This place is enormous. First time coming here for a work function and was impressed by its scale. It pretty much covers most games you can think of. Service was polite and efficient - nearly all staff I encountered were on point and ready to help. The food was definitely above average! On a hot summer’s day, not a bad call to spend an evening here.

Games, golf, bowling, hookah, drinks, pretty much you name it. This place has something for everyone of all ages and it's very spacious. I was thoroughly impressed.

We came from out of town for the weekend to visit family and popped into the park for a bit of food and fun. It was a nice little spot to find and Conor was really great. He went out of his way to give us a tour around the building and share his suggestions for food/drink, then continued to check in. Everything was wonderful. We wish there was something like this where we lived, but now we have a fun reason to come back and visit again. Overall great experience!

Worst wings I have ever had, and I physically felt ill after eating a few. I did not finish the order. Ranch was prepackaged and room temperature, so it was nasty as well. Kids had pizza and it was so-so. Wife ordered some buffalo chicken dip, which was okay but was obviously straight from a microwave. So, the food was not great. To the management's credit they didn't charge for the wings and they slid my wife a beer. Food, 1 star for sure. Service was good except the hostess was cold and put out that we were there. At least that's what her demeanor implied. Decent atmosphere, although the duck pin bowling is seriously lame. The lanes are like 15 feet long and the pins are on wires. Wasn't fun at all. Mini-golf course is nice but a bit compact. The arcade could be expanded. All in all, I think there are much better places in Richmond to take a date, mess around with the buddies, or have a fun family outing. I don't think we will be back.

We did two company events here and what an amazing experience. World class customer service while booking all the at to the end of our events!! Quinn and Taylor started us off with locking in and tailoring everything we wanted. Moira was there the night of to make sure she walked me around and introduced me to the amazing staff there. Bartenders Walt amd Darius were absolutely amazing and made the evening a blast. Food service was outstanding as well. There is something for everyone, every age any time to do there. Booking your event here is a must. Talk to Moira, Quinn and Taylor!! Thank you Park RVA!!!

This is a great all place to be with family, friends and co workers! The live music is great and there are multiple lounge areas.

Do not eat at the West end!!! Kelsey was very rude and I came from Florida to come enjoy this place as experience during my stay in Richmond, VA. She was unpleasant and unwelcoming. The food was overpriced and we waited over an hour for our food, that came out COLD AND STALE

Amazing Experience at The Park! I had an incredible time! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a great vibe that made it the perfect place to have fun. The service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. My server went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious! Every dish was well-prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite or a full meal, their menu has something for everyone. And of course, the drinks were expertly crafted—great selection, perfectly balanced, and just what you’d like. Overall, the Park is a fantastic place to have fun with family and friends. I enjoyed great food and drinks, and received excellent service. Price was good too. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to visit again!

Yelp
Celebrated baby M's birthday here a few weeks ago and had a blast! This place is pretty big and although I didn't get the chance to bowl or hang out at the bar, I still had a great time. The service was awesome. The staff was attentive, followed up to make sure everything was ok, friendly and just on point with keeping the area cleaned and food restocked. The bartender, Walter stole the show. He is sooo hilarious! He kept us laughing, let us try his infamous "bevráge" and showed us how to solve the Rubik's cube (in minutes). The food was pretty tasty too. I was surprised at how good the wings, mac and cheese and spinach dip were. I could go for some spinach dip right about now. I also enjoyed the cider! If I lived closer, I'd definitely support this establishment more.

Yelp
Fun place for a group! We went for a company get together and everyone had a great time. The big group spent the evening playing duck pins and couldn't stop laughing. Another group hung out at a table finishing up dinner and talking. They have lots of little areas you can go off and enjoy. Karaoke, indoor mini golf, duck pins, a DJ booth, arcade. Plus there are other eating areas besides the bar. There was a donut shop but it was closed while I was there. The food was ok. I got the happy hour sliders which had a lot of roll but just a thin (paper thin) piece of hamburger meat on it. Two sliders and some waffle fries. I tried the old fashioned and again, it was OK. Not great. My friend got the chicken club and he said the flavor was fine but he ended up taking it apart to eat as it was falling apart after the first bite. Over all very fun place but stick to the good beer selection and don't expect to be wowed by the food. Our server was fun & polite but she got pretty busy after we received our food and we had to flag people down for more drinks. Also it's very loud inside. Difficult to hear each other talking at the bar top tables.

Yelp
I love coming here. The food is good. The drinks are ok. Service is always great. The music is what brings me here. And don't let the DJ show up. He gone keep playing your song. I love that I can also catch a football game, while I'm bowling, dancing and eating.

