for those planning to stay, take extra precaution. Their so called smoking sensor goes on even without a person in the room smoking. After a fun filled backstreet boys night, I woke up to a text from concierge that my room was charged with a smoking violation. I called customer service, after being placed on hold I was asked to go to front office. At the front office, I was again told to wait as they “investigate”, they showed me the sensor result and I told them no one is even in the room - I had to show my bsb ticket the previous night as evidence. No apologies, no acknowledgement that their sensor is faulty and should not be relied on fully. After going back to my room, they kept bothering me as they cannot charge the violation to my card (I locked my card), I said the matter is still disputed and why do they keep charging me, they mentioned I need to dispute the matter with my card as front desk cannot do anything about it. they dont seem to communicate as the other front desk staff told me they are escalating to their director or whatever, again no apologied provided. They finally called around 11 am or so to say it was settled, but that messed up my whole day and I had 3 days left at the Palazzo (no apologies no compensation for the remaining days for the anxiety they have provided). i had to set up a camera everytime I leave the room to have evidence. so if you want a stressful stay, by all means stay at Venetian/Palazzo. If not for the convenience to the sphere I wouldnt have stayed in this scam of a hotel.

I recently stayed at The Palazzo at The Venetian Resort, and the experience was impressive—especially considering how affordable it is compared to many other five‑star properties in Las Vegas. The location is outstanding, right in the center of the Strip, making it easy to walk to major attractions, shows, and nearby resorts. One of the biggest highlights is that The Palazzo is directly connected to The Venetian, which adds a ton of convenience and entertainment value. The combined complex is massive and incredibly fun to explore, offering everything from high‑end shopping to themed walkways that make the property feel like a destination in itself. With so many shops and restaurants available, you could easily spend hours wandering without ever stepping outside. There are a couple of downsides worth noting. While the dining options are plentiful, many of the restaurants are on the pricey side, even compared to typical Vegas standards. Additionally, because the resort is extremely popular and centrally located, it can feel a bit too crowded at peak times, especially on weekends or during major events. Overall, The Palazzo delivers excellent value for a luxury‑style stay. The spacious rooms, prime location, and seamless access to The Venetian make it a great choice—just be prepared for some crowds and higher restaurant bills.

If you like loud crowded expensive chaotic hotels here you go. I got lost every time I left the room. The staff didn’t even know where places were. Too far from the other hotels & shows & the action of the strip. You have to Uber most places. There is no refrigerator microwave not even a coffee maker available. The towels were the size of hand towels, they were scratchy & thin. A room for four provided 2 robes that were as bad as the towels. It was beyond expensive, I have been to Vegas I know everything is expensive this place took it to a new level. The shopping places had high pressure sales staff, think used car dealer. The restaurants were just okay not worth the outrageous price tags. Yes it was newer & huge & lots of restaurants & shopping, but casino was small compared to other hotels. It wasn’t decorated beautifully for Christmas, like you’d think they could do. I needed a place to vacation from my vacation. I stayed a few days in another hotel to escape chaos, to a clean room & nice towels & bath. There is a Walgreens across the driveway which was convenient. Other being huge I don’t know what it offers. There is nothing that stands out, like the beauty of the Bellagio, nor the amazing decor of Atlantis & Caesars. Very disappointing for the price, I thought it should offer “something” that would be rememberable. Yes it was near the Sphere, kinda. I got the same view at other hotels. I will never stay here again.

Google
Totally Scam‼️Be careful On September 30, I received a two-night complimentary room offer from The Venetian with offer code CM54DZ. On October 6, I used the offer link to book a two-night stay from November 21–23 to attend the F1 race. I entered my credit card information (even for a complimentary room they require a card for security deposit). At the time of booking, no charges were made and there was no indication that room rates would apply. However, when I checked out on November 23, I was unexpectedly charged $1,150.30 for the room. I went to the front desk and asked why, since my two nights were supposed to be complimentary from the casino. The front desk staff were very rude and told me that because demand was high during that period, the complimentary offer did not apply and I had to pay for the room. This is unreasonable because I had booked the stay almost two months before the race using the complimentary offer, and I am certain that at the time of booking there were no additional room charges shown. In fact, I even had a separate four-night complimentary offer from Fontainebleau for the same period, but I chose to stay at The Venetian for two free nights instead. The front desk told me to contact casino marketing. The casino staff then implied that because I did not gamble enough during my stay, they could not remove the room charges. This condition is not written anywhere in the complimentary room terms. I feel this is very fraudulent — they use the “free room” to lure you in, and then charge you over a thousand dollars for the room when you check out.

The Palazzo is an amazing hotel. The room was beautiful and spacious, and the views were incredible. Being able to see the Sphere and the mountains made the stay even better. Housekeeping was consistent and on point. We always had fresh, clean towels and the room was well taken care of throughout the stay. The staff across the hotel was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Overall, it was a great experience and exactly what you’d expect from a top-tier Vegas hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Google
Great 5-star hotel with 5-star service. We enjoyed every moment here. The thing which got 5 star in service is their attentiveness to guests issues. For example, in our bathroom, shower pressure was too much. We reported it and within hours they fixed the shower head and pressure and even temperature. Daily room service is another top rated aspect. Lot of restaurants to choose from. There is a Starbucks as well which is very accessible right outside elevators near tower entrance. Gondola ride is very walkable from hotel rooms. Also, Sphere is also very accessible from here. Overall loved our stay!

