I moved in about a month ago and I’ve had nothing but good experiences! My apartment, apartment complex, management, and maintenance is everything i could ask for! I don’t bother them, they don’t bother me unless i need something and i get helped almost immediately. Brenda is great help! Especially with emailing me back and forth when i have questions. But the apartment itself, is beautiful! Better than i expected honestly! I love how different it looks compared to other apartments and the layout is so beautiful! Also, the complex is small so i really feel like brenda pays attention to your needs! I didn’t get a picture of my room or the closet/closets but you get the picture! Definitely recommend this amazing complex.

I’m on my second year living here and I appreciate the quality of the apartments, the location is so close to everything, and Brenda is an incredible community manager. Good communication and quick responses for maintenance issues. Renewing up again if I can!

DO NOT RENT HERE! The Palazzo has changed management and the current management company is predatory. Don't go off of reviews older than a year or two. Twice they snuck in new monthly fees. The first time they forced everyone to pay for bundled internet and cable (it's an expensive Spectrum plan) in the middle of the lease. Our bills went up an extra $20 a month. Now they've given RentPlus residents personal information and signed everyone up for a $15 monthly fee without consent. Maintenance is very slow, because there's only one single maintenance guy for the whole complex. I've seen half a dozen different maintenance guys come and go since I've been here because they keep quitting because of the ridiculous amount of work they're expected to do all by themselves. I know of multiple residents with important appliances that are broken or malfunctioning and just arent getting fixed. Now they're changing rules for the already tiny parking lot, and only a single vehicle can use the one parking spot you get per apartment no matter what. Even if you are a family. So if you have multiple cars you're out of luck. You can find the management company online, Portico, they have horrible reviews detailing many other predatory behaviors. Renters beware.

My husband and I couldn't be happier! There were a few issues when we first moved in, but Brenda coordinated the repairs and replacements that were needed. Brenda made sure that everything was completed in a reasonable amount of time, to our satisfaction. We love our apartment! Thank you Brenda!

My time at the Palazzo was pretty good, the apartments are spacious, clean, and look up-to-date in terms of furnishing/details. It is in a gated community and is maintained well. Brenda, the property manager, was also amazing and truly was a blessing in helping us through everything I needed here.

The property manager Brenda was extremely professional and very helpful. We had no issues living there one year. We were sad that we had to move, It was a great experience. Never had any issues with the unit. Thank you, Brenda. You’re the best.

I absolutely love my apartment complex! The community manager (Brenda) is truly phenomenal; her help and support are exceptional. Whenever I've needed maintenance, it's taken care of within a day, if not the next, and I've never encountered any problems. The area is wonderfully quiet, making it the perfect place to call home.

Management and maintenance have been the worst 🥹 IF I CAN GIVE THIS COMPLEX A ZERO I WOULD! my unit has problems 24/7 and is infested with roaches and has been for monthsss. We can’t eat or sleep here comfortably. I’ve been counting down my days here and been so excited to finally be able to leave. Sucks that u have to wait out your lease to be able to leave for smth the complex can’t control. They try to find solutions but they never work they have you going back and forth so it can look like they care. My sisters shower has been broken since day 1 of move in. But maintenance response is “hey others have it worse” ?? Like I literally pay rent here and would like to have everything working properly! Old maintenance also BROKE OUR AC when it was already having problems. Our hallway was drenched with dirty water for a week. WE ALSO HAD NO AC FOR ALMOST 2 WEEKS. cause old maintenance would come whenever they wanted. We had to wake up in the middle of the night to pour out all the dirty water from ac unit. For 2 weeks. Because if we didn’t ac would stop working. NO ONE SHOULD GO THRU THAT. BUT WE DID. We have thrown half of our belongings due to roaches camping in our stuff. All of our food goes to waste due to the roaches. We would also get locked out of apartment for weeks due to smart rent and door getting jammed. It took weeks to find a solution for that problem. Theirs so much more problems I can mention about this complex and our unit. This is our first time living in a apartment and the experience has been the ABSOLUTE WORST 🥹🥹 what a shame for such a beautiful looking complex! But that’s all it is LOOKS!! Hopefully nobody ever experiences what me and my sister have living here! The one year lease has been enough for us! We would also appreciate not being reached out to talk about our problems or concerns. We’ve spoke about our concerns with front management and nothing ever got better for us by doing so. Thankyou, we’re so ready to say goodbye to living here!!

I've had a fantastic experience living here for the past 5 years! The apartment is peaceful, clean, and well-maintained, with no insect concerns. The modern amenities, including spacious layouts and quality appliances, create a comfortable living atmosphere. The management team is exceptional--Brenda, the manager, is always friendly and attentive, and Sergio, the maintenance professional, is prompt and efficient in handling any issues. We also have assigned parking, which is a huge plus since it doesn't require an extra fee. The community is beautifully landscaped, quiet, and safe, with friendly neighbors who add to the welcoming environment. Management periodically brings vendors and food trucks on-site, which is a fun and convenient perk. The location is ideal, with easy access to shopping, dining, schools, and public transportation. There are also regular updates and improvements to keep the property in top shape. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great home--and tell them TaKori referred you!
