Awesome new shop offering only non-alcoholic beverages. Theodore walked us thru so many great options. Gave us a taste of a few great NA wine options and a couple delicious gin substitutes. Loved the Optimist the best!

The selection of alcohol alternatives and de-alcoholized spirits and beverages is amazing. Jess was so helpful in explaining everything and making the whole experience beyond enjoyable. I can’t wait to go back and pick up some more beverages

Very cool addition to the neighborhood! I love the fact there is a place to shop for alternatives (functional beverages) especially for the sober curious lifestyle folks! Very excited for this place. Tried their free spirit gin and it’s amazing!!!

Branding of everything is on point, so aesthetically pleasing! We were able to taste some of the product and it tasted so legit! Highly recommend coming here for all your alcohol free party needs!!

I LOVE The New Bar!!!! The staff is so knowledgeable about non-alcoholic drinks and the lifestyle of drink mixing. I hope they do mixology classes and eventually open a N/A bar!!! It would be so cool.

What a great shop! OMG I just popped in and what a great discovery. So many options and delicious non-alcoholic drinks!

The LA Times recently published an article about the growing non-alcoholic movement in Los Angeles. If you are curious as to what this new movement is about then visit "The New Bar"! The New Bar looks just like any other liquor store at first glance. You see what looks to be whiskey, gin, vodka, wine, champagne, coolers, & spritzers. And although it appears that way...everything in the store is nonalcoholic! Yep! Everything in The New Bar is nonalcoholic! And there is so much to choose from. They even have a nonalcoholic Negroni!!! On my first visit, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of knowledge the "bartender" (retail representative) had of all the drinks The New Bar had to offer. I was even able to sample some of the inventory, and they even had a daily drink sample from their "bar" to try. They have a mock bartender stand that makes the experience even more enjoyable. I ended up getting a Vermouth by Eleven Park (yes by the hotel in New York) on my first visit. The second visit I bought a nighttime wind down drink by Three Spirits called Night Cap. Both drinks have an adaptogen element to substitute for the alcohol. I LOVED both of the brands I bought, and can't wait to try more! I am hooked on this place! The New Bar has locations in Venice and on 3rd Street in the Beverly Grove area. The one I went to was the 3rd street one and it's located right next to Lala land cafe!!! There is an email list you can sign up on to get notifications on what is going on in the store. The New Bar does have drink tastings, new product launches, and collaborations with other products from time to time. The New Bar for is everyone. Whether you are looking to stop drinking alcohol 100%, just trying to cut back on alcohol, looking to add nonalcoholic drinks to your collection for your friends/family, or just looking to get more knowledge of the ingredients and functionality of the various kinds of nonalcoholic drinks, I highly suggest you give them a visit. It will change the way you view drinking wine and spirits!!!!

Super friendly & knowledgeable staff! They gave me suggestions and also some tastings. And the shop is so cute!

Stopped in today to check out the shop during its inaugural weekend. It's bright, beautiful and well-stocked with a wide variety of NONALCOHOLIC mixers, wines, elixirs, etc., all from small-batch producers. At first we didn't realize that the offerings were alcohol-free, but once we put two and two together, we loved the spot even more. There's a liquor store down the block, but nothing like this was in the area, so it's a wonderful addition to West 3rd (the La La Land next door opened a few months ago, while Eggy, on the other side of the shop, has been a maintain for years). The staff was courteous and outgoing, and provided samples of a "Dark 'N Stormy" and another tasty beverage (the name escapes me). Looking forward to stopping in from time to time to support another worthwhile local business. Welcome to the area.

Best spot to buy nonalcoholic beverages. From the moment you walk in, the staff and vibe are top notch - the people that work there are very knowledgeable and helpful. I love that I get to try something new every time I go in and get great recs for whatever I'm craving. It's a fun space to shop and their in store events are awesome!

I absolutely LOVE The New Bar and am so happy they are now part of the West Third Street community. Amazing Options, Incredible Knowledgeable Staff, Great Tasting Events, and a beautiful welcoming space. If you're thinking about cutting back or taking a break from Alcohol, this is the great place to start. They will help you find something for any occasion or something new that will turn into a new favorite. Theo and Vimi are the Best!

This place is the best (visiting LA and went to the WeHo store), so many of us may have tried one or two NA drinks (beer or wine or spirits) and how AWESOME is it to find a store that has EVERYTHING. Staff is so friendly, inviting and knowledgeable, and I especially love that I get to try something as soon as I walk in! This should become your go-to for day-to-day NA drinks, but also specialty drinks for parties. As if this isn't enough, they host really enjoyable events, too, which help build relationships and community in a non-alcoholic space. Cannot go wrong with a visit here!
