Well-managed facility. Staff is very friendly willing to help you with anything you need. I would recommend this to anybody who is looking to get a fair and honest deal. I've had nothing but good experiences from this pawn shop and I've been to plenty of pawn shops and I've never given any of them more than two and a half maybe three stars and this is the first five star of giving out. So as you might see from my review that this place is worth checking out.

I had the best Customer Service provided to me by Jessica. She answered all my questions and sold me some beautiful pieces at a great price. Competitors were charging me 2k more for the same pieces. Glad I randomly stopped in! You have a new customer from here on!!

This was my first time at The Pawn Shop and it was a completely different experience than most. Jessica was professional and extremely helpful during the entire process! Any other pawn shop I’ve gone too, the staff made it their duty to make you feel less than welcome. I will only be going to this shop in the future!

Very nice people to do business with. I looked around the store, and they really have nice, affordable items to choose from. This was really the most pleasant not only pawn shop experience, but overall business transaction I've had in a long time. Eder has great customer service skills and really represented this business well. If he's not the boss or at least GM he needs to be. He knows his stuff and is very personable. And I'm excited about the raffle. I NEED THAT TV🤣☺️

had to finally clear out my unused power tools thats just taking up space in my garage... i came here because of all the wonderful reviews read... Jessica was fabulous in helping me sell them my tools and though its below market value...it was fair cuz they need to sell it. thank you so much!

If I could give this place a zero stars, I definitely would they try to claim that I pawn something that was stolen a Microsoft tablet that I purchased with my own money that I have a receipt for and I had even called Best Buy and the Glendale Police Department because I know for a fact, I don’t steal nothing they want to say that I apparently pawn something stolen. They’re full of crap. They have the wrong records obviously do not go to this pawn shop. They make more mistakes than I can count.

Terrible attempted shopping experience, was going to purchase a Makarov pistol here, wouldn't take my payment, it was canceled by UsedGuns and then sold to someone else. Awful experience as a buyer, and will be filing a complaint with the BBB. I asked for it to be honored since i had purchased it first, was told not a chance. What scummy business practices.

This is a very good place and I find it very helpful and honest. They file all the paperwork needed and I've pawned things and bought merchandise on layaway and all good! I highly recommend the Pawn Shop to everyone in the neighborhood.

I can verify this pawn shop deals in stolen goods. We had our bags stolen from us right off our front porch as we were leaving in an Uber for vacation. We called the cops followed them and even had the location where the thieves stayed. Checking Offer Up we found one of our bags for sale. Went there and showed pictures of the bags which was even enough proof for the insurance company however these scam artists denied it was ours and blew us off. We contacted Glendale PD and they claim they are watching this group of people however they have not given us any real help at all. I guess they may eventually someday bust these people but that does not do anything to get our stuff back. If you are looking to buy stolen items then by all means go here but if you prefer to be an honest person then stay clear of this place. Not to mention if you buy a stolen item there is no telling if the cops will come take it back someday after they bust these people.

If you say you are open till 630 then stay open till 630. Went here at 550 and everyone was already gone and locked up.

This "Pawn Shop" excepts stolen property and protect criminals. My home was invaded this week and an item popped up 4 days after it was stolen on this pawn shops "offer up" account. When the store was confronted about my stolen property I provided them with pictures of my property in my home. The picture shows the same paint splatter on the case in there shop as in my home. They refused to return my property unless I has the serial number. This was given to me by my father and has been in our family for 15 years...who has serial number? It had identifying features such as the paint and a flat head screw in the bottom of the meter that I put there. When asked when it was brought in they refused to tell me any information. I understand they would not be able to tell me who sold it, but they refused to tell me when they obtained it. The guy refused to even acknowledge that it was my property and it was stolen from my home and now he is selling it for profit. How low can you be. Not to mention this pawn shop is pretty close to my burglarized home.
