The Parker Fulton has been a great place to live in the attractive West Loop - Fulton Market area. The building and amenities are inviting, clean, and appealing. The entire Parker Fulton staff are welcoming and proficient. It's clear they desire to make your living experience an amazing one.

Sam and his team at the Parker made staying here an incredible experience. You cannot beat the location, and the fellow tenants are very friendly. I would have loved to stay in this building if there was a larger 1br option available.

I have lived here at the Parker for about half year, and I had a GREAT time! This is definitely a warm and friendly community. Not to mention it’s great location, I had a very good experience with all the leasing and management team staff. Every single staff I have met, including the lady at the front desk, Alex, Sam, and Heather, are all super friendly and helpful through the time I lived here. It was beyond my surprise that almost every staff remembered my name and face and which room I lived. Every time I come home the front desk will greet me or let me know if I have the package at their desk. It can't feel anything better! Definitely recommend!

I loved living at the Parker! One of the best locations in the city, walking distance to everywhere I frequently visited. Great dining nearby. Friendly and helpful staff, and always clean!

I had a delightful experience living in The Parker, the location is unbeatable, everyone who works in the building is friendly and attentive, the apartment units are spacious and filled with lots of natural light, and the building has an impressive range of amenities. The management team and everyone who works in the building were incredible and always quick to respond. The Parker was the first building I lived in when moving to Chicago and I couldn’t have had a more positive experience and would highly recommend!

The Parker is a terrific place to call home. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, the Halsted bus is right outside and the Pink, Green, and Blue lines are all a few blocks away (the Blue lime being the furthest of the three). Amenities include a gym, Starbucks coffee/tea/hot chocolate, lockers for packages, in unit washer/dryer, and the intercom system can be controlled with an app on your phone. For internet you can get up to 1gbps upload and download through ewfiber, so you can avoid Comcast if you want. Not to go off on a tangent but ew provides excellent service at a reasonable price. The rent can feel a bit pricey but when you look around at other places with similar amenities it ends up being very similar price points.

I really enjoyed living at The Parker over the last three years. The Property Manager, Sam Mei, has been extremely helpful and accommodating during my time there. I would recommend living here.

Had a great experience living at The Parker. It's a quiet, more boutique building in a prime spot. Sam along with the rest of the team was very attentive and kept everything running smoothly.

Yelp
I lived at the Parker for two years, I never had a late rental payment. The Parker requires a 60 day notice to terminate your lease. I signed my termination notice 60 days prior. I then inquired about possibly staying in my same unit a week later. The representative and I were discussing my options at that point to start a new lease since mine was terminated. During this time a window fell from the building and it made me feel unsafe to renew. I never signed a new lease or agreed to anything and let them know I would be moving on. Upon this they said I owed for 60 additional days, they then sent my judgment that I allegedly owed them to the collections company that is also owned by the same corporation as the Parker (Atlantic Residential). The collections company has been calling/cussing me out/bullying me for months. I have filed complaints with every credit bureau and when they verify with collections it's confirmed since it's all a scam and same corporation owns both. I had nearly perfect credit before this scam, it makes me incredibly frustrated that this is happening to me and I can imagine others, complete scam.

Yelp
Moved in about a month ago and so far so good! Everyone has been helpful as we've had several furniture deliveries and lots of packages. The apartment is beautiful

Yelp
The Parker is a reasonably priced full-service apartment building in a great location. I'm moving out because I want to live in a different neighborhood, but if I wanted to stay in West Loop, there's no better place to be. Floor-to-ceiling windows are amazing, build quality is pretty good, package locker is great, etc. I didn't use the pool or the fitness center much, but they're very solid as well. The rooftop with the outdoor fireplace is particularly nice too. The best part about The Parker is the staff. Ramondo, the maintenance guy, is efficient, effective, and very friendly. LaQueisha at the front desk is great to talk to and is one of the friendliest people I've ever met. Overall, can't recommend The Parker highly enough if you want to live in West Loop. Fantastic building and fantastic staff. Also running a deal on rent right now!

