I Love The Now In Santa Monica! The front desk staff is always so welcoming and helpful. I see Melinda once a month and she is the best!! She listens to my needs, remember all the details of what I tell her and always makes me feel so much better. I sometimes do the 50 min massage and sometimes the 80 minute. After, I always wish I just did the 80! They also just added infrared saunas which is awesome and I love to add a session before my massage.

I can’t say enough good about The NOW Massage in Santa Monica. From the moment you walk in, the entire experience is calming, clean, and incredibly welcoming. The front desk staff is always friendly (especially if you book over the phone and have questions), attentive, and professional—they set the tone for the whole visit. Every massage I’ve had here has been amazing, but Johanna is truly exceptional. I carry a lot of tension in my neck and shoulder blades, and she always knows exactly how to relieve it. She’s intuitive, skilled, and incredibly grounding. I leave every session feeling lighter, looser, and deeply relaxed. The NOW Santa Monica continues to be my favorite. The vibe, the service, the staff—it’s 10/10 every time. Highly recommend!

I love love love this place. So grateful that they are able to provide fairly affordable massages, in such a beautiful/well thought out space, with plenty of availability and booking flexibility. When I first joined, I tried to give every therapist a try! They all are wonderful and have their own unique feel. I now end booking most of my massages with Andrea because she provided a style that worked really well for my specific condition (scoliosis). I really look forward to my massages with her! But I truly feel everyone could find a match here and when my schedule does not align with Andrea, I can choose any other therapist and know I will have a relaxing experience. Thank you The Now for creating such a sanctuary!

The NOW steals your money. Massage was really great but the reason I went to the NOW is because my brother had given me a $150 gift card. So I took an 80min massage to use the entire gift card and my balance was $175 because of the tip. I asked them to use the balance of my gift card and gave my card to charge the $25. They charged the $175 and I noticed it a couple days later. I called them and emailed them To have the $150 refunded and for them to use the gift card. It’s been over a month and I still cannot get those $150 back and I tried through my bank and they didn’t have enough evidence to help me. So I am still trying for someone to help and I’m never going back because I don’t trust the management team sadly.

I had my first massage with Andy and couldn’t be more impressed! He’s incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and truly listens to what your body needs. I had such a great experience with the infrared sauna it was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and inviting. The sauna itself was incredibly relaxing; the heat felt soothing and gentle, not overwhelming like a traditional sauna. I could feel the tension in my muscles melting away, and by the end of the session, I felt completely refreshed and recharged.

Prior to scheduling an appointment, I thoroughly researched on Yelp. Terrie had received outstanding reviews, so I specifically requested her as my Swedish massage therapist. After my session, I felt like a whole new person - completely relaxed and satisfied. While I usually opt for Thai massages, nothing compares to Terrie's expertise. She truly understood my needs. I enjoyed my experience so much that I decided to become a member. The location is convenient, just a 10-15 minute walk from my home. The lobby is beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere with soothing music and pleasant candle scents. Daisy and Lindsay at the front desk were incredibly friendly, providing exceptional customer service and valuable knowledge. They even offered me a refreshing glass of water. I absolutely adore the ambiance of this establishment, and I am grateful to have found the best massage therapist in Terrie. Thank you to everyone for the excellent service provided.

I’m writing to express my concern regarding a recurring issue with your online appointment system and a disappointing interaction I had with a staff member today. Every time I book an appointment online, the system defaults to the Santa Monica location, even though I always intend to schedule at West Hollywood. Unfortunately, this has happened twice, and today it auto generated for Santa Monica location. As soon as I received the text message confirming the appointment (literally within seconds), I called the Santa Monica office to explain the situation and request that it be corrected. I was surprised and upset by how I was treated. The woman I spoke with who identified herself as the manager was quite rude and insisted on charging a cancellation fee, despite my immediate attempt to fix what was clearly a system driven error. I would have understood if I had failed to show up or hadn’t contacted the office, but this was a prompt, honest mistake caused by the website defaulting to the wrong location. The lack of understanding and kindness I received on the call was disheartening. I’ve been a loyal patient for a long time and have always had wonderful experiences with the West Hollywood team, who are truly amazing. Today’s interaction left me feeling unwelcome and unvalued, which was very upsetting. I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously and look into both the technical issue with the online system and the manner in which patients are treated when they call with concerns. I truly appreciate the care I’ve received in the past and hope to continue as a patient but I also hope for a more compassionate and helpful experience in the future.

