Sally Dussin, the Co-Founder of Oregon-Born Chain the Old Spaghetti Factory, Has Died - Eater Portland

"Sally Dussin, who helped expand the Old Spaghetti Factory, died of natural causes last month. The Old Spaghetti Factory is an Oregon-born chain known for its red sauce Italian and family-friendly setting, with more than 40 locations in 12 states. The first Old Spaghetti Factory opened in January 1969; Dussin and her late husband, Guss, helped grow the brand and opened locations across the country. She was actively in the office into her 90s, only staying home after the coronavirus pandemic hit Oregon in March. She died on January 28, at 92 years old." - Brooke Jackson-Glidden

Portland restaurants with locations in other cities | Eater Portland

"Portland stalwart Old Spaghetti Factory practically introduced Mizithra and spumoni to the city when it opened downtown in 1969. With its train car seating and Tiffany-style chandeliers, the family-friendly restaurant resembled a chain from the get-go, so it’s not surprising Old Spaghetti Factory has become a standby in many cities’ tourist districts."

We had an excellent meal with attentive service. The restaurant was nearly empty at noon on a Sunday. The menu is timeless. I believe I ordered the same food 30 years earlier.. The meals include soup or salad, bread and ice cream, spumoni yum. There is a gated parking lot but parking is validated with your meal. There is a beautiful walkway next to the river as you exit the restaurant for a stroll after your meal. There were a handful of protesters on the sidewalk near the ICE building but they did not cause us any issues.

This place is GORGEOUS inside! Great place for groups of all sizes. Family friendly. They have a great kids menu with quite a few things on it under $10. Adult entrees all come with bread and soup or salad and range in the $20’s. The dishes are nice looking and equally delicious!

I was visiting this area of Portland on a medical assignment and happened upon this restaurant. Gorgeous, beautifully appointed and on the Willamette River, I found out that this was the first original Old Spaghetti Factory. Kristen was very pleasant, charming in demeanor and quite personable. The food was exceptional, as it always is at this restaurant. Guaranteed, I will be returning next time I am in Portland. Thank you!

Been coming to OSF for a long time and every time its awesome, this time was not an exception. Food was SO YUMMY and it came super fast, and our server Katia was super nice and helpful. Super awesome overall, just a little noisy but honestly expected during busy hours. Tysm for being so awesome OSF!

Google
The place is very cute, nice and clean. The mushroom dish was nice and portions were good, menu for kids was varied. 3 out of 4 of us didn’t love the food, pasta wasn’t anything special and dishes weren’t warm. The awful part was the server named LIZ, she was kind of rude, pushy, sarcastic and didn’t provide enough information on dishes. She felt annoyed when we ask for what dressings they had or an extra fork, she pulled back dishes from us, she didn’t told us we could take those cool glasses, she didn’t said anything for validating our parking ticket. It was very strange seeing her all happy and about with other (bigger) tables but so rude to us 🤷🏽‍♀️ we were polite and friendly. So if you’re brown I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. Ugh I also got a scratch from a broken glass she gave us. So strange.

Google
A magnificently hand-crafted building located alongside the Willamette River offered stunning views to compliment our delicious meals. Roasted Wild Mushroom Ravioli with a side of steamed broccoli took me over the moon while my dinner guest enjoyed the comforts of Marinara Spaghetti with Sausage. I am pinching my fingers together in a "chef's kiss"! I am eager to find the next perfect occasion to celebrate at the Old Spaghetti Factory on Bancroft!

Google
Food was solid, nothing mind blowing, but for $22 for bread, salad, entrée and ice cream, can you really complain??? Beautiful antique decor and lovely views of the river. Service was slow as other reviews mentioned, but just sit back, relax and enjoy your company.

Went here for my nephew’s ninth birthday and had a blast in the faux Victorian manor chaos. Some of the tables are between the head and footboards of a brass bed! The balloon animal guy is immensely talented and lit up the kids faces with his penguin and remarkably accurate labubu doll. The food is definitely not the reason to go - I don’t actually like their famous mizritha cheese. Ice cream comes with the meal but we brought our own birthday cake for the occasion.

