Peach Cobbler Factory - Review - Downtown Atlanta - Atlanta - The Infatuation

"Peach Cobbler Factory is a fast-casual dessert chain that’s only suitable in a pinch, meaning a scenario when your life depends on a bite of dry peach cobbler. The crust is inconsistent—sometimes it's inedible like sand crumbling in your mouth and sometimes decently gooey. There are tons of different fruit offerings, including some rarely seen cobblers like mango and peach, strawberry, and sweet potato and pecan. But the syrupy artificial taste is hard to get past, so we can’t think of any good reasons to go back to this downtown location (or any other of their metro branches) and try them all." - Nina Reeder

We stumbled upon this spot while riding through the area, and after seeing a few TikTok videos, we decided to give it a try. On our first visit, we really enjoyed the experience, so we came back a second time. I’m a big fan of sweet potato desserts, so I had to try the sweet potato cobbler, and my husband—who loves strawberries—went for the strawberry banana pudding. The place is small, so it’s not ideal for large groups, but the service was fast and friendly both times. Unfortunately, on our second visit, the sweet potato cobbler had a strange taste—almost like it had too much spice—and they were out of the complimentary ice cream that usually comes with it. Although this visit didn’t quite match our first experience, we’d still be willing to give them another try on a future trip.

Google
This place was great. It's small so you may not be able to eat there but the peach cobbler and the French vanilla ice cream was delicious. The staff was very friendly and prompt. Try it, it was a delicious treat.

Google
Had the higher rated places for their peach cobbler and didn’t find it as good as this place. They had the right amount of dough to ratio of peach cobbler which made it less sweeter and better in taste in my opinion. This place was happening with all the late night orders. The cinnamon roll was ok.

Lisa

Google
I had the blackberry cobbler delivered via door dash and it was delicious. I rarely eat non homemade desserts but during my travels I had a taste for a sweet desert. Delicious and scrumptious!

Google
The cinnamon rolls were excellent! However the location is very trashy. I went in there and it smelled like a smokers house. The smell was nauseating I had to step outside and wait. I thought the smell of cinnamon rolls would mask it but I guess not.

Google
Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! We ordered the stuffed cinnamon roll with strawberry cobbler and the apple cobbler . First off, received the order and everything was refrigerator cold. Like it had been sitting on the counter since they baked it last week. Thennnnnn I go to bite into the cinnamon roll and it’s HAIR in my food. I called to let them know they need to start wearing hairnets and the employee responded by saying, “well ok”. NEVER AGAIN!

Google
We visited ATL for a few days from FL and wanted to get a taste of the city. This place seemed like a no brainier as we discovered it while walking to our dinner spot. We decided we'd swing back in after we ate, so we did. The menu is pretty full, with plenty of options to keep you coming back again for more, and to try something new next time. We waited what felt like a little too long (20 minutes) for 3 cobblers + ice cream. Not sure what takes so long to put together, so that was disappointing. Service was friendly, there was a non stop flow of food delivery guys picking up orders while we waited, so it seems like they do a steady business. I would go back to try different flavor combos. The mango peach cobbler was okay, I'd try others - but be prepared to have to wait... Just not really sure why 🤷🏼‍♂️

Google
I rate Peach Cobbler Factory a 5 star, the taste is just amazing( to goood). I first had this like two weeks ago and now I crave it all the time. I was even contemplating on ordering it a few miles out the city (which was expensive) because it was that good! I also recommend the Cinnamon Peach Praline!

Yelp
My daughter and I went to this location on Saturday, February 22 early afternoon. The location was close to her college, and the parking can be a little hectic because it's street parking only . Once we located a park in spot, we proceeded to go inside. We were graded right away, and we noticed it was a lot of people waiting for their orders, but their orders were handed out quickly within less than a 10 minute timeframe . We placed our order via Uber online and we ordered the flight which included to cobbler of your choice two banana puddings of your choice and a scoop of ice cream. Inside the establishment as small, but a young lady at the counter was very pleasant and she was getting out orders very quickly . We ordered two caramel apple cobblers, one original banana pudding and one red velvet banana pudding. Everything was delicious. The portion size comes in about a 4 ounce cup so it was great to try each of the items and enjoy them.. The price is range anywhere from six dollars to $20 depending on what you order and they do have cookies, brownies and cinnamon rolls as well.

