Dear Noypitz Management Las Vegas,
I’m writing to share our unfortunate experience during a recent birthday celebration at your restaurant. We had a reservation for 22 guests at 7/19/25 for 4:30 PM and were initially seated together at a long table. After placing our orders, we were unexpectedly asked to move because, as explained by your staff, “we didn’t anticipate you’d be here longer than 6:00 PM” and “we didn’t expect you to order more food.”
This sudden relocation to a fragmented setup—split between different tables—completely disrupted our gathering. Our dishes were meant for sharing, but we had to walk between tables just to retrieve food, leaving little opportunity to enjoy the meal or properly celebrate the occasion. What should have been a joyful and unified experience instead became inconvenient and disappointing.
Additionally, one of the dishes we ordered- chicken feet- arrived burnt and had to be sent back. Though your staff did apply a minor discount and offered a complimentary dessert, it didn't come close to making up for the loss of time, warmth, and connection that the evening was meant to provide.
We made our reservation with Noypitz believing it would provide care and communication with the size of our party in advance. The lack of planning and abrupt changes undermined the spirit of the celebration and reflects poorly on the service.
I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously and consider how future large party reservations are managed so that no other guests have to go through a similar experience. We chose Noypitz because we hoped for a warm and memorable evening. We’re still hoping you’ll honor that intention.
Sincerely,
Jo-Ann Milan