Yelp
I've been here for 2 years now and I've been very happy with the building. I don't have much interaction with the staff with the exception of a few maintenance issues that were resolved quickly and professionally. They send notifications regularly, which is nice, and recently remodeled the amenity floor and did a great job. I felt that their response to covid was appropriate and I'm happy to renew again for another year.

Yelp
Loved the decor and the place had a very social-fun atmosphere. Front desk was nice and friendly while making sure they touched base with the person I was meeting with before I was allowed in. The pool was slow to start then picked up as the fun did. I would totally live here and OMG THE VIEWS

Yelp
I lived here for 2 years, one of the first few residents. I met the most amazing and awesome people living here and loved west loop and my apartment but this is the worst managed building ever. We've had instances of the hot water running out, elevators constantly not working, flooding, amenities not working, garage door always broken down and the list goes on. There is no communication to residents. They overcharge for rent simply because of location but it's not worth it whatsoever.

Yelp
I could not love my new upscale apartment in the ultra trendy Fulton Market more. I've lived in high rises with full accommodation before, but, to me, this one stands out in a few ways: 1) Pet accommodations (like a private dog park in building) was truly a selling point for me. No dog owner in the city could argue with is and personally, I've never seen this offered before. So convenient! 2 ) Decor that pays tribute to the historic meat packing district. It's like mixing a little old with a new, urban vibe. 3) Staff is really friendly and helpful. I was about to hire a handyman to help me hang some simple, yet heavy items, such as a full length mirror and TV mount, but the maintenance staff offered to do so for me at no additional cost. They did so in a quick turnaround so saved me a lot time and $$$ I highly recommend checking these out!

Yelp
My wife and I moved into The Parker 2.5 years ago when they first opened and this truly was the first residence in over 8 years that we truly could call home. The entire staff from Stephanie the property manager to everyone at the front desk have been so amazing making our stay here very difficult to say goodbye. Aside from the incredible location in which you are right in the heart of the West Loop, our unit was amazing. Great view, very few minor issues that were handled quickly. If you have a car I 100% recommend renting a parking spot, absolutely worth it. we also have a puppy that was very happy living at The Parker in which they have probably the best dog patch view in the city on the 5th floor. Everything and everyone was so accommodating and if you want the most breathtaking view of the entire city their top floor is open to all residences that has an outdoor top floor fire pit with an open roof. You cannot get a better view We will miss The Parker and have nothing but great things to say about the last two and half years there!

Yelp
I don't normally post reviews but felt compelled given my experience. Some people may have a decent experience living in this building but if you are a prospective tenant with any reservations -- don't move here. If I could sum up my experience in one word, it would be unreliable -- both in terms of the physical building and the management. More issues in 2 months here than several years of hassle-free renting in Chicago. Incompetent management, inconsistent hot water, cheap fixtures (but they look good), etc. My unit isn't so bad but most of the room layouts are strange (one of the bedrooms in a 2-BR had a concrete pillar in the middle of the room). The rooms are either really small or don't maximize the space available. The units on the 5th floor with the patios are neat -- although I'm not sure who would want to live there given the close proximity to the L (and this is likely an issue for most north side units). If you want to rent in the west loop, would recommend Gateway. There are other buildings under construction that look pretty good too.

Yelp
Love this building!! The maintenance guys and front desk staff are honestly the best. Always around to help and they get it done quickly. Definitely recommend checking this building out.

Sarah H.

Yelp
Garage consistently broken, so would not recommend parking here because you'll have to pay for extra parking anyway. Overall a nice facade with a cheap interior. Doors are effectively painted cardboard (the doorstop went right through it) and everything feels just a notch below ikea.

Yelp
The Parker is great! The location is awesome, the views are stunning, and the staff are very helpful. The extra amenities (pool, gym, dog park, multiple common areas) are all brand new, well kept, and super convenient. My experience here has been wonderful!

