A bit expensive but such amazing food. Our waitress Bailee was super friendly and attentive. We chose what she suggested and it was quite delicious. The serving is rather too much. All the entrees came with soup/ salad, loaf of bread and butter and finally some ice cream (choice of their house specialty or vanilla). It was good. Their Italian soda is a must try. I loved the mushroom ravioli- too good! Bailee told us the restaurant used to be a citrus processing plant, hence the different/ weird smell. Mind you, the restaurant is huge, I’m glad we made the reservation on a Friday night. All in all we’ll be going there again.

Really nice restaurant inside, service was prompt.. All the dishes seemed good wish there was a few more salads and appetizers to choose from. But in all good!

The Old Spaghetti Factory serves up a dining experience that's as varied as its menu. Let's dive into the good, the not-so-good, and everything in between. The food here hits the spot, offering satisfying Italian-American fare that won't break the bank. However, don't get your hopes up for the complimentary ice cream – it's more of an afterthought than a treat. And if you're thinking of quenching your thirst with iced tea, you might want to reconsider and opt for a different beverage. The restaurant's ambiance is a definite plus, creating a welcoming environment for diners. However, when it comes to cleanliness, it seems the staff is just barely making the grade. A little extra attention to detail wouldn't go amiss. One standout feature is the free parking lot. In a world where parking can be a headache, this is a welcome relief for patrons. The Old Spaghetti Factory offers a decent meal in a pleasant setting, with the added bonus of hassle-free parking. While it may not be gourmet dining, it's a solid choice for a casual night out or a family dinner.

The Food was Excellent. I was very surprised by the portions, I was not able to finish. The restaurant was clean, service was good and the restrooms were nice and clean. I will be back.

It was My first time visiting this place. I've driven past this restaurant so many years I was wondering what it was like inside. I was expecting much more that I got. First off I will say this. The place is beautiful. It's all about the atmosphere and service from a scale of 1 to 10. I give the food about a strong six or seven because of the blandness of the food and the temperature at which it is served. I spent $49 for two person lunch which came with three coarse meal which was a great price. I expected more of an authentic flavor considering the atmosphere, but it was disappointing to say the least. The sauce was bland and was not to my expectations. Not trying to sound like a food Snob, but come on! I've had better cafeteria food to be truthful. I ordered ravioli as the main course. I really enjoyed the atmosphere they made up for the disappointing food that was served. The menu was limited. I was expecting more choices considering the vast amounts of things that An Italian restaurant can provide.

5 stars all the way. We had a very large group celebration, 21 people! Our server, Aaron, did an exceptional job in every aspect.

First time here definitely not the last. Great atmosphere and delicious fresh food.

Yelp
This location in Riverside is just amazing! It's location is what used to be a packing house back in the glory days of Riverside citrus domination of the United States. When Riverside was the richest city in the country. A historical building just beautiful inside. Of course, the food is just amazing. Delicious with every bite, from a rich traditional family recipe. They have a great wine selection. That's perfect for whichever meal you choose. Our service is always great. Timothy did a great job with helping us with our selection of food and drink. The staff is very knowledgeable of every item on the menu. If you're in Riverside, you gotta go to old spaghetti factory to experience the rich history the city has and the rich history the family provides with their authentic meals .

Yelp
We used to love the spaghetti factory and the mizrah cheese was amazing! Unfortunately, this time we came with a group doing a murder mystery dinner through my husband's work. If you're interested, the event itself is available through a website called Eventbrite. However, I wouldn't say it was worth the money that we paid I always think of spaghetti factory is being one of the more affordable restaurants to go to because drinks and ice cream were included when we went back in the day. The event cost over $70 and we had the choice of four different meals only one of them not having meat so my vegetarian husband had no selection then when I saw what he got to eat, I was surprised he didn't ask to stop on the way home because it was ravioli and there wasn't very much. Luckily, it did come with the salad beforehand and he ate all of his salad. I got the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken mushrooms and broccoli, and it was really good Maybe we weren't paying enough attention or it wasn't explained well but the murder mystery just seemed like a bunch of stuff was happening in the room and we were barely a part of it even though my husband was actually a part of it he wasn't told you have to read the book. You have to learn what character you are. He wasn't actually picked to be the character, but the person at our table didn't wanna do it so he did. Anyway, the restaurant is usually pretty good And I don't know how much the other company got out of that $70 I would still recommend the restaurant The murder mystery here maybe maybe not