Google
HIGH ALERT, fresh air charge 566.90 $. Even non of us smoke. I talked to hotel manager. They refused to take off the charge at that time which they can do it easily. But they didn't .If you get that charge 566.90 $ extra. Make sure solve it immediately at front desk before leaving otherwise you have to dispute transaction with your bank account. It's frustrating. Waste time. I stayed there December 23, 2025. Made my family vacation so terrible. Why the big business couldn't solve problem professionally. They should protect their customers. Give customers chances to build the trust. There is human being behind business, don't just try to get money for what they didn't do. Think about kindness! With some family if losing that amount of money 566.90 $ can make their life being hard especially with kids.

Google
We stood in a room with the Sphere view. Just amazing. It was huge and clean. The bathroom had shower and hot tub, and separate toilet. The only thing is that we didn't have any microwave or mini fridge, so bear this in mind if you plan to go with kids. The pool area was amazing, heated of course. The spa was not opened, since it was being fixed apparently. The casino was spectacular, very friendly staff. There were many restaurants but we didn't go to any of them. We had 2 beers in one of the bars within the casino and paid about 26 dollars. There is a wal green store 3 minutes walking from the hotel and you can get food, drinks and souvenirs there reasonable prices. I highly recommend this hotel and the area.

Yelp
Probably the best accommodations I have ever had. The check in process was great. There was a small line. So I used one of the kiosks that was nearby. Took possibly 5 minuets in all and I had never used it before. I had a couple of friends staying at a nearby hotel. When they came to the Palazzo/Venetion they were astounded at how beautiful everything was. From that point on they were at the Palazzo/Venetian every chance they got. We ate at several of the incredible restaurants and played the huge variety of games in the casino's. Every individual we met who worked there was exceptional. A friend of mine wanted me to get a picture of the replica of the bridge of sigh's in Venice. I looked and looked and could not find it. I went to the concierge and inquired about it. She replied she had been working there seven years and no one had ever asked that before. She actually was able to help me. She figured out where it was and I was able to get the shot. One night we were playing slot machines. The wait person who was getting us our drinks was paticullary attentive. I have been at fine dinning establishments that didn't have such attentive people. We actually came to see the Wizard of Oz. (Phenomenal by the way.) It was super nice that the sphere was very close by. Great bonus, the sphere was in full view outside my window. I cannot say enough good things about the Venetian/Palazzo Had such a good time. will go back as soon as possible.

Yelp
We had a wonderful experience during our stay, thanks largely to the exceptional customer service. The staff was incredibly helpful and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and understood all the details of our stay. During our visit, there was an unexpected water main break but the hotel handled it impressively. They made sure guests had plenty of drinking water and kept us informed throughout the situation. Although some restaurants had to close temporarily because of not having water which made things a little challenging, the issue was resolved as quickly as possible. Once everything was back to normal, the rest of our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Despite the hiccup, the staff's professionalism and kindness made a big difference. Overall, a great place to stay with a team that truly care about guests.

Yelp
Writing this a few days after returning home. The first review, I was in pain from all the insect bites (See pic). It's a typical Vega hotel/casino. Grand, opulent and generally a very nice place. Be prepared to walk to get anywhere that is not the casino floor. There are restaurants and bars a plenty. A Starbucks in the lobby. People are friendly Everything is efficient. The room. A small suite with two beds. Lot of light, room and a full bath (I do cold plunges at night). The downside, I woke up in pain from the bug bites. This is mess from a cleanliness standpoint. Zero forgivemess for this. Plenty of other reviews. You decide for yourself.

Yelp
Even though we have been to Vegas more times than I care to admit, this was our first stay at The Palazzo. We had the best experience at check-in. I can't remember his name, but he was super friendly, professional, and gave us tips on The Sphere since we were going to see Wizard of Oz. Once we got up to our room on the 40th floor, it was pure perfection. We had a luxury king suite with a city view. The room was really was pure luxury. If you've ever stayed on The Venetian side, it's almost identical. With that being said, you might be wondering why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5. While our room was perfect, the hallway to our room smelled of cigarette smoke. The room did not smell at all, but the hallway was terrible. It was so bad that the hotel had mini diffusers in the hallway to absorb the smell. It did not work. The casino in the hotel has lots of fun gaming options, and there are tons of restaurants throughout the property to choose from. We really enjoyed our stay, and will be back for sure.

Yelp
I would definitely stay here again. My husband and I are excited to see Wizard of Oz at the Sphere, and chose this hotel as the closest, plus Thursday night's rate was a third of weekend rates, with the added benefit of less traffic on I-15. Check in was quick, and once we figured out the maze to the elevators, we were whisked to our humongous room on the 24th floor overlooking the Venetian. The room's furnishings are oppulent, the giant couch comfortable, and amazingly even though the airport is in view, the room is very quiet. There is a self parking garage below the hotel and a walkway leading from the hotel to the Sphere, making for easy access.

Yelp
The Palazzo is located at the Venetian Resort. It's a Italian inspired hotel. It's one of the newer locations on the strip, that opened in 2007 as an expansion to the Venetian! The Palazzo has 3066 suites. All are relatively large compared to the average hotel room in Las Vegas! Some of the rooms that are offered have sunken living rooms, marble baths, remote controlled drapery and even touch control lighting! It's really impressive! The Palazzo has some of the best rooms in Las Vegas! There are over 40 different dining restaurants at the Palazzo and Venetian! Some of those restaurants include the following Bouchon Carnevino Grand Lux Café Morels Steakhouse If you're looking for additional amenities, the Palazzo has a lot! There is a Spa and Fitness center available which includes wall climbing, classes, and more! There are seven pools available and four hot tubs. These pools also connect with the Venetian's as well! There are private cabanas available with AC, fridges, TVs and even cooling mist systems for the Las Vegas summers! If you're interested in shopping, there is the canal shoppes that connect the Palazzo and the Venetian. You can even ride the Gondola ride, indoor or outdoor at the Venetian! There is just so much to do and you truly feel like you're in Venice Italy! I usually end up going here at least once a year for a IT or Cybersecurity conference.