I went to Terry for The Now with gliding cupping and she was amazing! The massage was relaxing and she was able to release a lot of tension in the areas I needed (neck and shoulders). She also gave me great advice on how to take care of myself post-massage in order to get the best results.

Pretty disappointing experience. The ambience is awesome when you walk in. You feel peaceful and relaxed but the music choice for the waiting room wasn't peaceful at all - definitely needs to be changed. The ac was Blasted and it was even colder than the weather outside. When you are getting a massage, you don't want to feel cold. Imagine having a sheet and a small blanket on you and still feel cold while getting your massage. I had a guy masseuse for the first time. He seemed to be rushing the massage and was being pretty gentle - it didn't feel like a massage at all. When I was getting a scalp massage, it was very gentle as well. I had to ask for more pressure and it still wasn't enough. For $300, it definitely was overpriced and not worth it.

My sister and I had a 50 min Jet Lag massage (with the Summerfridays jet lag mask) at this location. Initially, there was a bit of a snafu when trying to make an appointment, however, this was remedied by the Regional Operations Manager, Eva Talbert. Her kind and professionalism truly stood out and was highly appreciated by us both. The massage experience itself was wonderful. The facility is really nice and relaxing, with ocean wave sounds playing. My massage therapist, Diane, was very professional and listened to what I wanted for the experience. I am definitely considering getting a membership with them.

My masseuse was not good. She didn't get any tension out of my neck and shoulders. I was also charged an additional $20 for "Prenatal glow", which is basically just an up-charge to shame pregnant women. No added service or particular understanding of prenatal massage techniques. Overall, I felt it was overpriced for the mediocre quality of services.

The NOW in Santa Monica is a great place to get some relaxation and a good massage. Location: on Main Street in Santa Monica, not too far from Courthouse etc. Parking: can be a little tough to procure parking depending upon time of day, but there is a decent amount of metered street parking available. Waiting room: Warm and inviting feel with nice ambiance when you walk in. Host/ess are very nice/helpful. Pricing: recently gone up. A little pricey for lack of any spa services and can significantly add up if you include add ons (eg calm balm, etc). Quality of massage: overall pretty good. Not best massage of my life but definitely 4/5 star.

Gotta be honest, I was here like 3 years ago and it was awesome. But this one was pretty bad. I kept telling the masseuse to massage my right shoulder but she kept concentrating on my left shoulder. I could hear other people getting their massages too because they don't have solid doors. When I was telling my masseuse what I wanted to have worked on, she told me to shush. It's a professional place, but not worth the price like it was a few short years ago. Also, it ended at 50 mins on the nose and then she tried to upsell me on a higher priced package soon. It just didn't sit well because my review was already going to be low. I hope they switch something up, right now it's just not worth the price in my opinion.

I can't say enough good things about Terrie M. I've been going to her for years now. She is kind, warm, and masterful at what she does. She really takes the time to ask what's going on when you come in and ensures the massage is customized to your needs and concerns and I always walk out feeling like a new person. She works wonders!

