A true hidden gem â and one of the best dining experiences weâve had in NYC.
From the moment we sat down, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. I ordered a whiskey sour, and it was hands down one of the best Iâve ever had â perfectly balanced, beautifully presented, and served with such pride. Every drink that came to our table was made with the same level of attention and skill. The ambiance itself feels intimate, warm, and elevated⊠a total hidden gem youâd never expect to find tucked inside a hotel.
The food was just as impressive. The charcuterie board is an absolute must-try â generous portions, amazing quality, and so many layers of flavor. The meatballs were incredibly well-seasoned and cooked perfectly, full of depth and richness. And the salads? Fresh, decadent, and beautifully layered with so many textures and tastes. You can tell they put real thought into every ingredient. The kids ordered fries, and even those were delicious â simple, traditional, but done exceptionally well.
And hereâs where they truly won us over:
We were running late for our Harry Potter Broadway show, and the team went above and beyond to help us make it on time. They prepared and served four full meals in literally eight minutes â and the food was still delicious, fresh, and perfectly cooked. They didnât stress us, didnât rush us â instead, they were incredibly kind and understanding. It felt like they were personally invested in helping our family make the show.
Throughout the entire experience, the staff consistently made us feel like our visit mattered. Their friendliness, attention to detail, and genuine effort to make our dinner special truly stood out.
All around, an amazing experience.
Weâre absolutely coming back â both for the food and for the top-tier service. A wonderful, underrated NYC spot that deserves far more attention.
