"I understand the Nieux is being developed in New Orleans’s 'Eiffel Tower' building at 2040 St. Charles Avenue as a members-only NFT hub featuring a speakeasy, an outdoor bar and lounge, and a multi-vendor restaurant. NieuxCo plans to sell 'first edition Mardi Gras NFTs' that will grant holders participation in Hotel Freedia and ShaSha Lounge as well as access to the Nieux space for parades, special events, private parties, food and drink, exclusive performances, bathrooms, and more — in other words, the group is effectively monetizing Mardi Gras." - Clair Lorell

I recently had my grad party there and all I can say was this space gave me the look I was going for. Rachel helped me out with everything and was always one call away when I needed her. The owner is very nice and accommodating with what I was requesting. I would definitely come back and use this venue again.