So I have been going to The Now for over a year now and while I can't speak to membership practices because honestly despite nearly monthly visits don't want a membership--call it PTSD from past experiences with other businesses when it comes time to cancel . What I can tell you is that Manny A. is the best! I aim to get a deep tissue massage every 4-6 weeks because the tension in my shoulders and shoulder blades causes the most gnarly knots and it gets to the point where it literally starts to hurt even standing because my muscles start overcompensating everywhere else --Manny knows just how much pressure to use to actually untangle my mess of a back but without it being so painful you question why you did it! Highly recommend him! And in regards to reception, I've had pretty minimal interactions but everyone's been nice enough and i'm always taken into my appointment swiftly!

Manny is wonderful. Perfect pressure and very relaxing. One of the best massages I highly recommend Manny.

The Now is amazing! I've been getting monthly massages from Terrie for the last year and it has been the best decision I've ever made! Terrie is truly incredible at what she does and always makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I've referred her to several of my friends and they all agree that she is the best. The price is very reasonable as well. Definitely recommend The Now & Terrie specifically!!

Where do I even start. The moment you walk in, you're greeted with smiles from the receptionists. You feel welcomed and at ease. My favorite part is definitely when I see Branka, always radiating with joy and excitement to see me. I could be having the worst knots in my back and Branka will just works her magic and make me walk out of there feeling fresh and relaxed. She'll always take the time to hear me out regarding any concerns or pain that I'm experiencing beforehand. All in all, it's always an amazing experience and one that I look forward to eagerly every other week!

I have an 80 min monthly membership I've had for a year and a half. I love it!! I get so much use out of it. Nuch is fantastic!!! Highly recommend! I also think Troy is amazing. He is able to pinpoint very specific things about your body and ways to improve post massage.

It's a very cute place and my masseuse was really nice, however the quality of the massage was sub par. I purchased an 80 min deep tissue to work through tension in my shoulder and neck which I communicated, however that area was left to the end and didn't really get the focus and pressure I was looking for. It was more like a gentle Swedish massage than deep tissue. Also the massage table was wobbling around the whole time and was so hot, which made the whole experience distracting rather than relaxing. Sadly I feel like I wasted my time and money here.

Too much to even begin to explain my experience - from the masseuse to the set up to the handling of the entire situation. They eliminated the charge after my complaint but that didn't eliminate the pain. They should have offered an free massage to correct the atrocious first experience. Do not got there. Ps. do not contact me regarding this message or I will consider it harassment.

Booked myself a birthday massage for 50 minutes. I showed up 10 minutes late, was upsold on an additional service and ushered right inside without much ceremony and assigned a masseuse who was competent. 39 minutes in, he wrapped up and ushered me right outside. I understand that if a spa is on a tight schedule, you have to be particular about ending on time but the span was empty and I was given no notice that my $140 massage would be a whole 10 minutes shorter and the additional service upcharge would add nothing much other than like 2 minutes of oil in my hair. Kind of disappointed by the whole experience I think the masseuse was OK, not great. And the upscale massage parlor was a bit of a rip off. Won't be coming back here again.

I have been a member of The NOW for over a year and I can't say enough good things. The team at the front desk is very accommodating and efficient. Manny A. is the only person I go to for my massages; he's the best. I love the sound of the waves crashing and the zen atmosphere/ambiance they create.

For days I was reminded that my appointment was at 5:15. Then apparently they sent me a text once that said oh your massager changed and now it's 5. Like any human I remembered 5:15 because of how many time I was reminded this. So this place gave me a 50 minute massage instead of what I paid for and also made me pay the difference. They told me I was 7 minutes late and then I was even more late because I had to fill out their forms when I got there? Their rules are absolutely ridiculous and not understanding whatsoever. I have been struggling from serious stress. I left feeling more stressed instead of relaxed from the massage. I do not recommend this place. ALSO I was not even told about my "late" arrival until after my massage and after my credit card was charged. I hope to hear from management or I will be escalating this further

I have been going to The Now for about a year now with a monthly membership. Belkis is incredible and always provides the best service- clearly so experienced, addresses problem areas. Does fantastic deep tissue massage. The ambiance at The Now is great for relaxation. Staff always very friendly. I look forward to going back every month!