Yelp
We stayed there for 2 days to celebrate my father-in-laws birthday. One the first night our entire suite floor got wet due to a sewage leak from the bathroom. We reserved multiple connecting rooms and were all impacted. The next day they moved us to a different room with a downgraded view that were not connected, and all they offered was to waive the resort fee and some food and beverage credit (where one can of soda was $11). We just wanted a refund for the first night due to the Mishaps and inconvenience but they were not willing to comply. We spoke with multiple managers and were not offered any level of accountability and empathy even though we had to change our plans due to the moving in the middle of our stay. Not to mention the negligence and sanitation issue of this hotel in the first place You would think with the drop in tourists that they would care to be a bit more accommodating, but that is unfortunately not their thing. Please do yourself a favor and skip this hotel.

Yelp
We stayed at the palazzo for a few nights for a concert at the sphere. The bathroom & rooms are large - the extra living room space was great - came with a sofa bed, a round table, and a desk. We went to the pool one morning, and it's a nice space with lots of loungers and a good amount of umbrellas. Loved the restaurant row, cafes, shops, bars, etc - you really don't need to leave the Palazzo/Venetian property. Had mixed experiences with the reception staff, but outside of that, everyone was really nice. The proximity to ceasers was awesome as well - a 5 minute walk.

Yelp
While I have stayed at The Venetian before, I have never stayed at The Palazzo. I was completely blown away by the hotel, food and gracious staff. The Palazzo feels like an updated version of The Venetian. It was nearly spotless when it comes to cleanliness. It connects to The Venetian, Canal Shops and there's even a bridge that connects to The Sphere! I was impressed by how much there is to do here too! The casino was great, I love the shops and restaurants too. They even have shows and escape rooms. There was something for everyone and I honestly could have stayed way more than just the weekend. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and even gave suggestions on local attractions. I never ran into a rude staff member. I hope they are getting paid well! One thing I'd recommend for this hotel is the ability to have a fridge to put left overs. It was a little disappointing that the only mini fridge is weighted and if you move anything you'll be charged. Also, for me, I wasn't in love with the pillows. But, over all, I would still rate this experience a 10/10! Coming back for sure.

Yelp
In the heat of summer, there are great hotel deals/rates to be had in Vegas. I initially booked at a low-mid range Strip property where the daily resort fee was more than the room rate. I cancelled after reading so many negative reviews. I ended up booking The Palazzo because: I had only stayed at the Venetian before, it has a great Strip location and possibly better views than the Venetian, you can get Hyatt points as well as Venetian Rewards points if you're a member of either program, and most importantly, there were at least 4 eateries on-site that I wanted to try/try again. The complex has a huge amount of eateries in the hotels, in the spa/pool areas and in the connected Grand Canal Shoppes. With the temperatures over 105 degrees during my stay, I rarely went outside. The Palazzo is newer than the Venetian, slightly smaller but still huge. The Venetian has undergone expansion and renovation. The long-stalled construction of the residence tower between the 2 hotels has begun again. If driving, folks say access from the garage to the hotel is easier at The Palazzo. I booked via the Hyatt website to guarantee points. I gave an ETA earlier than standard check-in time and did online check-in the day before. I got a text that my room was ready about 30 minutes before my ETA! I had booked a "standard" room, but was pleasantly surprised to see I had a Sphere view (online I had been offered an upgrade to this view for an upcharge, but I declined). Given The Palazzo's physical position, I would think there are very few bad views to be had, which cannot be said for The Venetian. The Palazzo used to have a grand statue in its lobby. It was apparently auctioned off and the space will become a grand staircase down to the soon-to-open (September 4) Bazaar Meat by Jose Andres restaurant, a transplant from The Sahara. At both hotels, all rooms are suites, even the "standard" rooms are split-level with separate sleeping and living areas. The suite was indeed spacious, clean, a bit dated but with expected amenities (except slippers). There were 3 TV's. The drapes were mechanized. The bathroom had small bottled products rather than communal dispensers. The biggest niggle was the pressure-sensitive minibar and fridge which charges you if you move anything. A bottle of Venetian water costs $11; none is offered in the room. There was only a tiny shelf in the fridge for your own items. The room was very quiet, with minimal noise from the hallway or adjacent rooms. Also luckily no noisy kids. Note there is a Walgreen's literally connected to the hotel. The restaurants I visited will be reviewed separately. Just a smattering of the property's numerous restaurants are situated along "Restaurant Row". Two of my planned eateries were within the newish Via Via Food Hall in the Venetian Casino. I toured but did not use the pool and spa complexes. Both are massive. There's a private beach club, Tao, that's on the same level but accessed from a lower level. The Grand Canal Shoppes and gondola rides (indoors and out) are popular. Note the indoor walkway past the Convention and Expo centers to the Sphere is not always open. Sometimes you are directed outside and must walk along Sands Ave to get there. Overall an excellent stay for lodging and dining.

Yelp
Everything is good except: 1. Gym closes at 8pm 2. Pool closes at 7pm 3. $35 charge for a water kettle 4. Can't use the mini fridge, as it was full of drinks when you move them, you have to pay 5. The signboard said free lesson for craps game on weekdays, I went and waited for sometime and no one was there

Yelp
I only stayed for 1 night. I had already booked another room from one of the mgm resorts but decided to come early. I had 4 nights comp here so decided to stay a day or two and use the promotion I had. I'm here early anyways. I got a luxury king suite. The room was very nice. Its almost exactly like the venetian rooms. It has the 2 level thing, but the bathroom and second room just felt so nice. The fridge, left nothing for your own items lmao. I just looked. The room feel luxurious and everything feels new and clean. It really feels at home and comfortable. I love the decor! However, I found the person checking me in was a bit rude. Maybe it's late or they just had a resting bitch face. Nonetheless, my check in experience was not memorable and I forgot all about it already. I too, was a bit tired from my drive. In any event, the room is still awesome and my stay was nice. Small hiccups don't really effect me hugely. I definitely stay again!

