This venue is nice and rather roomy. Audio is good. Staff is VERY friendly and approachable for any needs or info. Concessions are easily accessible. Like most venues, libations and food are over higher retail prices. Could use more air-flow fans in Lobby near the main Merch area, Texas is hot. Ticket prices are reasonable depending on Artist. Overall, it was a great experience with many pre-game options and food nearby.

Great venue for live music. The entire area is designed for a great experience. Parking is easy. There are lots of restaurants and snack areas. The bars inside are well staffed. You need to experience it for yourself.

The Pavilion at the Toyota Music Factory in Las Colinas, Texas was awesome and I couldn’t have been more impressed! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was electric, and the venue itself is beautifully designed. The seating arrangements provide great views from almost every spot, making it easy to enjoy the performance. The sound quality was outstanding; every note was clear and immersive. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring that everything ran smoothly from entry to exit. I also appreciated the variety of food and drink options available, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable. Whether you're there for a concert, festival, or any other event, The Pavilion offers an unforgettable experience. I can’t wait to return for my next event! Five stars all the way!

Got here early, got a good spot in line. And this was because a WORKER let us in and told us that this is where we needed to be. But a few mins before the doors were supposed to open, a woman with a list starts coming up to us asking us for our ID’S to check the ticket list. Then later on said that the line we were in was the VIP line?? She said she would come back to us after she finished the names on the list, and once she did. They moved us ALL THE WAY TO THE BACK. All because of a worker who didn’t do his job right, they could’ve let us stay there and just move us later because we’d had been there for hours due to the merch. The same worker who told us that we were in the right spot, moved us to the back. And it was 3 mins until the doors opened.

My daughter & her friends attended a concert there and it was very organized. Although the traffic was heavy the flow kept things orderly. The kids enjoyed their concert and had a wonderful time attending.

Great place for concerts. Easy to get to. Easy to get in and out. Several decent hotels in the area of you're staying a few nights. The Texican nearby is walking district and allows pets.

Great venue! Parking seemed extra pricey but overall a good experience. Awesome seats! Sound quality was excellent also!

It’s no surprise the DFW area was buzzing with excitement for the grand opening of Drizzle Cheesecakes in Las Colinas! Having first discovered their cheesecakes at the Texas State Fair in 2023 and experiencing the buzz around them last year, I made it a priority to be there in person this year. I couldn’t resist ordering a variety: the plain drizzle, their signature Biscoff, and the churro cheesecake slices. Despite arriving to a line at 3:00 p.m., the efficient and organized staff kept everything moving smoothly, and by 3:31 p.m., we had placed our order. Considering the chilly 49° weather, the steady pace made the wait more than manageable. Priced at $12.99 per slice (with the plain drizzle at $11.99), these cheesecakes are not just desserts—they’re an experience. The team’s friendly service and the establishment's welcoming vibe made the visit even more enjoyable. If you’re a cheesecake lover, Drizzle Cheesecakes is a must-visit!

Yelp
I'm an avid concert goer, and not sure what took me so long to check out this venue, but I absolutely love it. Had seats at two concerts recently and then had tickets for the Pit. Employees are nice, of course drinks are expensive (but honestly it's expected). I love that it's a mid sized venue. Will definitely try to check out more shows here!

Yelp
NO Diversity...! Strictly Country, Rock, Tejano! No R&B, NeoSoul, HipHop acts, etc! Complete BS format and culture! Yet, wants to be considered a REAL music venue.

Jess M.

Yelp
We had a great time at the Pavilion! Our seats were great and unobstructed for the completely sold out show. They have several bars throughout that serve drinks and food. The food options are standard food-court fare (soft pretzels, etc). It was a bit weird for a concert but hey - it was cool. They also offer a full shaker of different mixed drinks and full cans of beer (Modelo, XX, etc).

Yelp
Enjoyed a great concert here in November. Here is what we liked: fabulous venue. Not a bad seat in the house. Great visibility from the whole location. We were back in section 302 and could see the stage great. The aisles are wide and spacious so very comfortable. The sound quality is perfect. Good proximity to bars and food kiosks though you have to rebadge to get back to your seat. Also it's nice to be connected with Toyota Music Factory as an overall venue with restaurants and events. What isn't so great? The Pavilion is tightly coupled with Live Nation so that is the only source. Fees are awful. Also, the venue does not leverage any influence on parking which is inappropriately expensive. These are big detractors.