Yelp
Dear Patrick Evans or anyone willing to read, I'm writing to share some feedback about a recent visit to your restaurant that left my family and me feeling very disappointed and honestly, quite embarrassed, which is especially difficult for us to say, considering we've been loyal guests for many years. We've celebrated birthdays and many special occasions at your restaurant, and it has always held a special place in our hearts. During our visit yesterday, a number of issues arose that unfortunately affected our overall experience: We ordered a kid's meal for my son, which came with applesauce (as expected), but not the milk that's typically included -- we only received that after asking for it at the very end, once we were already standing up to leave. The main dish that arrived for him appeared to be a larger portion than normal, but because we had received the applesauce, we assumed it was still a kid's meal and we had never ordered this specific meal before so we didn't know. A few of us tried a bite to see if it was something worth ordering in the future, and we ended up boxing the rest to take home since my son didn't finish it. When the bill arrived, we were charged for a full adult entrée instead. When we questioned it, the server (who mentioned it was her first day) admitted the mistake but hesitated to correct it, as she said she saw eat(adults) eat some of it. The manager was eventually brought over, and we were told the only way to adjust the charge was to give back the to-go box that my son was holding and excited to have for dinner, and this felt unnecessarily punitive, especially since we had only taken a bite to try and had no intention of being dishonest. Additionally, the special that my mom and aunt shared, which should have been two meals for one price; was incorrectly charged as two full-priced specials. Thankfully, that was corrected, but it added to the confusion and frustration. Beyond the billing issues, the overall service was not up to the standards we've come to expect: drinks were never refilled, garlic butter for the bread never arrived, and the soup was watery and tasted noticeably off from the usual quality. We completely understand that everyone has off days, and that new staff members need time to learn. But if it was the server's first day, it felt like there should have been more support or oversight to ensure things went smoothly. What was most upsetting, though, was how the situation was handled by management; instead of being met with understanding or accountability, we felt like we were the ones being scrutinized or blamed for the confusion. We left feeling more embarrassed than anything else, and for a place we've always held in such high regard, that's truly disheartening. At this point, we're not sure if we'll return, and that's hard to say, because we've made so many great memories at your restaurant over the years. We're not looking for anything in return, but felt it was important to share this experience in hopes that it can be a learning opportunity for the team, especially when dealing with loyal customers who just want to feel heard and respected.

Yelp
Everyone knows and has been to The Old Spaghetti Factory. I haven't been in a few years and decided to pop in for a lunch and I can honestly say I really enjoyed my meal in the service. The places is still charming as ever and I went out on a limb and try the soup of the day which was clam chowder, and I must say it was some of the best clam chowder I've had in a very long time. Each bite had clam in it and it had the perfect amount of salt. I must say it paired very well with the bread that they give, and the two together were delicious. Peanut butter jelly in addition to that I also ordered the Pot Pourri and each of the three flavors coffee made each other well. I love the fact that you can have a variety of things on one plate and this plate too paired well with the bread.

Yelp
The service was horrible. We stood waiting to be seated for 20 minutes. As food servers and other employees went about their days. The place was virtually empty so not sure where or what they were doing besides ignoring my son and I. The drinks when they did come and take our order after being seated were delicious. And the spaghetti and meatballs were awesome which is why I wanted and waited to be seated. The salad was soggy and gross. Buuuuy the meatballs were so good. I was sad. Did you just not want us there? Should we have ordered our food to go over the phone? No more meatballs for me?