Yelp
I stayed in the Palazzo for the first time in July for the Backstreet Boys concert. The room was really spacious and clean. I could see the Sphere from my window, so I could see the Backstreet Boys Millennium residency ads a few times at night. I am so happy to see that they have rooms that has a bathroom with a bathtub and a handheld shower head, my favorite kind of bathroom type, even if those rooms are ADA rooms. The WiFi was strong and fast from my room, and their bathroom amenities (white tea & rose lotion, shampoo and conditioner) smell really good. There is Walgreens just outside the hotel, which is very convenient for me to get water because the hotel does not provide any free bottled water. The minus one star is for the very weak water pressure, and also, I got a random visitor, an elderly lady on an ADA scooter looking for her daughter who gave that elderly lady a room key with the same room number as my room. At first, she was knocking on my door a few times, and then, violently shaking my hotel room door handle trying to open my door room after I ignored all the knocks. I, finally, had to open the door to answer her in order to stop her from making the loud noises from all her attempts to open my hotel room door and explained to her that I don't know who she is and who her daughter is.

Yelp
The third and newest member of the Italian trifecta on the strip. It's very similar to the Venetian in terms of layout. Heck, even the rooms look pretty much the same. Came in for July 4th weekend. Had reservations, and the gentleman working the counter was nice enough to see if he could get us a better room. And he did. Thanks! Casino isn't too big, but I really like the high ceilings. Doesn't feel too stuffy and cramped inside. Oh, and you're definitely not going to find 5 or 10 dollar tables here. Would definitely stay here again.

Yelp
I was in Vegas for a conference and we were put up at the Palazzo. As someone who had never been to the city before, I had an idea of what to expect out of the hotels here, but in all honesty this was all very new to me. I have, however, stayed at multiple hotels and feel I can make an accurate call as to what's good and what's not. So, on that note, here we go. The Palazzo is the sister resort of The Venetian; while both hotels have their own lobbies and casinos, they share several amenities and are connected by the Grand Canal Shoppes. The Shoppes is a large mall that contains a variety of retailers and eateries, though the most noteworthy thing about it is an indoor river which houses the gondola rides. As far as the hotel itself, there are several pros. The location is great - you are on the slightly northern end of the Strip, and can easily walk to other hotels (the Wynn is just across one of the sky bridges). My room was really spacious - I stayed in a king suite which contained a sunken living room and a spacious bathroom in addition to the aforementioned sized bed. The amenities are another pro - there are a lot of shops and restaurants onsite so variety isn't an issue. The hotel is also very organized; there's a designated pickup area for rideshares, and they color code the Venetian and Palazzo side to help orient yourself. While I think the Palazzo has a lot going for it, I did find some cons during my stay. The decor itself is kinda dated, my room gave early 2000s vibes and I didn't find anything particularly interesting about the aesthetics. The hotel has an Italian theme, but I didn't really see that expressed much in the lobby nor the rooms. The bathroom also presented an issue for me as the shower door was not properly sealed - the lip that lined the door to keep the water in did not extend the length of the door itself, so each time I showered water escaped and splashed all over the bathroom floor. Despite my criticisms, I want to end this review on a positive note and give credit to the staff. Everyone was excellent and really made the stay noteworthy (in a good way). Overall, I think the Palazzo has a lot going for it - great location and tons of amenities. Even with my gripes, I had a good stay and would consider returning the next time I'm in Vegas.

Yelp
Well I am a firm believer that first impressions is everything and I was not impressed with the outdated room. The lamps were dusty and there were no outlet to charge phones. The soap dispensers on the first day were empty-especially the body soap. The tissue box had 2 tissues in box. I decided throughout my stay for no room service since at that point I did not trust their service. Was so disappointed and when ai did complain they never even offered free breakfast or room service on them to make me feel warm and fuzzy again, nope, never again.

Yelp
A bit of a confusion on my part, I thought we were staying at The Venetian, but we were actually at The Palazzo, which was why we couldn't find our room at first. Signage was confusing, because it constantly changes. Our room was nice, lots of space, but the reason we booked was because I wanted to see The Sphere. And I did, I had a birds eye view of its ever-changing facade. In the middle of the night, the Sphere is relatively quiet, a static moon, but as soon as the sun starts creeping over the horizon, anything goes. We were given access to the Prestige Club on the 23rd floor but we never actually took advantage of it since we were out and about. Our suite was quiet and luxurious (starting to look dated). I didn't smell smoke in the rooms or the public areas (sometimes I smelled it in the casinos), but even if you don't know, your nose knows and I was a little congested by the end of the weekend. There are 60 restaurants between the Venetian and the Palazzo so although we didn't plan on sticking around the resort, we did dine here a lot. So between the restaurants, the Grand Canal Shops, the Canyon Ranch, the Theatres and the Sphere (and casinos), you could just stay and never leave. I wouldn't recommend that, but you could. Self parking is $20/day for guests. That's unheard of in Chicago. One day the parking system wasn't working so everyone could drive in and out. Remember how I started where we didn't know we were at the Palazzo? We checked in at the Venetian and the lines were insane. If we had checked in at the Palazzo the lines are short and we had special check in privileges. Oh well. TLDR: Spacious room, nice view of the Sphere, many resort amenities and nice location on the Strip.