Yelp
The first time we heard of Old Spaghetti Factory, was where we used to work, on SW 10th & SW Stark, Morgan's Alley? But, we've been to the one in Clackamas, & the SW Bancroft. We've been here several times, but I'm just doing my review now (?) It was pouring cats & dogs, after church, early afternoon, and hubby recommend we come here. It wasn't very crowded. We got the Blue Room (blue stained glass, etc.) It was so fitting, since yesterday the heart of the Moody Blues, a British Rock Bank, John Lodge died, he was 82. I've been a fan for as long as he was married! I guess, it was fitting for someone who is in mourning! The meals we ordered have been perfected over the years and it tasted just as expected. I had the Spaghetti with the Rich Meat Sauce. Hubby had the same with the Italian Sausage, and it came with one meatball and sauce on a plate as extra. Our meal came with salad or minestrone soup as well as hot sourdough bread and butter. We also received Spumoni ice cream for dessert. Love the decor! Restrooms were clean. All in all, a great, rainy afternoon Sunday meal. Oh, our waiter, looked like the younger version of Daniel Romalotti, from the Young & the Restless TV Soap, I've been watching for over 50 years. Kaden, knows that, since I showed him a photo.

Yelp
We came here during the protests just last night. No issues at all with the protestors, they were fine. We got seated quickly since we had a 5 pm reservation. I got the house salad with ranch, minestrone soup, and the meat sauce spaghetti. The salad was very fresh and yummy, the minestrone had tons of veggies and also flavorful. For my main, I got the classic meat sauce spaghetti and of course that was simple yet delicious. Our waiter was kind and I love the atmosphere. The only complaint was the women's restroom started flooding and it smelled of sewage :/ I would definitely come back!

Yelp
This WAS one of my favourite restaurants for the longest time.. The beautiful purple roof, over looking the river.. Absolutely beautiful.. But Tuesday is NOT a good day to visit.. My sisters and I have been waiting over an hour for a table, and granted it was outside so the wait was a bit longer.... but... here we are.... Now, 1hr later, (with a promos of a 20-30 min wait max...) We have been seated and ten minutes later our order was taken, (10 minutes later...) and we have yet to see the server back with my sisters drink or the bread that is supposed to be delivered as soon as the table is sat... We all ordered the salads and a appetiser, and a drink, but the drink was not delivered until after the meal.. the salads were brought with the wrong dressings, and the meal was cold in the centre.... I don't know what else to say, besides this was THE MOST DISAPPOINTING VISIT EVER.... The ambiance was fantastic, but if you're Actually hungry, don't eat here with the impression of being fed in a decent time. And Maybe.... AS A COMPANY..... If you know you're busy days are the weekends and Tuesday's (as of late) then bring more servers on... and Don't ignore your outdoor guests... I doubt I or my family will be back any time soon.. This was disappointing...

Yelp
Came here with a party of 8 and the server was great. Prices were a bit high for basic pastas. Highly recommend the large broccoli side, we were able to split that between 4 of us with our pasta. Solid classic pasta dishes and good for large parties.
google avatar

Yelp
My waiter was the best! Super friendly and helpful. I didn't have any expectations since it's a chain restaurant. Surprisingly the garlic bread was damn good! Patio view of the river was so relaxing. This was a perfect way to end my trip to Portland.

Yelp
Okay, okay I know the food isn't the greatest here. However, this restaurant is beautiful and right on the riverfront. I definitely take out of town friends and family here - it's the OSF headquarters flagship restaurant and always is gorgeous inside. Did you stop on in yet to see the new merry-go -round horse from Albany? It's a new addition this year. I missed the Christmas ships this year, but still recently dined here on December 18th. The place was alll decked out for the holidays and extra stunning with all the decorations. They used to have bottomless soup and salad as an option - that I absolutely loved, but they unfortunately did away with that. I'm not a huge pasta fan, so I usually order the tray of broccoli with mizithra cheese. It definitely is next level and tastes so good compared to the general spaghetti sauced meal. I love their ice cream too. I was disappointed the last time I visited that we didn't get it with the lunch menu. That was sort of a bummer.

Yelp
A haiku review: I heart the meatballs Italian cream sodas A souvenir glass Spumoni for me Garlic bread is heavenly Thank you for the mems

Yelp
Great place, great ambiance, friendly staff. Portions were good and left full. If you're in the area it's well worth stopping by. I love coming by in the evening and catching the view of the lights.

Yelp
Great place for value and service! It reminds me a lot of Olive Garden and they have nice outdoor seating. We got the special of an appetizer, entree, and dessert for only $20! The food isn't authentic but it's really good for the price and size. Would def recommend this over Olive Garden if you want s budget full meal by the River.
google avatar

Leticia V.

