We ordered a few dishes and the best is seafood platter with HK$99 only !
The fresh, air-freighted oysters are not large but packed with rich seawater flavor. The French golden snails are large and pleasantly chewy. Hokkaido scallops are sweet and enhanced by salmon roe, though thicker scallops would improve the texture. New Zealand green mussels are big and deliciously sweet. The abalone is large and flavorful, with a great bite. This platter is only available on Monday and Tuesday nights for a special price; otherwise, it's HK$199.
We also ordered some starters. The Crab Meat Avocado Tart with Black Caviar features a generous amount of crab meat layered over diced avocado in a creamy sauce. The combination of sweet crab and smooth avocado, complemented by the salty caviar, creates a rich flavor profile.
Another starter is Peruvian Grapefruit Vinegar Octopus. The octopus slices are a bit thick but chewy, paired with a sweet and tangy sauce and pickled onions, making for a refreshing starter.
The main is Charcoal-Grilled 360-Day Grain-Fed U.S. Ribeye (Medium).
The steak is beautifully seared, thick, and juicy, though the beef flavor isn’t very strong and a bit oily. Served with baked garlic, beans, and mashed potatoes, the dish is satisfying and well-balanced.
