Started off with some delicious martinis! The One Knight in Bangkok, and the Start Your Engines! The whipped Ricotta and Sourdough bread were fresh and creamy! For entree I of course had to go with wagyu burger which met and exceeded expectations! Highly recommend as they have delicious cocktails and just as spectacular of a menu! Highly recommend and will be going back!

Noble Goat is a welcome new addition to our regular restaurant "go-to" places. We love a place where we can feel comfortable, have a pleasurable staff professionally provide conscientious service, and have a menu selection that makes you want to keep coming back to try the next thing on it! Truly one of our new favorites in the area and we hope it continues it's fine quality standard!

We went to Noble Goat because Bryan Sikora is a master chef. We had pizza Calabreze - delicious but a little too spicy. The tuna crudo was also delicious.

We were really excited to try this place but unfortunately it just missed the mark. We got the octopus appetizer to share, and while it was plated beautifully, the taste left a lot to be desired. There was no seasoning at all and the sauce just tasted like nothing. It desperately needed some salt and citrus. It was also disappointing to pay $20 for 2 little tentacles and some romaine lettuce underneath. The entrees were a mixed bag for us. The trout was honestly delicious and was by far the best meal we had here. The sauces mixed together well and the fish was perfectly cooked. My only complaint from this meal was that I wanted a bit more for the price. The lamb on the other hand was not good. It once again tasted very bland. It needed salt or spices or anything. After spending $94 on 3 dishes and only one was good I can only give 2 stars. It's really a shame; I've been so excited for this place to open up and it ended up being a huge letdown.

So excited for Downingtown to have this lovely new restaurant. We loved everything from the atmosphere to the unique dishes which used many seasonal local ingredients which I always appreciate. The cheese board had great variety and quality. The octopus was cooked perfectly and the autumn risotto was flavorful with so much complex flavor. Ketlee (sp?) our server was friendly, attentive, and very helpful with recommendations. Can’t wait to come back :)

We were excited to try this place after eagerly awaiting its opening, but unfortunately, our first experience fell short of expectations. I understand that new restaurants often work out kinks in the first few months, but the larger entrees lacked the excitement we were hoping for. There’s a focus on braised meats, and I’m wondering if they’re trying to compete with East Branch Brewing. The Rigatoni Genovese, for example, was disappointing. The flavors of mushroom, white wine, and pork weren’t balanced, and the meat was overly salty and poorly integrated into the dish. The lamb shank ragú also left much to be desired—it lacked color and the cabbage, while potentially interesting, was far too salty. The slightly pickled flavor of the cabbage could have worked if the salt had been dialed back. On a brighter note, the chickpea fritters were a nice touch, but I couldn’t help but think a lamb kofta with a smear of hummus or tzatziki might have been more elegant especially with the well bodied and hearty pulled lamb. The halloumi cheese was nice but I think that could have been paired with a different cut of lamb with another chimichurri sauce or a brighter tasting dish. The pulled meats gave off a pub vibe, and the one-dimensional, salty flavor was overwhelming. On the positive side, the sourdough bread was delightful, made in-house, and reasonably priced at $8 for three slices, though some might see it as a bit steep. Overall, the portions were acceptable, but the dishes lacked the depth and balance needed to justify the price. The service was friendly, and our server was attentive, asking for feedback on the meals. However, a comment like “food eats first” while we took photos for our review felt unnecessary. In the end, the bill for two entrees and bread came to around $65. While I’m open to returning for the pizza or lunch menu, I’m hesitant to order from the small platter section again given the current price-to-quality ratio. The restaurant has a chic, modern atmosphere and is in a high-traffic location, so I’m hopeful they’ll find their footing. I wish them the best as they work through these early challenges.

Went on opening night with a few friends and the atmosphere, service and food were all on point. I appreciated how friendly all the staff was, great job everyone! The food - OMG - fabulous! We all shared from a variety of small dishes and there wasn't a single thing we didn't like, oh and that creme brulee was to die for!

We had a great experience here. Our waiter, Chris, was very knowledgeable about the menu. All the food we had was delicious and we enjoyed the fact it was BYOB. Highly recommend.

Yelp
FINALLY a great place close to home. Charming, with a slightly mid century modern vibe. Not pictured were an amazing Sweater Weater cocktail and Cuban Old Fashioned. Service was great and every bite delightful. Beets were bright and pickled, cioppino rich and decadent, octopus so tender and savory ... I had the lobster malfada pasta dish and it was divine. Looking forward to trying everything on the menu!

Yelp
Spent a special Valentine's Day here and it was lovely. The place is intimate and pretty. It is currently a BYOB but the drinks were great. The food was delicious and the service was great. It is located in a new apartment development area so I'm not sure about parking. We were fortunate to get a parking space right by the door but I did see a parking lot behind the building. We enjoyed our time here and I would definitely go back.

Yelp
They have very good ambiance and friendly staff and you don't wait long to be served. Much variety in the dinner selections and hard to get a reservation as intimate size and newish place with much local curiousity.

Yelp
Our second visit here and it's quickly become one of our Downingtown favorites. We've had most of the menu by now and I highly recommend the trout dinner and the crab dip in a skillet appetizer. Staff and owner are always friendly and very approachable

Yelp
Going to a restaurant within the first month of opening is never the best idea, but alas I went. They're still getting their sea legs for sure. Had to wait 20 mint to be sat after reservation time and then were told we need to put in our entrees quickly because they needed to turn the table. As for the food, overpriced and kinda underwhelming. The risotto was swimming in oil and didn't have much flavor. The beets were good. The pizza was also good very crispy, but small for the price. Overall, would maybe give this place another chance in a couple months, but in no rush to return.

Yelp
They've only been open a month but the food and service was outstanding. You can also bring your own spirits until their liquid license arrives. We had the grilled romaine, Noble sausage pizza and our son had the Waygu beef burger. Everything was delicious!

Yelp
I don't usually write reviews of brand new restaurants, but we had a great experience so why not!? We enjoyed our meal and had attentive service. For starters we ordered the chicken liver mousse, grilled octopus, tempura cauliflower, and grilled shrimp. The chicken liver was not what I expected texture wise, but it was super flavorful. I had to have the octopus after seeing it constantly in my Instagram feed for weeks. Luckily it did not disappoint! The grilled octopus was the highlight of the whole meal. It was flavorful and perfectly cooked. The cauliflower tempura, however, lacked seasoning. This was also true of the main course fried chicken (which otherwise would have been a great main dish). Our main suggestion to the kitchen would be don't forget the salt in your breaded items. We loved the cornbread side with the chicken though! The steak entree was our favorite of the two entrees ordered. We appreciated that it was sliced and really enjoyed the accompanying salsa verde. It's worth noting that Noble Goat is currently BYOB while they await a liquor license, so it's a great time to go check it out! Overall this is a welcome addition to the borough!

Yelp
Menu has a lot of unique dishes all sounding very good. The risotto was very good. One of the best writers we ever had, top notch. Will definitely go back.

Yelp
What an exciting new addition to downingtown! The food was spectacular and the bartender Carly was awesome. I can't wait to return and try more entrees!

Yelp
Great food and Atmosphere. Son and I enjoyed the short rib mole. Welcome addition to Downingtown area!