Yelp
You can't go wrong with this Portland staple. There are so many memories here. It's truly a magical place. Christmas time is especially wonderful! We came for dinner with a view of the historical Christmas ship parade. Pasta, fresh sourdough, salad , and dessert with a Christmas theme is such a December vibe!

Yelp
We had the absolute best experience at Old Spaghetti Factory thanks to our server, Ben. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, kind, and totally on top of everything -- without ever feeling overbearing. You could tell he genuinely cared about giving us a great meal. I have a gluten sensitivity, and Ben was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu options. He walked me through everything I could safely eat, double-checked with the kitchen just to be sure, and even made a couple thoughtful suggestions that I wouldn't have known to try Beyond that, he just had the vibe. Funny, professional, and the kind of person who makes you feel like you're in good hands. Drinks never hit empty, food came out perfectly timed, and he managed to balance taking care of a full section while still making each table feel like a priority. If you get the chance to sit in Ben's section, do it. Seriously. Give that man a raise, a trophy, and a lifetime supply of garlic bread (gluten-free optional

Yelp
We finally made it to the Spaghetti Factory. We'd been wanting to go since moving down the street. The building looks really interesting. It's a bit of a blast from the past and reminded me of some restaurants we went to when I was young. We got the food for takeout. It took them a lot longer to give it to us than their website estimated. We enjoyed the atmosphere and comfortable seating. So it wasn't that big of a deal. We live so close that we got the food back in 5 min. So, we were excited to eat it hot and fresh. Unfortunately, besides the meatballs, the rest of the food was mediocre at best. Two different pasta dishes with bland sauce and poorly cooked pasta. Their cheese blend was so-so. I'd say it was close to being on par with Olive Garden. Just a notch above. It's a nice atmosphere and there is a bar upstairs. Might come back to hang out at the bar but won't be coming back exclusively for the food.

Yelp
The food is standard It's always very consistent and I actually really love their mizithra cheese and brown butter spaghetti with a side of meatballs, The food is pretty bland, but tasty and the service for most part is quite good unless they have a large crowd in which case your waiter is probably going to be running around and looking quite harassed It is a great location and if you do have to wait, there's a lovely walkway on the outside along the river

Lisa K.

Yelp
Service is terrible!! Get more help servers and cooks. No refill. Out of desert we wanted. Food was good. 2 1/2 hours with two kiddos. Nope.
google avatar

Xavier M.

Yelp
This is the original OSF location, so it was a treat to get a window table here near sundown on the river (Friday night, no less). The food was good as expected, and the service was excellent: we had a fun, spunky, energetic woman managing our table (Mandy?), and she was pretty amazingly awesome. The visit was just as we'd hoped for, thanks to the staff, the fare, and the ambience. Very cool to experience this and enjoy it so fully!
google avatar

Alex F.

Yelp
We had the best service! The food was good and had a great table with a beautiful view of the river. It made for a unique dining experience that we all greatly enjoyed. We will be back!
google avatar

Denise M.

Yelp
It had been years since my husband and I had been to any locations of the spaghetti factory, so we were pleased to see the familiar decor. Our favorite entrees were still available and did not disappoint. The bread was a treat and the meat sauce delivered as did the mizithra with brown butter, the minestrone soup was excellent and we were impressed that they're on trend offering mocktails that were both delicious, The orange DREAMSICLE and the margarita, as well as the spumoni. They may have been a little short staffed as the service could've been better, but they were friendly and accommodating when we asked for things.
google avatar

Derek H.

Yelp
I really wanted to love this place. The food was pretty good, actually. But the SERVICE! Oh man, the terrible, slow, very-bad service. The waitress was SOOOO apathetic and could not CARE LESS about us, our table, or her job. Very slow. Very unresponsive. Very un-welcoming.
google avatar

Michelle M.

Yelp
The best thing about this place is the cool building it's in. Coming from out of town we met family here for dinner. They are an older couple and really like this place. We had the lasagna, which came with a green salad. It was very basic and kind of bland. Nothing special and nothing to bring me back. Next time we'll choose the dinner location.
google avatar

Tom B.

Yelp
This place is so bad. Do NOTTTTTTTTTTTT go please. They literally don't sit you for like 3 hours.
google avatar

Sunni E.