Yelp
Picture it: Department Christmas function where a gift card purchased days ahead of the day of the event to cover the expenses, our organizers checked daily for any updates via their website. As our group gathered our organizers went in to get a spot for us to eat and play but they were told that they couldn't accommodate our group of 11 due to several other larger groups doing the same. A very poor customer experience given by what they were told was the "general manager" so bad that it almost ruined our evening but in speaking to another team member accommodations were made for us and it was all uphill after that. Food/libations: all the food items came out piping hot. Pizza (we ordered an array, all 4/5 my personal fav was the BBQ chicken), onion rings (5/5), loaded fries (4/5 loved the queso), wings (variety of flavors, sauced, seasoned and fried well 4/5 my only complaint was they weren't marked so hard to tell what was what). The star of the show was the cornbread 10/5 tastes like cake and the butter sheesh. Thomas our server and the kitchen staff were amazing simply top tier (they literally made our experience worth our initial first impressions with the manager) and whoever the bartender was that night 10/5, amazing all drinks were lit! The games were limited due to the parties but we did play a couple of rounds of duck pin ball, super fun! If you want something fun to do, go!

Yelp
If you haven't been to The Park in a while, it may look different from your last visit. No more food court. No more self serve beer garden (it's there, but it's no longer self serve). New menu. New "stations." Beautiful space and a new outdoor deck coming soon!

Yelp
I recently attended a corporate event at The Park RVA, and I had an absolute blast! The venue is vibrant and lively, making it a perfect spot for gatherings. The food they provided was impressive, with something for everyone. The bartenders and staff were outstanding--friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Their positive energy really contributed to the overall atmosphere of the event, making it a memorable experience for all. One of the highlights of The Park RVA are the games available. We enjoyed playing duck pin bowling and virtual golf. With so many options, there was never a dull moment!

Yelp
Great venue that has a little something for everyone. It was massively busy the day after Thanksgiving and people were there for the football game and the Harry Potter trivia. We meant to go for mini golf, but did not have enough time before our dinner reservation. They have a bar in the center with plenty of TVs and outlets if you need to charge your phone. In the back of the main room there is duckpin bowling, to the right you can do virtual golf and there was a pour your own beer selection. They also have mini golf, a little arcade, and a whole wine/quieter area with couches and a bar. This area also has the same food menu so if you want to be somewhere a little further away from the noise it is right there for you.

Yelp
Came here for the first time in a while and I didn't have as great of an experience this time; a lot has changed! I ordered wings and fries. The wings were small and cold and the fries were also not fresh. The customer service was also not great. I did do two of the activities, mini golf and arcade games, and those were fun! They definitely need to upkeep the mini golf area more.

Mad C.

Yelp
It didn't start off great but seems like they worked out their issues. I will say it's a fun and expensive way to have fun with friends, family, or kids. they just jacked up their prices on games. um, the games are what draws us in and then we buy foods and the drinks. see how that works? but i guess you're running out of funds building your outside patio, no?

Jessica F.

Yelp
We had a great time. Service was good and the food was good. The reason for giving it 4 stars is because of the prices of activities. They were fun but not worth what we had to pay.

Yelp
Well where do I start .... I sat down with my baby at the booth next to the bar (where we were told that we would be served on this side). The other booths in that row were full and I took the last one. I'm looking around and made eye contact with 2 bartenders who looked right at me and 2 servers who looked at me but didn't acknowledged me either. So I "assumed" they didn't see me so I waited longer. This time, I stood up with my baby looking around for assistance... still no help. So I decided to go to the server's stand and ask for menus and a high chair. Server was nice and attentive afterwards. Fast forward to the FOOD. My chicken club came out raw. I took one bite and instantly tasted it and knew the texture was off. I looked at the chicken and ripped further into it, RAW AS HE**. I went ahead and picked at my fiancé's pizza and my baby's chicken tender kids meal. I alerted the server once she checked up on us and just requested for it to be taken back and removed off my bill. I didn't need another entree or it to be remade. I was very kind and understanding (I made sure of it because accidents happen!). Anyway, this part is just me being a stickler but I expected the manager who took the sandwich from the server to at least apologize or make an appearance. No one said sorry (not even the server). She responded to my raw chicken alert with a question, "oh? It's raw?", took it, and never came back to check on us until 15-20 minutes later and by that time, we just needed the check. Overall, service experience 1/5 and aside from the raw chicken, food tasted as bad as the service. :P

Yelp
The food was good. The service was ok. It was slow at the bar, but it was also crowded. The music could have been better. I enjoyed the arcade and small bowling pins. Will definitely be back .

