The Oberoi, Mumbai

Always look forward to my trips to Mumbai and the stay at the Oberoi Mumbai. The staff is amazing! They make you feel welcomed and take such good care of your every need. Really appreciate the small gestures and attention to details. The rooms are comfortable and the food is great. The location overlooking the marine drive is amazing. All in all highly recommend.

Unbelievable experience. Customer service like no other and a special mention to Durva. She was kind, caring and no request felt too big. She is a credit to the Oberoi Mumbai team and I hope the recognition goes a long way. An amazing hotel with incredible amenities.

Lovely staff that completely spoiled us. Really good food. One of the best breakfasts we had in India. Oberoi are quickly becoming my favourite hotel group!

I visit this hotel 3-4 times a month.. ||Right from the door man to bell desk, concierge front desk, DM etc everyone is so warm and make me feel more like home, the only reason I keep coming back to the same property despite on multiple options in this city! Special shout out to Sachin, his attention to details and hospitality tops the chart.

The location was perfect—close to attractions yet quiet. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious. Overall, a wonderful stay that exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for comfort, convenience, and hospitality.

Wow! What a hotel and fantastic service. From the personalized check-in directly in my room to the staff remembering my room number at breakfast, this hotel does everything right.||||The room was extremely comfortable, with quality bedding and amenities. The food in the Fenix restaurant and Vetro Italian restaurant was top-notch. (Next time I would like to try Ziya, their Indian restaurant.)||||The hotel also has a knowledgeable Concierge staff and extremely professional, friendly chauffeurs.||||The location is great as well, with stunning views of the Arabian Sea and easy access to other parts of Mumbai via the new coastal road.

Wonderful hotel with excellent staff and beautiful attention to detail. Everything is efficiently done and staff is responsive. Food quality is excellent. However, it is the service that stands out and makes the place somewhere to return.

From check-in, Danish at reception was smooth, helpful & courteous. Room, butler service, amenities all 5 stars. If you want premium but personal — this is where Mumbai shines