Yelp
The Peach Cobbler Factory is the ultimate indulgence! My mom and I finally gave in at the tail end of my big back season, and let me tell you, it was worth every bite. My mom tried the mango cobbler, and it was absolutely heavenly--so fruity, warm, and perfectly paired with vanilla ice cream. She loved every spoonful! I went for the sweet potato cobbler, and oh my god, it's to die for! Rich, flavorful, and just downright decadent. It's the kind of dessert that screams, "treat yourself," and trust me, you'll be glad you did. This is the ultimate cheat day splurge, and we're already planning our next visit. The flavors are rich, the portions are generous, and the experience is unforgettable. Definitely check them out and let me know what you think! You won't regret it.

Yelp
I don't want to say this place is no-frills, instead it's a bit minimalist-- but it's got a theme wall, just a bit of seating, and some pretty decent peach cobblers arrayed in an even wider selection. Service as said is minimalist too, but it was quick when I visited, and no complaints.

Yelp
The concept for this eatery is 10/10 but I think the actual delivery isn't that high for me. I ordered an apple cobbler with praline pecans and a cinnamon roll with blackberry cobbler. Both of them were cloyingly sweet to where one bite was enough. Sure, maybe I could've chose less sweet toppings but the dryness of the roll didn't help either. Since I see this place so often, I'm willing to give it another chance. The food is aesthetically pleasing.

Yelp
Can't complain about anything ‼I've tried all desserts WONDERFUL can't make up ur mind try the 4 sampler box. Delicious
google avatar

Daniela S.

Yelp
My friends and I checked this place out for the first time midday on a weekday. It was really clean and their service was great. We ordered the sampler to try 4 of their pies. Most of them tasted really great. However, for one of them we were basically only given whipped cream, which was disappointing. I also wish they were given to us a bit warm.
google avatar

Thomas T.

Yelp
The store is really cute with limited seating. The peaches are really fresh and delicious. The ice cream isn't freshly scooped resulting in extra hard vanilla ice cream. Overall a good experience, it is a little pricey at $10.

Yelp
When in Georgia, we had to try peach cobbler. We felt like we had to settle for Peach Cobbler Factory when we were told the best cobbler experience only comes from being invited to a Georgian grandma's Thanksgiving dinner. But the warm peach cobbler with a generous scoop of vanilla from this location was the best we've tried and happily checked off the "peach cobbler" fix we were looking for in our Atlanta trip.

Yelp
We were highly disappointed. After a nice dinner in the area on Saturday, 7/27/2024, some of us decided to go here for dessert. I got a cinnamon roll and someone else got the roll with peach cobbler on top. I believe it's called stuffed cinnamon roll. Looks were deceiving. The cinnamon rolls were extremely dry. They should've been ashamed for even serving them. Second issue: We all tasted and agreed that the peach cobbler was too sweet. We wondered if someone had accidentally doubled the sugar in the recipe? It wasn't worth it to drive back 40 miles and ask for a refund. No surprise, we threw them away and don't plan to ever go back.

Yelp
Had to try some peach cobbler while we were here so we got this as a late night snack! We got the pecan praline and honey apple and they were delicious! Definitely very sweet and hearty so it was nice having vanilla ice cream to balance it out! Definitely a fun try!!

Yelp
During our short stay in Atlanta, I wanted to make it my mission to eat an amazing piece of Peach Cobbler. I am so glad I decided on the Peach Cobbler Factory, it was truly amazing and eating it was just a religious experience. The only downfall of this place is that its location, I was lucky we didn't get stabbed in the process. It is in a very shady part of town and the sidewalk reeks of urine! If you can get past all of that, the inside is nice and cozy, it kind of reminds me of a frozen yogurt place, small but big enough with some small tables to eat at. We grabbed the warm cobbler to-go and they give you the ice cream on the side. Once we got to the hotel, it was desert Nirvana for me.. Jebus, it was delicious! I think the risk of getting assaulted was worth it in the end, this has to be one of your stops when you visit Atlanta, they really do know what they are doing here.

