Wow, i sure do love spending my Sunday mornings here at The Parlor! The staff makes us as customers feel so comfortable especially with the peanut allergies my kids have. Nowhere else can i feel safe when ordering. On top of it being such a safe place my children have games to play and a grass area to be free while the adults get to chat. »Ice Cream is out of this world! »Staff is helpful and QUICK »Prices are FAIR »Seating area with music and games » Lots of parking space (which is great when coming with entire family) Thank you to the Parlor for making our Sundays so fun and delicious!

The Parlor Ice Cream Shop is absolutely fantastic! The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. Their customer service is top-notch — fast, helpful, and always with a smile. The variety of flavors is amazing, with something new to try every visit. Plus, the prices are super reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. A perfect spot for a sweet treat — highly recommend!

We paid $18 for the smallest scoops of ice cream ever. Warwick ice cream doesn't warrant charging that much. Also, it took three tries to make my sundae as ordered. We won't be back. We'll drive to Ice Cream Machine any day. Big scoops, better prices and WAY better ice cream. Plus they've never gotten our order wrong.

I came today with my family and friends, total of 7kids and 6 adults, our orders were mixed dairy and no dairy because some of us had dairy allergy, the guy he start to hand out the orders and he give my husband non dairy for our son without saying its non dairy which not a big deal since he is a kid and has no allergy, but my friend who order non dairy he insisted to give her the dairy one and closed the window while we talking to him and wondering what a rude customer service and i told them that is so rude and you cant keep close the window in front of us every time we talking to you and your attitude is so bad but the lady said its because the air conditioner on which that cant be right because one minute will not going to destroy any thing, so its end up we throw it in the trash and I paid for another non dairy for my friend. The reason I didn't give it 1 star because I don't like to hurt any small business and I can't hurt the business for mistake from any employee because mistakes happen. Personally I don't think we will go back again but I hope this review can make a change in how to treat the customer nicely and patiently.

All you need to know is I drive by four ice cream places to go to The Parlor. Their specials always slap!

This is the best ice cream spot in RI! Alexa and Sedona are the absolute best! A must have each week for me and my family with all their different sundae specials! Highly recommend giving this spot a visit! 🍦

So many flavors I love it was hard to choose! The new owner is really nice, and the inside cafe is so cute. I cannot wait until the fall when they have French fries and doughboys! The other great thing is you can sit outside and there is so much room, you can relax in a big chair under the tree on the grass! Love it! Congratulations!

Not only is this the best milkshake/ice cream spot in terms of quality and price that I've found in all of RI, but the entire staff is also extremely kind and patient in all regards. 10/10 I recommend to everyone in Rhode Island.

What a delightful treat over memorial day week. Really enjoyed their vegan and yogurt flavors since I have a sensitive stomach! There were even flavors not on their menu' Delicious, creamy and interesting options. Awesome, friendly service. Super chill fun vibe.

Love it here. I got the S'mores sundae and it was delicious. I thought it would come out in a plate or sundae container but it came in a tall plastic clear cup. Not an issue, I actually like this because you're less likely to make a mess. My husband got the peanut butter lover sundae which I got a taste of and it was also good. They accept cards here, so you don't have to worry about having cash on you. They have a sitting area to the side of the building. There were a few picnic tables and lawn chairs in a circle, there's also a huge connect four game outside.

Overall I thought it was good. This was the first time we had come here and the price was on par with some other places we'd been too even if there was a bit less than what I've seen from other places. My biggest complaint was that the waffle cone was super stale. But the ice cream was delicious, service was quick, and it was nice to sit outside!

So many flavors so little time! You will definitely find something you love here. Prices are reasonable as well.

A nice setting. Great Warwick Ice Cream (as good as any homemade), love the Samoia sundae and the kids say the shakes are their favorites. Friendly service, clean kitchen. I highly recommend The Parlor

Great soft serve, Warwick ice cream, house made frozen lemonade, good prices and friendly smiles. Not much more to say. A small cone with sprinkles and a pup cup was $7.53-best price for the size Ive paid in a while! Follow on socials for the awesome monthly specials!

My favorite creamery in RhodeIsland, so far! An unending variety of flavors and types of ice cream. Their Warwick ice cream is local and delicious! Their prices are reasonable, compared to many other creameries. Easy access of Scituate Road and friendly service!
