We had a great overall experience at Old Spaghetti Factory. The chicken Alfredo was tasty and filling—perfect to split, and it’s nice that you can add a small extra portion for a minimal fee if you do share. The salads were pretty basic, but the homemade dressing was really good and made them enjoyable. The fresh baked bread was excellent, and one of the highlights of the meal. Our server was friendly, though they seemed a bit spread thin, so drink refills and getting the check took longer than expected. What we really loved was the value of the meal: salad or soup, bread, entrée, and a scoop of what tasted like homemade vanilla ice cream (or spumoni) for dessert all included. Despite a few small service delays, we truly enjoyed our meal and would happily return.

This is a very cool restaurant with a unique layout but the food was sub par. I ordered the shrimp Alfredo and the shrimp had absolutely no flavor or spice, it was just plain shrimp. The dish also hardly had any sauce, most of us at the table had to order an extra side of sauce for our pasta. The spinach artichoke dip was good with the bread.

This is the best place for Italian, for groups, for young and old families, reunions, parties and dates. The atmosphere is lovely, as is the furniture. The meals come with a good-sized salad for each person or a minestrone or vegetable soup. It comes with hot baked sourdough bread with garlic butter, unlimited. It also has a scoop of vanilla ice cream or spumoni ice cream, which is chocolate, pistachio, and cherry ice cream. Lots of fun to be there. They have a trolley car that you can eat in or take pictures in front of. Monday is the deal day. Large plate of spaghetti with meatballs for two, soup or salads, bread, drinks of choice, or wine and ice cream for $25.

I recently placed a large online order for pickup and was given a scheduled time. When I arrived, I found several employees gathered around the host stand, chatting among themselves. After a few minutes of searching for any signs directing online pickups, I asked where to go. A young woman casually pointed behind her. toward a wall and said, “Oh, it’s over here.” On the other side, there was no staff present—just a few bags sitting out. I waited about 10 minutes before asking again if anyone was handling online orders. One employee came over reluctantly, asked for my name, and told me my order wasn’t ready yet. By this time, several other guests were waiting as well. About 25 minutes later, another staff member arrived with multiple orders and asked my name again. She quickly realized that the bag I had noticed earlier was actually mine—the same one I’d been told wasn’t ready. In total, I waited nearly 40 minutes for an order that had been sitting there the entire time. By the time I got home, the food was cold and needed to be reheated. While the food itself was decent once warmed up, the overall service felt disorganized and inattentive. Unfortunately, this experience left a poor first impression, and it’s not one that makes me eager to return or bring my family in for a dine-in meal anytime soon. The pics are only half of what was left of the employee crowd. After, waiting so long and having to sit down

I went to The Old Spaghetti Factory on two separate occasions: family dinner and business lunch. The service is great, very friendly and helpful with any requests you have regarding the menu. My go to is the Manager's Special with a preference for the mizithra cheese and browned butter / spaghetti with meat sauce. When you mix those two together, they pair well. I am sure a house red wine 🍷 would even make the meal so worth it along with the spumoni. 😉

Really enjoy going back to the Old Spaghetti factory! after so many years that they shut down the Hollywood one ,it brought back so many memories from when my son was a small child .I love the atmosphere here and the food was just as I remember.

Been coming here with the fam since I was a kid. Dozens of dozens of times. But then u do us dirty on my $50 gift card / get $10 off coupon from December. Not valid on Meatball Monday?? Only one order of that from our table, we had 6x people there! Ring it up separately! Didn’t even ask. Actually ridiculous🧐 coupon expires in March, won’t be able to use. Will not be coming back, you’ve lost a loyal customer. I hear Sprouts has mizithra for much cheaper and better quality.

Try the roasted mushroom ravioli, I like to add an Italian sausage but its heavenly either way.

Yelp
Been going to Old Spaghetti Factory for better than 20 years. Food is consistently good and at a reasonable value. What made me review them this time was our Server, Franny. This guy was amazing. No matter how busy he was, he gave us his best. We had a few unique requests diet wise and he responded like a champ. Great menu knowledge which resulted in a great appetizer recommendation (calamari) and some delicious spaghetti. When we were walking out, we found out that it was his first week as a server! Keep up the good work and don't lose your enthusiasm. Thanks for the service, we'll be back!