Yelp
Spaghetti Factory will never change no matter which restaurant you go to. I stick with my goto meal, Rubbery pasta with tad overcooked meatballs, but it's at this restaurant so it's wonderful. And let's be honest, we don't go here for the food. We go for the atmosphere! Wonderful waiter with wonderful decor. Amazing view of the river too.

McKenzie C.

Yelp
First time at this place! We bike rode all the way there and they let us sit out side so we could watch our bikes. Food was great. the waitress named Sarah was absolutely amazing and super sweet!
google avatar

Ailis W.

Yelp
Good for what it is. The upstairs bar is really fun overall, not super busy usually. The cocktails are surprisingly good. Very old world ambiance.

Jean F.

Yelp
We were seated near the window with a lovely view of the river. Our server Grace was very helpful and polite. We had the garlic mizithra spaghetti with salad and bread. We're not big eaters and Grace was kind enough to split the meal for us which we really appreciated. The pasta dish was delicious as was the hot freshly baked bread. I will definitely come here again and hope to sit in Graces section next time.

Cindy W.

Yelp
We came to the Old Spaghetti House for lunch before heading to the Oaks Park for a celebration and so glad we did. This is a great location with a perfect view of the Willamette River if you choose to sit outdoors. Mandy our server was excellent. She was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu items. The food was delicious and plentiful. The salads and the soups that were chosen tasted fresh. Overall the lunch outing was awesome; we may have to come for dinner some time. Enjoy!! :)
google avatar

Cindy F.

Yelp
I hate when I'm not even half done with my salad and my entree comes The food was good not great. The decor and the ambiance is the best thing about the place
google avatar

Justine S.

Yelp
We came in and needed to be in and out in less than an hour. We made reservations and we were seated about 5 minutes late but they understood the assignment. This place is ran by a bunch of young kids, but they are kind and efficient. They are quick but do not lack hospitality. We got a young guy and he was amazing! Wish I remembered his name because he kept checking on us and making sure we were well taken care of. This locations vibes are it! It's spacious and fun. We sat on the train and loved it! Would highly recommend!
google avatar

Lori H.

Yelp
Love this location on the Willamette River! The decor inside, friendly service, and delicious food (at reasonable prices) is hard to beat! Plus, they now take reservations...hallelujah! I've been coming to this location for many years. It's the best location for this chain, IMO. I made online reservations to meet family here for lunch on a Saturday. I requested a window table in my reservation and was given a wonderful table in one of the alcove windows with a gorgeous view of the Willamette River. Our table ordered the shrimp fettuccine ($22.25), lobster & crab ravioli ($22.50), and chicken fettuccine ($20.99). All entrees here are a 3 course meal, meaning they come with choice of soup or salad, loaf of bread with garlic butter and choice of spumoni or vanilla ice cream for dessert. Our food came out prompt, hot and delicious! The portions are more than decent. Everything tasted fresh. We were all extremely happy with our choices. One thing to note; they now have a gate at their parking lot entrance. Old Spaghetti Factory customers can park up to 3 hours for free. Your server or front desk person can validate for you. Otherwise, parking is $5 now. I guess they added the gate about a year ago.

Yelp
This has always been our favorite Spaghetti Factory because of the view of the river. Sometimes it can get pretty cold by the windows in fall and winter though..... (need to update with double pane). We've never had bad or rude service. Sometimes it's fun to go early and sit in the bar upstairs for a drink before coming down for dinner. My favorite dish is the Managers Special - Spaghetti two ways. I always get half Brown Butter Mizithra & Meat Sauce. I like to eat some of each and then mix the two for a different flavor.
google avatar

E M.

Yelp
I reached out as they requested after 4 phone calls and an email and no one emailed me back nor returned my calls. Customer service is abysmal. 0/10 service from managers Kent and Casey and server Ben B. --------- Took over an hour for our food, took 30+minutes to be greeted at our table, we were late to our show even though there was ample time and we informed the waiter. To make matters worse, he ran all the cards wrong (which were organized easily for him so l am beside myself that after 3 attempts he still ran them wrong.) the server said to call the manager the next day which we did. I've called multiple times and managers like Kent and Casey continue to promise a call back but I have yet to receive one. We have been coming here for 30 years and it's not what it was.
google avatar

Braden T.