The best place to get a massage in the Los Angeles area. I've actually tried other locations and they are all fantastic!

This company not only has the worst customer service, but the employees that work there are incompetent. On top of it, the quality of massage is terrible. My husband and I were part of the founding membership program for a few years. Then we started to have really awful experiences. One masseuse straddled my head during a massage. Then my husband walked out halfway through his massage. We decided to cancel our memberships. Now almost two years later we decided to try again. First appointment back, they cancel the appt. Then I call to rebook, and had to change to another day. The Now calls me to tell me that I missed my appointment. They can't figure their sh*t out and on top of that they are rude. It's a disappointment and it's an overpriced experience for the crap customer service and massage that you get. Go anywhere but to this franchise. It's TERRIBLE.

Nikki, the best in the west!!! if you don't believe me, go see for yourself... probably the best deep tissue massage I've ever had, with some bonus stretch therapy. I think that since my last appointment with Nikki not only my pain went away, but also my mobility increased and got better. I've had massages in 5 different continents, from massage therapists with different styles and backgrounds, but this one here is definitely the best I've ever had. One more thing that truly amazed me is how deeply - no pun intended - passionate about her craft she is, I've never met anyone in my life who's taking massage so seriously! I mean, she even gave me some stretches to be doing while I travel, since I travel an awful lot for work and it really messes up with my posture. Now stop reading and go book a session with her, you can thank me later!

Wow. My. Goodness. I just stepped out of the best massage I've ever had in my life. I selfishly don't want to disclose my masseuse's name to the Yelp world because I don't want her to always be fully booked. But I must give credit where it's due. Nikki, thank you for being so attentive and intentional with your work. Your pressure was perfection and your strokes tapped into my soul. I feel restored yet relaxed. You listened to my concerns and nurtured areas that needed it most. The scalp and facial massage was the cherry on top. I felt like I was melting off the table haha. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

The massages at The NOW Santa Monica are next level! I love getting The Healer with a Hemp Calm Balm enhancement. I feel so relaxed and recharged coming out of my service. The ocean waves in the Journey Room are also so calming and transport me to a vacation state of mind!

I've been carry a lot of tension in my shoulders lately and wanted to work on that. I booked with The NOW for the great price point and reviews. My first massage was with Niki and I was so impressed, I signed up for a membership and already scheduled my next appointment with her next month! Before we even started, Niki and I talked about communication and because of that, I felt very comfortable checking in with her during the massage. She did a phenomenal job targeting my most tense areas (including my shoulders) with the perfect amount of pressure. Not only did Niki give a great massage, she's thoughtful and really cares about making her clients feel better. After my treatment we talked about a few things I could do at home to help reduce inflammation. My experience was a 10/10 and I'm looking forward to my next appointment! The free enhancement for first timers is a great perk too. Even after your first time, cupping is only +$20 which feels like a steal!

I must admit, I had high hopes for Now Massage after my first visit. Unfortunately, my third experience left me deeply unsatisfied and frustrated. It's disheartening to see such a decline in service. During my session, it was immediately apparent that something was off. The therapist's hands (his name was Tony) were trembling throughout the entire massage, which made it impossible for me to relax. Instead of feeling rejuvenated and de-stressed, I left the session feeling even tenser than when I arrived. It was as if I was being massaged by a complete amateur. To make matters worse, at the end of the session, I kindly notified the front desk that I had left a cash tip for their service. However, to my shock and disappointment, when I checked my bill, I discovered that I had been charged an additional $20 for a tip. This was an egregious oversight and an absolute breach of trust. I had every intention of tipping my therapist for their hard work, but being charged extra without my consent is unacceptable. This third visit to Now Massage has left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I'm deeply unsatisfied with the entire experience. It's a shame to see a place that showed such promise in the beginning fail to deliver on its basic promises of quality service and fair billing practices. I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future, and I urge others to think twice before booking a massage at Now Massage. It's clear that their standards have plummeted, and their integrity is questionable at best. (

