Yamazato

"The Okura Prestige’s Japanese restaurant boasts 3 dining areas: a sushi bar, teppanyaki grills and a stylish dining room. The fish is sourced weekly from Toyosu market in Japan, and they offer a rotating selection of sashimi options, depending on availability. Dressed in traditional kimono, the staff make every effort to ensure that diners have a great experience, while the panoramic high-rise cityscape offers a romantic setting that couples adore." - Michelin Inspector

This trip's most perfect hotel. I will definitely come back. Huge thanks to Beer at the front desk, who not only asked us in detail about our flight times but also provided excellent service, making our two nights even more comfortable than expected. It might not be the newest hotel, but everyone here is so friendly and professional, with attentive care given to all guests. Not to mention the great BTS location. Trust me, after a long day of shopping and facing Bangkok traffic, this convenient transportation will feel like a lifesaver. I highly recommend it. The breakfast is also perfect, and the only downside is that I stayed too few days!

Great hotel in the heart of Bangkok. We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the Japanese-inspired design and felt warmly welcomed by the reception. The rooms were nice but not breathtaking - apart from the stunning view - and the interior is starting to show its age. While the overall service could be improved, both the rooms and restaurants offer beautiful views. The highlight was definitely the infinity pool on the 25th floor. Breakfast was excellent, as expected from a 5-star hotel, with two options: an international buffet and a traditional Japanese breakfast - both delicious.

As with everywhere else, especially in Bangkok, the location needs to match where you want to be in the city. Okura was well located for my needs||I was surprised how old the rooms are. Fortunately the rooms are very well maintained. they are comfortable but compared to others in Bangkok, look like they need refreshing ||Breakfast at Up & Above Restaurant has an excellent variety of Western, Thai and Japanese food. Very good. Breakfast at Yamazato was the standard Japanese bento box experience. But good||What was NOT GOOD was that the sushi section at Yamazato was not open when I stayed at the the hotel. The Omakase lunch was not cheap but the quality was surprisingly very low. I was very disappointed.

This is our second time staying at the Okura Prestige Hotel and as before it was truly exceptional and relaxing! The staff are amazing and go above and beyond to help! Our friends meeting us from US asked for an early check-in which the staff kindly arranged! The rooms are spotless and big, the breakfast is so vast and plenty of options, which is all very tasty! We cannot recommend this hotel more! Great location, so relaxing after touring around Bangkok, and we both agreed it was the best sleep we have had in ages! No banging doors or voices in the corridors! Amazing Hotel with amazing staff! The best hotel ever! Thank you everyone for an amazing trip! 👏

Stayed here for almost a week - the hotel rooms are fantastic, and the service is absolutely top notch. The concierge responds promptly and the facilities are excellent. Breakfast is a real treat- you are given the option of either the Japanese restaurant (Japanese-styled breakfast) or the international buffet breakfast each day - I enjoyed both tremendously. What sets the Okura Prestige Hotel apart from some of the other luxury hotels in this city is their staff. They are all friendly, approachable and very kind to their guests. The hotel is also very conveniently located and well connected by BTS. Definitely coming back again! I also stayed in The Okura Prestige Hotel in Taipei a few months ago and had a very good time as well =)

Everything about my stay was perfect. The location is unbeatable with direct BTS access, yet the hotel feels like a peaceful retreat above the city. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive to every detail.||The room was elegant and comfortable with stunning city views, and the infinity pool on the 25th floor is simply breathtaking—especially at sunset. Dining at Yamazato and Elements was exceptional, and breakfast at Up & Above offered an impressive selection.||A flawless luxury experience. I can’t wait to return!

Absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Okura Prestige Bangkok. The breakfast hands down, one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever experienced. The variety was amazing, from traditional Japanese dishes to Western comfort food, fresh tropical fruits, Thai favorites, and healthy options… there was something for every palate. The rooftop pool was nice, offering breathtaking views over the city. Impeccable service and a peaceful, luxurious atmosphere. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay! The room was beautifully designed, with great attention to detail, and the swimming pool was absolutely stunning. The staff were incredibly attentive and always ready to help with a smile. We mentioned we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and they thoughtfully surprised us with two small cakes: one in our room and another during dinner at the restaurant. It was such a kind gesture that made our stay even more special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an elegant and memorable experience in Bangkok!