Yelp
We had my partners retirement lunch with his friends today. The atmosphere was lovely as usual..the food (maybe just my brave "different" order) was ok..not spectacular..but our cute little server "Ben" was top of the line..spot on in dealing with a large group. He was attentive..friendly..and most of all..impeccable in his service! Thank you! We enjoyed our lunch....
google avatar

Mike D.

Yelp
Waited 30 minutes for waitress . Awful ! The spaghetti was very average . Then , when I left there was a 10.00 charge . No thanks
google avatar

Al S.

Yelp
Enjoyed the spicy spaghetti , could be hotter but was delicious. Waitress was friendly and informative. And the ambiance is old school, nice wood work and old timey feel. Loved it
google avatar

Jackie M.

Yelp
My seven year old summarized it best: Costco's frozen ravioli is better. That is really everything there is to say. It's still a decent place for a family meal, especially with a group. But it's not like the food is actually good.

Shelley B.

Yelp
Server should be trained to bring salads before entrees. Lasagne was not hot: cheese was still in shreds and cool to the touch. Asked for Parmesan 3 times and waitperson brought it with dessert! The tab should never be placed on table until after dessert is served. Finally, when we were asked how our meals were after plates were taken away, I said the kitchen and servers did not seem to be in sync with each other, to which she replied"Hmm, that's interesting." No apologies were offered only that the kitchen was backed up every time she was reminded of missing salad, Parmesan, dessert! I find this all concerning as we were in there at 2:45pm, well after and before any rush. In fact, we were the only table in the restaurant beside a group of 6 that arrived after us until we were getting ready to leave at 4pm. We've never had this issue of subpar service at Tanasbourne location(that is our regular haunt, we just thought since we were in the area we'd try it). The crowning glory was we were bombarded by fruit flies throughout the entire meal and the AC unit we we seated under roared and vibrated every time it cycled on. A disappointing experience given this is their world headquarters. Back to Tanasbourne next time we want good spaghetti and excellent service!

Yelp
The Old Spaghetti factory is a callback to my childhood in the 1970s. It was in a different location back then, but they managed to preserve a lot of the antique features of the original. I went with a friend around 3:30 in the afternoon. The host was surly to us when we requested a booth, and made us wait 15 minutes to be seated despite the fact that the place was dead empty. Two people who came in after we did were seated first. The food was fine, if a little bland, and the waitress was almost nice enough to make up for the rude host, almost. That guy might be better off working for the DMV.

Yelp
We had over 30 people in a private (birthday) party upstairs in the bar and our server, Liz, did great! I have been to this SF a hundred times and I love everything about it. It's beautiful and has a lovely view of the river during the day. I love that some of the tables look like beds. I love that there is a train car in the middle of the restaurant, that you can dine in. I love the dark wood. I love that every lamp shade is different. I love that every meal comes with fresh baked sourdough bread & butter and garlic butter. I love their 1000 Island salad dressing. There's something about it that makes it better than any I have had elsewhere. The only snafu was that one person's food did not come out until everyone was finished and we were boxing up our leftovers, but she was comped that, so she was satisfied. I don't love the price hike, but that's Bidenomics for ya. Everything is more expensive. It is what it is. This review is to give huge props to our server Liz. And the crew that helped her. We had an awesome time and will be back, of course.

Amy K.

Yelp
I love this place! It's like a step above Olive Garden and the atmosphere is super fun. We sat in the bar area by the window and watched the boats go by. It was a hot day and the air conditioner was pumping a nice breeze. I got the factory punch and it was delicious. Our server was super kind and attentive. Great experience.

Yelp
Did you know the first ever Old Spaghetti Factory was located in Portland, OR? They opened in another location in 1886, and moved into this South Waterfront spot in 1984. Dining at OSF is kinda like an Italian version of McMenamins. (Or maybe I should say the opposite.) The large buildings are decorated over-the-top with antique lighting, stained glass, vintage style furniture, color, and a trolley car inside. It is certainly a unique aesthetic, kinda fun, but also probably hard to maintain and keep clean. I could see some areas where this building could use some TLC. I am not really familiar with The Old Spaghetti Factory because they don't have a location where I grew up. My partner, however, loves it - it's a childhood nostalgia thing. So he dragged me along to this spot recently. I am amazed at how many people were dining here. The staff was quite busy. Apparently the best thing to order is the three course meal. So that's what we got. Specifically, we got a salad with pesto dressing, the garlic mizithra pasta, and the ice cream for dessert. It was good and filling, and a fairly cheap meal for two.
google avatar

Ph G.

