Really feel like a new person today, thanks so much for the lovely facial and massage! The only downside is that the products are expensive, so can’t come often, it is an occasional self-care treat. The customer service has also been welcoming and friendly. Also, you don’t feel rushed out which is highly appreciated. Thanks very much!

I had the rose crystal lymphatic facial with Irvana and it was literally the best facial of my entire life. Irvana is an expert in skincare and has helped to rejuvenate my skin and give me a natural and healthy glow. The facial is extremely reasonably priced - I usually pay double in the US - and the quality of products and experience was 5 stars. Thank you so much Irvana, what an incredible experience.

I've been going here since it opened around a decade ago. I've had s myriad of treatments here, and each has been delivered with professionalism. Lovely treatment rooms, very relaxing environment. The products have sadly come up in price so much I can no longer afford to use them, but when I did use them they were of an amazing quality. I still buy the vitamins on occasion and they are very different in appearance to those bought from the neighbouring store, for example. Peter, the branch manager, is so friendly and helpful, he alone is worth a visit to the store. Anything you need for holistic health can normally be found here.?

Good treatment, nice warm beds Had facial, poor customer loyalty Heavy Push sales on products durig and after Poor customer service to retain customers. I spend £125 on massage treatment + £16 on tincture + £42 on gel toner. My toner, only 2 days into use, slipped into the sink and shattered. While it was an unusual mistake at no fault of the company I did call to explain and request could they replace it. The answer was a firm no, twice. While I do understand it was an accidental, their products are expected to be used in bathrooms and at the price to should be shatter proof. Even if to ensure my return as a customer I would.hope they would make an exception and give me a replacement bottle, or even be creative and offer me a discount to get a new one, or offer me a sample portion. Now my £42 toner is wasted and I won't be able to use it to see if I would come back for more. I would expect a high end luxury line of face products to be more courteous to hope to create return loual customers. One bottle of £42 retail toner at their expense as a courtesy could be the experience to bring me back. Instead I was told sorry not our problem. I was told they don't sell glass bottles. No matter if it is glass or not it shattered and should be more sturdy for use on/near sinks or tile.its ashame I knew it was an unusual request but I was hoping they'd understand the circumstance and replace it. I'm unlikely to return for any future products at risk of breaking high cost items or returning for treatments due to there mentality around creating customer loyalty.iys ashame bc I really enjoyed the rose crystal facial I had :-(

Very bad experience and service. I've been a customer for more than ten years, using Organic Pharmacy products, but my experience on Christmas day in the store at Kensington High Street made me truly disappointed and mad. The staf did not in any way live up the otherwise high standards of the company.

Began on a healing journey with the lovely Homeopath, Marina. She has gently guided and advised me onto a path that I now have every trust in following, for health and growth.

Very overpriced facial given the staff are still using an archaic metal tool for squeezing blocked pores on the face. Surely with these prices and a Kensington location, they should invest in modern face steamers?!

I went here for a facial and i loved it. as soon as you walk in the smell of the shop is amazing. My therapist was polite and very professional, i could feel she was highly skilled. I would definitely be back. highly recommend.

I feel really cheated by The Organic Pharmacy. I went to take their Quantum QX test which is touted as an allergy test. Alongside that I had a 'homeopathic assessment' to try and ease my bad skin. Now, one month later I feel like I have been cheated out of over £100. The homeopathic assessment consisted of a series of questions that were incredibly personal. This would have been fine if the therapist had come to some kind of conclusion or answered any of my questions (she evaded my questions and I still have no idea why she asked me about my dreams and other personal questions). I think I wouldn't have been so disappointed if the allergy test was accurate. However, when I received the results I realised that it was basically a list of the things I ate for lunch that previous week. I phoned them to complain and was told (by an extremely rude and patronising store manager, who wouldn't let me hang up the phone even though I was getting increasingly upset, she preferred to continue to lecture me) that this was the way it worked and there was no way I would be getting any sympathy, an apology or any money back. Don't go - you might end up feeling cheated too.
