Okura Prestige is a splendid hotel, well located close to shopping, nightlife, Lumphini Park and the sky train. |The public rooms are very attractive and appealing but I felt the atmosphere and ambience didn't continue when the lift doors opened on our corridor. It's a little cumbersome having to take two lifts to your room. |We enjoyed time by the spectacular swimming pool and breakfast, both Japanese and traditional, were good experiences. |Staff are very friendly and efficient. |Our room was large and well equipped, very clean and well maintained, maybe a little minimalistic in decoration giving more the appearance of a business hotel than a holiday hotel. |Our overall experience wasn't outstanding but it was good and on a par with several other 5 star Bangkok city hotels we've stayed at.

I stayed at the hotel with my wife and our 6-month-old baby, and I am absolutely thrilled. From the very first minute, the staff took care of us with great warmth and made our stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel itself is modern furnished, very well-equipped, and impeccably clean. The gym is well-equipped and well-maintained. The pool on the 25th floor is an absolute highlight – the perfect place to leave the stress of the city behind. A special thanks goes to the staff and the hotel manager, whose friendliness made our stay truly exceptional. Thank you very much, and hopefully, see you again!

Even though we only spent one night at the Okra in Bangkok on the way back to Denmark we got a very good impression of the hotel and are likely to return.||The service at this hotel is excellent ranging from the first encounter at the reception to the restaurants. The staff is so attentive and friendly and apart from other hotels we have visited in Thailand and elsewhere the management here is visible and present. We liked that very much. ||The beds are great and with very comfortable comforters. |And the food at both the Japanese restaurant and buffet restaurant is extremely good. The salmon was terrific. ||We will be back.

I have always stayed at his hotel whenever I am in Bangkok. It's safe for a female travelling by herself and is extremely convenient from the airport and for shopping because it is right in the town centre. They have very good front desk staff. A group of helpful concierge and one must have breakfast in their Japanese restaurant. The staff there are just excellent and the food are delightful although there aren't a lot to choose from. At least is quiet and you can eat in peace!

No surprise, quality and service are always very good, and remain the same over the years. Very dedicated staff. Maybe the best breakfast buffet in Bangkok, with an amazing choice, no matter your preferences: Indian, Chinese, Thaï, European, Japanese.|Even though the hotel was running full, you do not feel the crowd.|Stunning view from the swimming pool.|You do not hear any noise in the corridors leading to the rooms.|The GM is a real hotelier!|The only downside to me in the central command for lights and A/C next to the bed, where your choice of lighting is limited, and can be controlled only from one side.|Overall a great stay

Treat yourself and stay here at least once when in Bangkok. Everything was perfect, from the perfect shades in the room that keep everything dark until you’re ready to start your day, to the comfort of the warm toilet seat cover :) to the amenities in the room and the fact that your room gets serviced 2 times a day. Not to forget the amazing breakfast options and the yummy room service. The location is also very convenient and the staff is professional and attentive to details. In my opinion, the hotel is doing a great job in keeping you comfortable enough so that you don’t feel like leaving the hotel, and that says a lot when in BKK :) Thank you for the treat, Okura! You’re doing a fantastic job!

We have stayed at The Okura Prestige hotel in Bangkok several times and it is always a wonderful experience. The hotel amenity is fantastic - magical pool, amazing breakfast experiences, wonderful accomodation options and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. The hotel is one of the best in Bangkok in my opinion and the service is first class. Niek (GM of the Hotel) is amazing and he and the staff focus on a lot of ‘details’ which really drive the customer experience. I would happily recommend the hotel and I look forward to returning.
