Brittany was our server and she was absolutely wonderful! Her service was very personable and cheerful. I ordered the fillet steak with potatoes and spinach as a side. All of our food came out perfectly with exceptional flavor. Wish I could eat here more often, but I was only visiting for a short trip. The chocolate cake and key lime pie was the best I’ve ever had!!

We had a wonderful Father’s Day dinner at The Palm - Atlanta. The food was excellent. Huge portions! We had Chicken Parm and Filet Mignon, Wedge and Caesar salads. Our sides were corn, garlic mashed potatoes, and hashbrowns. All starches lol! We just wanted to try them all. We all had way too much food and brought leftovers home. We didn’t have room for desserts, so we got them to go. Our server was April. She was amazing and very attentive. Definitely topnotch place for fine dining.

Took my daughter out to celebrate her graduation. Every single moment, from time we checked in, was first class! Our server, Brittney, was a ROCKSTAR. She took great care of us, helped navigate the menu, took the time to ask my daughter about her post-grad plans…just made the evening extra special. Everybody involved with our meal we so gracious. Of course, the food was incredible. We had the Tomahawk steak for two and barely survived the zeppole desert! But it is the service here that created the memory we’ll enjoy.

I visited The Palm for my birthday and I must say I was very satisfied with the service and most importantly the food. I ordered for the Appetizers Jumbo Lump Crab Cake and Lobster Ravioli. Also, for the Entrees the Prime Ribeye Steak with a Lobster Tail and Center Cut Filet with a Lobster Tail. The sides were Lobster Mac n Cheese and Cream Spinach. The steak snd Lobster Tails were seasoned and cooked perfectly. The sides was delicious and creamy. The appetizers were great I liked both but the crab cake was outstanding. I also received a free dessert for my birthday so I got the caramel Junior cheesecake 😋. I definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again by far the best restaurant soo far and I have been to many. Great Job to the Chef and Staff...❤️❤️❤️👌🏽

My line sisters and I celebrated our 20th sorority anniversary at The Palm Atlanta. Our server, King, was absolutely amazing! The table was beautifully decorated for the occasion and the food was delicious! I’ll be back again (only if King can be my server) 🩷.

Google
I'm going to assume that the restaurant was short staff as our server was helping the bar when we weren't seated in the bar area. She was literally behind the bar the entire time helping make drinks. Out food was cold & had to send back one item to have redone! it wasn't my best experience at a Landry location especially while trying to celebrate my birthday 🙃 The hotel is located inside the Westin Hotel where they offer valet ($60) or self-parking but they validate your ticket so you won't have to pay which is a plus because those parking attendants were rude as hell.

Google
Brittney was an incredible waitress! Her energy was infectious and impeccable with the atmosphere. She made our first experience at The Palm so special on our anniversary that we are definitely coming back, not just for the food but for the incredible service. The Palm overall was amazing! I highly recommend to anyone in the area to make this experience a must! Brittney needs a raise for sure! Whatever she’s getting paid is not enough!!! SHE DESERVES IT!!!!

Yelp
Food was amazing!!! Service exceptional- Victoria was our server and I can't say enough great things about her. If you come here definitely ask for her!

Yelp
This review is for the bar only. The Palm is attractive in a very nice hotel for a conference. The first night I had dinner with a colleague at a nice restaurant down the street. I had a glass of wine after by myself at the Palm's classic dark wood bar. A live musician was playing in the lobby nearby. Very civilized. On night two we had a conference dinner in one of the ballrooms. A large group of us came to the lobby sofas nearby for Manhattans and other cocktails. One of the bartenders served our large group of nine with graciousness and humor. And he gave us separate checks! Expensive. That's to be expected at any Palm or nice conference hotel. Loved the mural in the restaurant.

Yelp
I stayed at the Westin hotel and this was the restaurant in the hotel. The hotel was amazing. This restaurant was just okay. Very expensive. But the food was not worth the price tag. I ordered the octopus appetizer, the lobster bisque and a side of asparagus. For 16 bucks for asparagus, they were pretty bland. The octopus was tender but very dry. My husband makes better octopus. And the lobster bisque was all bisque and no lobster. Service was nice but could not get over the food. Only reason I would eat here again would be to get Marriott points.