Quite average massages, I don't get the idea behind their enhancements! Deep tissue is an elementary thing in the world of massages, so it seems like they just want more money. Not enough privacy and atmosphere harm communication with the therapist; all messages are between curtains, and you can hear everything around you and other "rooms". At the same time - It has a very annoying and loud sound effect of waves all around the place. The therapist couldn't even hear what I tried to tell him and overall felt like this whole situation has zero communication and zero personalized experience. Moreover, the bad was too hot! Also, I would expect that the therapist will wait to see me at the exit to ask me how it felt and just smile for goodbye.I had the massage at 8:45 so maybe he was in a rush to leave. It felt weird that he just disappeared, very not appropriate. It felt rude to ask for gratitude at the check out for this lame experience, but i felt uncomfortable leaving without leaving some money *that wasn't worth it. Massage was nothing but below average. Get yourself a cheaper Thai massage anywhere in the city at half price instead, they don't offer anything better.

The absolute worst customer service. I purchased a gift certificate and after 24hrs still hadn't received it in my inbox. It took me 15+ phone calls and 3 different representatives to finally receive my gift card. I asked to speak with the general manager (Soboda) who was extremely rude and didn't offer anything to make up for the horrible experience. Will NEVER use their services again. They do not care about their customers.

Massages are great. I've had many massages here and staff is pleasant. I also have the sanctuary package and have been calling and calling this number, and getting no one to pick up the phone to ask a question. I call 323-250-5060, select option 4, for Santa Monica and in the pst I would usually get someone on the line or leave a message and someone would call back, but not for the last 5 weeks or so. I'm actually on Yelp to see if this business closed. I checked and see there are recent reviews. I also checked and they charged for the sanctuary package in 10/5 and 11/5, yet no one returns a phone call. I've left another message today and this review. Perhaps this business can get back to me if they are still in operation? I'd give 5 stars for the massage and service but 1 star for operations and running this business.

Lois at the Santa Monica location is an an incredible healer and massage therapist. She connects the importance of breath with massage and is very intuitive and kind. Can't wait to go back to her!

Did not receive the deep tissue I paid for. I know my massage was booked at the end of the evening, but my therapist was ready to go home. My massage was cut short and started late. I arrived early. The atmosphere is nice, but the massage is not.

Horrible customer service. It should not take well over 24 hours to receive a gift receipt and it definitely shouldn't take 10+ calls to get a response. I was very disappointed in the way that the employees and the manager handled customer concerns. They claim to have "eccentric" customer service but it left much to be desired. I hope that they address these concerns with their management and staff for future customers.

Long overdue update (I honestly wrote that other review so long ago that I barely remember what I wrote) to say that this place and many of its massage therapists are fantastic. I went back after writing that review (I think maybe the manager or someone from The Now reached out and talked to me about my experience) and saw a different therapist who was really fantastic. I don't remember their name but I remember the firm but gentle touch the thoughtfulness of my positioning (I was pregnant at the time) and much more. The massages were fantastic that I went several times and I think every time, came out feeling revived and refreshed. I need to find out who my therapist was so I can see them again because after all this time I want to go back and get a massage from them. Anyway I would now highly recommend this place.

I booked a massage with gua sha for my birthday this past weekend. The therapist didn't ask me about what I wanted out of the massage, and just asked if I wanted to relax or not. She also asked where I wanted her to gua sha, and seemed annoyed when I asked her what the options were available. Once we got into the massage, she was moving so fast and using hard pressure on my shoulders for the gua sha, it was like my shoulders were being grated back and forth. It was incredibly painful and I am still experiencing pain and soreness a day after. I'm not sure if this is a normal experience from the gua sha add on, but I wont be asking for it in the future. The rest of the massage was good, but she never asked me about whether the pressure was ok.

