The Nixon is a gorgeous property with high end fixtures, countertops, and quality amenities! Their motto of modern living, coastal charm is spot on. The staff is extremely friendly, personable, and prompt. The apartments are spacious including a large balcony and luxurious primary suite. Located next to an awesome Ogden Park, minutes from downtown Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, endless restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, and Mayfair outdoor mall. I cannot recommend the Nixon enough!

This beautiful apartment community is highly recommended. The Office Staff are professional and personable. The apartments are well laid out and the amenities are well maintained. The Cleaning Staff is also very friendly. They do an excellent job keeping the Club House clean & tidy!!! It was the perfect choice for me!

Beautiful apartment complex, and the staff is so kind and helpful! Love that they have cold brew in the clubhouse. Definitely recommend to anyone looking!