Yelp
I have been to a few of their other locations and always thought it was a fun vibe with the caricatures on the wall and friendly service. This location inside the Westin has the same caricatures on the wall but is missing the friendly service and...sorely. I was here with a very large party for two consecutive nights, Tuesday and Wednesday this week and spent some serious $$$$. The bartenders were plain grumpy and rude to some of the folks in the party and ruined what was supposed to be a fun night. We wrote off the first night as an aberration and went back which was our mistake. Won't do that again. Please take your $$ and business somewhere else. This place needs new bartenders!

Yelp
It always pains be to write a disappointing review. We had been to the Fox to see a musical and made reservations here after as it was on the way back home. I had been here for lunch for a work event maybe 10 years ago and remember it being a very nice lunch. Something has definitely happened since I was here last. Simply said, I was at Michelin rated restaurant (based on menu prices) with a Longhorn feel and quality. The service was slow and our server was just rough and direct. Totally something I would have not thought twice about at a chain steakhouse but, it was just way off for a restaurant that has the reputation of being upscale for the last nearly 100 years. Given the more than ample time we had to order, we ordered appetizers, salads and our entrees and sides all at once. I was stunned when my daughter ordered the sautéed shrimp and the server said immediately "no, I wouldn't. Don't get that. It gets sent back a lot". Even that would be shocking at a chain steakhouse and it was really shocking to get that immediate response. So, she changed it. The blue cheese dressing on the wedge salad was very oily. The portion was huge but, included some undesirable parts of the lettuce at the stem. The Caesar salad was solid. The tomato and onion salad was good but, again a very oily consistency in the dressing. We had the meatball and crab cake as an appetizer and those were both solid picks. I had the sea bass and it was average and certainly not the freshest. My wife and daughter had the filet. Both were cooked solidly well done and my wife offered medium well and my daughter ordered medium. There was zero pink in either steak. My daughter thought about sending hers back but, given how long we had already been there and the anticipated time it would take to send back, she decided to just move forward with a very overcooked filet. The lobster Mac and cheese was insanely disappointing, particularly considering the price. It contained VERY little lobster and what was there was very small and hardly recognizable. The taste of the Mac and cheese was just off and the color was overly orange and almost red. It was very bland. The au gratin potatoes were by far the best side dish with zero complaints. The hashbrowns were also on point. My daughter also got the lobster tail. It was a generous size but, was not fresh and was overly tough. Given the slow service and lack of quality, we skipped on dessert. I will say the biggest highlight of the experience was the Palm margarita. That was a very tasty drink. All in all, I would never consider going back for a $540 meal for three people including tip. There are so many other excellent choices in Atlanta that are at that price point or less and far better service. It seems to be this restaurant is well past its prime and has settled on a very mediocre approach to an upscale price point.

Yelp
Update on my review- Somebody named Sawyer A. Customer Service sent me a link to further comment on my review of the poor quality steaks and lack of responsiveness- isn't this grand the link it isn't available! The Palm!

Yelp
Second time my wife and I visited and this was by far the best! Ordered the hand made lasagna and wow It was so delicious!!! The tomato basil soup I had on my first visit was outstanding but unfortunately wasn't available. I have to definitely mention the exceptional service at this place. The gentleman who brings the bread is one of the most kindest human beings you'll ever meet!! He's always super friendly with a genuine smile! Also the waiter from Philly is very energetic and friendly. The two times we visited he went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay. Dude was so on point from the initial till the end. Lastly, a very super sweet manager stopped by our table to make sure the overall experience was good. I must say, it was a very nice touch! We will definitely return!

Yelp
Went back to The Palm to try them again. After my previous bad experience there, the GM Shaun got back to me. Tonight was very different, everything seemed freshly prepared and I got a salad, 2 sides, steak, and dessert. The steak (dry aged KC) was one of the specials for the day. The flavor was there and the steak was cooked to my preference. The sides were delicious and we took the leftovers home. The service by April was very good as it was before (I never had bad service there). So I appreciate the meal experience tonight. Also, it is the night before the SEC Championship in ATL so the place was packed. We got great service even when they were busy!