Yelp
This chain of restaurants is a great place for group gatherings. The food is generally good and should please your average picky eater as everything is familiar. We recently visited the Fullerton outpost. Our last visit was a few years ago at the Duarte outpost. What I enjoy is that the food is quite consistent, restaurant to restaurant. I'm not sure if it was an off-night for the staff or that's the state of the service industry for chain restaurants. While our sever was friendly and checked with us as needed, there was a few mishaps with the delivery. We received an item we didn't order and one of the entrees was served much later than the rest. Also, I think they're suffering from shrinkflation - the appetizer portion sizes appeared smaller than before. We ordered appetizers: Calamari. Pretty good. We always get the calamari. Artichoke dip. It was ok but not how I remember it from the last time we visited. Garlic cheese bread. This was the item we didn't order. This was quite good and I think we'll order this instead of the artichoke dip the next time we visit. My true disappointment was the dish I ordered. I decided to try something new and ordered the Garlic Shrimp Fettuccini. This sounds like a dish that shouldn't disappoint but it did. The shrimp was overcooked and mushy. I couldn't eat it. The pasta was fine. We'll likely visit again in the future as it's a good place for group dinners with picky eaters. I'm not a picky eater but I'll not order the Garlic Shrimp Fettuccini again! Try it! The kids in your group will surely like this place! Enjoy!

Yelp
I used to go to the Old Spaghetti Factory in Duarte monthly. It was always a treat to get their delicious pasta and spumoni dinner each time. And even when I started traveling with Toby, we still occasionally hit the Spag Fac in places like St. Louis and Seattle, each with their own regional specialties. So it was nice seeing that there are plenty around in Southern California aside from Duarte. The Meat Lover's Treat still hit like a truck full of flavor. The bread was still as filling as ever. And the ice cream was still a good capper to the evening--even as they got rid of the coffee that used to come with the meal too. I think the quibble I have is the price. The service was still super and the ambiance of rail cars and nostalgic photos will never go out of style. But the price is way more than I would pay for a similar. I remember when the same meal would be in the $12 to $13 range and not the $22 to $23 range. I know all restaurants have gone up, but because I've been coming to this food joint in one location or another since childhood so this price jacking feels egregious. The food still kicks ass, like I said. But when a restaurant makes me question is the meal worth it, you know the quality isn't high enough to erase the sting in the wallet. I'll probably come back to Spag Fac sometime--maybe not this location, but somewhere. However, now I know it'll be more out of nostalgia and sentiment than thoughts of what a great value it is.

Yelp
This remains one of my family's favorite restaurants. We dine here quite often, and spend many special occasions here. My husband and I enjoyed date nights at the bar top. All the staff is always friendly. The food is always amazing and I just love the interior of this place. Its elegant but afforable. I typically order the spinach ravioli, the half clam sauce half marinara spaghetti, or the chicken parmesan. My husband always gets the lasagna. My grandpa gets spaghetti and meatballs. You really cant go wrong here. Its also a great place for kids, as my 10 year old nephew really enjoys eating here. If you sign up for the app, there are many great perks including a birthday meal! There are also great weekend day specials and veterans/ military discount. I'm so grateful to have this restaurant in my city. Don't forget to try the creamy pesto dressing!!

Yelp
Can't go wrong when choosing the old spaghetti factory. It's a done deal with soup or salad, entree and spumoni ice cream. We tried the raviolis this time around with the cheesy garlic bread. Whoa mama! This was filling! Perfect for sharing cuz this carbo load will last a while! Till dessert comes around. Pasta classics, founders favorites & meatball specials. Great service! The Parmesan cheese is potent and ready for the taking! I feel the dress attire should be renaissance faire on certain days. That would be fun! Till then.. cheers to happy eating.

Yelp
First time.. I have been living in Fullerton for over 16 years and this was my first time! Didn't wait and I didn't have a reservation. Went on a Sunday around 12 pm. Food portions were small but their sauces were really good. Their sourdough bread was warm and so good! The ice cream was also delicious. Overall experience was great! Our server, Caressa was amazing! I would go there again!