Wyatt M.

Yelp
Heads up! Parking is $41 Beers are $20 each Pizza is $30 Water is liquid death (nobody asked for this we just want normal cheap water in a closable bottle) You have to rent chairs you can no longer bring them. Please just stop price gouging people there is no reason to be this expensive.

Jeri A.

Yelp
Events Large area Pretty nice. Near Westin hotel Lots of restaurants. Very safe. Security and restrooms. Lawn seating as well

Yelp
My fiancé and I just saw 6LACK last night and had a time! Parking was actually easy, getting into the venue was a breeze, and finidng our seats took no time. There was a lot of people but there weren't too many long lines and the food and drink vendors were spread out making it convenient for everyone. Food was priced decently but the drinks were outrageous. The concert started on time and went super late. Exiting and getting back to the car and out of the venue was also very easy. I'd definitely see another concert here again.

Tami R.

Yelp
Great place to catch a show. Loved the layout and everywhere has a view of the stage. Must see.

James H.

Yelp
Went to The Pretenders concert and the Pavillion is really nice. The problem is that if you're sitting in the back it's a terrible experience cause unlike all the other places that I've been to they don't turn on the big screens for the concert so the experience was terrible. If they turned it on then it would have been one if the best concerts but not sure who decided to leave them off. By leaving them off it was one of the darkest concerts that I have ever been to. Folks were walking into each other trying to get to the restroom. I'll just stick to Dickies and Winstar for my concerts after this.

Yelp
The Pavilion is a newer venue in Irving with a large indoor/outdoor space and a couple bars and concession areas. I've been here twice, once on the floor in General Admission for Snoop Dogg and once in ticketed seating to see Chevy Chase Live with a screening of Christmas Vacation. For a concert, The Pavilion was pretty nice. It was a warm Texas day and the back of the venue was open allowing air to circulate through (helpful at a Snoop Dogg show) and kept the swaying crowd cool. Sound and video were good. We were up very close and could see everything well, though I'm a little tired of the GA show environment and standing for hours among people in various states of mind. Not the venue's fault though. For the Chevy Chase show, we sat in folding chairs that were so close together we had to step over the back of them to get into our seats. Once we were, visibility was fine and the show itself was great. The space worked well for the combination of film and speaker. My only complaint is that entry seemed slow and not well thought through. And this venue, like all of its kind, charges exorbitant prices for concessions, simply because they can. I don't have to buy, and I won't. Parking is available close by in a parking garage that serves the entire complex. We paid $15. But, if you go to a restaurant or bar first, you can honestly tell the parking attendant you are there for restaurant and they will not charge you.

Yelp
I bought RESERVED LAWN tickets so I wouldn't have to worry about showing up early to get a good spot in the lawn so I could watch the concert. However, the RESERVED LAWN tickets are directly in front of the Disabled/ Handicapped section, so even if you buy these tickets front row, you'll still have an obstructed view. The Disabled/ Handicap section should be in a different area that doesn't obstruct ANYONE's view. I've posted pictures for reference. I bought the first row of RESERVED LAWN for my elderly 65+ parents to enjoy the Sting concert, whi can not stand for the entire concert, and they can't even see the stage OR screens. The tickets were $120+ each after taxes & fees. This includes at least the first 3 rows of the RESERVED LAWN tickets..... The Pavilion should have done better during construction. Hopefully someone sees this before buying RESERVED LAWN tickets.

Yelp
Really nice, saw aespa, but it was kind off hot in there.... good food and nice prices for the soda ($8 for refills). Staff was polite, especially this girl around my age (17-20) and this guy who wore glasses let me take a picture almost in-front of the stage. definitely a good place

Soul V.

Yelp
Let me preface this review with, I've only been to the actual pavilion once. We went last night for the Dirty Heads show and the sound quality was pretty bad in section 303. Felt like the mics were low. Posting pictures of my view 303-G. Prices for food and drinks are absurd. $19-22 for a cocktail. $6 for a hot dog. $6 for a pretzel. Food is horrible, typical vendor foods...nachos, hot dogs, chicken tenders. Philly cheesesteak on the menu is plant based, but nothing on the menu stating this. Fries undercooked. Just all around fail. Oh! And the ceiling was dripping/leaking water in so many places. Also, why are the smoking sections right by the bathrooms? I felt uncomfortable at the amount of kids that had to walk through clouds of 2'd hand smoke.