I wouldn't recommend this place. I purchased a gift card for $90 for a friend to receive a massage and etc. my friend takes the gift card to get the massage, they said it's invalid and makes them pay for the service. Smh. This is a gift remember, so this is totally embarrassing for my friend. I called the business to ask them about it, and we confirm I had a valid gift card. They offer to send me a check (refund), they not only NEVER SENT THE CHECK, but I called 3 or 4 times to check the status with the manager and they ignored me and NEVER EVEN BOTHERED TO CALL BACK. They do not have good business practice, save you money and find another business.

I've been a member of The Now for about two years and cannot recommend Branka from the Santa Monica location enough. Each month I leave feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, and eager to book my next session. Five stars without hesitation!

I come here regularly and get massaged by Felix. He does terrific work on my problem areas and I always walk out feeling better.

I was really looking forward to a massage after a rough few weeks of intense HIIT workouts. I decided to gift a friend of mine a massage from The Now because apparently its "the thing" in the massage world. I get it - the interior is gorgeous with the bohemian and minimalistic decor and healing crystals all over. For starters, this location is garbage. Trying to find parking anywhere in this part of the westside is slim to none. Not that its The Now's fault, but the location scouts that decided on this spot is delusional. They don't even had a dedicated lot, which I know, is a lot to ask. I'm not sorry for my rant because these things are important to a business. Or should be anyway. My friend and I ended up booking our appointments for the same day, which you can only do online and if you try to call in, you get an automated recording and never speak to a real person. Try not to screw up your online booking, because you'll be SOL, k? Oh and if you're running late (like I was), you can't call in and let them know because that damn automated recording. BUT - they do make sure to call you and confirm your appointment beforehand and that is the most important! NOT! I ended up being a few minutes late due to the parking fiasco. I let my friend out early so she could make hers on time at least. I was flustered and came in frantic that I was going to miss my massage. They were patient and kind and my massage therapist was waiting for me at the entrance to the massage rooms. He whispered about any tension areas, asked to rub my shoulders to feel them out and then led me to the room. The communal area is dark and zen like, hanging lanterns with sectioned rooms off by large tapestries. I was shown in, changed and got onto the table. My massage ended up being decent. He worked a little more on one side than the other and had be do a lot of deep breathing. Its a shame the basic massage is priced rather high because in order to get anything deep or worthy, you have to pay $10 extra. The sound machines of crashing waves and air purifiers were very relaxing and much appreciated. After all was said and done, I was relaxed and relieved but probably won't be coming back. My friend said her massage wasn't good at all and the massage therapist barely touched her. You would think a Swedish massage has some depth to it, but maybe not here.

On my day off this past Thursday, I had the honor and the lack of getting a massage from Troy Ferguson. When I arrived, I was holding up high energy and kind of stress from the whole day running around to finish up errands. So Troy spend few minutes with me for my consultation and he walked in the journey room. It was an 80min session with deep tissue and cupping. Well, within the next 10min, He was able to make me losen up, leave all the high energy and stress away and he literally gave me so deep energy and a kind of deep manipulation of the muscle tissue that I felt it in my bones, in my nerves and even in my soul and spirit. The entire time I was feeling in another dimension completely relieved from any muscle and emotional pain. That was the most incredible, special, massage experience that I've ever had in my life! He listened to me, he read and scanned my body and aura and in 10min he was able to balance me completely and in the continuous, he traveled me to endless happiness and relief!!!!! After our session for the next 2 hours I couldn't even talk or express myself. I was feeling high vibration all over my body from head to toe and I was having euphoria and so calm down and no pain anywhere anymore. He is the most gifted therapist I've ever had in my life. Respect and amassed **To give more value in my words, I would like to emphasise that i am a 16 year experienced medical massage therapist, MLD post advance therapist and im performing energy work too and release. And im getting massages for myself at least every two weeks.