Yelp
Hosted by the beautiful Westin Buckhead, this place was one of the only options available last minute for Thanksgiving dinner and they did NOT disappoint! We did have to wait an extra 20mins to be seated but that's expected when families are eating and getting carried away by conversation. Our server April was absolutely outstanding! You could definitely tell she had been serving for a good 10+ years. Extremely attentive, knows how to read the table and offer exemplary service. Great sense of humor too, even though she was stuck working the holiday. I ordered the Sea Bass Oscar, and it was to DIE FOR. Very light meal overall but between the Bearnaise and the crab stuffing, it was the perfect amount of food to fill you up with the bread that comes out prior. My husband order the Gnocchi and it was quite spicy but the gnocchi itself was extremely tender and great warmed up as leftovers! The ambience is fine dining, expect to wear something nice. Button-ups and nice pants or a nice pair of jeans. No suit required but I'm sure they appreciate the extra dress-up. If we ever host Thanksgiving again and need a restaurant, we'll be sure to give this place another try!

Yelp
So this Landry's restaurant is "ok". I find it really depends what you are looking for. If $200-300 for two is no big deal and par for the course then this is a fine place to eat. If you still believe a certain price point is "experience worthy" in terms of expectations, then you might be disappointed. The porter was just good. Nothing to write home about but very good. Now for 130 bucks I would prefer it to be excellent. The service was good - but not like the consistent Ruth's Chris experience and the ambiance was nice

Yelp
5 star food...5 star service...5 star ambiance. Can we just say 5 star across the board? I visited during what is probably the lowest attended meal of the week-midday Saturday. Let's just say it was perfect for me. Party of one, great attention, accommodations for my dinner at lunch requests with a smile and approachable, appropriate chit chat. Compared to my less than pleasurable, hurried meal last night at one of Atlanta's 'top tier steakhouses'...this experience today reclaimed my faith in the high end meal experience in the ATL. Thank you Palm staff and leadership for an absolutely top notch experience all around.

Yelp
Good location. Easy valet parking. Seat yourself at lunch. One waiter. Excellent service. Food was just ok - great seasoning and edible. Probably would have been delicious if it were not cold/room temperatureWill we be back? No.

Yelp
Came here for dinner. Sat at the bar over 30 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. Sure, busy, but no excuse. This is a 180 from the two great lunches I had. But ignoring me for now 32 minutes goes beyond rude service. - No love on Valentines Day

Yelp
Only taking the time to write this to spare someone a wasted visit to the Palm in Atlanta at the Westin Hotel. We've have gone there frequently and it has deteriorated. We ordered the 4 pound lobster dinner. The lobster bisque was lukewarm. The bread was delivered late and was mildly stale. The lobster was so badly served that if we had less time invested we would have returned it. They brought out the 4 pound lobster spread on a plate and then began to literally tear it apart with a pair of black gloves, pulling and trying to stretch pieces of lobster from the tail in the shell. They then dropped these pieces of lobster on a large plate and handed it to us. The lobster was cold and unflavored. We had asked to have the lobster given whole to us. The side dish of asparagus was overcooked and slightly burnt, and appeared to have been sitting on a shelf for a day or two. The service was slow and disorganized, and the ambience reminded me of being in an old 1950s restaurant withFrank Sinatra on the sound system. We had been going to the Palm over the last 10 to 12 years and there were times when it was perfectly done. In this instance the rating is zero to one on 10 point scale. The final complaint is that two of the waiters attempted to sell us a membership in the Palm Club which would allow us to eat with a discount at a variety of restaurants throughout the country. one star since the salad was good.

Yelp
The service is outstanding and the food is great! I've only had one issue, and that was with the calamari appetizer. It was too overly breaded and cooked too well done. But the steaks are mouthwatering! Highly recommend the ribeye! The lobster bisque is a must !! And if you like lemon drop martinis, this is the bar you need to visit!!