Yelp
It's a good restaurant to eat spaghetti. The meal comes with bread and butter. We added salad instead of soup for dinner. The waiting time was five minutes before we got seats. The noodles and the sauce are just right.

Elizabeth N.

Yelp
When my family went last year it was so pretty all decked out for the holidays, the ships going by. Some of my family has food allergies the server was awesome. Letting us know what is available. We had a wonderful time can't wait to do this again.
google avatar

Odulami B.

Yelp
Great location outside downtown with ample parking (restaurant will validate for adjacent lot) . Some ta Bn nkes provide a great view of the willamette and biking path. There can be a wait during busy times so if suggest a reservation for larger parties. I've sampled a few things over the years and the lasagna has been a favorite. The average item is okay but the ambiance makes helps make it a good place for larger (non foodie) groups.
google avatar

Shorties M.

Yelp
a couple of hours after eating, my entire party of 5 got stomach ache, and we all had either meat suace or meatballs...so more than likely this was food poisoning. We don't think we'd ever come back again

A J.

Yelp
The best and most fun place for spaghetti. Always order the Managers Favorite with th white clam sauce and brown butter and mizithra cheese. YUMM ! We started going to the spaghetti factory when it first opened in an old warehouse in Seattle which is now condos I think. Anyway, the food is dependable, consistent and delicious!

Sally C.

Yelp
Went to the Spaghetti Factory in Clackamas. Their was 9 of us for a 75th Bday Party. The service was terrible for such a big party! After a while we asked another waitress to find our waitress, and she said "what do you need". I said we need to order! We had to ask for everything, and she forgot our wine. The food was not great and so expensive for the quality. I had a glass of wine and my dinner and with a small tip it was $46.00. That was the mizathria cheese pasta. Their were so many buss boys just hanging around laughing and we aksed them to clean our table. Will not go back!
google avatar

Jeff And Erin F.

Yelp
Our server, Ben, did a terrific job with our group of 18 tonight! So happy they have a gluten friendly pasta option there, and vegetarian sauces as well. Everything was delicious. Great place for a large group.
google avatar

Stephanie G.

Yelp
5 stars for the service! Paige was attentive from the get go. 2 stars for the meal. Albeit its a 3 course meal if dining in, I took my meal to go, so my meal was 2 courses. 1 beer while waiting= $35.

Yelp
We made a last minutes decision to ride our bikes into downtown Portland from Clackamas mid-day today. It was pushing 80 outside but with the slight breeze and clear skies, it was beautiful although slightly warmer than I usually care to ride. We hadn't eaten anything before we left but thought we'd easily stop at any one of the spots we ride by out and back. Nope, it was Sunday, and everything was closed. The Old Spaghetti Factory was open and we took a chance to see if we could pull in with our bikes in tow and get a spot out on the patio. It was an odd time of day, between lunch and dinner rush, and the patio was closed. I mentioned our dilemma about not wanting to leave our bikes unattended outside to the hostess trying to brainstorm an idea to not leave them locked up out of view with our bike packs full and our batteries, etc. Not to mention we weren't comfortably dressed to eat inside. Almost 18 miles into our ride and all we weren't looking our best. A server who I assume was working tables inside the restaurant, graciously agreed to help us out and serve us outside so we could pull our bikes around next to the table. We were beyond grateful for this exception made. I had the Ceasar Salad with Chicken and my son had the Chicken Fettuccine. The bread served with the meal is fresh from the oven and delicious as well as the minestrone soup that came with my salad. The salad itself looked very old school and it was. Perfectly delicious the way it's most likely been made since the restaurant's inception. The chicken cutlet that comes on the side of the salad is really well made and I thoroughly enjoyed it. My son enjoyed his Alfredo dish so well that I wasn't able to snap a photo fast enough. We want to give a big thank you to Andrew our server and let him know he really made our day with his superior service. Oh, the spumoni served at the end of the meal was a nice touch. This is not flashy fusion food, think old-school authentic Italian food, and you won't be disappointed.

Terrible customer service, the entire experience took way too long we were forgotten about for 30 min, placed in a dark corner of the restaurant. We finally asked to get seated elsewhere and if we had a waiter assigned to us. We finally ordered and waited 45 min for our food. Then we asked to have our parking slip validated. They forgot to do it even though we handed it to them. We had to go back in to get it validated. Good food, good ambience.
