This is such a hidden gem at the mall! Omg, I love the fries. They are carnival style and seasoned well. First time, I got the Chicago dog and second time, I got the one with pimento cheese. Is this place super cheap? Nope. They're making homemade fries though and I feel like the hot dogs are pretty tasty! My husband loves their smash burger too!

We saw this place on an instagram post and decided to give it a try. Hands down 10 stars, we had the XXL and fries, boy was it good! Toasted hot dog bun, flavorful hot dog, and an ample amount of condiments made this crave worthy!! Will be back!

Extremely overpriced and mid. Service was good, and the hot dog bun was toasted. BUT the hot dog itself wasn't hot, it was lukewarm, and I expected a larger and better hot dog for $6. The hot dog was tiny. 5.5 ounces of coleslaw for $4 is too expensive. I understand why they have to put a sign up that says no refunds! I wouldn't go back.

Terrible experience workers did NOT help accommodate at all even though I tipped before receiving my food the food was awful tenders were entirely too big and undone !!!!!! A waste of money I could’ve gotten sick never again!!

Holy hell the food is SOOOO good!!! I got the BLT dog and the Hawaiian dog and they’re PACKED with toppings and literally mouth watering! Workers were super nice also! Will def be back 10/10 stars!!!

07/07/24. Saw this place reviewed on TikTok and thought we’d give it a try. It was mediocre at best. I tried the Jamaican Dog (3.5). A regular corn dog (4.2) and fries ordered extra crispy. They were not. The sauce on the jerk hot dog was overwhelming and was drowning everything and made it over all a soggy mess. The corn dog was cold in the middle and the fries were a let down. Tiff got a California hot dog (4.9) onion rings (8.2) and a corn dog. It was grey in the middle ( as if it were old) by far the best item ordered. And her corn dog was to cold in middle. Overall experience 4.8. For us we will not return. If they fixed a few things it could be really good. The various combinations they offer sound amazing. They just don’t execute the final product. $43.00 wasted.

The smash burger is INCREDIBLE!!!!! Seriously the best one I’ve ever had. My son had a hotdog so I can’t speak on how good it was or not but he said he loved it.

New place in Mentor Mall. Amazing menu! Everything is cooked to order and it was very delicious, I will definitely be going back for more! They even have a Beyond Meat selection and everything can also be made into a burger as well. The baked beans were so good 🥰

Caught this place when leaving the mall. Didn't have any expectations to be honest I was just hungry and it sounded good. But mall food is always a hit or miss. Gentlemen working behind the counter was super nice and informative. All food was cooked to order. Even the batter on the corn dogs was homemade. I got the standard corn dog, my wife got the hot dog with chili, cheese, onion and it came on a Texas toast style bun. All beef hot dogs. My wife also got the funnel sticks and thought they were really good. I would love to go back and try more!

First time at the original hot dog factory in mentor mall it was good had a Cleveland polish boy and a frito dog with onion rings and a mystery drink and to top it off fried oreos and funnel cake sticks every thing was good and fresh to order the service was A1 will be back do recommend