Yelp
We got the opportunity to visit the old spaghetti factory again last night. We had reservations and were sat early. Our waitress was really good and took care of us during our visit. The inside is really nice really set up kind of cool. The food came out fairly quick for as busy as they were. Let me tell you the food here is great.

Yelp
Tried The Old Spaghetti Factory for the first time. I expected it to be similar to Olive Garden, and in some ways it was. We sat at the bar (no wait!) and service was wonderful--friendly, prompt, and full of good recommendations. The free bread was a nice touch. We ordered the Chicken Parmesan and Spinach Ravioli--both decent, but not standout dishes. The location near the Fullerton train station is charming, especially for kids who love watching trains go by. Overall, a nice experience, but the food wouldn't make it my first choice next time

Yelp
The moment we walked in, I was struck by the smell of old furniture. However, that didn't deter me from ordering and eating SO MUCH FOOD. I especially loved the sourdough bread and butter! As for my entrée, I got the wild roasted mushroom ravioli and it was slightly too oily for me, but I still enjoyed it! Good mushroom flavor and yummy sauce! I also got a bite of my boyfriend's spaghetti and I typically don't like spaghetti, but it was nice and flavorful! Food came out pretty quickly, and the server was really nice! Overall, despite the odd smell coming in, I loved the atmosphere of this restaurant. It feels really vintage which I don't get to see often!

Yelp
The Old Spaghetti Factory is an old favorite from our days living in Southern California . I have nostalgic memories of visiting the location near Pasadena. This location in Fullerton is near Disneyland and is a sound choice if you're looking for a big dinner after a day in the park . It was nice to look this place up and see they are open late - until 11pm on a Wednesday. We arrived around 8. Parking was easy, the restaurant was not busy and we were seated immediately . Unfortunately they chose to put us six adults in a booth. Although their booths are a little bit bigger than normal, they certainly only can seat four adult people comfortably . It appears that they set a lot of those booths for six place seatings which seems ridiculous to me unless you mix a few little kids in there. It looked like there were other seating options, as the restaurant was pretty empty but I was too tired to complain. We were seated elbow to elbow, which made it very hard to enjoy a heavy three course meal. The ambience presents as a nice restaurant but from this experience, I found that the sardine seating and quality of the pasta dishes was mediocre. I like that they also offered soup or salad and a dessert with each meal. Once my spaghetti arrived, i asked for fresh parm and was told that there was none available. I thought this place was called the old spaghetti factory meaning they specialize in pasta. Fresh Parmesan is just a luxury that isn't offered here. They did have the dry stuff on the table, just like a pizza place would. I liked my dinner just fine. I ordered a spaghetti dinner with a meatball and sausage. It came out with a whole sausage not even cut up. It tasted fine. It was a lot of food for one person. My husband ordered the mushroom ravioli, and loved it . My teens seemed happy with their dinners but my 16-year-old son with a giant appetite couldn't finish half of his meal because he wasn't a fan of the fettuccine Alfredo. I have to say the highlight that I remembered from the entire meal was that the minestrone soup was exceptionally good . I realized after everything arrived that a lot of these pasta entrees are big enough to share. In the end we were so stuffed, not all of us could even have the ice cream that was included. Overall, our visit served a purpose to nourish my family after a long day at Disneyland. This visit definitely satisfied any future feelings of nostalgia or longing.

Yelp
Tortellini Alfredo was delicious. 5/5. Sicilian Garlic Cheese Bread was melt in your mouth. 5/5. Fettuccine Alfredo, side of breaded chicken, side of Chicken Parmigiano were decent. 3/5. Menu advertised "Hearty Meal" at $4.99 add on but our receipt showed $8.50 was added to the Fettuccine Alfredo. (-1) Menu advertised side of bread with entrée, but the entire table received a super hard single loaf Sourdough bread (-1) Service was super slow. Our waiter was missing most of the night. We had to ask other staff members for extra napkins, salad dressing, extra plate, etc. Posting this review now, I noticed that icecream was included with entrée. Our waiter never mentioned that. (-2) Parking Friday night was a little problematic. (-1) Lots of misses during our dinner. Ouch.