Yelp
You don't go to the Spaghetti if you are looking for gourmet Italian dinner. This is not the place you are looking for. But if you are looking for a place to meet up with friends, have a large party and want to spend quality time with friends this is your place. I have used their banquet room for baby and wedding showers and had a great time. I love the fact that they are not rushing out the door when you have a large party. They offer lots of room and an amazing bar and great service. Highly recommend for large parties and is very family friendly.

Yelp
Always a great experience at the Old Spaghetti Factory! The establishment is super clean, and the customer service is excellent. A huge shout-out to Melissa F., who is a true professional. Her service was exceptional--it was the kind of attentive and seamless care that rarely happens these days. I was so impressed that I doubled my usual maximum tip from $10 to $20. She's outstanding!

Yelp
We had a memorial banquet there yesterday at 2:30pm, we had 40 people. They seated us promptly at 2:30, immediately took our drink orders, followed by steaming hot bread and butter. Our empty dishes were quickly cleared, and our entrees came quickly after. All the servers were excellent and very helpful. I wish I remembered their names to give them recognition. Thank you for making a sad day a little better.

Yelp
well i wouldn't recommend this place for food their salads are Dole package salad to make worse we got the bottom of the bag with tons of salad dressing. You'd think a nice place like this would serve better salad than that I must admit Applebees serves the best fresh salad!!! the service was excellent, the ambience was beautiful if i go back only going back for sour dough bread

Yelp
Party of two Saturday before rush dinner time we're seated right away. The ambiance is quite pleasant we liked the originality of the place. Our server was on point and was very nice and attentive, we order specialty non alcoholic drinks with a keepsake glass and we loved it. The food was okay, the cheese was the signature flavor, just beware it is extremely salty we ended up taking most of it off. The pasta was lukewarm but decent. We like their bread and the presentation for the dishes was good. We were there during a murder mystery party and the server was not letting that take away from the regular tables. Overall experience was good.

Yelp
4/4/25 It has been ages since visiting this OSF, reminds me of the old OSF in Hollywood. Met up with friends that we've worked with at the OSF Hollywood at this restaurant today, two of which visiting from Texas with their daughter (who attends UC Riverside). Some friends I have known since 1986! We meet at OSFs regularly. The ambiance is nostalgic with fixtures that match the vibe, casual. It feels like a family themed restaurant. The food is always great, we usually order our favorites that we do not normally find anywhere else, clam sauce with mizithra cheese (with that delicious & aromatic browned butter--must try!!). Our server was Hugo, he is amazing! Very attentive & the rest of the staff helped to ensure our dining experience was phenomenal. Would definitely return if in the area. Parking is free & plentiful. Check it out!!

Yelp
Came here for my birthday. Wasnt impressed at all. Smelled old. I get it, old building, but still. Husband and i both weren't impressed by the food. Italian is my favorite and I request it every year for my birthday. Definitely disappointed. The staff wasnt welcoming either. Especially our server. Very disconnected and didnt seem to be enjoying her job serving people. Will not return.

Yelp
A classic out in downtown Riverside. I don't know why the initial interior smell is quite an acquired taste. I blame the Parmesan lol. After the waft of newish scents it becomes tolerable after looking at the menu options. All the meals come with fresh bread, minestrone soup or garden salad & vanilla or spumone ice cream for dessert. Great service! Once we walked in there was a line. We opted for open bar seating and they were accommodating even though they were short staffed. Our service was not lacking by any means. We were well taken care of in a timely manner. Tortellini is a fav. A great visit every time! Street parking right in front or there is extra parking across the street and behind the building by the fitness center. They also host paint nights along with murder mystery dinners in the banquet room for ticketed guests. We've attended the murder mysteries usually a large group of people, all trying to figure out whodunnit. Theme dress attire is encouraged but not required. Be there early to claim your preferred seating. A fun twist on dinner theater, interactive alongside some tasty pasta!