Yelp
Just a last minute vacation getaway. We usually stay with family but decided to just have a little family getaway. My uncle got us the luxury 2 queen bed suite. Beautiful. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. Everywhere you walked the art and the history is amazing and informative. It's like walking into a museum. It just takes to an elevated luxury. Sometimes you just forget that you're at Vegas. The location of the hotel is perfect. Right in the middle of everything. Our room is beautiful and huge. Our view is the Las Vegas blvd. You could see Treasure Island and the pools. Everything was perfect until the housekeeping didn't clean our room and didn't get us extra towel and amenities. I had to call housekeeping and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to assist us. Maybe it's our fault as well but next time before you leave your room make sure to call. A little note to our selves but overall I'm giving this a 4 1/2. Checking in and out is super easy. Due to the weather we couldn't go swimming. I also wanted to try out the gym. Hopefully next time. We will try to come here again. Thank you!!

Yelp
The Palazzo is one of my favorite hotels in Las Vegas with regards to the restaurants and design throughout the atrium and lobby areas. However, I can't really say the same for the rooms, at least the room I stayed in, besides the view. This was my first time staying at The Palazzo hotel. I appreciate the fact that the rooms are all suites, therefore the rooms are much more spacious than the average Las Vegas Strip room. We checked in around 3pm and the check-in line was long, so we waited quite a bit to check into our room. Customer service at check-in was fantastic; the front desk agent was cordial, friendly, and humorous. We wanted to upgrade our room, but he said the only room they had left was a standard suite with a view of the Sphere, which we accepted. Although the view was quite impressive, the cleanliness of the room wasn't, as there was a stain on the toilet seat, also, the suite itself was a little dated. In addition to the view, however, I did love the sunken living room and motorized curtains! Although the room wasn't quite up to my standards, it was still one of the better rooms I've stayed in in Las Vegas (I've definitely stayed in MUCH worse rooms!), and I would stay here again, but perhaps in a renovated room. Current Parking rates per their website: Venetian Rewards Sapphire members and above receive complimentary self-parking. Venetian Rewards Ruby members and above continue to receive complimentary valet parking. Nevada residents receive three hours of complimentary self-parking by scanning their valid Nevada Driver's License at a self-parking kiosk. The Nevada Resident rate is not available when Event Parking Rates are in effect. The daily fee for registered hotel guests is $20/day, seven days a week. For non-hotel guests, the fee is $20, Monday - Thursday, and $23/day Friday - Sunday. Valet parking is $40/day. Event parking rates may be in effect and are subject to change; check posted signage for additional details.

Yelp
This was such a fabulous hotel. Yes, it is big, but that shouldn't intimidate anyone. I was able to book a room with a view of the Sphere. It was quiet and this queen suite was perfect for my sister and myself. I must admit it did take awhile for both my sister and I to find the elevator to the rooms. It's somewhat "hidden". The pool(s) were fantastic and it didn't take long to receive my drink while I was soaking up the sun. The staff were very professional when it came to getting my laundry cleaned in an orderly fashion. The restaurants/shops/activities were vast and I would've been there longer if I could. I loved the Palazzo. Make sure you just eat in the restaurants and not in your room.

Yelp
I have been a frequent guest at the Palazzo and Venetian hotels for many years! They are a great venue for shopping, eating, shows and gambling. I prefer the vibe at the Palazzo to the Venetian but they are connected by Restaurant Row and the Grand Canal Shoppes so it's easy to walk between the two. I have found that drink and slots service is better at the Palazzo over the Venetian as well.l LOVE is always on display as well! A real five star resort

Yelp
I recently stayed here for a weekend. We got the lowest-price room and it was HUGE. There is a large bathroom, a bedroom area, and then a sunken living room with a sitting area and a big window overlooking the strip. This hotel feels new and everything we saw was in good repair. The best part of staying here was the staff. Their hospitality and thoughtfulness exceeded my expectations at every turn. Everyone, from the front desk clerk to the person selling candy bars at a kiosk, was thoughtful and effortlessly made our lives easier.

Yelp
First time staying at the Palazzo. We usually are on the Venetian side. The room is just as nice and quieter on this side. Not the hustle and bustle on casino floor. Lucky enough to get a Sphere view room . Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

Yelp
This is go to hotel every time we go to Vegas. They have great was rooms, perks and table games. The spa I don't recommend as there's many so much better in that price range.

Yelp
Loved this hotel. It's got everything in it and you really don't need to leave if you don't want to. There's also so much space in the hotel. I love it. I like the palazzo side for kids. It's quieter not near the hustle and bustle of the clubs. Would I stay here again ? Absolutely. Nothing wrong with the Venetian side either. It's Vegas though, so in terms of water quality the showers are not my favorite. I can smell and feel the difference of using their water vs a hotel in another state. It's not a make or break but that's why I knocked off a star.

Yelp
I stayed here for 4 days before Christmas. The hotel is gorgeous and is well maintained. The staff are courteous and the service is prompt. I especially like the restaurant row where there is a broad array of restaurants to try. Being connected to the Venetian is fantastic, as is access to a Walgreens downstairs. Additionally, the gyms are good at Palazzo and incredible at Venetian. Now for what I didn't like: the blackjack tables. All of them were autoshuffle tables except for one regular shoe. Despite a $25 minimum bet, they were empty. Blackjack pays 6:5 and they have these annoying side bets. In all, if you want to play blackjack here, you're going to be sorely disappointed. If you want blackjack tables where it's not you vs the dealer, you'll need to go to Venetian.

Yelp
We attended an event in one of the suites at The Palazzo, and I was so impressed. The catering was excellent, and the two cakes--a buttercream red velvet and a whipped cream vanilla--were absolutely delicious. The suite itself had the perfect amount of space, and the ambiance made the whole experience even better. Everything came together beautifully.