Extremely disappointing. The aesthetic of the place is cute but the quality of the massage was beyond underwhelming, felt like someone was just lightly rubbing oil into my back for 40 min vs. actually working out any tension points. Save your money and go get a massage from any of the Thai massage places around town. What lacks in the aesthetic at those is more than made up for in the massage itself at half the price.

I'm a member at this location and have been for about a year now. I love that they do rollovers for the months you may have not come. I love the feeling of the place when you walk in, all the oils, candle smells and ocean sounds. The decor is like a peaceful Tulum vibe. It also feels safe, which is important to me. I see that others in the reviews have complained about parking, but there are certainly plenty of parking options on Main Street. From metered parking to dedicated public parking garages. Just give yourself extra time by trying to arrive 15 minutes before your massage. I think they even suggest this, but people never listen. I will say that I made the mistake of winging it one day and booking a random masseuse. I will not do that again, since it triggered an anxiety attack. I actually got up and left after 5 minutes because I was uncomfortable with the skill level of this person. They really didn't seem to know what they were doing compared to other highly skilled people at The Now...and I wasn't about to sit there and be rubbed down with oil for an hour. The Now made sure to call me multiple times to ask me if everything was okay. I wasn't going to throw this guy under the bus, as he must be learning. So I dodged The Now's calls to me every time. As you can see, anxiety is just something I deal with on a daily basis, so I really don't blame the masseuse, I just know what I like and that was not it. This one instance didn't stop me from returning and trying again with a few of my tried and true masseuses. The true reason it didn't stop me is because I've had the best massages of my life at this tranquil place. Life changing massages, and I'm not exaggerating. I wish I could share the names of the masseuses, but I'm not an idiot. They're already so hard to book with, so you'll have to do what I did. Ask the staff who is really good, look up reviews from others and a simple process of elimination. I always book my one guy at any opening for him I can find on the website. They make it really easy to book online, as well as in person, after your massage. This is by far the nicest massage place I've tried in the area. I love the membership and perks that come with it. Prices have gone up by $10 on the upgrades, like Deep Tissue, Cupping, Scalp Renewals etc...but that is certainly to be expected in this economy. However, I do miss the little add-on perks they used to do, and think the price increase of 100% for add-ons is pretty drastic. I still got my $20 deep tissue add-on today and it was worth it, so its up to you. You're certainly not forced an add on, but they're nice. Some are definitely not worth $20 though...looking at you scalp renewal, lol. All in all, this place is pretty great and worth a try. I feel like a new person today after seeing (_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _), they are truly a master at what they do. I live with chronic pain from a slipped disc, as well as a recent calve muscle tear and I have to say that I trust my masseuse implicitly. I have always come out of it relaxed, rejuvenated and realigned.

Terrie was my therapist today and I got the Stretch 50 massage. I cycle 6000+ miles a year so have a tight neck & shoulders. Of course, the legs & hips also need a good stretch. It was awesome! One of the best I've ever had! Terrie has THE BEST HANDS!

I absolutely love The NOW so so much. Every massage therapist is phenomenal. A membership is absolutely the way to go if you consistently like to get massages (1+ a month). Branka was someone that I specifically made appointments with because she was so warm and made me feel completely at ease. She is just truly talented. Thank you to the whole staff for helping me create a really powerful ritual in my life.

Wow, I had a 50 minute massage with Belkis and it truly was one of the best massages I have ever had. She asked on a scale of 1-10 how I wanted the pressure and I requested around 6-7 which she delivered perfectly. The massage was firm enough to feel the release of my muscle tension but also so fluid and relaxing. I will definitely be returning and requesting Belkis. Thank you for such a great massage!

I had Bernhard work on me before 2020, and I recollect it was one of the best massages I've had. This year, very recently, my mother visited Bernhard, after she asked me for recommendations based on who I had visited before as well. She said very positive words about his work. There were noticeable improvements, when comparing before and after : about posture, soreness, and muscle tension