Yelp
I usually have excellent service when I go to this place. However, today March 6, 2025 @4:34 the lady Jolicia took my order. I ordered 2 peach cobbler cups with ice cream. When I 1st walked in I didn't think she was goin to greet me cause she just looked at me then finally said something. My complaint is I'm sitting there waiting and the only one in there waiting. I'm like dang where's my order to myself cause I have never had to wait this long for an order. She came out with a bag looked at me didn't say anything set the bag down so I thought ok it's for somebody else that call an order in. Continue to wait and still nothing. She came out the 3rd time then I looked up at her cause at this point I'm about to ask her where's my order. Then she says to me, "Did u order something?" I gave her a look cause i know got darn well u know I ordered something and I'm the only one in this place!! Couldn't believe it!! Finally got my order at 5:06. I just shook my head cause that wasn't an accident and I don't know what her problem was with me but I could tell something was off when I first walked in. Ridiculous!! The guys that work there give excellent service. Her a BIG fat F!! That 1 star is for her cause she did that on purpose.

Yelp
Just visited the Peach Cobbler Factory in Atlanta, and I can't recommend it enough! We had the peach cobbler and a salted caramel brownie, and both were hands down some of the best desserts we've ever had. The cobbler was perfectly sweet, buttery, and full of flavor, while the brownie was rich and indulgent. Coming from Austin, where barbecue is king, I've tasted a lot of southern comfort food, but this place definitely impressed. The ambience was cozy and welcoming, and the service was fantastic--friendly and attentive from start to finish. R&B music and dessert? Can't beat it. If you're in Atlanta and craving a top-notch dessert experience, this is the spot!
google avatar

Joe S.

Yelp
I was definitely expecting worse! It was good. Good service too. Two people can easily share one cup, items are sweet and rich.
google avatar

Enrique C.

Yelp
Yum!! This place serves some seriously delicious peach cobbler choices. Other than that, everything else fails. A very long line with one teenage kid running the register (come on?! Who owns this place?) not sure who was in the back preparing the desserts. Some orders were getting mixed up (no fault of the kid , it was way too much for one person). Also, a homeless guy kept walking in and asking people for money and then sitting inside and smoking). This place has the potential to be 5 stars but the current way that it's being run will keep me from doing that. Again, the cobbler was delicious but not so much that I can't unsee and forget such a stressful ambiance that location had. Next time I'm in town, I'll just call one of the food delivery places to pick up my order and pray that I get what I asked for.
google avatar

Tyler T.

Yelp
Best peach cobbler I ever have had. Also got a banana pudding that was just as good. Will be back.
google avatar

Stella Y.

Yelp
Since I was in Atlanta, I had to get some peach cobbler and got a cinnamon peach praline cobbler. I got it to go so they sent me with a scoop of ice cream on the side. The dessert was decent and had some good cinnamon flavor in the peaches along with a good crunch from the pralines. However, the whipped cream took up about half of the cup so i pretty much got like 4 -5 small bites of the actual cobbler. I wish there was also more of the cobbler part as my spoonful was mostly just peach and whipped cream. Has a lot of potential but they need to give more food for such a big cup!!
google avatar

Tommy T.

Yelp
When in the ATL, you gotta find some cobbler, so we choose this spot as it has great ratings. Most recently, we ordered delivery as it was late, and FYI, everything was just as tasty as if we went ourselves. We get the classic peach cobbler, which is served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Not too sweet and enough to share. The OG banana pudding is also a hit as it has a great balance, and the ratio of all the ingredients is spot on. There are so many flavors to choose from and, I might need to switch it up next time, but it's hard as these go-to's are top notch.

Yelp
Sweet A little too sweet Let me unbutton my pants right now. The Lady who served me was charming. All guests had huge smiles on their faces while they ate.

Yelp
Sweet potato peach cobbler kid size Very yummy nice and warm definitely a go to spot.

Yelp
Food: Who doesn't eat sweets in Georgia? (Silence) Peach Cobbler was calling my name for the day, so my family and I stopped by The Peach Cobbler. We ordered Peach, Strawberry and Mango Cobblers. The kids wanted the Strawberry Banana, The Classic (OG) and NY Cheesecake Banana Pudding. When I tell you every taste hit the spot! Just enough to take away the craving however the fruit and fillings were fresh. Don't forgot your Sweet Tea! Service: The service was very helpful and nice. He gave some great recommendations. Ambiance: Upon walking in the vibe was all love with artwork on the walls. If your in the ATL, make sure to stop in The Peach Cobbler Factory!