Landis T.

Yelp
Pretty nice venue. Line to get in moved quickly. Seats were plenty wide (which is hard to find sometimes for us wider folks). Sound quality was good. Not a bad seat in the house. Only complaint would be concession prices. $15 + tax for beer seems a bit high. Otherwise, this was a solid venue.

Yelp
Currently run by Live Nation, The Pavilion at the Toyota Music Factory is the key to Toyota Music Factory located in Irving. It is a convertible theater that depending on weather, the performance, etc., can be opened to create unique place for concerts. It seats anywhere from 4000-8000 depending on the event configuration. I recently attended a symphony performance here and, on that day, it was configured for indoor use only. There is an amazing sound system and from what I could see, there was not a bad seat in the house. The stage is located front and center with two large screens on either side. From the admission staff to the ushers as well as the staff working the food/beverage stands, all were friendly and did a great job in managing their specific areas. Beware, upon entering you must pass through metal detectors. Like airport screening, they have bowls, etc. for keys and other items. I noticed that people carrying large bags were asked to open those for a visual inspection. As for food and beverage, while I did not have any food what I saw looked and smelled delicious. I did have a couple of adult beverages; my recommendation is to keep it simple as this is not a craft cocktail bar by any means. Also, bring plenty of money as the adult beverages were not cheap. I thoroughly enjoyed the performance of '4U: A Symphonic Celebration of Prince'. Initially, I was little concerned this was not the best venue for it, but I quickly realized that was not the case. I look forward to checking out more live performances here.

Yelp
The Pavilion at the Toyota Music Factory is a convertible theater that is run by Live Nation. This venue is the heart of Irving's Toyota Music Factory and is a perfect venue for live performances for 4000 - 8000 people. It starts with great acoustics but also can open its doors to become an indoor/outdoor amphitheater which makes it so unique. My Overall Rating - 4 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Facility, Return) Atmosphere - The Pavilion has a simple stage and two side video boards. The boards are nothing ground breaking, but what makes the Pavilion so great is that it can be configured 3 different ways. You can have a small, intimate indoor live session or the doors can open to a large, lush lawn for an extra 4000 seats which give it an outdoor festival feel. It's truly unique. 1 Star. Service - The staff are nice and professional. There are security checkpoints when you enter where your bags and pockets are checked. No issues here unless you're carrying heat. The ushers are very helpful and will guide you to your seat. There are multiple concession stands but I didn't order anything, so I can't comment on that. 1 Star. Facility - As you enter The Pavilion, you'll walk down a large and open foyer. Plenty of room to navigate and lots of options for concessions. It has the feel of an NBA arena with large bars and plenty of staff. If you're a fan of the drink you will be delighted to know there are two large bars flanking both ends of the seats. And the venue has great acoustics. There are 4 sections - Standing Room (front), Reserved seating (front), reserved seating (back), and the lawn if the doors are open. The reserved seats in the front are comfortable - but they are not set on an incline. It's flat. In other words, if someone is tall and is in front of you, you can't see over them. No problem with the rear or lawn though. The video boards are pretty lo-fi when you compare to the billboards at Jerry World, but you're here to see a band live...unless the guy in front of you is tall. 1 Star. Will I Return? - Yes. It's a great venue. I caught Erasure when they came through and The Pavilion was configured with the doors open to the lawn. While it was hot that night the indoor seating kept us cool. It's not a matter if I'll return, it's a matter of who I'm going to return to watch live. 1 Star. My Yelp Rating Scale (Sum of all parts): 1 Star - Atmosphere - Is it a cool dive? Perhaps an upscale place? No matter the type, atmosphere plays a big part and I'll give a star if I like it or thinks it has great charm. 1 Star - Service - You can have a great meal with bad service. But that's also what can make a five star joint drop to four. It's important to the dining experience that service is great and on point. 2 Stars - Facility - I'll award up to two stars for the facility, since this is the main reason we go out. Sometimes the extra star is given for value, but it's really all about the facility. 1 Star - Will I come back? - If I know for a fact I'll return, I'll give this a star. A place has to make an impression for me to return. Each Category can be given up to 1 star except food (2 stars) because I consider all these categories important to the overall dining experience. I will sum them up to provide my final Yelp score.

