The Newport Belle, Riverboat Bed and Breakfast

My husband and I came here for our 5 year anniversary. The room was great. The atmosphere was peaceful and romantic. The staff were able to adjust the menus to meet allergens needs for nuts and peanuts and served quality food at breakfast and happy hour. Brandon gave good recommendations for restaurants and sight seeing. Thank you for everything! We had a amazing time. <3

My partner and I had an unforgettable stay on this luxurious floating B&B. The five bedrooms were beautifully appointed, offering comfort and privacy, and great ocean views. The complimentary homemade hot breakfast was a delightful start to our day, prepared with care and bursting with flavor. The happy hour was a lovely touch, fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, making our beach getaway truly special. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! Highly recommend this unique and exceptional experience. Perfect for celebrating a special occasion, or just wanting to take a well-deserved break from the daily grind… Randy, Brandon and Lexi are all gracious hosts :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

A unique experience that we both enjoyed. |Stayed in stateroom 4. Liked that it was upstairs and not above or beside another stateroom.|The directions are sent to you and need to be followed for parking in the correct area.||Brandon was our host and he was personable and made our stay fun. The riverboat's exterior was a bit off putting on a rainy day but once inside it was just fine. The stateroom was large and every inch was carefully utilized for quests' comfort: robes, bedding, shower was all there with views of the marina and waterway. The public areas, "salon" and breakfast area were spacious and had seating and a fireplace. |Happy hour was fun with drinks provided with a smile. Breakfast was well done and coffee was good.|CONS: be aware of stairs and a gangway.|We Recommend

We had the pleasure of staying on the Newport Belle for two nights this past week. What a unique experience. Had we stayed in a cookie-cutter hotel, I doubt we would have remembered our passing through Newport on our road trip. But this was a very nice, memorable experience. The boat is really beautiful. Our stateroom was well furnished and our breakfasts were incredible, especially when served on the rear enclosed sundeck. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner one morning as he poured our coffee. Also, Brandon was a terrific host and was also a great breakfast chef each morning. Thanks for the nice experience!

Don’t miss out on this cute bed and breakfast on the opposite side on Newport’s bayfront. Updated decor and comfy beds. The service provided by Brandon was top notch. He hosted a happy hour where I had a great old fashioned and my wife enjoyed a wine. Enjoy some snacks with your beverage. Your docked with lots of fishing boats and steps away from Rogue Spirits Sunset Bar and the Rogue Brewery for dinner. In the morning Brandon serves a great breakfast. Don’t miss out on this unique experience!

The Newport Belle shines! It is an absolutely wonderful place to stay. Upon arrival, your setting is views of endless boats and a stunning bridge! Upon entering you see your name welcoming you to your stay! No sooner than that you hear a heartfelt greeting and inquiries as to your travel. The space you are in is cozy and inviting! You then learn that’s where happy hour will take place as well as breakfast! Our room was so cozy and inviting. It’s easy to sit in and watch all the boats arriving with fresh caught salmon or leaving with those anticipating their catch! The room had everything: air spray in the bathroom, monogrammed towels, an eye mask, earplugs, and individual face wipes! Next to our bed was a stack of travel books that were really entertaining. Happy hour consisted of an assortment of delicious cheeses, meats, crackers, nuts, fruit, and various libations! Our host, Brandon offered many choices and outdid himself seeing to your comfort. Breakfast consisted of two entree choices with fruit, granola, and various breakfast goodies! He even accommodated those that were gluten free. My coffee cup was always hot and full. The people that we visited with were most enjoyable and delightful! I can’t say enough about this experience!

What a unique, charming and absolutely lovely place to stay. The houseboat was a cool experience. The hosts Randy and Brandon were warm and friendly, they went above and beyond making our stay memorable. The bed was extremely comfortable. Their attention to detail was noticed (including the double ply toilet paper and sleep masks). We were celebrating our 40th anniversary. Pic below!! Happy hour and delicious breakfast included. We loved our stay at the Newport Belle - it was a such a unique experience! We arrived just in time for happy hour with snacks & a free drink. It was nice to chat with the other guests & the view from the main area is scenic. We stayed in stateroom 3 on the bottom level. Nice comfy bed and water view from the window. I was a little nervous about a bathroom on a boat, but the shower was warm with great water pressure. At breakfast we got to meet & chat with the owner. We started with fruit, yogurt & small pastries. Then had a choice of banana walnut pancakes or a breakfast sandwich (salmon or ham), made to order. Brandon did a great job as chef, it was all delicious. We would definitely come back again!