Yelp
Sadly...the uniqueness has finally been made more uniform through all their many locations nation wide and the eclectic vibe is... white washed here now. The big, old high back velvet chairs are largely removed and the bar has 'gasp'- Trendy high tables and chairs. We had 530pm reservations last Tuesday for a double birthday celebration. One bartender was all I saw present. She took a long time making 3 Moscow Mules... We were sat at 6pm when the rest of our party arrived. It became SLAMMED busy at this time.. No bread served until 30 minutes after seating (and not until AFTER we finally were able to place our orders...Boo!) Drinks took 45 minutes from time of order at table. So I never ordered another after the one I purchased at the bar. The Lobster n crab ravioli was just OK. Bread was hot when it finally did arrived. Spaghetti n meatballs looked good, lacked any pizzaz. Flat. Tomatoes marinara a bit too sweet. Appetizer cheese bread arrive 20 minutes after our entrees... so it was a waste of money as we were not craving it then. Mizitrah cheese is a dry cheese. Be aware of that. It is not a creamy texture at all. My mother did not like it as her pasta choice. Chicken Masala sauce was more of a sweet based burgundy mushroom. Mom didn't like that either. Things do not taste fresh. They are chain restaurant faire now...which I am saddened by. Too many people seated, not enough staff to manage. I am so sad to say no more birthdays, date nights or celebrations will be at this Spaghetti Factory. End of an Era... been coming here over 20 years during Festival of Lights. Pesto ranch dressing is fantastic! Spumoni ice cream and crisp, cold salad were the best parts of this meal.

Yelp
I came here with a group on the weekend in the evening. It was easy to make a reservation online and when I arrived we were seated right away. If you get a meal you can choose an appetizer and a dessert. They also gave you warm bread while you're waiting for the meal. I tried the spicy spaghetti vesuvius and it had a good flavor. I also ate the meat lovers treat. I liked the meatballs. The Caesar salad was standard. For dessert you can choose between vanilla and spumoni ice cream. I chose vanilla but I did try the spumoni as well. I also got the orange Italian soda. Make sure you stir if you get one.
google avatar

Gabriela V.

Yelp
I didn't know old spaghetti factory had their three course meal deal. You get an entree, side, dessert. What more could you want! I ordered the garlic shrimp fettuccine, Cesar salad with pesto ranch dressing, and the spumoni ice cream. Always gotta get a strawberry lemonade. It was really busy when we got there so service was a little slow but they were so nice and we totally understood. It's decorated so beautifully in there.
google avatar

Craig G.

Yelp
The place for group meals. Easy menu with enough pasta options. The soup/ salad starter and the spumoni or vanilla ice cream to finish. Fresh bread and butter on the table add to the value. I had my go to Chicken breast fettuccine Alfredo with broccoli. Great service, no hiccups, split our bill at the table and the birthday girl had a great time. I love the old antique decor with plenty of beautiful chandeliers and stain glass. The navel packing house remains a gem for downtown. Food-5 Service-5 Value-5

Yelp
We were seated quickly however it took a while to be greeted. Once she finally came we order drinks and food at the same time. Our server was nice and attentive but things did take quite a long time. It was around 8pm on a Saturday.

Yelp
I love The Old Spaghetti Factory. I have been going to their restaurants in different locations for the last 45 years. So when I was in Riverside meeting with a former co-worker and his family, I had to check out this location. OSF is known for their good food and interesting locations. This was a former fruit packing warehouse. The interiors of all OSFs are always decorated beautifully and there is plenty to look at while dining there. The Cheese Bread appetizer was delicious with a good tasting crust and chunky marinara sauce. Definitely order this as an appetizer to share. All the dinners here are three courses which is a rarity nowadays. There is a choice of soup or salad and a dessert of spumoni or vanilla ice cream. A large loaf of sourdough bread and butter also comes with the meal. I chose a salad with their house dressing which is a creamy pesto. The salad was fresh tasting with crispy lettuce and the dressing went well with it. I ordered the Potpourri which is spaghetti with four of their classic sauces: Mushroom, Meat, Clam, and Mizithra with Browned Butter. It is for the undecided so get all the sauces on one plate. My favorite and usual go to is Mizithra with Browned Butter but it is good to try the other sauces as well for a change. The spumoni was a good dessert for the meal. It was an ample scoop of delicious ice cream. Service is excellent here and very efficient. The waitstaff were friendly and food came from the kitchen quickly. Parking is on the street and in an adjoining lot which is shared with a couple of other businesses. There was plenty of spaces but there is a short half block walk to the restaurant entrance. Signs on the buildings will direct you to the restaurant.