Yelp
It's a nice venue, but the management handled a bad weather situation so poorly, claiming that the outside areas were closed, all the while people were out there. Then they lied and deleted posts and comments on social media that called them out on how they handled it. The weather was bad for a very expensive concert. That they cannot help. However they claimed that the entire set was played. This is completely untrue. The band was never even introduced, a guy came out to say sorry we have to stop the show, not to mention that the set list is all over the internet and about half of the songs were played. Just own it and apologize for the situation. Also, the drinks are crazy expensive. $48 for a vodka lemonade and a beer.

Ro L.

Yelp
My first time at the pavilion was pretty great. My husband and I attended the Nas and Lauryn Hill concert recently, we opted for lawn seats due to the price difference. The great thing about sitting on the lawn is that you're allowed to take low profile seats/chairs, they also rent out chairs if needed. The open seating is great, however to ensure that you get a good spot means you should arrive early. There are many assigned seats, both covered and uncovered. The speaker system is great, with two large screens to each side of the stage. There are several areas where on can buy drinks and food. We really enjoyed ourselves, the only down fall was parking. The garage areas next to the venue aren't quite ready for parking and the closet parking lots are about a 15 min walk from the venue ($10) I really liked this place, better than the Gexia in Dallas.

James S.

Yelp
WOW! This is a fantastic venue. We came for the second show ever held at this venue, Sammy Hagar & the Circle. We arrived by Lyft and were dropped off in the designated ride-share drop off area which put us right at the entrance. There was no wait to enter the venue and all the staff, from the ticket scanner to the bar tenders to the ushers were friendly. Once in the venue there was merchandise booths immediately to the right and restrooms to the left. If you walk forward you can either go up stairs which will take you to the lawn and sections 200s and 300s or continue on to get to the 100s and different food and drink stations. Our seats were in Sec. 303, Row C. The view was fantastic, the seats more spacious than most other venues, included cup holders and gave the most leg room I've ever had at a concert venue anywhere. It was great being able to stand or sit for the show and not have to move if someone was trying to walk by to exit the row. The sound was great and the two TV screens were huge with a clear picture. From my seat I could see the stage easily and performers still felt close. Also, I could see other bar and food options on the other side of the venue but I did not visit them. Between the opener and main act, I walked around a bit and from what I could tell there isn't a bad seat in the house. I should mention that if on the floor (100s sections) there doesn't seem to be much of an incline as you go back so this could be an issue for shorter people. Based on the lack of incline, I would recommend sitting in the 200s or 300s unless in the first few rows up front to insure a good view. Exiting was fast with easy access to the exits. The pick-up area for ride-share is a short walk to the Irving Convention Center. The only complaint I can come up with is the restroom lines but these lines were only between the two acts and after the show was over. Since this is the time everyone goes to the restroom it's understandable. This is a great venue. You're lucky if your favorite band/singer performs here.

Steve V.

Yelp
We came here for a concert on a Tuesday night where the lawn seats were available. This adds greatly to the number of people who will be in the area. Parking was not bad at $10 for a garage spot. From there, it is about a 10 minute walk to the front gate. We were about 30 minutes late for the show, but there was still a line to get in. Security was efficient and there was even a "no-bag line." The venue itself is new and the bathrooms nice and not crowded. There is a decent concourse with food and drinks, along with merch. Our seats were in section 103, right behind the pit, which was general admission for this particular show. My complaint and reason for the 3 star rating starts here. The floor seats are not very slanted so the viewing angle is not that great unless you are right up front. We were about 10 rows back and it was hard to see. The acoustics were okay as the sound leaks out the back to the outdoor lawn seats.

Craig P.

Yelp
The venue was great. All the workers were very polite and great service at the bars! The outdoor venue was awesome! I would say the best in Dallas.

Ana A.

Yelp
Beware of purchasing section 300's or above us some seats may have an obstructed view. When I purchased my tickets I was not made aware of it. It really ruined the show for me. Several people around me had the same complaint. But if you are in sections 200's or 100's you should be fine. My friend lives right around the corner. We Uber'd it in... Traffic into the garage and out Looked like absolute chaos On the upside... There are several restaurants. you can come early and have a meal before your concert. They are literally steps away from the venue entrance

Diane S.