Yelp
I chose to stay at The Palazzo because I wanted a room with a view of The Sphere. Here are some notes on my first stay at this resort. Booking :: I booked my room, online, directly with the resort. The process was easy and efficient. Thier system provided updates via email and text, in a manner I found appropriate. Check-in :: When we arrived, I opted for valet parking. A bellman was available to handle our luggage and deliver it to the room. Check-in at the front desk was courteous, fast and efficient. Valet :: I like the valet system they have here. The drop off system is convenient. There is a nice lounge where you can wait for your car. The valets are courteous. There are occasions when activity surges; but staff try to move quickly. Room Quality :: I was impressed. I am used to a room with approx. 500sqft. The room assigned to me was 720sqft. The room was also split level. As you enter the room, the bathroom suite is to one side; you come into the sleeping area; then there is a small step down into a living room area. The layout provides a sense of scale. Hotel rooms on The Strip see high turnover; but housekeeping is doing a very good job. The carpet was clean. The beds were comfortable; the sheets were clean, bright and crisp. I didn't see the typical "bumps and bruises" to the room's furniture you often see. The bathroom was large. There was a shower stall; bathtub; vanity with two sinks; and a make-up table. The water closet was separated from the rest of the bathroom suite. As mentioned, I booked a room seeking a view of The Sphere. The view was panoramic. To one side, I could see Harry Reid Intl Airport; to the other, I could see the golf course at the Wynn; in between, there was The Sphere; and in the distance, there were nice views of the mountains. General Facilities :: The shopping galleries in between The Palazzo and The Venetian provided a lot of opportunities to walk and window shop. There are a lot of bars and lounges. Gaming--there's plenty of that, if that's what you're looking for. Restaurants :: We dined at a number of restaurants within the resort complex. There are good choices if you do not want to leave the premises.

Yelp
We have been staying here almost every year since it opened and it's always been great but this time there was a noticeable ( positive) difference in overall service!! We arrived super early before the 9am hour and for a small fee we were able to get an early check in and a great strip view!! The room was spotless - not a speck on dust in sight me as we walked past rooms being cleaned we notice they had flipped furniture over and moved it to do deep cleans ! The staff were lovely and friendly through out the property! We enjoyed the pools and the fabulous restaurants - and there are even more on the way! Great shopping, great rooms, fantastic location ! Will always stay here in Vegas!

Yelp
Amazing evening spent at the Palazzo Theater last night. Shin Lim's card magic was unbelievably awesome & totally entertaining. It's definitely a must to see at the Palazzo Hotel ~ Theater. Also, enjoyed the beautiful hotel with it's Italian Luxury & European ambience decor ~ Spendid! The Fina'le was I got to take a picture with the Red LOVE art sculpture at the Venetian. Love VEGAS!!!

Yelp
Best experience I ever had in a hotel. The customer service is exceptional! From check in, which was quick and easy. They were nice enough to upgrade us to a room with a view to the sphere to keep our kiddo entertained at no cost. The rooms are very clean. The rooms are very spacious. If you're traveling with a kid, he was in love with the living room/ bedroom situation. He called it his space. The restaurants we visited during our stay in the hotel were all friendly and accommodating. I sincerely had no complaints. Yes no matter where you go it's a walk ... but it's Vegas ... it's what you expect. I would definitely be back

Yelp
Beautiful hotel with friendly, helpful employees that make you feel special. The Prestige Lounge is amazing and well with the extra $$. It's in the heart of the strip as well and has a canal running through it.

Yelp
After leaving the gym inside the Palazzo Hotel, I came across this small but quaint cafe offering both breakfast & lunch. Although, the menu is limited it does offer some breakfast & lunch dishes that many are accustomed to seeing on a full menu. I ordered an avocado toast on sourdough with boiled eggs and pickled onions. It was also served with a side salad. The sourdough was soft, (which I prefer), unlike others I've had, which, were hard and a bit difficult to eat. Each piece was loaded with avocado and boiled eggs. It tasted great and the pickled onions only enhanced its overall flavor. Fresh greens topped the toast making for a visually appealing dish. If you're craving avocado toast and happen to be staying at the Palazzo. I would definitely recommend giving this spot a try.

Yelp
This was my first stay at The Palazzo, and I was truly impressed! Check-in was quick and easy, especially since I booked through the American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts collection. Eric at the desk was fantastic and even upgraded us to a Sphere Room view, which was such a nice touch! Our 2 Queen suite on the 21st floor was luxurious and spacious (750 sq. ft.), with remote-controlled Roman shades, a living room, and a stunning marble bathroom featuring a soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower, and double-sink vanity. The hotel is a AAA Five Diamond-rated property and the second-largest hotel in the world! We had a great time shopping at the Grand Canal Shoppes, dining at Matteo's and Grand Lux Cafe, and watching gondola rides while exploring. One major perk of booking with American Express Platinum benefits was the ability to check out at 4 PM, giving us extra time to enjoy the property. Parking was free and convenient, with elevators close to the rooms. Overall, The Palazzo is now in my top 5 Vegas hotels, and I can't wait to stay here again! My Personal Rating : 4.92 Hotel 5/5 Staff 5/5 Price 4.6/5 Ambiance 5/5 Cleanliness 5/5