Yelp
First time at the Park and we had a blast! We went on a random Wednesday night to help get over the midweek hump and were blown away with all the specials they had going on! Bowling was half priced, burgers were half priced and they had karaoke!!! The park has all kinds of fun things to do like an arcade, mini golf, virtual golf , and lots of bars! Check it out

Yelp
At a glance: Would recommend: Would go again: Food quality: 3/5 Options available: 4.5/5 Price: 4.5/5 Decor/Vibes: 5/5 Cleanliness: 5/5 Customer Service: 5/5 Friendliness of staff: 5/5 Pros: Wide open space with lots of room to accommodate larger parties Cons: Music was a little too loud for my take but YMMW Overall: 4.5/5 I went to The Park RVA for the first time and was super impressed. I had no idea such a place existed in Richmond. I went on a Sunday afternoon around 3-5pm and it was somewhat slow/empty. They had plenty of activities for various different interests such as virtual golfing, arcade machines, bowling, and more! There was also a free 'Boomerang' station that created a boomerang type gif that you could download! Super neat! There was also a vendor that had Mochi donuts, teas, and my favorite Korean corn dogs. I had the hot Cheetos one, both the beef and the cheese one and I thought it was pretty decent, like a 4/5. Would try if you haven't had one Also, I had ordered a burger from the bar which took 45 minutes to come out. However, this was because I wasn't seated at the bar and when it came out the first time, another patron ate it by mistake. The gentleman at the bar who helped me, Gavin, went out of his way to make sure the food got to my correctly the second time and also went above and beyond to discount the price of the meal, which was a great surprise that really made my day!! Would recommend.

Yelp
I think The Park is a good space that could be great with some tweaks. For one, the mini golf is not worth the price. They've only been open for a handful of months and the sets are already falling apart. The rubber ducky section looks especially sad. At $15 pp for 9 holes, it's too steep for the experience. Duckpin bowling is also more expensive than what you could get at Slingshot or River City Roll, though I do enjoy their set up. That's what I've done on each visit thus far. The little gif photo thing is cute, and there are plenty of nice murals and photo ops around. The bar is just okay. The beer wall is not thrilling. I tend to get a canned seltzer. I haven't tried the food, but half the vendors have been closed during my prime-time visits. I was going to give 4 stars, but then I re-read what I wrote. I hope to eventually increase my rating if they better their offerings.

Yelp
Fun time and food was ok. The meet in my Philly sandwich was overcooked and dry, most of the manure food is fried.

Yelp
Fun place to come for a night out. Came for a special event and they had complimentary champagne with the ticket purchased. Line was extremely long to get in and no parking in the lot. Music was fun and appreciated that they had multiple bars, food options, and DJ stations. Would like to try some of the activities they offer next time we come.

Yelp
Me and my friend were just sitting at the booth near the bar waiting for assistance. Employee finally walked by but totally ignored us and when I called for his attention he just shook his head "no". WTF kinda customer service is this? Wack ignorant employees!!! 0/10
google avatar

Kimberly R.

Yelp
We did not try any food. We did mini golf! We honestly enjoyed our time here! There was no wait or issues. There was a DJ so the music was on and loud but we didn't mind. The place is huge! Different vibe for each area but I'd definitely come back!

Yelp
Came here for my birthday on a Wednesday night and expected it to not be too busy. For the most part, I was right, however, the duckpin bowling was a little busy, seemed like several Christmas parties going on. Although the staff at the bar were not super speedy, the food ended up being really good. The ranch tots were cooked perfectly, just the right crispiness. I got the impossible burger and it was seasoned perfectly, and had really good onions and sauce with it. We played mini golf, which was really well designed although the courses are very short so pretty quick to play through. It wasn't very busy on the mini golf Courses. Wednesday night has a really good deal for mini golf.
google avatar

Yelp
5 stars for an AWESOME experience here! Went with my cousins for a night out; it's quite roomy and you don't feel crowded. There's bowling here, but it's laughable. It's the tiny balls and pins actually suspended up by cords. I could never. I DID, however, want to try the mini-golf because it looked SO cute, but being accompanied by several male cousins, they all thought it was TOO pastel and girly so we didn't get to partake in that either. So this review is solely on the bar experience, with a bartender that definitely makes like...top 3 I've across in life. We stupidly never got his name, but if he works Saturday nights and can solve a rubik's cube in under a minute and half, he's the guy. He was sooo attentive, crafting us his own personal delicious drinks outside of the menu, mad cool to talk to and sociable, and even played Hangman with us. If there's a bartending school then he graduated summa cum laude. Prices were great and we even eyeballed a delicious-looking (unattended) pepperoni pizza, which we did not get to try because we had to move on to the next place, but I have no doubt it would have hit the spot. Good vibes all around here.