Yelp
New performing arts pavilion in Irving. Seems large. It's new. It's in Irving. It's an indoor version of Starplex with an "old" West End happening feel to it. It brings better food and much needed entertainment options to the west side of Dallas. It seems as though it will finally give Las Colinas the bump it needs for night time activities. Parking is going to be a challenge. I'm not sure if they built enough parking garages or built them high enough for bigger crowds at the Pavilion plus other nightlife. For out event parking was $10 plus a short walk. I thought this was quite reasonable. Entering the building: we were both wanded and bag checked. While it went pretty quickly it was definitely a traffic jam trying to flow down to just a couple of lines. Seating- someone mentioned before hand there are no bad seats. Thought this was mostly true except for a pillar or two or a speaker hanging down. We were in the 303 section. However for some of the prices of the tickets...the seats are cheap folding chairs down on the floor. The bolted stadium chairs were actually comfortable. They included just enough space between the rows for people to get by with out a butt in the face. Sound- The sound was great. They have "sound proofed" the edges of the pavilion to keep the sound in and not get lost in the concrete jungle it's built on. This is definitely a huge plus!!! I sat on both sides of the pavilion and the sound was good on both sides. Concessions are over priced per usual. They did have full bottles of wine you could purchase though... starting price $36! I'm sure I'll be back again.

Cat N.

Yelp
Who the hell is building this area? Yes, building because they're still working on it! I asked when will they be done and they don't know. This area was supposed to be open a month ago. Dave chapelle was canceled because it wasn't done. It's still not. Don't you have plans and give yourself room for mistake? Terrible builder! Nothing is done. The restaurants are not available. Nothing but broken promises! The paint is an ugly color!

Jaki S.

Yelp
Visited for the Nas and Lauryn Hill concert. The venue is very small and the lawn chairs sell out very quickly. They also leave lights on during the performances which wasn't appealing to me. There are cops EVERYWHERE but I don't know if that is their norm or just because of the fact that it was a mostly black audience. I didn't see the need for so much security. Everyone was chill and grown. I enjoyed the concert despite the rain but I wouldn't visit the tiny venue again.

Nick M.

Yelp
This is a fantastic music venue, especially compared with house of blues. Is the sound going to take your face off? No, but I think the extra room on the stage for set pieces and screens more than makes up for it. So far I've seen Young the Giant and Alt-J here and couldn't imagine seeing them anywhere else in the Metroplex! The beer is expensive though this is to be expected, but I like how easy it is to find and get through the merch line. Parking is super straightforward and I love that the lion pub down around the corner is so close by. Once the Alamo Drafthouse is fully built this area will be the place to be!

Howard S.

Yelp
I attended the first concert held here, ZZ Top on September 9, 2017. I sat in the front row of the farthest section and still had a panoramic view of the stage. There are also two, very large, very high definition screens that allow you to see the performers even when people are standing up in front of you. Sound quality was very good. Each seat has a cup holder, but with both of the armrest down, I found seating someone cramped. There was a decent legroom. It has the potential to be an outstanding event destination. The concert was set up in their smallest of three expandable possibilities. Behind the last section of tonight's concert is yet another section and then above that a grass field - Allowing for (I believe) up to 8000 attendees). There seem to be enough concession stands, which were typically overpriced for their offerings. There is a very large parking structure as well as an open parking lot. There are multiple restaurants that will be opening on the outside of the pavilion. On concert nights, they will certainly be packed before and after the event.

Angela C.

Yelp
Attended alt-J concert at The Pavillion and was blown away on how nice this venue is. I go to a lot of concerts and events and The Pavillion is by far the most organized and clean venue I have gone to. Parking was very easy to find. You have multiple parking options close to the venue in parking garages. Traffic is directed on both arriving and leaving. You did not have a traffic jam leaving the parking because it was directed so well. Entering The Pavillion was fast and pain free. Every employee working the event were friendly and helpful. Even leaving the event they were thanking us for coming. In the venue you can find multiple drink spots, food section, and clean restrooms. The sound quality was great and easy to hear. Everything was well lit and the lighting effects on the concert was very cool to watch. What made this venue so different is the organization and help from the employees. Everything flowed so smoothly and the setup between bands was fast.

Renee R.

