The Oberoi Grand, Kolkata

Stay at Peerless Hotel Kolkata was very enjoyable and rich in experience. Starting from front office to House Keeping to Room Service was awesome. The real taste of hospitality can be analyzed and could be felt asguest against the clean room Aaheli foods were excellent. Foods at Aaheli was also very delectable |Lobby area was quite decked up. There were dazzling lights all over. The Front Office operation was smooth and swift. Everything was so good.

The staff provided excellent service, and we had no complaints there. We booked eight months in advance, and the hotel was fully occupied with conferences. Our first room was in the "new" building, but the water stopped mid-shower and didn’t return, so we moved to a room in the old building on the 10th floor next to the gym, which worked well for us.||Only one lift was operational due to upgrades, which was occasionally frustrating but manageable. The air conditioning was effective, water pressure was decent, and the bed was firm, like most hotels in India. The room was clean, but the towels were the typical thin, grey ones you’d expect in a 3-star hotel.||The biggest issue was the bathrooms—they desperately need refurbishment. It looks like they’ve just painted over moldy doors, ceilings, and grout. Management should act fast before negative reviews pile up. A full renovation with new tiles, showers instead of tubs, better mirrors, and exhaust fans would make a huge difference. There’s no competition in this area, so fixing this would put them ahead.||On the bright side, the breakfast buffet was absolutely incredible—the best part of the stay. Special mention to the Dosa chef—outstanding!

My family and myself had a great time here in the hotel. The best bengali meal I had here in peerless at Aaheli. The staffs were very humble and helpful. The location is perfect for you to explore places for shopping and trying street food. A perfect place to stay.

Excellent stay and meeting with Park Prime Kolkata. Great food, room was nice and comfortable.. Excellent service from Madam Sudipta, sales manager... She is very co-operative. The service staffs are very helpful. Specially Ms. Nirva. We got the early check in facility with well behaved from the front office. It was edge room. Our stay was awesome. Meeting also was great. I highly recommend to this property for stay and official conference. Night view from Sky Lounge was just awesome.

Amazing experience, Kanhaiya was very kind and helpful 10/10. the facilities and staff were great. Food was also good. The people in the reception were also very friendly. I suggest staying here if you come to Kolkata as it is very conveniently places

Great stay good breakfast spread they have improved on the breakfast part from my last stay. I always come here every year with my friends for a trip. The location is excellent for street food and shopping . They have a great restaurant called Aaheli
