Never going back. Don't recommend.
Went in around 7:15pm Thursday evening 12/28. There were 2 women behind the counter and both were pleasant when we first came in, answered our questions. But when we started choosing toppings for our popsicles, they both got really rude, didn't tell us that they charged for toppings (and charged us twice for pecans??) we asked why and she couldn't give us a straight answer but wouldn't take off the second charge. So apparently we paid for 1 dip of pecans, and half a spoon of pecans because we asked her to please spread them on the other side because I was going to split it with my mom.
As we were eating, the food was pretty mediocre. We got mango and strawberry. Both very watered down and not much flavor. $10 each. Not worth it.
When we were finishing up one of the girls came over and started sweeping underneath us, to which I politely asked if she could not sweep while we were there as we were finishing up and didn't want dust in our food. To which she replied "well there's napkins and stuff".... There were no napkins, but I just politely repeated "we're finishing up please, just 2 seconds, we just don't want dust in our food" and she replied in a nasty tone "there's no dust being kicked up." My mother, my 2 aunts, and I were all appalled at this rude behavior. I'll also add there was NO ONE ELSE in the shop. They weren't busy, nobody was in there before us, there was no need to be sweeping invisible dirt under us, and absolutely NO reason to be nasty in the way she spoke to us.
We had been polite from the beginning of walking in the shop because we've all worked customer service jobs in the past and know what it's like dealing with customers, so there was no reason for this treatment. I understand it's a high tourist area, but this behavior will run your business into the ground. Nobody will support nor recommend a business that treats their customers like shit. On top of that the food wasn't good enough to go back even if it was good service.