Yelp

Yelp
If you're a train fan, lover of chain restaurant style pasta (think Olive Garden), or in the downtown Fullerton area then Old Spaghetti Factory will be right up your alley. Not really claiming to be an authentic Italian place, OSF is the kind of place that families come for gatherings or people come for a moderately priced semi-nice experience. The restaurant is heavily train themed with train decorations, a red trolley you can request to eat inside of, and a view of the train tracks (this OSF is located at Fullerton train station). The food itself is plentiful for the price. Everything comes with soup or salad, bread, main, and an ice cream dessert. You'll be full. The pasta is a bit on the soft side but their white clam sauce and mizithra cheese is actually pretty good. It's also very kid friendly.

Yelp
Had another great experience tonight! Elijah was our server and didn't miss a beat. He was super attentive, kind and hospitable. I gotta say, it's so nice to get bread, salad, entree and ice cream for such great prices! My favorite go to is the white clam sauce! Salads are crisp and cold and served on a cold plate! Great time

Yelp
I remember going to the Old Spaghetti Factory in Hollywood as a kid. This is a very charming and spacious location with adequate parking. The restroom was very clean. The restaurant has a train theme and you can see an actual train pass by in the parking lot. We had a large family get-together here for lunch. We had salad with balsamic dressing, fresh sourdough bread, choice of spaghetti with meat sauce, spaghetti with mushroom sauce, or alfredo with chicken and broccoli, and spumoni or vanilla ice cream for dessert. I had the spaghetti with meat sauce and although it was tasty, it could have used more sauce because I was left with some dry/plain noodles at the end. Service for our group was attentive as dishes were promptly cleared. I wish this location were closer. I want to try the lasagna.
google avatar

Carla Catalina L.

Yelp
The place was very welcoming. We revered for 14 people and they only started setting the tables together when we got there. I got the lobster raviolis which were delicious. But two people though there wasn't a lot of sauce that came with the pasta and requested extra. it's was an additional cost. They were skimping on the sauce though. It's so delicious wish they just provided more of it.
google avatar

Yelp
Alright, overall. I'll break down all the items. Minestrone soup 7/10 This was very salty. I couldn't even stomach the broth. The salt content ruined it for me. Sourdough bread 3/10 Way too hard! You couldn't even bite into the bread it was so hard. The outside and ends were not editable. I love sourdough bread, but I've never had to so hard you can't eat it. Mizithra cheese and browned butter 7/10 It had good flavor. But for me, I need sauce with my pasta. I'm glad I ordered a side of Alfredo to put on top. That made it a thousand times better! Mushroom sauce and meat sauce pasta combo 7/10 Not bad. These two sauces together were very acidic. Maybe an Alfredo sauce with one of the acidic Spinach and artichoke dip 2/10 Not my favorite. Had a different flavor. Not cheesy enough tasting. My husband and I didn't even eat it. Spumoni 10/10 Really good and flavorful dessert!

Yelp
Have been to spaghetti factory once or twice and decided to go for 4th of July..early dinner..I sat in the bar for amore relaxing atmosphere.. Justin the bartender waited on me hand and foot per say..slow evening due to the holiday..I had a couple of drinks while I eat garlic cheese bread appetizer before my main meal. Should have asked for half order but took home for another day. Lasagna was excellent.. portions were plenty.full of flavor and like the appetizer had to take half home..the old eyes bigger than the stomach cliche..will be back Enjoyed my time on the bar...great service and everyone is friendly

Yelp
Old school environment. Servers are great But kitchen had a hard time catching up. The food is solid and can't complain. The traditional dishes were great. The lobster crab ravioli was just ok... and won't recommend it.

Yelp
This has to be a Fullerton landmark because it's been here forever. First time coming here was in college and I think they literally have kept the same menu since that time. Recently visited because at the last minute I decided to order out and they were open after 8 p.m. Ordered the mushroom ravioli via their website and clicked to checkout and then was hit with a series of questions: soup or salad, bread or no bread, spumoni or vanilla ice cream? For $21.95 I got a whole loaf of Italian bread, minestrone soup, mushroom ravioli and a scoop of spumoni ice cream! My food was ready in about 15 minutes and there was no wait to pick-it up. Inside, it looks like a place you would eat at before catching the train back in the 1920's. Very dark wood, classy, etc. It's not my go-to Italian spot in Downtown Fullerton, but you get your money's worth here, the service is great and the ambiance is unique.