Yelp
When I go to The Palm, I expect a fantastic meal and experience for the price being paid. The steaks are of excellent quality and well prepared. The service is 8 out of 10, again, for the price being paid. Sides were mediocre. No baked potatoes are offered, which should be a staple of an excellent steakhouse. Mashed potatoes were just ok. Not super flavorful and creamy, as one would expect. Lacked butter and salt. They had to be sent back as they were served warm, not anywhere near hot. My wife and son ordered the truffle fries and they were oily and limp. Not crisped to perfection, as you would expect for a $19 side. $48 lobster bites appetizer was ok but again, nothing that really impressed. Arancini was just white rice balls battered and fried but the Marinara was fresh and great! Chocolate Mezzanotte was dense and flavorful but dusted with cocoa powder that made two out of three of us cough when we ate it. King took good care of us but the overall experience had us leaving feeling quite a bit ripped off.

Yelp
Could have been 5 but we had one small inconvenience (this was taken care of and completely made up for). From the moment we arrived- everyone was very friendly and efficient. The food was incredible, bartenders were great as well (we sat in their section at a lively table) Tomahawk steak was excellent, all the sides and the lamb were superb! Drink menu is very interesting, the cocktails come out delicious and very u

Yelp
The service at this location is absolutely horrible. I had a 230 reservation. I did not get my food till after 430. I didn't get my check to almost 530. The only reason I stayed is because the people I was with stayed in this hotel, and needed to have lunch before they went to the airport. my pasta was cooked well but my spinach and shrimp. They went in it what cooked horrible the steak we ordered was over cooked. We could never find our server and we had to continuously pour our own bottled wine and bottled water that they had set up all the table next to us because the server was never around. I will never go back to this location. It was terrible, and the ambience was so dry and the staff was not pleasant at all.

Russell H.

Yelp
The first time I went to the Palmer was insane but you can tell they do a lot of business. The people were super nice and I enjoyed the whole time. I was there. however I think they need to work on takeout orders because most of the time I'm not gonna stay. Food summer gets cold and that's kind of a turn off. But again, I would recommend them to anybody if you're going to sit down and eat and be an atmosphere that's very electrifying.

Yelp
Food 3.5/5.0 Service 4.0/5.0 Value 3.0/5.0 Decor 4.0/5.0 Overall 3.5/5.0 Okay steakhouse inside the Westin Buckhead. Service was efficient and I appreciated it. Food was just okay.

Yelp
Steak was absolutely DELICIOUS. I've been here twice and service is always warm and friendly. Genuine good customer service and good food. I have no complaints and will be back!

Yelp
Only sat at the bar each time I went. Had a great experience each time. Amy the bartender is very hospitable and accommodating. I like that it's a very relaxed and calm ambience. Definitely my go to place for lunch
google avatar

Shae D.

Yelp
Their calamari was chewy. For the price I expected a soft buttery bite but instead I got what you get at most places, subpar. I got the lobster gnocchi and it was honestly terrible. It had way too much flour, it was really dry. The lobster bits were so small you almost couldn't see them and the vodka sauce just tasted like cream, nothing like some amazing vodka sauce I've had before. I wouldn't pay $5 for it, let alone $42. I literally would have been better off getting packaged gnocchi and vodka sauce from Walmart. I also tried the center cut filet and it just tasted burnt with literally no flavor, no butter, nothing. They cooked it well, it was tender but not worth it. Just take my word for it and avoid this place.

Yelp
I flew into town for work and also met my son and his wife from Ft. Benning. I wanted to splurge on them with a wonderful meal and am a big fan of The Palm in LA, so I decided to go to The Palm Atlanta. We were greeted warmly as soon as we arrived and immediately shown to our table. We were there for a bit before our server arrived, but the manager stopped by to let us know he was on his way. It became very apparent that they were working with a skeleton crew and our server had about half the restaurant. That being said, he busted his butt the whole time to make sure that we had excellent service! Even offering wine samples and a taste of the Bruno sauce. Our server helped us pick some wines and all were a hit. We started with The Meatball and calamari. Both were great, but the meatball was one of the best I've ever had! Sitting in a baby cast iron pan, nestled in a warm bed of mozzarella and marinara, it was heavenly. For dinner we had the dry aged ribeye rare, the bone in filet rare, and the shrimp sauté. Our sides were lobster gnocchi, broccolini, and three cheese au gratin potatoes. The steaks were next level, perfectly cooked and delicious. The sides were great, but the lobster ravioli is the stuff dreams are made of!! We had a great experience, even in this weird post Covid time where everyone is short staffed.

