The Oberoi, Mumbai

We had the privilege of having my parents stay at The Oberoi, Mumbai for almost two months, and words fall short in expressing our gratitude for the extraordinary care and warmth they experienced. It was nothing less than home—only with the unmatched hospitality that Oberoi is known for.||||From the very first day until their departure, the team ensured every detail was looked after with genuine kindness and attention. A heartfelt thank you to Brandon, Becca, Jennifer, Jay, Shaunak, Natasha, and Chinna from the guest services, hospitality, housekeeping, and butler services teams, as well as Mallika and Ishita from the front desk, for always going above and beyond. Your warm smiles, patience, and constant support made all the difference.||||The restaurant and bar team deserve special mention as well. Niharika, Purvesh, Kumar ji, Lokesh, and Shankar made every meal and every moment feel personal and welcoming.||||It’s rare to find a place where luxury blends so seamlessly with the feeling of belonging. Thank you for making these two months so special. We will always remember your gracious hospitality and look forward to returning in the future.

I have recently stayed for five nights at the Hotel Oberoi Mumbai with my family to celebrate the happy occasion of my wife’s birthday. We had stayed here earlier also to celebrate our wedding anniversary and birthdays as we feel positive energy all around the hotel. A very elegant property facing the Arabian sea is no match among other hotels for a beautiful view from the room.|Our stay at the Oberoi was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel instantly at home. The room was beautifully appointed, with luxurious linens, a spacious bathroom, and stunning views. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner at Fenix which offered a wide variety of options, and the attentive service provided by the staff. The hotel's location was also ideal, allowing easy access to Nariman Point, Marine Drive and Chopatty. While the overall experience was fantastic, we did find the professional housekeeping service and In room dining service. The staff and butlers were very courteous making it a perfect stay. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable experience. Lastly I need to mention that from the time you check in until you check out you are warmly treated by the hotel staff. The most important aspect of the hotel is that you will find the Vice President and the General Manager of the hotel Mr. Amit Kaul standing around the elevator to personally welcome and greet the guests. I have always found Mr. Amit Kaul is a very dignified gentleman who with his team is much appreciated for personally taking utmost care and comfort of guests staying in the hotel. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a seamless check-in process. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with stunning views of the city.

I had a wonderful stay at Oberoi Mumbai. The staff, service and facilities are top class. Breakfast was really nice and so was dinner service. Special appreciation to Miss Pratiksha from housekeeping, Mr. Sachin from the front desk, Mr. Suraj from concierge service and Chef Purvesh.

We stayed at the Oberoi Mumbai for five nights to celebrate the Birthday of my wife. We mostly had our breakfast, lunch and dinner at Fenix Restaurant.|We had delicious food, hot and fresh. The choice of all kinds of food is ample. The Chef Gurvinder and Richard were ever ready to prepare any special dish. You never get no to your request.|The service is prompt and professional. The waiters are efficient and courteous.|The decor, ambience and sitting arrangement helps you enjoy a good meal. One needs to book a table in advance as this is one of the preferred dining destinations in Mumbai.|We would like to thank the staff who served food to us during our stay with the Oberoi, Mumbai. Location, view and all of the staff is very helpful. ||Check-in was very helpful. Lavnish was super informative and gave us a good tour of the property as well as the rooms. We ended up extending one more night.

The welcome arrangement at entrance followed by seamless check-in is highly appreciable. Moreover name of the Guest and room nos. in advance on whatsapp and availability of front Office personnel for resolving billing related query is excellent.
