The Nori Handroll Bar & Izakaya

Definitely one of my favorite places for fresh, hand rolls!! I love their Scallop selection on hand rolls! All of the hand rolls I’ve had are amazing but it’s the scallops that keep me coming back. Yasmin was very great too! TY

Omg, what an amazing gem in Las Vegas. The food was amazing, some of the best hand rolls I've had with so much variety. The service was excellent. This restaurant is a must visit. The soy sauce and wasave are house made and add such a nice quality to the food.

JB showed us around the menu really well. Enjoyed a pretty fair sampling of the full sushi menu with our group. All was great! Ambiance can be improved a bit to make it feel less strip mall like, but other than that everything was awesome!

Extremely good food. We ordered a lot of different dishes and all we perfectly on point. Couldnt ask for a better experience. Billie is an excellent server too! Sure this might cost 15% more than other places, but the food and service is 100% better than other places!

Outstanding service & food!!! Visiting the area for the night and decided to try it out. Outstanding Japanese beer selection, stuff you don’t normally find at an average sushi restaurant. Waitstaff was friendly and knowledgeable. Chef came over and asked how everything tasted and if I needed anything. Would definitely eat here again!

Five stars. The sashimi sampler at The Nori was incredible. Fresh, well chosen, and beautifully presented. JP was a fantastic server and made great suggestions. Chill vibe, fair pricing, and easily a new go-to in Las Vegas.

@lvfoodgoddess recommended this place, and it was on point. Every time we visit Vegas, this is our MUST go-to. The freshest hand rolls in town! Great appetizers as well! And the prices are affordable! Don't take my word for it.. try it yourself!

Familiar with Kazunori in NYC a Handroll Bar I thought to give this place a try and I was pleased. The sushi was fresh and creative. Their hand rolls are styled like a "taco". The nori are individually wrapped to keep the handroll texture as it should be. This also allows you to get your whole order and talk, drink, not have to rush into eating knowing the "nori crunch" window is fading. Handrolls should be eaten as soon as you receive it to ensure maximum crispy texture. They should give you a 2 second instructional on how to properly unwrap your handroll. The soy sauce comes in a dropper bottle..yeah I get the "cool" factor but just give me the traditional bottle. I ended up removing the dropper and poured it in my plate. The drinks come with a frosted mug. Perfect compliment after a long day. Nigiri was excellent, handrolls were very good. I will be back.