Yelp
I don't understand how this place has so many good, positive ratings. I thought the young lady at the counter was pretty nice, but overall, my experience was highly disappointing. I came here so excited to try the sweet potato cobbler and the banana pudding. When I received my total, I definitely had sticker shock. I think my total came up to $17-$18 for two items - banana pudding and sweet potato cobbler... When I exited the building and looked at the containers of the items, I was absolutely shocked. The serving size was so tiny, and totally not worth the money that I paid. Then I thought, this must be the best cobbler and banana pudding ever known to man. They were not. I have had cobbler and banana pudding that tasted like this from chain grocery stores. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but I just did not taste anything spectacular to justify the price of such tiny servings. And for that reason, I will not be back.
google avatar

Jamaica Y.

Yelp
There is a simple way to decide if The Peach Cobbler Factory is right for you. Does it matter to you if the peaches are fresh? If you're satisfied with canned peaches and chemical preservatives in your cobbler, then you'll probably be happy with this spot. Enjoy! If the idea repulses you, then stay away. I'm in the latter camp and found the cobbler offensive. Delivery was prompt and everything looked good. The banana pudding has no bananas in it. This is a chain and they avoid using any fresh ingredients. My opinion? Gross.

Jordan B.

Yelp
the setting is great! But the service to too long for the food to be ready, the cooiies are great.
google avatar

Tee T.

Yelp
Very good. Taste very sweet but not too much. Could have been warmer. Ice cream comes with the order
google avatar

Groceries B.

Yelp
Cobbler is amazing! Banana pudding was also great!! Great promotions offers for ordering via a third party due delivery. The only thing that could have been better was the portion size. I ordered 4 at a time and the amount in each container was noticeably different.
google avatar

Neal H.

Yelp
Yummy! My son and I were in Atlanta, had a bit of time to kill, and were in the mood for something sweet. So, when in the Peach State, get some cobbler! The Factory had good service and the cobbler (w/ ice cream) was good. Was it the best, no, but it was pretty good. I recommend it.
google avatar

Robyn M.

Yelp
The cobbler is good, but the banana pudding is AMAZING! Street parking. A local informed us to watch out and stay alert as there have been several shootings on the block over the last year. We didn't have or see any issues, but kept our heads on a swivel. Staff was nice. There are a few high top tables inside but seems that most customers grab theirs to go. There's a Jamaican spot across the street and a small park/bus stop next to that. This is a just a few blocks from Ebenezer baptist church and Dr King's center... but better to drive from here to there than walk. They have a variety of cobblers featuring different fruits. Next time I'll try the blackberry! But back to the banana pudding... We're on a road trip throughout the south and this by far has been the best nana puddin' throughout our travels in ATL, NOLA, Montgomery, Baton Rouge. Houston and Galveston. Taste, texture, ratio of cookie to custard, are all just perfect for my tastes!!! I wish I could drive back for another order of that puddin'!
google avatar

Kisa H.

Yelp
Nice service and setting. There are a lot of great choices. Now I could t make up my mind whether I wanted peach or blackberry cobbler. I sampled the peach cobbler which was good and consistent throughout. I purchased the blackberry cobbler. It had a nice crust but I would have enjoyed it more if the texture was like the peach cobbler. It was a little gummy. There are quite a few items to try at this location. I would go back to sample the other items.
google avatar

Cherie H.

Yelp
Typically ATL. Long wait, poor service. That's sadly expected. But lord knows I don't understand how a place in the south and in the Peach state can't make peach cobbler. Very few peaches in an overly sweet cornstarch thickened mess. Makes you wonder who's leaving these 4-5 star reviews. Meh
google avatar

John J.

Yelp
Looking for a sweet spot this is the place to go if you're in Atlanta. Tried the peach cobbler, the cherry cobbler, red velvet, banana, pudding, and original banana pudding. Flavors were amazing just the right amount of sweetness. The ice cream went perfect with the cobbler's, and the sweet peach tea tasted so good I can drink a gallon of it. Definitely a mush try service was quick with no issues.

Pam D.

Yelp
Ordered the blackberry cobbler. Very good. I will try one of the banana puddings next time.
google avatar

Bree J.

