Haven't been but i hope this place is good. Hamilton Heights is such a great place to walk around and Ideally the people who own this are serving the community that made it that way alongside everyone else but it's impossible to know. Looks incredible and will have to go next time i'm in town. The waypoint on this map is wrong though so will have to check google

A different type of chai than I have had before. Stronger on 1 spice (unknown) than the rest, but I like it. I recommend the Croissant cinnamon bun hybrid. It's lighter in texture without all sugary frosting on top; a personal preference of mine. The owner also sells a product line that grabbed my attention. I definitely keep it in mind.

This place is just so esthetic, but i still prefer the fred Douglas branch as they have area to sit and dine, but still cute , this shop can accomodate 2 people inside to sit and chill and they have outside benches The hibiscus is my daughter’s fave, that purple Color is gorgeous

Very cute new Black owned coffee shop and retail store in Hamilton Heights. I swung by today and had a rose milk latte with a vanilla filled donut - both were delicious. The barista named Talia was very kind and welcoming. It’s a small space but I definitely plan to stop by again.

Great coffee ☺️ and great spot in Hamilton Heights. Prices are average for coffee in Manhattan, and the atmosphere is so cute. Definitely a place to hang out with a friend. My first time here I was asked to not eat anything purchased outside (so just be aware of that). 😗

Such a welcome addition to the neighborhood! Over the course of the pandemic, this block has been getting progressively sadder and more run down. This chic little Cafe/shop, owned by a Harlem native (who i chatted with on my first visit s few days ago), brightens up the street. Really cute branding, just in bed of a more noticable sign from the outside, which I'm sure is forthcoming. I've been three times in three days, I'm just so happy you've moved in! Lattes are great, pastries beautiful, and the products for sale are lovely. We bought everything we could justify this morning just to support the new addition to Hamilton Heights. Hooray for the Oma! Welcome welcome!

Tasty and beautiful place! I had Lavender tea, it was warm and tasty. The shop is beautiful, cozy and warm. The owners was warm, nice, beautiful especially their daughter. I went in the shop to buy coffee and left with tea and it was a good choice. The owner is so easy to talk to and it wasn’t force. It felt so nice that I went back to my car and brought my daughter to play with there daughter. I will make sure to come back and drive the distance from the bronx!

I live in the neighborhood and love coming here for the boutique coffee vibes. Bonus if you get Katie as your barista, she’s great!

Yelp
During a recent heat wave I walked in to get an iced coffee. The woman at the counter had bleached blonde hair. She immediately gave off a wack vibe. I ordered the iced coffee, drank some then politely requested extra ice because it was nearly 98 degrees outside and the coffee wasn't cold enough. She refused to add more ice, said they were running low. I told her .... "You know what?! I knew you were going to say that to me " and I peacefully walked on. That tiny cup of iced-coffee was $4.08 ... I don't mind paying a premium for things... however, her attitude sucked and I wasn't surprised at all she gave me some lame excuse. I don't know who owns this place but please retrain your counter person and have enough ice on hand to justify charging $4 for a tiny cup of coffee. I definitely won't be back.

Yelp
I found this place after it was recommended by a friend. This is a black owned small business which opened. This is my first time going on Sunday after my run. First this place is beautiful and has amazing lighting. They sell household items such as glasses, cups and vases. They are very friendly and it is owned by a husband and wife. We had a blackberry scone, a chia latte and a cortado. They offered to heat it up the scone which was very fresh. They were very talkative. This place definitely has nice welcoming vibe. My chai latte was good but I wanted more of a chai flavor. They did ask me if I liked it after they gave me the drink, which shows they honestly care about their customers and what they are serving. I will definitely be back. I look forward to trying more items and even purchasing some of the items they sell in the store.

Yelp
The new Oma shop location on 146th and Frederick Douglas service is very bad. I'm not sure if the girl who is working behind the register is racist or just very bad at customer service, whenever I go there she gives me dirty looks and don't even say hi, thank you, goodbye. But I saw her communicating with black customers and she is totally different with them, laughing, talking, making conversation and saying thank you and all the basic customer service things. The owner is very nice, however this girl who works behind the register is absolutely rude and racist towards asian people and white people. I will not going to be going there anymore. And anyone who is asian or white, do not go there unless you want to get dirty looks and bad customer service. Do better!

Yelp
Chic, Warm, Non biased. Community Cove serving choice delicacies not found at your local bodega. The tone of service is inviting & friendly. Let's just say Oma sets the bar as being one of the many Black Owned businesses that serves up Excellence! There's no need to Travel away from Harlem when We have Oma.

Yelp
Extremely good coffee and gifts! Great little shop to pop into on a hot day and buy a very nice coffee. And maybe a cool-as-hell flower vase.