Yelp
I literally cannot think of a more egregiously bad execution of a good idea ever. If this place were run well I think it would be a huge success. Instead, they had a busy few opening months and have gone downhill from the already low standard they set from the beginning. One would hope these were growing pains, but after revisiting for my 4th or 5th time this past weekend I am convinced this place is going to shutter within the next couple years. There is so much wrong here. First, most servers aren't friendly, many are downright rude, and nearly all are borderline incompetent. Again, indicative of the poor management. Beyond that, literally every single idea is executed poorly. For example, the pour your own beer stations you require a wristband you can only get from the bar near said stations, not up front. So there's one place you can wait in line unnecessarily. Then, they don't keep on top of the kegs well and many don't pour well (very foamy). Another instance of unnecessarily waiting in line: we came 9 mins before duckpin bowling was to open on Saturday and we were only told to come back. They neglected to mention they were taking down a waitlist so when we came back after a half-round of golf (no longer manned it seems, so you can probably get away with not paying the high prices honestly), only to find out there were 7 groups ahead of us and the wait would be over an hour so we just left. Speaking of mini golf, the courses are already getting to be a in a pretty sad state and they aren't the greatest courses to begin with. They seem like they were primarily designed as fun Instagram backdrops. The windmill thing simply isn't running. Hotel Green offers a far better unique mini-golf experience. The duckpin bowling is fine though and priced reasonably, I will give them credit for that at least as it's the only thing I really can. The main bar despite being huge had like 10 bottles of liquor on the shelves total and of the approximately 20 taps, they only had 4 repeated beers. The bartender also told us that they're no longer doing specialty cocktails, another indication things aren't going so well, and to scan the QR code for the menu, but there was none on the bar and he didn't hand us one. He was rude the entire short exchange so we purposely opted to not order anything. I should note it was not busy at all. No one else was ordering and only 2 other people were even at the bar. Another miss: every person we've brought, every restaurant I've personally tried or our party has tried, which covers I believe every restaurant in the place has had food that is just okay. Completely unacceptable for a place like this, but also for a city that has a pretty well recognized food scene. I will say there have been times it looks like a lot of people were getting milkshakes from the dairy place, so that one place may be worth a shot. TLDR version: rude service, decor and activities already beginning to look tired, beer station selections are subpar and don't operate perfectly, bar is extremely limited and the food is okay at best. Now that I've brought many of my out of town friends and family here and every experience has been mid to bad, I don't anticipate ever coming back before it inevitably closes.

Yelp
Inside an old pharmaceutical call center is a massive food hall and entertainment center in an industrial part of Richmond. Open Wednesday through Sunday, it's the spot to be, especially during cold winters and hot summers. My wife, six-year-old daughter and I went before 7 p.m., when it becomes 21+, on an April Saturday. Here's our experience. 1) Games: Duckpin and mini golf are the winners, but they also have virtual golf, two karaoke rooms, and a comedy club. We played a round of duckpin on what's claimed to be the longest row of duckpin lanes in the country. Then we played 18 holes of mini golf on fun courses. Our daughter loved the mini golf! 2) Food: Usually at a place like this, food is an afterthought. Not here! The owners traveled the country testing the best food and every concept inside is superb. The pizza to the sushi to the burger were flavorful and well prepared. Our daughter loves the gelato! 3) Drinks: They have a beer garden and the state's longest bar. They have cocktails and a pour-your-own beer station. My Manhattan and hard cider were great! 4) Service: For being a busy night, the service was friendly and on point! (Disclaimer: Our food, drinks, and games were comped, but thoughts are our own.)

Yelp
This place has the potential to be awesome but it isn't. Great arcade games, virtual golf is ok, bowling alleys are cool, tons of bars and tons of staff. Also, there's TONS of security guards and staff advised "there's a lotta fights here". So ambiance for our group of 15 wasn't really our vibe. Food was meh at best. Gluten free options were not available and asking about it felt like a foreign language. No one was rude, but service wasn't very attentive. I'd love to go back because it could be a great time, but i don't think it's worth a return visit. The hookah lounge was empty until we left past 11pm, like seriously, the staff were on their phones no one was in there and they still wanted to charge people $300 to sit in there. With the cliente present that night, they was no way anyone was gonna spend that kinda money to sit in an empty room. We thought about it cuz we did have the money to sit in there, but we might as well have stayed home and smoked whatever we wanted lol.