Yelp
Can everyone read that rain or shine policy or am I mistaken? At 10:15pm concert still hadn't started. Not exactly sure why I paid extra to have indoor seats when they halted the whole concert and let everyone outside come in to the isles due to weather. I understand the risk of a storm but that's why people pay drastically different prices to sit outside and....risk it! Crazy concept! I don't understand why at this facility I am penalized for spending more money to to NOT risk it! Terrible first and only time experience for me at this venue. If you do decide to come to what is advertised as a "concert", don't waste your money on actually seats. Just pay for outside and they will let you come in and cater the entire experience to your needs.

Cara S.

Yelp
The Pavilion is a great place to see your favorite bands! The stage is tall so short people, like myself, can see the artists perform. The people working the event and selling mech were super helpful and had great attitudes!

Denise M.

Yelp
This was by far the worst experience EVER! The Frankie Beverly and maze concert will be the last concert I come here to see!Where should I even start? 1.THE PARKING: was absolutely ridiculous! When we pulled up in the garage alllllllllllllllllll the fist , second, and third floor parking was coned of and for what? This wouldn't have been the case for a GARTH BROOKS or HALL AND OATS event! 2.THE STAFF:completely Unknowledgeable about everything you would asked them and totally rude and dysfunctional! The parking attendants were rude and impatient! 3.THE VENUE:was extremely hot and uncomfortable the fans were blowing on low. WHY????? This was a summer event and we had a record of 100 degrees this day so alllllllllllllll the fans needed to be on high! 4. THE RESTROOMS :Were dirty This was a GHETTO HOT MESS AND I COULD'VE WENT TO THE FAIR PARK AND HAD A BETTER EXPERIENCE! Get it together this place is terrible!!!!

Jason Z.

Yelp
Brand new, but smaller venue that is beautiful. This place has spoiled me from ever wanting to go back to the fair park amphitheater. The staff was incredible, attentive and friendly. The venue, as expected for a two week old music venue, was prestine. Now it's up to everyone involved to keep it that way. The bars flanking both sides of the covered area is a great touch and makes it easy to refill your drinks without missing any of the show. There is also a stand that allows you to purchase a bottle of wine or champagne and take it to your seat in a carafe. Again, this convertible amphitheater is about half the size of Gexa/Starplex/Fair Park/whatever-they-are-calling-it, but it's a fantastic music venue and a great addition to the area.

Phillip R.

Yelp
I'm really impressed with this venue. It's a good size for something bigger than a club show but smaller than an arena show. It's pretty basic, but new and nice....not a lot of frills but it is a great place to see a show. I've seen three so far and had a great view of the stage every time. Super quick getting in and out and traffic has been a non-issue. I haven't been to any of the surrounding establishments, but there's a lot of stuff going in...should be pretty easy to park and make a night of it. Definitely recommend checking it out.

Kaity M.

Yelp
My mom got us all tickets to see Manheim Steamroller here last Christmas. It was a fun family outing and she said she enjoyed herself. I was not terribly impressed with the acoustics, however there really wasn't a bad seat in the house since it's a pretty intimate venue. It's quite a long journey to get into this place. And once in, everything is extremely expensive as you would expect at a concert venue. I'd come back here for a comedy show or something similar but not likely for a music event.

Elizabeth B.

Yelp
Overpriced drinks. People were passing out because it was too hot. I'll pass. This place is horrible.

Yelp
Parking was HORRIBLE! Pay $10 to park on the top in 111 degrees. They parking staff seems to only have one exit from the parking garage open. Expected to spend 45-60 minutes waiting for your turn in the cattle Shute to exit. It would be better money spent if we could park in the empty field across the street. And I would be happy to do so. This place has great potential but needs a redesign on parking to accommodate large concert crowds. The big name talent coming to perform will bring lots of people and traffic the current design does not handle well at all.

Yelp
Boombot chalaca!! This is a great, clean venue. The sound quality is great and the staff is friendly and professional. *if you like or find my reviews helpful, please leave a comment or a thumbs-up!

Yelp
DO NOT BUY A TICKET WITHOUT INSURANCE AND IF THE WEATHER MIGHT BE BAD FOR THE NIGHT OF THE CONCERT, GET A REFUND!! There is lawn seating for cheap and if the weather turns bad, they will delay the concert right up to 10 minutes before shut down. You end up paying way too much for a 10 minute concert. Shame on you Toyota Pavilion.

