I use their products regularly and love them. Very effective for rather affordable prices. The location is just like the brand ordinary and there are always shopping assistant to help you out if you have questions.

Amazing skincare at a great price! I actually didn't realize their products were so affordable (the packaging looked so high-end) until a friend told me about them! I've been using a couple of their products for a few weeks now, and I am definitely seeing a difference in how healthy my skin is. Once these run out, I'm 100% going back to this store to get more! Everyone who worked at this location was so nice as well, they were helpful if you had questions but didn't push you into getting anything you weren't interested in / come across as "salesy" which I appreciated so much. Would definitely recommend visiting this store!

Came in with my two daughters and their aunt last week and was helped by Gabby. She was very informative and patient with the girls and even gave them stickers. Wanted to leave a review post-product use and we love 'em! Great service, great employees.

The staff is knowledgeable about the products. If you happen to have a reaction to the products or you dislike them. You have a year to return or exchange it. I havent had to return anything and have used every drop 😊. My preteen has loved that it helps her with heracne. The Ordinary daily set and mask have been some my favorite products.

I had the most amazing shopping experience with a guy named Von (I think I spelled his name right), and the manager (forgot your name sorry)!! They didn’t carry the Survival 30, but they did help provide more info on the other products for oily skin. Ended up leaving with the Niacinamide 10% and copper 1% serum. Hopefully it’ll help make my skin less oily. Thanks again for your support! 🥰

So thankful for my trip to The Ordinary today. The associate was so patient teaching me about an ideal care routine and walked me through all the steps/products for a beginner routine. On top of it, everything was super affordable! Couldn’t recommend this brand and location more

I came in looking for a few new products to add to my normal routine and a super friendly worker named Gaby helped me find some Ordinary products that fit into it perfectly! Staff is super attentive and will answer any questions you have, but if you go in, definitely ask for Gaby!

I came here to get some gifts for teens and was a bit intimated as skin care options have gotten so technical and fancy! I was helped by a lovely woman Alison and by the time I was checking out felt very confident in my selections. Will definitely come back!!!