Yelp
This review is from one visit. The place is a little hard to find. It did not seem like we were at the right place upon arrival. I think they should put a sign with an arrow out there to indicate that "The Park" is this way. We went during the day and there were 3 security guards at the door. That's crazy for like 2 pm and makes me think something has gone down but hey better safe than sorry. The security personnel were nice. This place is huge. Bigger than I expected. It's kind of like a huge food court which I didn't know before hand. We sat at the first bar and were ignored for a solid amount of time. We asked for a menu and were informed there's a QR code... she never brought us one so we just looked it up online. Menu was kinda sus so we just ordered strawberry lemon drops...10/10. We went to chick flick and tried the chicken sandwich and the chicken and waffle. Fiancé loved the spicy chicken sandwich 10/10. Chicken and waffle sandwich was good my waffle was a little over cooked in my opinion 8/10. We also tried the ranch tots... not very seasoned but fine as regular tots 3/10 if we are judging as ranch tots 7/10 as regular tots. We went back to the bar and were ignored again. Last we stopped by sweet ogs. It took forever to get a milkshake. The employee was apologetic about the wait. Cookies and cream shake 7/10. Speed and service could use some improvement. They don't really explain anything about how things work here. Interested in what the bowling is like. Will return.

Yelp
Date Day last week.... fun fun fun...... Duck pin bowling.....happy to see this back in the area. Family and friendly atmosphere before 5pm.... I even got a drink......not the best, but it was drinkable. Participated in scavenger hunt, and they purchased me a white Russian drink..... absolutely nasty politely handed that back, and someone else drank it

Yelp
Dropped in to celebrate my bestie's birthday. Seems to be a big party or some type of formal going on. Other than that, the crowd was spread out and we were able to enjoy our group.

Yelp
This place is pretty amazing Terrific on a Wednesday evening I hear super crowded weekends after about 8pm Great pepperoni pizza Tater tots real good Wings were average Drinks are terrific as well as bartenders (Caroline especially) Absolutely terrific You can get food at center bar Rolling with the homies new favorite tequila drink Must visit amazing and huge place with multiple forms of entertainment Terrific for group of people with varying tastes since so many different venues all in one

Yelp
We came here in a Saturday at noon and upon arriving there was plenty of parking out front but when we left the lot was pretty full. Upon walking in there are steps to get to the place and there are elevators. Upon walking in there is a large bar and then bowling pins and then a big seating area with big screen TVs and self serve beers. There is a menu where you can go to the bar and place your order and then you can either go and pick up the food or they will bring it to you. I had a cheesesteak and my party had the chicken fingers and it was all good. We didn't get to try the mini golf or the bowling but it looked fun as well as the arcade section. Was fun and we will have to come back to try more activities.

Yelp
Not sure if my husband and I are just getting old or what... but we didn't love The Park. It's a large scale Slingshot, but I would say we vibe more at Slingshot. Not sure if it's being wanded turned us off, or having to wait 60-90 minute to play either mini golf or duckpin bowling, or nowhere to really sit, or an unorganized bar to get a drink... maybe it is a multitude of things... it just all sort of turned us off. Maybe if we came non evening hours and brought our kiddos the vibe would be different? Maybe if we planned on dinner and then while we eat dinner put ourselves on a list for a game, it wouldn't of felt like an eternity? Not sure... but we just didn't have the blast we wanted to have. I would much rather go to Slingshot in the Fan. We will probably not come back for a date night anytime soon but we would consider bringing the kiddos in the day time!

Yelp
Went to the park on a Saturday night and it was busy but not obscenely so. This is a great indoor option to get everything you'd normally walk to various places in Scott's addition for. We liked the restaurants a lot, the falafel bowls from bowl mama, the hand rolls and fries from nori squad, and the milk shakes from gelati celesti. There were definitely long waits for some spots and gelati celesti was super understaffed for the volume of orders they were taking. The drinks were decent but expensive for Richmond and it was hard to get bartenders attention once you'd been served if you had an issue. The mini golf was super fun though! The course was interesting, aesthetic, and just a little challenging. The only real issue we had was that the comedians we saw for the comedy show (3/11) were terrible. The opening act had funny jokes but not a single one was original and it was more a string of googled one liners than a standup act. The second guy was just super average, didn't do great crowd work, and just didn't have great jokes. We ended up leaving in the middle of the second set because it was just cringy. We'd definitely come back but wouldn't waste time on the performances.