Yelp
Really nice olden day vibe in here! Reminds me of a beauty and the beast vibe really nice for an upscale family place. I really loved their clam pasta with a lot of Parmesan cheese and a dash more of salt. I got it with a side of Italian sausage and it was so perfect because you get the best of both worlds with a tomato base from the Italian sausage and then the white creamy sauce from the spaghetti. Service is great also we asked which ice cream was better and the sweet waitress offered us both when we only ordered one pasta meal because we weren't that hungry to eat a whole meal each.
google avatar

Rosa R.

Yelp
Place is as amazing as every other spaghetti factory!!! Loved the food! Loved the atmosphere and our server was amazing!!! She was attentive and super sweet. This location has so much parking! And it was a little empty during lunch time. You have to try it!

Yelp
Honestly today has to be the worse day and time I've experienced in today and on a birthday celebration not only did they forget to sit us down for our party and all they were doing were gossiping until my husband had to remind them AGAIN. We got to our table and we were to our backs with the other customers very any room to move. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE and such an INCONVENIENCE. We waited about 15 min for our server we were beyond ready we got our drinks down and not only did she forget some drinks she didn't even offer us bread. She came down to get our food down the server was in a bad mood and honestly she was rude. Finally the food came in and they SPILLED some marinara sauce on my son's back and they did not apologize very UNPROFESSIONAL. We were ready to leave we paid and we still gave a good tip but honestly I didn't even wanna give her anything.

Yelp
I've been coming here for some time now since it's conveniently located next to the train station, and my son enjoys sitting on the patio to watch the trains go by. Unfortunately, this last visit was very disappointing. After we were seated, no one came by for over 10 minutes. Jessica (no fault on Jessica) eventually took our order, and I believe the manager brought our food out. After that, we didn't see anyone for another 15 minutes, and at no point did anyone check in on us. About 20 minutes later, the manager came out with the check and a to-go box, but he looked miserable and didn't even ask if we wanted dessert. Even my 11-year-old noticed and commented on it. We were planning to order dessert, but by then I had changed my mind. Sadly, this will likely be our last visit here.

Yelp
I have been coming to this location since I was a little girl. It's one of the places my grandfather would take my family when he came to visit. I'd order the Italian cream soda just so I could keep the glass. I love the soup and bread; however, what I really come here for is the Chicken Marsala...this entree alone makes it worth the drive for me. Another bonus is the free ice cream or spumoni that comes included with your dinner. This is an extra bonus for those of us with kids. Free dessert. Nice. I think some consider the interior of the restaurant to be dated; I say it's awesome. Another parent tip:ask for a table in one of the trolleys. My kids still like the idea of this even as teens. Enjoy!

Yelp
My +1 and I have been coming here for years now, and our service tonight prompted an updated review. The Old Spaghetti Factory is a staple for us. We've been to half a dozen different locations and they all offer the same menu and standard of food. It's a great place for a reasonably-priced meal and an experience that offers the perfect balance of upscale and casual, with a timeless rail-car theme that adds an extra touch of ambiance, fitting for an Italian restaurant. Service here has generally been decent, but this time we were served by Jon, and he has since become our gold standard for wait staff. He made some great suggestions, was patient and unfazed in taking our little one's order, made sure we had everything we needed (like red pepper and napkins) and checked on us throughout our dinner without being intrusive. The guy was absolutely on his game. By the end of the night, he felt like a family friend, and we believed him when he said he hoped to see us again soon. My family and I were at the end of a stressful week and just looking for a little comfort food at a decent restaurant, but we left feeling relaxed and put at ease by a great experience. Thanks, Jon! We hope to see you again next time.

Yelp
Second time here. Food was fantastic. Service was lacking. Our apps, salads, and entrees all came at the same time. Server Priscilla disappeared and never refilled drinks. It wasn't busy.

Yelp
Old Spaghetti Factory in Fullerton is a long time favorite and always a hit with my family. Portions are generous, flavors are unique and we always receive friendly service. Tonight our server was Ryan K. What a hilarious dude! He is so good at his job and is an absolute asset to this location.