Yelp
The best part about this building was the location to the West Loop and some of the residents in the building. Definitely a growing part of the city. Let me discuss the negatives for you to observe when you are in the building. The elevators are ridiculously slow -- often times you are waiting more than 5 minutes for an elevator to come. The pool gets extremely crowded -- people are putting out towels to block their seats in the morning and then you won't get a seat for the day. The management treats residents like children - sending notes about not bringing out glass containers to the pool. Once you move out if you get a package they will send it back to the shipper regardless if you have asked them to hold it. Finishes in the unit are very low end Whirlpool units. Several of the windows in the building have had to be replaced after falling out. Hallways are extremely dark and difficult to see in during the day. Doors on common floor are locked except for the two on the far right. Often times they ran out of coffee or the machine was broken. The TV's in the common area can only be switched from one source -- so they all have to be on the same channel. Common area rooms were frequently reserved by residents or by management pitching their new building across the street - which will certainly create loud construction noise when they start driving piles in the ground shortly. There are move-in fees, pet fees and application fees - plus they increased my rent by 7.33% at the end of my lease.

Yelp
Building is fine but hot water is consistently broken - about once a month, every month for 12-36 hours each time. This can be a major inconvenience.

Yelp
If you love walking into your "upscale luxury living" apartment building being greeting by the smell of garbage than by all means you should live here! They do try to cover it up with blowing air fresheners and large fans, but clearly nothing works, also note this will never be fixed it's been since March and here we are in August. And the head management guy Michael informed me it was a flaw of the buildings design, so try not to be embarrassed when you bring friends over to visit. I've lived in other high rises and this is by far the worst one. It's not full service at all, if you even ask the door staff to do anything you seem as though you're being an inconvenience (besides Moses). Don't expect a smile from anyone when you walk-in. It was actually hard for me to leave my last building because I did love the door staff so much, so I was quite shocked here when I realized 1 out of the 4 are friendly. Don't even get me started on how whenever guest show up they have to call me to come down because no one is ever at the desk. They do have an entrance system when you walk up to the door outside on the far left (just hope the leasing staff informed you of this and you're signed up) but most people when they visit a building like this would assume they would check-in with the door staff. Also note that the door staff when you come during business hours is the leasing staff so don't expect any more out of them you should actually expect less. Side note, expect the leasing staff to be incompetent and your move-in to not be flawless in anyway, because I bet you a million dollars they didn't even know you were moving in the day you were scheduled. They say they're really sorry and the only reason things are not in order is because they're trying to sell the building. Well good luck with that, I would hope no idiot would buy this place unless they're trying to fix the management team aka Michael and the garbage smell in the lobby everyone just loves to walk home to. For packages you have delivered expect some to be misplaced because they have a parcel system of lockers and if it's full they just leave packages on top of the mailboxes where anyone could grab them. For elevator wait times you want to pray it's not a move-in day so 1 of the 3 elevators is down and that 1 of the 2 elevators left isn't broken for the day. Because I've waited up to 10 minutes for an elevator. I use the stairs here more than the elevator because they are so slow. If you're used to other high rises disposing of your large cardboard boxes and other things that can't fit down the chute you can expect to not expect that here. My previous building I would just place them by the chute door and the buildings night team would pick up and dispose of that for you. Here you're expected to go down to the first floor (the smelly garbage floor aka lobby/hope the elevator doesn't take too long) and go to the loading dock half a block down and dispose of everything yourself. Just little things like this make you realize this building is different than most for what you're paying. The only reason I'm giving this building any stars is because of the location and the maintenance staff. Other than that I can't wait for my lease to be up so I can actually move back to a full amenity building for the price point I'm paying. I really did want to love this building because the location is so great, but just thought I would inform future renters what they can expect if they move here. They've been trying to sell the building, so let's hope if they do they have better management.

Yelp
The Parker has both a great location and an amazing view of the city! Combined with the awesome amenities and reliable staff, it has everything I could want in a downtown apartment.