Yelp
Took the grandkids to the park RVA and I was charged 133.00 and also my tab my was taken off my card before I was finished ain. When I called the mistake to the waiter he told me that my would be refunded with in 24 hrs. Stall haven't gotten my money. I feel like I was robbed of my hard earned money. I will never go there again

Yelp
Such a vibe. Bringing in the New Year here was a vibe! Hubby and I got there before 9 and it wasn't uber crowded. It's definitely a lot of space to take in during your first visit and you almost want to sightsee. The vibes was pretty cool. The food options are amazing. I ordered a truffle smash burger from the Smasharino spot and hubby ordered a few sushi rolls from the sushi spot right beside the burger/pizza place. Everything came up quickly and tasted quality. Service was great. The bars were pretty packed if you wanted a something other than a beer. I'm not sure if it was just New Year's that had them automatically adding 20% gratuity but we paid 35 bucks for two cocktails. The drinks were good and pretty but not too strong. There aren't clear cut directions for how to get the beer garden wristband so we asked one of the servers who guided us to the bar where we got the bands and put a card on file. There's a good variety of beer but only one stout currently. Still solid and not overpriced as you're charged by the ounce.

Yelp
The Park seems like a great idea that is just being poorly executed. It seems like they are understaffed and oddly, on a fairly quiet Saturday around 12pm, their entire self-pour wall was off limits even though it appeared as though everything was working. The bar tender at the small bar did a fantastic job, but it was nearly impossible to get service at the main bar - again, due to understaffing. We tried the mini-golf, which was entertaining and the duckpin bowling, which was fun, but unless they can get the quirks worked out soon, I'm not sure how many times we'd try them out.

Yelp
The Park has such incredible potential and is quite unique for Richmond. It totally adds to the many fun things to do in the city with the ability to cater to big groups who just want to hang out inside. However, it was poorly executed and fell short on many things . 1. It was extremely hot! No fans which led it to be a little smelly, like stale air. We were gonna stay and try the food but with the heat it was very uncomfortable. We asked the staff and they said they just found out a few hours ago that the AC wasn't on. (It's the end of June and it's been extremely hot the whole week) 2. The mini golf had a fun concept but it was dirty and poorly maintained. Not all the neon lights were on, they didn't provide paper or score cards to keep score. The cool drink stands were handy but placed in inconvenient spots, tbh they got in the way of us putting. Plus all the balls were the same color which made it hard to play correctly. 3. Loved seeing the beer wall, but sadly found out it's not running because it doesn't meet abc standards, what a shame 4. As we were about to leave we decided to use the bathroom. Unfortunately there was no soap, paper towels, and the air dryers weren't working. Overall, it was disappointing . We had such high hopes. Even though it was a Saturday early evening, there was plenty of staff nearby. Which would be great, but with the amount of liter and empty cups around I wish some would take the initiate to walk around and tidy up. The cornhole, arcade games, jenga was fun to see and would love to come back if the conditions were better. Along with some hand sanitizer stations.

Yelp
This review is strictly for a private party event that we attended on a Tuesday evening. It was closed for our event 6:30-8:30. A large group of us were picked up from Marriot Hotel and brought here. This place is huge! You can hear music as soon as you walk in. and what's great about it, is their playlist! They play a wide variety of music of all decades that everyone loves. There's bars, mini restaurants, beer station, duckpin bowling, mini golf and more. Now with our private event, we had unlimited choices for food within each restaurant. We had our choice from pizza, tacos, sushi, burgers, chicken sandwiches, dessert, beers, you name it. I was told from one of the employees that they have a live DJ and dance floor. They have it nicely lit with nice decor. Great photo op at the entrance with the swings and greenery background. We had so much fun!

Yelp
I came here on a Friday night and I enjoyed that it was not busy at all. They had mini golf and duck bowling. My friend and I played two games of duck pin bowling and it lasted about 30 minutes and cost about $30 total. They have a self-serve beer system which I liked. Many beers/ciders/etc.. were available, although when pouring I noticed some beers would come out significantly foamy than others. The overall feel was pretty nice, although the music did get loud even though there weren't that many people there. (which can be good and bad depending on preference). I had a very pleasant experience here, and would definitely come back here!