Yelp
The Old Spaghetti Factory in Fullerton is a spot that brings back memories for me. I used to visit the LA location when I was a teen, and now, living in Orange County, the Fullerton location has become my go-to. This time, I came with a friend and her 7-year-old daughter, and we were seated in the trolley--a fun touch that the little one really enjoyed. We ordered the Spinach Artichoke Dip, Jumbo Lobster & Crab Ravioli, Mushroom Sauce Spaghetti, and a Caesar Salad with Chicken. Every dish was spot on. The flavors were great, and everything came out just as expected. Our server was fantastic--friendly, attentive, and somehow always there right when we needed something, almost like she could read our minds. This place never disappoints, and I know I'll be back again soon.

Yelp
Decided to go to the Old Spaghetti Factory for an impromptu dinner with a friend. Finding parking in front of the restaurant was really easy but based on the different signs it was difficult to understand if I needed to pay or not or where to show my receipt from my meal. The hostess let me know I didn't need to pay and not to worry about the receipt. The restaurant has dimmed lighting but not too dark. Appears to be clean and even had a fun train cart for dining inside. I waited for a table for 2 for a little over 10 minutes on a Thursday around 7:45pm. The restaurant was pretty busy and all tables around us looked full. Meals are around $20-$25 on average and come with salad or soup, sourdough bread, main and ice cream dessert. The soup was pretty salty but the salad proportion looked pretty large for a included starter. Note that the soup is made from a beef broth base for any vegetarians out there. The sourdough was warm and really good! However, the pasta was a bit too mushy and my clam sauce had a thick consistency to it. Spumoni ice cream hit the spot though! I wouldn't say that the food was amazing but it was pretty on par with what I was expecting for a chain Italian restaurant. It's a pretty good among of food for around $20 for dinner.

Francisco C.

Yelp
The food was amazing the service (Jessica) was not. I was not dress nice but dress like I got out of the gym and was craving some food. They judged me when I first walked in. The waiter had an attitude the whole time. I was with my wife and she left to use the restroom and I paid after I got the check. I didn't leave no tip due to terrible service but when I paid and left, my wife walked out of the restroom found the hostess and the waiter talking bad about me saying if I can't afford it don't come and I looked homeless. Not coming back again

Eito S.

Yelp
I think the biggest selling point for this location is the ambience. It's located in a pretty artsy place in downtown Fullerton and the interior design is very unique and comforting. Unfortunately, the food and service were just OK . I went on a Sunday afternoon at around 12:45 and was sat rather quickly. After arriving to my table, I waited for around 10 minutes to see a server and another 10 or minutes until I received my bread. My drink shortly followed after. My pasta took a little longer and I think I waited for about 15 or so after receiving my bread. I will say the section that I was seated in was seeing a lot of large parties and families so I understand the wait and didn't mind it. I ended up ordering the white clam sauce pasta but kind of wished I ordered something else. The pasta wasn't the most flavorful item. For reference it almost tasted like clam chowder poured on top of pasta and unfortunately, I wasn't getting hints of any garlic like the menu had written. Overall, nothing terrible happened and I had a decent dining experience, however it felt a little underwhelming hence my three star review.

Yelp
We had a great family dinner last night. I almost let the Yelp reviews scare me away but I'm glad we went. We were greeted by friendly staff at the desk and taken right away to a table on a Friday night. We got a WONDERFUL easy going waitress who was very attentive and just so pleasant to talk to. The food was fresh and delicious I love their meatballs. They had a balloon maker for the kids which was a nice added bonus. We have young kids so we ended the nights watching the trains go by! Thank you Spaghetti Factory!

We love this franchise and been to few locations. We come when we feel the deep seated need for the mizithra cheese. Great place for families too.

Yelp
I had dinner this past Friday night. Everything was great until I got home. My stomach was all torn up. And the only thing I had different was the Italian sausage. Won't be ordering that anymore. Please be aware!

Yelp
This place was so awesome today! The food was so good The steak, mizithra, broccoli meal and the shrimp fettuccine. My husband also ordered some cheese bread appetizer with marina sauce dip. The food, decor, and service were 5 star. We had a wonderful server lady for lunch This is a new favorite restaurant for us.