Yelp
Re-posting here because there's randomly another yelp page for the hotel? Stayed here Fri-Sat this past weekend booking through Amex platinum's FHR, and it was a huge hit. We stayed in on the 17th floor with a view of Wynn/Encore, king room, party of 2, for $316 (technically $116 after using Amex platinum $200 yearly hotel credit). Totally worth the stay! Was also super convenient to stay here for a show at the Palazzo theater. Pros: - HUGE. ROOM, biggest on the strip. Impressively the suite looked exactly like the photos on their website, with the sunken living room, jack and jill bathroom sinks, huge bathroom with a TV in it, tub AND walk-in shower, a TV across the bed and across the couch. - Fantastic service from check in to check out - The front desk was super helpful when I called to check in on how many experience credits I still had to use, the check in process was super easy and quick. - The little details - the cute amenities kit, great automated blackout shades, the tiny TV in the bathroom that you can use when you shower, and the fact that there's never a super long wait for the elevator (not like Luxor! lol). - Super easy to check your room bill on your room's TV, and very easy checkout process that you can do from your TV or on a kiosk in the lobby. - I know some people complain about the hotel having a dated aesthetic, but I feel like it fits with the kitschy Italian vibe? Not the worst theme on the strip. - The Amex plat FHR credit was super easy to use, tons of dining options - we had a great dinner at Grand Luxe Cafe right before going to the Palazzo theater for our show. Had bouchon bakery goods for breakfast the next morning. - Great professional interactions while gambling in the casino - felt very safe throughout - not as busy and bustling as the Venetian, which I like - Separate rideshare pickup area in the lower level valet area, was super easy to get a ride - They communicated with us beforehand to ask if we were checking in late, to make sure everything was ready by the time we arrived. - overall super spotless and clean room, bedsheets were comfortable and I slept well in the bed. Cons: - The amex FHR list of places to use the credit is a bit inaccurate (Grand Luxe cafe isn't listed on the experience credit but you CAN use it there), and they told me over the phone that grabbing drinks from the fridge would count towards the experience credit, but it did not. So this could be cleaned up a bit. - Also I wish that the hotel mini fridge was more functional and had larger than a small space at the top to put your own food - you can't move any of the drinks they put in there without getting charged, which is kind of annoying Otherwise, no complaints. The huge room made for super relaxing vibes during our trip. I'm kind of shocked at the negative reviews here and am bummed people experience otherwise!

Yelp
Fantastic vs frustrating, this hotel casino is my favorite in Las Vegas. But our experience tonight was challenging. We booked a 2-Queen bed suite 2 months before we checked in. We love Palazzo more than Venetian due to the ease of accessibility. The Venetian has a labyrinthine garage and entrance. After we took 2 months ahead of time to plan for a great room at the Palazzo, we checked-in and were told that we checked-in to late, 9pm. We were told to go to the Venetian. We already parked at Palazzo. The front desk, Adoria, said nothing can be done for us. "You're going to be staying in the Venetian". She was curt and matter-of-fact and almost rude. She said "this is all we have for you". We just suffered an horrendous travel day. Adoria just gave us an unwelcoming greeting and offered 2 bottles of water to compensate. Undaunted but tired, we asked for scooters or wheel chair assistance at customer service. The customer service desk said it was $70 per day and $250 deposit for each scooter. We met Riki at customer service. He took a single look at how exhausted we were and set about to help. He is an absolute godsend. He asked if we had our reservation, confirmation code for the room at the Palazzo. We did. He called Zach at front desk services. Zach made short work of the problem and found us a great 2-Q bed Palazzo suite in less than 2 minutes. These kind men made sure we got what was on our online confirmation. I'm not sure why Adoria couldn't help us, was unkind, or couldn't find our room we had booked 2 months in advance. But it was disappointing at the very least. We won't let one person ruin the trip. But it doesn't explain the mistreatment and disdain expressed to us tonight. 44 check-ins, 15 years of fun as invited guests, slot tournaments invitations, poker room comps - we didn't deserve the unkindness and fluff tonight. The kind and thoughtful employees just doing their jobs, rectified the situation through their professional and compassionate kindness. These employees are the true pride of Vegas.

Exceptional experience at the restaurant. One of the best steaks I've ever had. I'll for sure be back.

Yelp
This is my favorite place to stay when I'm in Vegas. My room was clean and spacious. I was used to having slippers in the room but when I didn't see them I sent a text and was informed they no longer provided them in the room but would bring some. (I received them about 20 minutes later.) The room has automatic shades and curtains and a separate seating and dining area. In addition to the casino, the Palazzo has shopping, coffee shops, restaurants and entertainment. The staff were very friendly and helpful which made my stay very enjoyable.

Yelp
We stayed at the beautiful and luxurious Palazzo Tower at the Venetian Resort while we were shortly vacationing in Las Vegas, Nevada and I would highly recommend adding to your list! The rooms are beautiful and spacious with a great view of the buzzing Las Vegas Strip. We had a view of the Sphere from our room and loved watching the images change. This hotel has a casino, conference rooms, and several restaurants onsite...you don't even need to leave if you don't want to! Add this hotel to your list of spots to stay in Vegas!

Yelp
As a whole, it hasn't changed much since the last time I was here over 7 years ago (which I forgot to leave a review). The theming is Venice, Italy. If you asked me, however, I'd say the theming looks way more like Cheesecake Factory, and I often times struggle with delineating the property accurately with these two. In fact, their "Grand Lux Cafe" is literally Cheesecake Factory, just renamed and repurposed for the property. The Palazzo side casino is really lacking. No good roulette tables, and have high minimums. There wasn't an Interblock roulette with under $5 minimums and $0.50 denominations to bet with. They also have separate minimums for betting sections and color bet (laaaaameee). Cosmopolitan recently installed one and even implemented the big screen version. Bellagio had it first (I think). I'd like to see Palazzo do this. I bought two rooms (and had access to a third one), and each one had something broken about it. One room had terrible shower head pressure, the other one had a sink that was slow to drain. Another room had a leaky pipe that basically sung all day and all night intermittently. Their body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion all smelled great. I think it was called White Tea & Rose. Very nice! The Grand Canal Shoppes is nice to walk through, but most of their shops are no namer nitnack/beauty stores. Overall I would not say it's a bad property necessarily, but I did find some quality controls lacking and having to travel to other properties to enjoy gambling or other festivities. If none of these existed in mine or your visit, this could very well been closer to a 4 star review. I remember getting prestige access one time and it was a fantastic way to pre-game to your next event, and TAO being a pretty cool club, but didn't try it this time around. For a property that is slightly further away from the epicenter of the main Vegas strip, I would hope they'd provide more incentives to stay on property for non-convention guests.