Yelp
The ambiance was terrible , literally swarmed by gnats-fruit flies that were large - so large and aggressive l. I killed two where I sat in the booth . One I killed on the table and the second midair. My party was three, my husband and I were joined by our building contractor who invited us . The restaurant had two parties seated - each of 6 or more upon our arrival. Our server greeted us in passing otw to another table. Perhaps 20 minutes later he stopped at our table to greet us with an armful of dirty dishes. I was uncomfortable to tell him to put the dirty dishes away and then return, but I was okay because I was more disgusted. Note, we are still fighting gnats. Our contractor asked what did I swing at and I replied I think just lint (I didn't want to embarrass him) and he embarrassingly said, no it's the gnats . He apologized for the experience because he boasted at this being a favorite dining experience as he and my husband discussed the Wagu steak (menu item) cattle being raised in Japan or maybe this one was from Reidsville Ga or Texas. The waiter arrived now about 7 minutes later and took water orders (sparkling and distilled) that never - ever - even arrived . We were not provided water only the alcohol beverages we ordered . Oh yea, we gave our water glasses to the server because they were soiled and never received new glasses or water. Note, I'm not pleased giving this long review, but it's a must as we expected a fine dining experience. My two lobster tails were 99$ and each of the 2 Wagu steaks were totaled over $200. Oh yea another thing, they were out of bread but provided six small squares of hard bread that looked like parker rolls. And no the bread was not warm. The salads arrived - green, Caesar and shrimp cocktail - all good. But the gnats and then I look over my shoulder tracking a gnat I a observed grossly dusty baking drop of our booth. Now, you probably can't really believe this - you know fine dining at The Palms - a lot of dust, gnats, soiled water glasses, no water, hard rolls (out of usual rolls), server forgot water the entire time. Now, as we attempt to enjoy our food that did not have any flair of a presentation and talk business, Wagu steaks, the gnats attack and I kill one surprisingly and it's stuck to my palm. I can't believe I caught it. I just swung it away - I thought and opened my hand -and there it was - smashed with blood just in time for the server to stop by and he said let me get you an antibacterial wipe for your hands. I appreciated the gesture but I just could not enjoy the company or meal. I dreadfully asked for a manager. She arrived and I told her of the gnat attacks, killing and dust. She said the gnats come from outdoors - huhhh. I just didn't have the energy but showed her the mounted dishes where I sat and she offere a wet wipe to dust it off. I told her it would spread the dust and she said not with a damp cloth - yes this really is happening . Okay to offer our next round of drinks on her, but we didn't ask for anything but just a comfortable and pleasant dining experience. Our bill was over $600 and we expected it so but with the horrible and unsettling ambiance it should have been $60. Yes, we ordered dessert because it was also my husbands birthday but I asked to moved to a floor table to get away from the dust, because I began to cough but wanted my husband to have cake and ice cream. Now I'm coughing alot, I know it's from dust being in my throat . We are at a new table, I see someone seated at the booth we left that was not dusted (should I have warned the lady?), I didn't she likely would have thought it was absurd. I'm coughing and we are reminded again that we never received water we ordered . Oh well, I settled for tap water and we left. This review is in order because a manager or general manager should care about our terrible and exhausting service, ambiance and opinion. What has happened to The Palms. The staff clearly do not have expectations of the restaurant. The chocolate cake was delicious. I did not have any fond memories being the overall experience annoyed me to the max.

Yelp
Love this place and the food. I had swordfish and key lime pie. Both were excellent. My guest didn't like the initial swordfish since so she sent it back and the chef and waitress were so accommodating and understanding they tough her new meal quickly. Great customer service m! Highly recommended for lunch.

Yelp
This is probably one of the more overpriced restaurants that has just so-so food! My friend and I went there for the $10 burger which ended up being a lot more! Service was OK. French fries were oversalted and had to get them re-ordered! Not sure I would go back even for a $10 burger!