Yelp
I will never visit this facility! We purchased 4 tickets to Brad Praisley at the Florida Georgia Line concert at Gexa. The Irving Music Factory dropped the ball and couldn't open their facility on time, so the Brad Paisley concert was delayed. We were told to hold onto our tickets as the concert would be RESCHEDULED. The concert was rescheduled to April 13, but the box office refuses to honor the tickets(we paid $10 per ticket, but now they are charging $35 each). They claim the concert wasn't rescheduled hahahaha. They claim it is a new tour. That's interesting considering the tour still has the same name and same people performing! Sounds like a reschedule to me! The lady in the box office refused to give her name, but was very rude and snarky. What an absolutely terrible way of doing business. We were scammed out of our first tickets and I'm willing to bet many other people were as well. They have lost a customer for life. I'll take my business to another venue that doesn't treat customers so poorly. You would think an event venue that just opened would be looking for ways to make good press and not piss off potential customers.

Yelp
My seats were in the 102 area, it was a good venue for the Kacey Musgraves concert on Thursday October 10th. Unfortunately there was a 2 1/2 hour delay because of the thunderstorms and the possibility of people on the lawn getting rained on. The show was amazing though!! The speakers aren't overly loud and were perfect for where I was sitting. My only complaint was the disorganization with people finding their seats, there were a lot of people that took others seats that were better because the employees weren't making sure they got in the right seats. I've got to say the organization in the parking garage was the best I have ever seen, people that were parked in the main area of the first or second floor were helped out, even when there were extremely long lines to get out of the parking garage. The employees were extremely helpful!!!

Yelp
Wish I could rate this higher, I really do. But this place reminds me too much of a 90s concert in the middle of a mall. Parking: They must have forgotten that people in Dallas drive everywhere. "Parking" is paying $20 to leave your car 2 blocks away in a 5 story 4 office garage. Have to walk 10 minutes. Plan to wait 1-2 hours before you get out of the garage after the show. Drinks: love big cans of domestic beer for $14? Then it's your lucky day. Picture concessions at Globe Life Park and you're pretty close. Bathrooms: tiny. Before the show there was a line for the guys room. There were not many people at my show, I'd hate to see the line when the lawn is full. Sound Quality: poorly designed. I'm no audio expert but you'd think a venue of this size would have more than one row of stacked can speakers. But they didn't. Sound is so muffled it's like listening to music through cheap headphones that are halfway out of your ear. Seats: good sight lines but walkways are at seat level so someone's walking past you every 5 seconds. Very distracting. Overall it's one of the worse music venues in Dallas. No soul or character at all, just another oversized suburban monstrosity.

Yelp
Saw The Roots and Erykah Badu here with special guest, Chaka Khan. I really enjoyed myself. Acoustics were good and it's very spacious. It can be difficult to see the stage if someone stands up in front of you which sucks. Drink prices were ok (I got a double glass of wine and it was $18). I'll be back this week to see Dave Chappelle. I hope they open the Box Office soon. I hate paying the ridiculous fees that you pay when you purchase online so I came to the venue during business hours to purchase in person and the box office was deserted. Other than that, great venue. I'm looking forward to attending more concerts and events here.

Yelp
Unfortunately I wish I could rate it higher. Its a fresh new mini starplex in Las Colinas 2 Stars because: Parking- an absolute and complete cluster. No dedicated parking lot, a five story limited office building parking garage. Service road going west from O''connor took 30 minutes, 20 more minutes in the garage. Totally ridiculous. Its obvious the developer could not acquire sufficient land to build an adjacent parking lot. Fail for the City of Irving too Bathrooms- Really way too small and not enough of them - big design flaw Interesting the lawn is cage style no way to move down. I actually like that because I will always pay more for seats and dont have to worry about booting people out of mine who moved down Props for the seats and legroom , sound and sight lines from the seats.

Yelp
Cool outdoor spot for live music, food, drinks, fun, and friends. I believe they have live concerts there in evening most of the year. It's really a happening place with a lot to eat in the area. Lots of places to buy drinks as well. They also have TVs for watching the game. I'd recommend going on a nice day and enjoy yourself.

