I always believe in giving credit where it’s due, and the customer service here was pleasant. They were about an hour from closing, so I understand they were wrapping things up. I chose to dine in, and my food came out in about 20 minutes.
Unfortunately, that’s where the good news ends. When the food arrived, the fries were barely warm—as if they had been sitting out before being plated—and the hot dog bun was cold. For the price, the quality just didn’t match up. I honestly could have boiled a Nathan’s hot dog at home or grabbed one from Sonic and enjoyed it more.
A coworker recommended this spot based on her great experience at the Atlanta location, so I had high hopes. Sadly, I think it just wasn’t my lucky day. I appreciate supporting neighborhood businesses, but I’ll likely pass next time.
