We just left the Lombard location. Great service and great ice cream. We had a strawberry sundae and a turtle sundae. The Mrs. forgot to ask for vanilla ice cream in her strawberry sundae(they used strawberry ice cream). They both were good. This location has become our summer ice cream spot this year.

2 rainbow cones 1 in a waffle cone (+$.99) equals 1 happy wife and baby. Instructions on how to eat were a bit unclear so just went to town mixing all 5 flavors. Was not disappointed.

We came here to try the rainbow cone and it didn’t disappoint. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The ice cream is nice and smooth. It’s now our favorite go-to place for ice cream.

We were blown away by the hospitality and service of your manager, Romeo. We had a full team of basketball players come in to celebrate after winning a game. He had the biggest smile, welcomed us all, congratulated the girls on their win and provided top notch service. He truly radiated joy and made our night that much better. Ice cream was delicious, the aesthetic of the place was so cute and even though we were a big group our order came out so fast! Overall experience there was a 10/10! Highly recommend.

If there was a way to give a zero star rating, I would. Me and my friends have come here a lot and the service is always unbelievably slow. Behind the counter, the workers look constantly distracted and not focused on preparing the orders for customers. I even had to go up to the workers and remind them of my order after waiting for 20 mins when there was no one else left in the store. They all looked confused and had no sense of urgency. Would not recommend, especially for big crowds.

Best ice cream I ever had!!! Recently tried the Big Muddy at Rainbow cone, and it was fantastic. The flavor was rich and indulgent with chocolatey goodness. I was also impressed by the huge portion size for the price, it’s definitely worth!