Yelp
Amazing marinara spaghetti My first time here with my dad and little brothers and it was AMAZING! We were seated instantly (mind you it was 12:15pm on a Saturday). Waiter took our order instantly, best strawberry lemonade I've had in a while. They were very attentive to our needs and super helpful. The BEST minestrone soup ever, so get that! And the bread.... So soft and perfectly crisp! It was very fancy inside!!
google avatar

Mary M.

Yelp
I got what I always get at Spaghetti Factory-the spaghetti with Mizithra and browned butter!! I always get it for good reason...it's fantastic!! Great big portions too. Enough to enjoy seconds the next day. We don't normally get appetizers because we usually can't eat them along with all the other food (you get salad or soup, bread with butter, entree and ice cream!). This time we got the olive tapenade and it was very tasty. It comes with garlic bread triangles that are good on their own. And I'd like to mention on a side note, the salad bowls were chilled and that is so great!! Of course the bread and garlic butter were divine. And the spamoni ice cream - also included - perfect. I've been going to this restaurant for decades and have never had a bad meal. The location is great. The food is delicious. The service is top notch. And it's really fun inside. It looks as if it could have actually been a factory. Maybe it was.

Yelp
The food is always great. Even the gluten free ones. Mia was friendly and prompt. We loved the service. Great ambiance. We love the train station theme.

Yelp
Honestly this place is amazing. The food is yummy and always saucy. I'm more interested in there cheesecakes which blow my mind. Service was nice , would come again.

Yelp
Have you heard of meatball Mondays?? For $25 you and a guest/partner/friend/enemy can get a large plate of Shanghai and meatballs complete with soup or salad warm bread and butter, 2 soft drinks or half carafe of wine and spumoni dessert! Ambiance is amazing. This place is inside of an old packing house (a staple of other OSF locations btw). Our server Patty was so nice and very kind to us. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for an old school pasta spot. Also highly recommend the mizithra cheese pasta if you decide to but do the Monday special. A+++
google avatar

Eilene R.

Yelp
celebrated my dad's birthday here. Welcoming environment and we came across friendly staff. The food was good, a bit pricey but all well. I'll come back one day on a weekday luncheon :3

Cecilia E.

Yelp
1st time: Me and my family had a reservation of 4. We were offered garlic cheesy bread as we enjoyed the cheesy bread. Salad was dry no flavor. The main meal came out as we are eating I wanted some bread. Who eats pasta without the bread. As we were leaving we noticed tables with bread and butter. I kindly asked the lady in the front do you serve bread, she said we only serve it if you don't order the garlic cheesy bread which doesn't make any sense if that's the 1st thing that comes out. This whole time I was saying Olive Garden was better due to the bread. Listen 1st timers order your cheesy bread but make sure to get your fresh made Italian bread with your meal cause they sure will not offer.

Jeremy S.

Yelp
The food is always delicious and the service is top notch! Our server, Angie, was amazing on our late lunch visit today!!! Highly recommend!
google avatar

Debbie M.

Yelp
The food here is pretty good. Wait times can be a little crazy so plan your trip ahead. I love that you get a three course meal, which includes super salad and ice cream after your entrée. Although the prices have gone up, my family and I have always came for birthday celebrations.

Camy D.