Yelp
Went to the park to see a comedy show with my mom. The comedy show was absolutely wonderful and my review has nothing to do with the show, but is based off of the park itself and the things i noticed while being there. I have been waiting to go and review the park because I understand that when a new business opens that there needs to be time to work out the kinks and that, a little bit of the hype needs to die down. Now that being said after going and seeing it firsthand myself I'm not necessarily sure what all of the hype is about. My mother won tickets off the radio for a comedy show that was being hosted on a Thursday evening. I thought that would be a good thing and that it wouldn't be so crowded. Well first off you have to find the place. Following the GPS does not actually bring you to the parking lot it brings you to the middle of the road in front of diversity thrift. I am a Richmond native (Luckily) and the park on the highway a lot so I had an idea of how to get to where the parking lot was. I found it strange that there were no signs, arrows or direction letting you know how to actually get to the parking lot. Once arriving at the parking lot there were only three handicap spots for the WHOLE building. They share the building and are located upstairs. Also those three handicap spots are located next to ramps, but neither of those ramps are actually located near the door. My mother found the step that was actually in front of the door, extremely high and difficult to get up. However the long walk would have been worse. Once inside, we were greeted and search by very helpful security, and they even escorted/helped my mother to the auditorium. The general manager saw that my mother was having trouble walking and opened the front stage access door to allow my mother a shorter walk, and to avoid steps. Once inside the auditorium we sat in the VIP section which was comfortable and spacious. It was suggested to order food and drinks outside of the auditorium and that you could bring it inside. However, once we were in the auditorium, we were told that you were only allowed to bring drinks inside. That then later changed and 2 waitresses were seen in the auditorium (they also were the waitresses for the floor. They did the best they could but that is a lot of ground to cover) and they stated that you could only purchase drinks. Then last but not least one finally changed we were told that VIP could have food and drinks. Luckily, we were in VIP and took advantage of this amenity and ordered from the menu that was provided. This is important because I later realize that depending on where you got your menu from it. Had different items listed. The patrons next to us had sushi delivered to them and I was shocked because sushi wasn't on our menu and I really like sushi. My mother and I both ordered chicken $12 apiece and when I asked him how much their sushi was it was only $8.00 dollars and it looked much better than what I had ordered. When we received our chicken, (which took forever) both the lemon pepper and the garlic parmesan were sitting in a very large amount of sauce/grease. I say sauce/grease because I am not sure if it was meant to be a sauce or was it just in an alarming amount of grease. I've never been served chicken that I have refused to eat but today is a new day. I took one bite and it was absolutely awful. Wet fried chicken is not something that should be served. I wanted to ask the waitress. If this is how it was supposed to be however, after a while, I realized that she had not returned. I eventually became frustrated and just got up and walked to the bar myself to order a drink, and at this point I didn't want the cold chicken any more. This also now means i missed part of the show, this however, led me to catch something interesting. When I went to the bar they told me I couldn't add it to my tab because the auditorium was on a separate system. Which is fine but when i went to pay i noticed that i was charged a different price. The first time I have been run up I ordered a Long Island iced tea and a liquid marijuana. They rang me up for too long island iced teas that were listed for $19. The next time I order the liquid marijuana I was rang up for a $12 drink which is an actual liquid marijuana drink in the computer system. Seems some of the bartenders were aware that it was in the system and others weren't. The the third time i was charged for it as a shooter for $9.00. All the same drinks all the same size however I was charged three different prices. When i brought it to their attention, everyone was extremely kind and tried to rectify the situation. Every single staff/personnel, we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful.

Yelp
I spent Mothers Day 2024 at The Park RVA. The waitstaff was very Attentive. The Food on the other hand was TRASH. The food in the Chafing Dishes were not Warm. The biscuits were hard and cold. I enjoyed the Shrimp and grits though overly seasoned. Definitely could have done better. They kept running out of food. Corn Beef hash unrecognizable The Guy making the Omelette never got it together. Very disappointed I took my out of town guests to your establishment. Pearl Taylor

Yelp
This place is cool but it was pretty clear there's a lot for them to learn. Space: clean fun vibe with multiple bars and restaurants and games Food: some good stuff some not good stuff. The hand rolls were good but they got my order wrong and the $15 price tag made its way up to $20 by checkout because y'all want a tip on food court style dining. The chicken sandwich was okay but nothing worth the $20 we paid for it. The pastries were...unremarkable. The cannoli cream filled pastry puff was just butter on a chewy bread. The cannoli cream in the regular ones had lemon in it which is not a good combo when paired with chocolate chips. Games: unplayable. There was a multi hour wait for bowling and mini golf was just as bad. No arcade games or things like shuffleboard or billiards either so it's mini golf or bowling and if those aren't available all you can do is drink. Staff: generally friendly but seem overwhelmed at times. Drinks: okay but outrageously priced, in particular the beer wall. I got a full pour (16oz) of a beer and it was $11. That ain't right. This isn't Busch Gardens so don't be charging $11 for a beer. $24 tab for two beers. Suggestions: 1: put a sign downstairs that says elevators are for disabled people only or do the security check in the lobby as multiple people were confused by this process. 2: improve wait times for food. 3: put time limits on bowling 4: add other game options like pool, pinball, shuffle board, giant Jenga, etc.

Yelp
It's modern, cool, innovative, & there's no cover to get in. I've been there a few times since they've opened & I've enjoyed it. I'd like to see there be more action on Friday nights/the weekends but it's a cool place to hangout with something to do for everyone. Big variety of things to eat/drink as well & its always been clean.

