The Nixon

The Nixon is a gorgeous property with high end fixtures, countertops, and quality amenities! Their motto of modern living, coastal charm is spot on. The staff is extremely friendly, personable, and prompt. The apartments are spacious including a large balcony and luxurious primary suite. Located next to an awesome Ogden Park, minutes from downtown Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, endless restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, and Mayfair outdoor mall. I cannot recommend the Nixon enough!

Beautiful property! The Nixon is fresh, modern, and fun. The interior of the apartments are stunning and the amenities are so unique. They have a putting green, pickle ball court, "groom room" for pets, and more! I've enjoyed my time at The Nixon and look forward to coming back.

This beautiful apartment community is highly recommended. The staff are professional and personable. The apartments are well laid out and the amenities are well maintained. It was the perfect choice for me!

The manager, Kayla, is incredibly unprofessional and extremely disrespectful in her communication. She comes off as scattered and disorganized, yet overly controlling without showing a clear understanding of how to effectively run the property. There’s also been constant turnover at the front office—new staff almost every month—which speaks volumes about the work environment and leadership. The instability creates ongoing problems and reflects poorly on the overall management of the property. Serious improvements are needed.

Everyone was very helpful moving in, The location is amazing. Everything has been great so far! The Nixon residence is an amazing place to live.