Yelp
A pleasant ambiance, just sitting at the bar enjoying a yummy drink and fabulous food. The lobster gnocchi is my go to and I was pleasantly surprised by how light and refreshing their classic salad was. The bar staff was very attentive and helpful with assisting me to make menu choices. Another plus, the Palm is inside the Westin hotel Buckhead, walking distance to Lenox Square.

Yelp
Let me start off saying that the customer service here is 5 star!!!! Now, I will never order the Sea Bass again... The tomahawk was delicious... The lobster gnocchi was okay! The cream spinach I could of passed on... The lobster bearnaise sauce is a must!!! For breakfast I tried "the classic" it was only one piece of bread cut in half. The hash browns tasted like dish water!!! I would only order from the sides and stay away from the hash browns please... I would come back for the Italian 75 and the steak!!!

Yelp
I went here on a Sunday night. No wait and good service. I actually really liked my "steak" salad. The dinner menu has a salad wedge and no steak on it but they call it steak because of the way it's cut. It had blue cheese, candy walnuts , tomato, blue cheese crumbles and a vinaigrette. I must say that this was a REALLLY good salad and I'd get it again. My cousin also liked her 3lb lobster . It was as big as a persons forearm and really fresh .Also, since it was her Birthday we also got to try the cheese cake . That was really really good. Thick and creamy and great crust! I'd definitely return.

Yelp
Celebrated a birthday dinner here and it was amazing! Great food and service. We went early afternoon during the week so the service was great and attentive.

Yelp
The food was good. Everyone enjoyed their meals. I had the crab cake meal which was so good. Huge pieces of crab in it. The garlic mash was also delicious. As for drinks, I had vodka cranberry. Let's just say the bartender is not shy with the alcohol. The waiter was very friendly. He made sure we were okay and was enjoying our food. The staff was overall very friendly. I did not stay at the Westin Hotel but you do not have to stay there in order to eat here. Make sure to get your parking ticket validated by the restaurant that way your parking is free.
google avatar

Nikiah A.

Yelp
Food was good. Everything cook just how we wanted. There were no long waits. Wait staff very attentive. Steak was tender and juicy, side are sold separately but the serving is huge. We definitely had food to go. We spent a pretty penny but this is by far my best restaurant experience since Covid-19

Yelp
The Palm was our option for breakfast/brunch each day we stayed at the Westin. It's alright - nothing phenomenal, more or less your classic hotel restaurant. I will say we had a super nice waitress who waited on us the full week we had breakfast here. She was great! There weren't a ton of vegetarian breakfast options but the avocado toast and omelet were both decent. The breakfast potatoes are very crispy. Overall decent, but expensive, hotel breakfast option.
google avatar

Montrell V.

Yelp
Great breakfast. The best buttermilk pancakes ever! And huge! Buttery and soft with crispy edges.... Get there before 10 am. They stop serving breakfast early.

Melissa P.

Yelp
This restaurant is ridiculously expensive but the service does not match the price. We had a $400 plus meal for Valentine's Day with a reservation and waited 30 minutes to be seated because they overbooked on Valentines to try to cash in on people trying to enjoy a nice night out. Then our waitress was rude and unfriendly. I wish I could give her name because she deserves to be called out but I don't know it because she never gave it! There are so many nice restaurants in Atlanta where the service actually matches the exorbitant prices that you'd be better off visiting.

Yelp
I had such a fantastic experience at The Palm Atlanta! Let's start with the service. Our waiter CT was outstanding! He want above and beyond to make sure we were happy customers! The service alone makes me want to return to the restaurant. CT was incredibly attentive, kind, and had fantastic recommendations. I was thoroughly impressed with the service and I believe this is one of the reasons The Palm Atlanta is a staple in Atlanta. For food, we ordered the summer lobster for two special and it was delicious. I would recommend ordering the lobster bisque or Caesar salad to start. Both were rather tasty. Next, the lobster. The lobster is the star of the show. It's a 4 pound jumbo Nova Scotia lobster split into two. It's huge, filling, and delicious! I would recommend ordering the garlic mashed potatoes as your side. We also had cheesecake for dessert and it was yummy as well. Overall, we had an incredibly special dining experience and I'm very appreciative of all of the staff, from the waiter to the general manager who took the time to make sure we had a memorable experience at The Palm Atlanta. Can't wait to return again soon!