Yelp
We've been coming here for years, the food and service is always great! However today's visit really solidified why we love coming here. We brought our 4 month old for the first time. #1, the waitress was so sweet to her (I think her name was Sarah), #2 they had slings for car seats, and #3,the changing table was clean and stocked with liners!! You rarely see changing tables in good quality at restaurants and oh man, was I blown away. Seems simple in theory but you rarely see it, and it totally made this mom's day! Thank you to management for continuing to be family friendly!
google avatar

Marco R.

Yelp
Hadn't been here in years, and decided to bring my teen boys here as they were curious about it. We were seated right away, it was a Thursday evening so not too busy. Our waitress seemed very aloof, and took a while to get drinks and then to take our orders. Got soups and salads pretty fast, but the minestrone soup seemed off that night. Food came out and it was not what we were expecting. It looked like cafeteria food and honestly tasted like it too. I got the chicken marsala and the sauce was thick, like it just came out of a can thick and it wasn't even hot. Bread was rock hard. Kids were dissatisfied with spaghetti and with chicken Alfredo too. We were disappointed with the experience, and the boys said they don't want to come back.
google avatar

Winfred S.

Yelp
We have big not been back to this place for the last 10 years. It still a great experience every time we come. I love the fact that it is located in and old warehouse and there is a train car inside. I also love all the old woodwork and art. It definitely feels different than some of the other locations. I brought the family here for lunch. The fresh bread came out with the garlic butter. I still love their salad with pesto dressing, For my meal, I had the meat sauce with add on meatballs. Of course, my favorite part of the meal was the spumoni ice cream. We came at lunch when it was quintet and the service was prompt. The inside looks like a historical museum. The food was tasty as usual. We will come back again.
google avatar

Vee R.

Yelp
This place is so nostalgic for me. Loved coming here as a kid and now enjoy bringing my own kids they love the experience and vintage feel and the food so good ! The staff is also so patient and kind.
google avatar

Jmf K.

Yelp
All right. For the patrons talking shit about "sewer" smell need to chill. There is NO sewer smell, there may be an oder but it's a preservative coating that protects the wood as it looks to be original and you get use to it quickly. Anyway, we sat in the trolley, food was great, me and my lady both order the 3 course meal that was all excellent. The lasagna is famous for a reason and the chicken fettuccini Alfredo was tasty but honestly the star is the Spumoni... I might or might not be biased.. also Alexa who was our server was great! Attentive, considerate and kind.. thanks for the memories, OSF.
google avatar

Pam L.

Yelp
As always for me, the Old Spaghetti Factory in Riverside did not disappoint. On a Friday night, we picked up my granddaughter from ONT airport and called to see if we could get a reservation as we'd be there in a half hour...and it was a Friday night! We were seated right away and had Ethan for our waiter...very nice and attentive service. Our food was excellent...I always get the same....the mizithra cheese spaghetti and a glass of red wine. Delicious!
google avatar

Nathali S.

Yelp
The food was good. We did the three course that came with a soup or salad, entree and ice cream. The lasagna was delicious, the chicken parmigiana was delicious. The spumoni ice cream was soooo goood. THE SERVICE WAS IMMACULATE! BRANDON IS A GIFT TO THIS RESTAURANT. He was attentive, kind, knowledgeable, on top of it! He made our first visit to the spaghetti factory memorable. Will definitely come again thanks to him and his amazing service

Yelp
Hadn't been here in years but my friends and I were hungry. We were seated promptly and our meals came out in a timely manner. The food was good. I've had better but it was decent and filling. The salad was definitely bland and nothing special about it but worth eating for what you pay. Ambiance was nice and it's not too dark. For three people it was $68 no drinks included.

Lyn D.

Yelp
Everything was good. Enrique was friendly and attentive. Love the old building that provided ambience to our meal.

Yelp
A nice Italian restaurant with a variety of options in a historic setting. We liked that the main courses came with bread, soups and ice cream! The garlic cheese bread appetizer was also a highlight and I liked the tortellini and sausage soup. On the other hand I found the spaghetti sauce to lack a little bit of flavor but it wasn't too bad. Overall, the food is solid, but is missing an extra pop to make it great, service was great, and the restaurant is nice as well.

