latte was delicious and thank goodness I got a to go cup, do not get a mug here cause you never know how your mug is handled! The servers were nice. But unsanitary. While waiting to order, we saw the barista making a coffee. She spilled a little bit and wiped the counter with a towel then used the same towel to wipe the mug all around including the rim. This drink was taken to a customer! The towel used was already dirty with coffee prior to wiping the counter. The counter was wiped and THEN the mug where someone will drink from... really gross! I wouldn't come back here. The excuse given for waiting one hour for food that was not exactly as described "we're busy and everybody is waiting an hour too". Great thank you. Can this be told to the customer when they are ordering? That would be nice. Also, there were several tables that ordered after us that got their food. I was told it all depends on what you order, we ordered grilled cheeses for my girls... level of difficulty in making this is minimal. The salmon lox didn't even have cream cheese so really... what's the excuse?

AnnaBeth B.

Yelp
My favorite breakfast place! Staff is great & super friendly. The food is always fresh and delicious- and they are quick with service too!
google avatar

Marie G.

Yelp
Great food that is very flavorful and fresh. We ordered the Turkey BLT and Southwest wrap. They were both delicious and served with a wonderful pasta salad side. Portion sizes were good. Peach tea rounded out a lovely lunch while sitting outside. However this is definitely a work-a-raunt. We had to get up to get refills. We asked an employee where the salt and pepper were and they advised we had to go back inside to find it. Each bill was $19 which I think was kind of high, considering we had to wait on ourselves. Considering their location in downtown Crabapple I'm sure they pay high rent though. Would've rather paid for sit down service for $19 and paid a tip.

Wendy D.

Yelp
I eat there often, as it is close to my job. Every time I've eaten at the Nest Cafe, Crabapple, it's been the exact same experience. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The wait is minimal, the restaurant is clean and the food is amazing.

Ami J.

Yelp
Ordering was fast and seamless, and the baristas and servers were very welcoming and polite. The food was OK. My omelet was as dull as a "skinny" omelet would be, even though I ordered mine with cheddar cheese and onions. My omelet arrived with almost no cheese or onions. I guess the cook sprinkled the tiniest amount of both into the omelet as they were nearly visibly undetectable and didn't enhance the flavor or texture of the omelet, at all whatsoever. A sad few bites. Omelet aside, I loved the tater tots, which were delicious, crispy and piping hot, and I also enjoyed my chocolate chip pancake.
google avatar

Briana S.

Yelp
Nest is a cute little cafe. It's not an in and out lunch destination. They do take their time and it does get crowded, so it does take a hot minute for your order to get to you. If you're in a hurry, you should order on their app. I got their Caesar wrap and waffle fries. Waffle fries were great. The Caesar wrap is warm, so if you don't like your lettuce warm, steer away.

David M.

Yelp
While it's nice to have a local cafe with patio seating, the food and drink leave a lot to be desired. On a recent visit the croissants were soggy and tasteless, and not worthy of the name. And the coffee was nothing better than Starbucks quality, which isn't saying much. All in all, fast-food quality with a tiny touch of style. Nothing more.

Doo H.

Yelp
I went for lunch the other day and ordered a. Delicious iced chai latte. The young woman Cass was so helpful in finding something I liked off the menu, as I Don't. Normally enjoy coffee. The chai was incredible and can't wait to come back for more!
google avatar

Yelp
Nice place but limited menue for breakfast my kids like it service is good and over all atmosphere is good
google avatar

Michael M.

Yelp
I brought my girlfriend her for brunch while she was in town. We arrived just in time as a line started to build shortly thereafter. There is not a lot of space inside for groups of more than 4. But there is plenty of space outside. There were a lot of unique menu items such as beignets and lolly waffles.
google avatar

Lori F.

Yelp
Visited 8am on a Saturday before the crowd. I found the register girl friendly, other employees were just standing around behind the counter chatting. They could step up on customer engagement like greeting you upon entering. The egg plate and lox croissant were good and the matcha latte! Plenty of seating available and disposable cups available to take your coffee to go!
google avatar

Ozzie P.

Yelp
Great place for breakfast or coffee with unique choices and seems to be always fall in the mornings.

Danielle C.

Yelp
Been in the F&B industry for 20+ years in Vegas, Disney, Oregon and Atlanta so i expect above and beyond at all times and I'm very hard to please and its virtually impossible these days to find quality combined with consistency, friendliness and delicious food/beverage for both breakfast and lunch. I'm so lucky to have Nest Cafe by my home to take advantage of the awesomeness they offer. Anything you order at any time of the day is hot delivered quickly. Great spot to get gift certificates as gifts for friends/family. They will thank you for introducing them to Nest Cafe. My "go to spot" for sure.
google avatar

Patrick N.