Yelp
Venue is nice and new, went to Matchbox 20 and Counting Crows this past Sunday. Show start time is 6:45, we get there at 6 so that we can grab a nice spot on the lawn and surprise!...they are not renting chairs "because the show is sold out"? So they are selling blankets for $20, wow, what a deal. I joked with the people next to us that I had a matchbox $20 blanket and they didn't. I can't get comfortable sitting on hard ground so every ten minutes I needed to lay on my back, which makes it hard to watch a show. Some people who tried to take chairs in were having to take them all the way back to their car. Jeepers, have one policy for all shows! The blanket we were sold was 3' x 5' and that took up more room than we would have, had we been able to rent chairs, so I do not see the logic in this policy. Anyways, was hoping since there were two name bands on the card there would be no opening act...no such luck, so CC didn't come on until almost 8 and MB20 maybe around 9:30. We watched about five songs from MB 20 and both wife and I were tired of trying to find a comfortable position so we left. Luckily by doing so we found no lines at the tiny restrooms, and were able to exit the cluster garage parking structure without any delay. Had we stayed until the end we might have gotten home by 2 A.M. Monday

Yelp
I would like to contribute a positive review on this place. I went and saw Sublime/The Offspring a few weeks after the opening, and then the rescheduled Dave Chapelle show in October and both experiences were great. It's kind cool stepping into a brand spanking new building! I've never seen the floors, bathrooms, and seats so clean at a concert venue before haha. The Pavillion reminded me of a nicer Starplex, except it is convertible (they can close off the doors to the lawn and make it an indoor, more intimate venue if they needed to). Both shows I went to had the lawn sections open. Sublime/Offspring was pretty empty so we were able to sit in the seats on the back row before the lawn and the security/staff were super chill about it. We sat at the lawn for Chappelle, and I was pleased to find out they had staff there to organize and direct people where to sit so that they maximize the space and leave room for walkways. (This is especially helpful when it is a completely sold out show, I know it's always a nightmare finding a good place on the lawn, or finding your way back to your space). The layout of the venue was logical. There were enough bars, concessions, and bathrooms in every corner of the facility. If you're in a certain section, there was basically a bar/concession and bathroom dedicated to your section. I never once had to wait in line for drinks or to go to the bathroom (even during the sold out Chappelle show)! I thought the acoustics were good too. They seemed to have soundproofed the venue pretty well, because when you leave the main audience area you can't really hear much (this is good for the surrounding residential homes in the area). Overall, we had good experiences at the Music Factory and will go see shows there again. Seems like a pretty good lineup via Live Nation in the next couple of months! I think once the other restaurants and bars open up in the plaza it will be a better atmosphere. Currently, most places around the venue are under construction. This will be a nice additional to Las Colinas!

Yelp
The reasons for not giving 5 star is due to the poorly placed crowd control rails and entrance lines. The first check was for vaccination/neg covid test. There were 3 people checking for requirements but 90% of people were forced into a line due to railing alongside Yardhouse. People walking up to this line get stuck because they do/did not know what the line was for and no way to go around the people. The other two workers failed to address customers waiting in this line, instead they stood and waited there. The second check was for tickets. Starting from the left, the first two tickets had signs "pit." Since we had pit tickets we entered this line only to be checked up security. Once past security check we re-joined the crowd of all ticket holders making the division of "pit" tickets pointless and actually increasing crowd confusion because after security check, there was no ticket scanner worker in front of us. They were all located to the right of us, in the general ticket admission lanes. Since there was a huge crowd, no one could hardly move around to go to the available ticket scanner workers. Previous shows at your venue had pit wristbands located at the far end of the building near pit entrance. REINSTATE THIS!!!! For so many safety reasons! The pit wristband booth was located immediately after the ticket scanner workers and caused even more congestion at the entrance of the venue. If there was a fire or emergency inside the building, The massive crowd at this entrance/exit location would make it nearly impossible for all of the people inside to exit the venue, even if you have other exits. After years of attending festivals, i've realized people will stand in crowds with their friends and chitchat with no realization that there is an easier and quicker way to where they are going. You need very clear signs that are located everywhere with what people should be doing. E.g. The first check for vaccination/negative Covid test, they were no signs which caused people to not be prepared further increasing wait time. Remove the unnecessary pit signs when you don't even have ticket scanner workers in that area of the line. This venue is amazing but parking garage isn't free if there's an event ($20) and drinks are STUPID EXPENSIVE. They claim sustainability but only serve drinks in plastic rather than aluminum. Aluminum is infinitely recyclable, whereas plastic degrades and releases chemicals/toxins in the recycling process.

Yelp
There is ZERO way to contact this facility by Phone, on Facebook, Twitter ect. Nobody returns calls and each option on the phone tree takes me to a generic VM. Does ANYBODY work here?