Yelp
I was really excited to check this place out since it's something new to do in Richmond. The good thing about this place is that they do security checks at the entrance which I really appreciated! There's something to do for everyone. There's mini golf, golf bays, bowling, and a karaoke room. There are many food options such as pizza, sushi, Mexican, a bakery/sweets shop, a bowl place, and a chicken sandwich place. The park also includes 3 bars and a pour your own beer section. They have a live DJ and a stage for a band. I wasn't super impressed with the cocktail selection. I ordered a Mural Project and it was incredibly sugary and overpriced. The karaoke room wasn't anything special considering it was connected to YouTube. For an 8 million dollar venue, I would have expected a karaoke machine or something cooler than just hooking a microphone to YouTube. I wanted to pour my own beer but it was unclear how the system worked. They should consider adding signage with instructions. Overall, this place has tons of potential but still needs some work. Worth checking it out for yourself.

Yelp
This new "8 million dollar" food hall/hang out spot was very highly anticipated by many people in the Richmond area but after visiting for the first time I wasn't really that impressed. There are many food options here and about 3 different bars you can choose from including a self serve beer wall. Everything was pretty confusing at first and not many people knew how to pay for the bowling and mini golf and I only saw one staff member at the mini golf section. The mini golf area looked kinda fun but for about $20 a person we didn't think it was worth it as there were long lines between "holes". The "bowling" area was pretty pathetic and I wouldn't even call it bowling because the lanes, pins, and balls were about half the size of an actual bowling area. They also have a "karaoke room" which consists of tables and booths as well as a tv screen and controls for choosing songs through YouTube which I found kinda weird. The drinks were overpriced and not that great. Many of the "signature cocktails" had weak pours and tasted watered down. This place has so much potential but needs work and is better if you go with a group of people. Also not sure about the location as there's no other bars/restaurants that are walking distance to here. I'm interested to see the success of this establishment in the future.

Yelp
This place is amazing and I'm so glad I went. If you ever been to ATLANTA, Ga it reminds me of ponce city market or colony square. They have like 5/6 different restaurants with great selection. I got the sushi which was really good. The tempura shrimp was the best then the spicy tuna, unfortunately the crab did not taste like crab. It taste like cucumber more than anything. My Bestie got the bao buns. The buns are so soft and actually tasteless but taste good. She got chicken, smoked rib and pork. All of it was good and would get it again. Make sure you come early so you can add your name to the list then go get food. We got food then add our name it was an hour wait. We did bowling which was fun but ended faster due to the lane length is shorter. So make sure you get 2 games minimum especially if you have two ppl. We finished the two games in 30/45 due to us taking little breaks for drinking and talking but if we didn't maybe 20/30 min we would of been done. They also have mini golf with really cool themes nothing like putt putt ! Drinker were great

Yelp
Nice spot for RVA... seems to be still working out being newly open. We came on a Saturday around 4:30. We decided on Vinny' Smashrino's as a dinner choice. We arrived at 5:15. They said it would be 15 minutes until they start serving. After going to get drinks and returning at 5:30, one of the workers said it will be another 20 minutes to a customer. At 5:48, they said that they would not take orders until 6:00. Very frustrating for those who go had been waiting since 5:15 (or even before). They definitely need to get customer service together because this will only continue to get them negative reviews!

Yelp
I visited The Park RVA on grand opening day and had a great time! It's located in the Diamond District and its 55,000 square feet of fun, deliciousness and entertainment options. There's duck pin bowling, karaoke for my singers and fair-themed mini golf for the putt putt enthusiasts and virtual golf! They also had a DJ and a live band. There's selfie gif setup for my friends who love the camera. There are lots of food options to choose from and multiple bars to drink from. I love the "pour your own beer" option with cold glasses at your disposal. 30 beer options to choose from on tap for the beer snobs. It's located in the beer garden section. There's something for everyone! This is great addition to RVA! Go check it y'all and show them some grace as they work through being a new venue.

Yelp
When visiting my family in Richmond they wanted to come check out this spot. I'll lead with the positive the little arcade areas and bowling were a great time and we loved it. The people working the front desk were insanely rude when checking in for experiences. I asked about bowling and mini golf they stated there was a waitlist for both. The whole hour we waited for bowling the mini golf area only had one family of 4 people in it the entire time. It was empty. That was confusing - lost money on that from us as we were a captive audience. The bars are huge and beautiful yet the beer wall was out of order and the beer available at the bars were slim in selection and not local or craft like the wall featured. It was sooo hard to get a drink or close our tab once the cornhole tournament started up. Also there needs to be more seating. It's a huge open area and there's little to no seating that isn't a high top or the bar. Which all taken while there anyways but a bench here or there would be nice as my parent has issues standing for long periods of time or getting in and out of higher seating.