Yelp
Last year was my first visit to OSF at their Duarte location which was a pleasant experience. Tonight's hunger for carbs and sauce brought us back to OSF, this time their Fullerton location. It was a really exceptional experience. The service was really good, fast and hospitable. The food was delicious and presented beautifully. For a late night Saturday dinner, I left more than satisfied.

Yelp
I love coming here with my girlfriends to catch up, have a few drinks and good food. They have delicious seasonal watermelon mojitos and watermelon mules that are so tasty! The spinach and artichoke dip never ever disappoints and the spicy versuvius on angel hair is a must have. Our server Kalie was so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. She always had a smile on her face and surprised us by sending the balloon guy over. Thanks Kalie for making our dinner so fun and special. We will be back and will be sure to ask for Kalie.

Yelp
Food: I love the meat lovers treat and you can make it a hearty size for approx $5 more. We usually also get a side of meatballs ($5.50/3) and a side of chicken parm as well. However, today I felt like the food needed a little more seasoning. - comes with salad or minestrone soup - comes with bread (delicious sourdough with whipped butter) - includes ice cream (either vanilla or spumoni, the delicious cherry, pistachio, and chocolate trio) Ambiance: Cute outdoor seating as well as ample indoor seating. The best part is seating in the trolley if you can get it. Parking: - Shares a lot with the local public transit and the other businesses so parking can get tough during certain times. - However, there are 2 big lots so you can usually find a spot even if it is not in the 1st 2 rows. - If you come after certain hours in the evening, you have to pay for parking by the license plate. Service: - good service, the waitress checked up on us often TLDR: good American Italian food and also good for groups & parties but beware the parking during certain hours

Yelp
I've been meaning to have my review in for some time now. Last week I went to The Old Spaghetti Factory and ordered the classic spaghetti meal. I want to start with the service. Our waitress was very nice and on point with refills and asking if theirs anything else we needed. That is good customer service. I have no issues there. The food was decent. The only issue I had with the food is the portion sizes of the "meatballs". The meatballs appeared as if they were cut in half and served that way. That was a bit disappointing. The pasta was good and the meat sauce was great with the way the seasoned their sauce. The restaurant was clean from what I saw and couldn't complain about that. However for me to be coming back the meatballs were my only issue. I hope they change that to actually make them full and not appear to be cut in half. If you are in the area and want to experience The OLD Spaghetti Factory. I do recommend it.

Yelp
OSF has been my favorite restaurant since I was little and went in Jack London Square. It was always so delicious and the meals include ice cream. It's a win-win for all ages. Fast forward 30ish years and my kids love the ice cream being included and they love pasta just like I did as a kid. This location is a good one! The servers are nice, the atmosphere is welcoming and the food is prime. One of the servers said this was their busiest location. I have been to OSF in Hawaii, Oregon, Kentucky and Washington and am hoping they bring one closer to me in Knoxville, TN.

He made this visit so special! Old Spaghetti factory is so lucky to have someone like him on the team! Austin rocked!! Will be coming here just for him!

Yelp
I absolutely love this location! I love all the decor and the old timey feel to it all. There are always plenty of trains going by which my kids love. I always ask to sit in the station side or in the trolley car. The food is always delicious and you get a good amount of food for the price. Meals range from $20-$25ish which comes with soup or salad, an entree, and a scoop of icecream. Our waiter Sammy was awesome, we came when it was very busy but he was always hustling and checking in on us. We also got an awesome visit from a balloon artist. She made an awesome Aurora and Trex for my kids and she was so sweet and friendly - Thanks Rebecca!!! Great experience all around.

Yelp
For being so busy, the service was quick and delivered with a smile. Dinner tasted great (what's not to love about butter and cheese on pasta). The parking is a train wreck, however. Plan extra time for that.

Yelp
We came in to celebrate our anniversary and sat at the empty bar, expecting to be greeted. After a few minutes, another guest arrived and sat down. Shortly after, a staff member came over and served that guest first and shared he would be with us after. After serving the other guest, the employee behind the bar began looking at papers and talking with other staff members. We truly love this restaurant--it's where we had our first date, and we come here every year for drinks and dinner to celebrate our anniversary. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling overlooked, and we decided it was best to leave and go somewhere else.
