Jerri is an amazing artist in every way—whether it’s her talent with cuts, color, or designing her hats and candles. I feel so lucky to have found her after moving to Charleston, especially not knowing anyone and getting such a great referral. We blondes are picky about our hair, and she’s never disappointed me. I absolutely love her work and highly recommend her!

I’m new to Charleston and was so happy to have found The Parlour! After reading all the fantastic reviews, I booked an appointment with Jennifer to color my hair. The location of the salon is excellent, the salon itself is a great place to hang out while you get your hair done, and of course, the service was fantastic. Jennifer gave me exactly the shade of blonde that I was hoping for and I left the salon with my hair looking and feeling healthier than before.

I've been getting my haircut by the same person for a couple years now, and just recently she moved to Florida. I searched on the Vagaro app for a stylist near my office who did cuts for men, and found The Parlour. It's right off of East Bay on Exchange St and easy to get to, but parking can be a bit tricky based on the time of day, as is anything downtown. No worries though because I found a metered spot right in front of The Tavern. The Parlour is located upstairs in Suite 401. They used to be in 404 but someone moved out and they took advantage of the great space. I really love this location. Old building. Old brick walls. Exposed beams in the ceiling. Great views and lots of sunlight. Jennifer was my stylist by appointment and she was ready for me when I arrived. She's super friendly and welcoming. They specialize in women's hair, but are more than capable of men's haircuts. Her attention to detail was exceptional. I'm really easy when it comes to haircuts. Just make it look good, and if you think something should look one way because of what my hair wants to do, go for it. The haircut came with a wash & rinse plus styling. For the price, I wasn't expecting the other services, but am so happy to have had that all done in one visit. I was in and out in 30 minutes and will definitely be back again next month.

TALENT is so key when it comes to coloring hair and Jenni at the Parlor Salon has got it! I was shocked at how she transformed my hair. Literally felt like I had magazine worthy hair when I left her salon the very first time. These girls are talented, kind, professional and passionate about ensuring each client that walks out their door is more than satisfied with their new hair! Love this salon and have never been happier with my hair!