Yelp
This time, we stayed at The Palazzo Las Vegas, and wow--it was such a treat! Our suite had a spacious living room, making it super cozy and comfortable. Plus, the view was amazing--we could see the LINQ High Roller right from our window. Total luxury vibes all the way! But most shops are at Venetian, I would prefer to stay at Venetian next time.

Yelp
A friend was the one staying at the Venetian and invited the group to come by to eat a few times. Honestly, I was surprised by the size of the room for the price. The bed was comfy enough from what I could tell and the bathroom was a very nice size. I liked that there was a makeup mirror and vanity area. Our friend enjoyed their stay here, but said they would prefer to stay somewhere else for the price. Especially since you aren't allowed to even use the refrigerator for anything other than medicine or you'll be fined a hefty amount, which is absolutely ridiculous. This is a deal breaker for me ever staying here as well. The casino here is okay as well. I definitely like the casinos in other hotels better. When it comes to food, be prepared to wait a long time no matter what time of day/night it is. The price for food is definitely what I was expecting from a hotel. The quality for most of it was pretty average, but we all agreed the Quesadilla was definitely the best, especially with the delicious chips it came with. The other items I enjoyed were the Chicken Caesar Salad (very fresh lettuce and the croutons were lovely) and the Yogurt Parfait (would be nice if they added some fruit to this, but otherwise I really liked the granola and flavor of the yogurt). What we would not order again is the breakfast pastries (dry and not much filling), French Toast (the filling was only in one spot and was way too sweet) and the Chicken Pesto Sammich (bread was low quality, there was too much cheese so you couldn't taste the pesto or anything else, chicken was dry). I would say don't waste your time ordering food from here. You can also stay at a nicer hotel for the same price.

Yelp
(49th floor)Beautiful room, clean enough, loved the vanity with mirror in bathroom, bed super comfy, water pressure was phenomenal! Housekeeping was outstanding! Buddy V's Italian Restaurant was fabulous! The Italian Bakery was even better! The only gripe I have is like with all the hotels in Vegas put in a mini fridge that we can use PLEASE! No one wants your $12 M&Ms or $15 bottle of booze! If the idea is to get us to stay and spend more money that can happen if you let me keep my leftovers refrigerated. Seriously, let us use the fridge!

Yelp
Had a great stay at The Palazzo Las Vegas! Wasn't sure what to expect as our last visit was less that ideal. But, because of our long history with The Palazzo... we gave it ONE MORE TRY. And, glad we did! Since our last visit, The Palazzo has implemented technology into their process and I loved it! First, we were asked in advanced approximately what time we would arrive. And, the day of our arrival, we received a text notifying us when our room was ready! We checked in online and picked up our key at the key pick up line! Now, there are key verification devices at the security check just before the elevators! We had breakfast at Lux Cafe every morning and the service and food was FANTASTIC! Upon checkout, we received a text letting us know we could check out at the kiosk and that was the easiest check out we've ever experienced! The hotel was beautiful as ever. Our room was on the 9th floor and had a view of the Sphere. The last comment is that although the room was clean and comfortable and roomy... it is BEGINNING to look aged. There are lot's of NEW hotels and The Palazzo will need to start thinking about renovating some of these rooms.... especially the bathrooms.

Yelp
Stayed here for a weekend trip and was pleasantly surprised with how spacious the room was! Although a little dated compared to more modern hotels (guess it fits the Venetian theme!), the room won me over with the spacious bedroom and even a living room area complete with dining table, desk, coffee table, and a sofa. Super big! The restroom is spacious with a bath as well with the toilet in a separate room. The water pressure is the strongest I've ever seen at a hotel, and the hot water is nice but you do have to wait for it for a few minutes. The AC controls worked nicely without much of the fan noise. And there were (automatic) blackout curtains-- yes!! There's a mini fridge but it can't store very much since they will automatically charge you for whatever you move or rearrange just based on the change in weight. We didn't order room service, but our friend who did in another room said their quesadillas are superrrr dry, so beware! As for stuff outside the room, the gym was moderately sized with Technogym brand machines (and plenty of ones for cardio) with a small stretching area. The Palazzo was perfect for walking to the Sphere for a concert since it is connected indoors, and it was nice to go browse the shops right underneath the hotel. There's a Starbucks and a juice place right at the floor level next to the elevators for those who are looking for a convenient pick me up. Overall, we enjoyed staying here and would come back-- it was reasonably priced and cheaper than some of the hotels we stayed at in Texas that were smaller!

Yelp
The Palazzo is a great hotel and casino. It's clean and housekeeping does an excellent job. The conference area is not too far of a walk. The staff at check in and guest services aren't great though but I'm sure they're tired and they deal with a lot. The only time I come to Vegas is for business conferences so I stay in the location of the event so I've stayed at many of these hotels, I'd choose this over the MGM by far but would choose the Wynn over the Palazzo, just to give you a little more perspective.

Yelp
the team was great! from Summer at check in, Mary at the Prestige Lounge and Kurtis at checkout it was an amazing luxurious experience!! Our room and view were amazing we felt very catered to!