Yelp
Had such high expectations as this location is a short walk from our house. Location great, atmosphere good, staff absolutely pleasant. Unfortunately the food and coffee drinks will leave you lacking if you have true cafe standards vs cafeteria. Example: ordered the traditional breakfast only to find out the eggs are not made to order. They're basically liquid eggs out of a container so served "scrambled", but not scrambled like at home, more similar to cafeteria. Entree came with sausage patty, bacon, very basic toast, and sweet potato tater tots. I'm being honest here, this could of been a school or hospital cafeteria meal. My daughters meal is where I was really let down, as was she. We ordered French toast which was basically 4 pieces of large fluffy bread deep fried in what I swear had to be the same vat of oil they used to deep fry the tater tots. They literally tasted the same. My wife had a warm chicken wrap with salad which was fine. Literally just fine. Nothing special. My cappuccino was more like a 12 ounce hot milk latte with a shot or two of Espresso. At best this was a latte, but even that's a stretch. So 3 entrees and my cappuccino for $50 with 15% tip. If, and a big IF, we go back I'm sure it'll be for a mimosa for my wife and a very basic coffee or espresso for me. Cannot see eating here again.

Stella C.

Yelp
One of my favorite spots. It's always a nice and easy place to drop into and it's really consistent.
google avatar

Jordan S.

Yelp
The food here is so good! I love love love the beignets! A must try with the raspberry sauce! The sandwiches are awesome. I live for the paninis with some tater tots! Please don't sleep on this location, or do, more beignets for me! They are killing it and every-time I order, it's fresh. I've never sat inside but it look super cute with indoor and outdoor seating. Parking is in the deck and can be crowded so that's something to look out for, but overall 100% recommend!
google avatar

Yelp
We went here yesterday for my sons 21st birthday. The food was wonderful and will definitely return. I got the beignets with chocolate dipping sauce.

Yelp
Post Soccer Game lunch with grandkids was perfect. Roomy Patio for our group and a kids menu with sandwich's & chicken tenders heaven sent for the kids. Not to mention smoothies. Smiles all around. "The Nest" was favored by two of us as sandwich of the day w/mini fry basket of tots. "Doodah"enjoyed a panini club w/side of fruit. He cleaned his plate so he got a cup of strawberry gelato. I totally enjoyed my Chicken Caesar Wrap with side of pasta salad. A good meal was seasoned perfect with Caesar dressing and hot pressed making it delight the palate. Peach Iced Tea had by all adults not too sweet the flavor refreshed. Beautiful surroundings, great vibe, staff very friendly and on top of their game. Steady customers. Parking easy access to open parking behind building. Oh! family said they go to Breakfast here too! Love the Mini round Beignets tasty and yummy. Check it out! They have this one in Downtown Crabapple and another in Alpharetta. Enjoy!
google avatar

Brent D.

Yelp
So if you are looking for some coffee shop kind of food this place is for you. The food was poor tasting and if you are coming here for the waffle sticks don't bother they are trash. The only one I liked was the blueberry one. Beignets we're good but not real beignets they kinda taste like a Chinese buffet doughnut. As for the service..... these girls are over worked for the amount of people coming in to this cafe they were sweating red in the face and not paying attention to the orders that were over 10pm wait.. my order took 32 mins from time of card swipe to waiting and since they don't really have enough table space you should expect to stand for awhile. I Do Not Recommend if you are just looking at the pictures it's not worth your time or money for the price.

Yelp
Options galore! Be sure to checkout online menu beforehand or else it will take you a while to decide!!!!! Service was quick and super friendly. Meal was deliciousness. Absolutely loved the outdoor seating.

Ryan B.

Yelp
The food and coffee is great. But the staff is just amazing. I come here almost every Sunday with my four year old and one year old. They are so helpful. Today one of my kids made a huge mess. Two of the people just came over and helped. Just quickly. Without question. I'm so grateful for them. Wonderful people.
google avatar

Ayden M.

Yelp
A must try for breakfast in Milton! Everything on the menu seems to be delicious whether you choose sweet or savory foods! Our favorites are the chicken salad croissant and the blueberry pancakes. The tater tots are hands down the best side. There's even something for the pups. If you bring your dog for outdoor seating, they will bring you a water bowl and dog biscuit.
google avatar

Lori W.

Yelp
I ordered the Cobb salad with grilled Chicken. Essentially it's 1/2 mixed green salad with sliced ham, an egg, crumbled bacon, a slice of tomato and crumbled cheese. The grilled chicken was very dry and was three small slices. It costs $16.00 with tax and not worth it.

Nicholas S.

Yelp
Food and coffee is delicious and the staff is very friendly! Perfect for a peaceful start to your morning!

Yelp
This place is a great local place to have a cup of coffee. The food is maybe average on a good day. Certainly don't go for the food. Go for a cool outdoor cup of coffee with friends.

Yelp
Service, ambiance, food and coffee!! Location is terrific! Wish I could walk to it but a quick drive is worth driving past Starbucks ;)

Yelp
Breakfast spot Milton needed! The paninis, waffles, and beignets were delicious! Love the atmosphere.