Steve W.

Yelp
Wow... what a disappointment. We haven't been here for quite sometime now, so we thought we would have a nice meal before heading home (Friday, 8/29). Our first noticable problem was the long delay in waiting for our drink order. When the drinks arrived, it seems as if the ice had melted or they were noticeably low on ice...on a every warm evening. Later, when the food arrived, 3 of the 4 of us were not happy with the spaghetti. They each said the sauce tasted bad (over cooked). I don't know what has happened to the; speedy service, cold drinks and tasty food....but the Riverside Spaghetti Factory has lost it. $120 meal for four meals, was not what we were used to. Everyone has the right to their opinion, however with that being said....it will be a long time before I have the urge to visit a Spaghetti Facorty. Enjoy your Life

Yelp
Overwhelming sewer smell when we walked in the door. Had to leave. Staff said it happens occasionally.

Yelp
Its the little things. The attention to detail. The extra steps the Brandon provided tonight making our family night extra special. Every one deserves to be served by Brandon. Best service i have received in a long time. Thank you.

Yelp
After years of not visiting the restaurant, I was invited to dinner. My salad was limp bagged lettuce very wet. The blue cheese dressing should have been labeled blue cheese flavored dressing. The sauce on my chicken parm was watery, and the meal was flavorless over all a very disappointing meal

Yelp
Held a celebration of life here in their banquet room. Super affordable for 100 people, staff was incredible, we had access to the projector screen (bring your own projector and extension cord), staff was able to turn the music down in our room so people could give speeches. Super accommodating, food was fantastic, everyone was pleased by the atmosphere, service, and quality of the food. A sincere thank you for helping people celebrate the passing of a loved one.

Yelp
Too Hot Timothy was an amazing server. Helpful with menu items, good timing between meals. Ambiance would have been better if the building was not so hot. Our bill was over $100.00. Sadly, could not enjoy it due to heat. Soup did not have crackers available. I did not find this out until after I had my soup. Sweating while having dinner made me just want to go home. We should have been made aware air conditioning was a problem before meal to allow option time to order togo or if wanted to dine in. My asthma is flared. I am left too hot to eat and frustrated.

Yelp
Came here for my mom's birthday with her and my sister because we were struggling to decide on a place halfway between us. Hadn't been for a while but hopes it would be decent. I made a reservation beforehand and showed up early. The inside had a weird smell, kinda like an antique shop which was weird, strange it didn't smell like food. It looked cute inside but didn't smell i We checked in at the front but they told us we would need to wait to get the table ready. It didn't seem like there were that many people actually eating there but there were a few groups waiting. It was like 10 or so minutes after the reservation time and we'd been waiting there like 25 minutes total, and another larger group that came after us asked again and we're immediately seated. So I went and asked and we were seated. But it led me to believe the table was probably ready for a while but they just didn't say anything which put me off. They weren't that friendly either. Our actual server was nice enough. Their menu is much smaller than I was anticipating. We all got our order. I got Chicken Marsala with the soup. My mom got lasagna and my sister got Fettuccine Alfredo. The bread was okay but really tough to cut; it was also very sour. The food was very mediocre and took pretty long to come out. My dish was probably the best, but that's not saying much. I've had better chicken marsala elsewhere. Wouldn't recommend coming back here. Food isn't great, service isn't great, prices aren't great. There are tons of better Italian food places, even chain Italian food places.

Yelp
When I received the invite to eat here by my educational mentor, I happily obliged! Have you seen all of the delicious looking food photos?! I was so exited to eat here! The interior is gorgeous, artsy and historical- it's a literal museum! I'm so sad that my experience wasn't better! The food on my plate didn't look good so much that I didn't want to eat it: A plate full of angel hair pasta, half with clam sauce and the other half mizithra (this is for "cheese lovers)- It was like feta cheese, so pretty dry and nothing spectacular to look at, and worse to eat. The noodles were clumped together and lacked sauce and flavor. I ordered the "managers special" and there was nothing special about it.