Yelp
Let me preface this by saying that I would return here because our server, Malik, was so friendly and attentive....not necessarily for the food because the food itself was just okay! So our server MALIK, gets 4 stars....NOT the food! The food was okay.

Yelp
Very Average food. Over priced. Amateur service. The menu contains high end items and the price point would lead you to believe you are in a fine dining establishment. After that, the experience is all down hill. Waitstaff is cordial and respectful. They are not, however, top end and professional. The steak (cowboy) was relatively thin and I thought a bit salty. They over cooked my medium request. It was damn near well done. I mentioned my allergy to portobello mushrooms and we were served a mushroom dish that contained - yes - portobello mushrooms. If the price point was half and the ambience was positioned as casual dining, I would consider this a decent place. It is by no means a high end steak house. Keep looking.

Yelp
Highly recommend for a date night. The oysters with spinach dip was absolutely delicious and is a must weather your already like them or trying them for the first time.

Yelp
I have visited Palm restaurants in California, Nevada and now in Georgia. I have never had bad food or service in any Palm restaurant. They're not cheap but they are always good. I had a very nice time during my last visit at The Palm in ATL. I sat at the bar for lunch. I wasn't too hungry and I told the bartender that before I ordered. I wanted the Nova Scotia Lobster BLT Sandwich and I asked if I should get fries with that, since I wasn't too hungry and was about to go shopping at Lenox and didn't want to take a box of fries to go. The bartender said that he liked the Nova Scotia Lobster BLT Sandwich and he thought it would be good for me without fries. He was right, the sandwich was larger than I expected. I didn't need fries and without the fries I was able to have a second beer - nice! Someone checked on me a few times, I think he was a manager. He asked if I needed anything, if I wanted bread before my entree but I explained that I wasn't very hungry. Anyway, for me, things couldn't be better here or at any other Palm location. Great food, great service and usually very nice people sitting beside me at the bar.

Yelp
We came in on a Sunday night for an early Valentine's Day dinner. We had reservations. It was fairly busy in the restaurant for a Sunday night. We had a couple drinks. We ordered the small ribeye steak topped with the brandy peppercorn sauce medium well, the veal chop and 2 shareable sides of creamy spinach and the black truffle gnocchi. The steak was cooked just right for me. Tender and juicy and seasoned very well. I didn't need any additional steak sauce. It was a small ribeye but big enough to have leftovers. The veal chop had a delicious mushroom sauce. The service was friendly and attentive. You have to valet to park. I wouldn't say it's a high-end steakhouse from the interior design and where it is in the hotel but my steak was delicious.

Yelp
I was part of a group luncheon on Saturday. Steven was one of the two servers on the party. He was all over the place, bringing drinks and food to both tables. He was friendly, energetic and accommodating. I believe Noah was the other server on the party. But Steven's personality and hustle, is what I remember. I will be back, and I'll make sure he is my server

Yelp
Came here for a quick bite at the bar and ordered the truffle fries and chicken Parmesan sliders. Both were excellent. The bar staff also brought us bread butter which was a lovely touch. Very appreciative that they were able to serve Us quickly and accurately in a timely crunch!

Yelp
We had a pre-birthday celebration here on a Saturday night. Great porterhouse steak (to share), creamed spinach and truffle gnocchi The steak was requested and prepared medium. The service was a bit slow while waiting for the entree and sides, but the wait staff was light and they seemed to be recovering from a massive MLB lunch buffet (since the Braves are playing in the World Series this week).

Yelp
My hubby and I met my cousin here for his birthday dinner. I honestly wasn't too impressed. The steak didn't have much seasoning or flavor. My husbands salmon wasn't flavorful either and it was a little dry. I'm not sure if it was a bad day or what, we came on a Sunday night. But I just wasn't impressed. I've had far better steaks than this one. I'm not sure that I'll try it again or recommend anyone else to try it. I will just say just try at your own risk.

Yelp
I ordered the linguini with white clam sauce. There were three dead clams, no salt and pepper on the table gnats flying around our head. Coffee dropped off no cream or sugar usually great food. This was just not a good experience this time.
