The Nori Handroll Bar & Izakaya

Extremely good food. We ordered a lot of different dishes and all we perfectly on point. Couldnt ask for a better experience. Billie is an excellent server too! Sure this might cost 15% more than other places, but the food and service is 100% better than other places!

Omg, what an amazing gem in Las Vegas. The food was amazing, some of the best hand rolls I've had with so much variety. The service was excellent. This restaurant is a must visit. The soy sauce and wasave are house made and add such a nice quality to the food.

Outstanding service & food!!! Visiting the area for the night and decided to try it out. Outstanding Japanese beer selection, stuff you don’t normally find at an average sushi restaurant. Waitstaff was friendly and knowledgeable. Chef came over and asked how everything tasted and if I needed anything. Would definitely eat here again!

Familiar with Kazunori in NYC a Handroll Bar I thought to give this place a try and I was pleased. The sushi was fresh and creative. Their hand rolls are styled like a "taco". The nori are individually wrapped to keep the handroll texture as it should be. This also allows you to get your whole order and talk, drink, not have to rush into eating knowing the "nori crunch" window is fading. Handrolls should be eaten as soon as you receive it to ensure maximum crispy texture. They should give you a 2 second instructional on how to properly unwrap your handroll. The soy sauce comes in a dropper bottle..yeah I get the "cool" factor but just give me the traditional bottle. I ended up removing the dropper and poured it in my plate. The drinks come with a frosted mug. Perfect compliment after a long day. Nigiri was excellent, handrolls were very good. I will be back.

@lvfoodgoddess recommended this place, and it was on point. Every time we visit Vegas, this is our MUST go-to. The freshest hand rolls in town! Great appetizers as well! And the prices are affordable! Don't take my word for it.. try it yourself!

Not worth the price. The rolls added up to $66 - small rolls. The Uni + Otoro handroll alone costed $25. Uni was not fresh and the Otoro (which is chopped) wasn't real Otoro, Chutoro at best. Also I ordered Salmon Belly but got grilled salon instead? The rest are not bad.

Our friend invited us to have lunch at this place, and there were about 5 of us. We ordered quite a bit of food, which I forgot to take pictures because we were so busy trying so many dishes. It was oue first time, and we enjoys everything we ate. The service was great, but it was probably because there wasn't too many people there on a Sunday at lunchtime. They don't have their liquor license yet, but they said we could bring in our own. We went to the liquor store a few shops down and bought some beer and Soju. We definitely will go back and try more dishes. The oyster were fresh and tasted like they came straight of the ocean. I ordered the eel bowl, and it was delicious. The sushi sampler was different and had these plastic covers you take off the seaweed, and the plastic kept the seaweed from getting soggy. Loved it. Again, we will definitely be going back to try more on the menu.

I ordered Nori on Uber Eats. It’s so much better than other run-of-the-mill sushi places that you can’t even put them in the same category. I also appreciated how carefully they packed everything and the level of detail.