Yelp
This cute little Gem is perfect. I loveeeeeeee peach cobbler and nobody makes peach cobbler good any more, really nobody makes it anymore and it saddens me. But this place was good and they give you ice cream to go with with. they have multiple flavors, they have banana pudding and cookies and cinnamon rolls. Service was quick and easy, The girl that helped was really nice . I will definitely be going back. 10/10. im extremely satifised with this place, they made my dream of having peach cobbler all the time come true . lol lol .

Yelp
Just in town for a visit but made a point to drop by after really enjoying the one in Savannah, GA. This is a much smaller location in the Auburn area of downtown Atlanta, but it still has the cute selfie wall and atmosphere. The selection I remembered from the other spot was all there! I ordered a flight with cherry and sweet potato pecan cobblers plus nutella and PB&J banana puddings. Of course, we got the obligatory and cravable classic peach cobbler and OG banana pudding. The cobblers came with a prepackaged scoop of yummy vanilla ice cream. All the cobblers and puddings were delicious. There is a bit of a homeless element right across the street, just to be aware, but I never felt cautious at all, and the women working there didn't seem to have any problems. I docked stars because of how long my order actually took to get with a nearly empty cafe. And the fact that spent over $80, I found it funny that I couldn't get an extra box to take my ice cream cups home. Naturally, one of the cups popped open on the way home and made a mess of the other cups. Just seems trivial to me.
google avatar

Nisha T.

Yelp
We stopped by this spot leaving from crabman 305. Cute spot! They had some games and a picture area with a cute background. I tried the sweet potato pecan cobbler, red velvet banana pudding, classic peach cobbler and the Oreo banana pudding. They all were good. My favorite was the classic peach cobbler. I'm a sucker for the classics lol.
google avatar

Sean M.

Yelp
I was craving something sweet near my hotel and this looked great. That's about where it stopped for me. They advertise grandmas kitchen flavors, not my Memaw's. Banana pudding you would think would have one main thing, bananas, theirs has none. It's box pudding with a ton of wafers. The specialty flavors are a single spoon full on the top. I'd love to try the cobbler but I ordered Uber eats so I didn't want melted ice cream. I'd give it one more shot but the banana pudding is horrible.
google avatar

Uma P.

Yelp
ordered uber eats from here. i don't really recommend it. its bread and pudding mushed together. they don't advertise bananas in the pudding but they do advertise wafers and crushed wafers....nothing on mine. not even in the side. then got the chocolate chip one, same issue. honestly its just bread mixed with pudding and whipped cream, i dont think its worth the price, the taste isn't bad, its just underwhelming and you can definitely make it at home (for cheaper). very average food for over pricing and under service on the product
google avatar

Yelp
Visiting Atlanta Georgia saw this place had to try!! I ordered the Carmel apple Cobbler... DELICIOUS!!! Can y'all open up a location in So Cal!!!
google avatar

Lakeda T.

Yelp
Cute little shop! Peach cobbler taste like homemade from granny's kitchen. The cup is small but dip. I had to tell the young lady it was my first time so she can explain the menu and options to me. She apologized and explained the menu to me, but like most people she was on her phone. ‍ The options are endless...from pudding, cobblers and tea. Love the photo area and the decor! I will visit again! Ohhh parking is not the best, but we found it!
google avatar

Jason M.

Yelp
My wife never had peach cobbler before so wanted her to get something authentic. The peach cobbler factory did not disappoint. We took the mango and peach cobbler with ice cream - it was absolutely incredible. It came nice and warm with the ice cream on the side. The only slight negative is that it could be slightly less sweet but that's more of my personal preference for desserts in general. The staff was helpful and courteous. When the young lady who served us realized that we were not from Atlanta she took picture of us with an Atlanta sign in the background. If your in Atlanta you have to check out this place.

Jasmine P.

Yelp
We tried the banana pudding, peach cobbler, caramel apple cobbler, and mango peach cobbler. All of these flavors where okay at best. Spent $62 on dessert that wasn't worth it.
google avatar

Deidre A.

Yelp
All I can tell y'all who have not indulged in this wonderful establishment, JUST GO! Good customer service, the products I have tried ON POINT!

Imaget Y.

Yelp
Service the people And the food OMG not sugary but the right amount of sweet!! And was sooooo delicious I recommend getting the small portions but the flight it's enough for two and to try multiples

Trish L.

Yelp
Cobbler was good. Sad what we wanted they didn't have, but ended up pleasantly surprised.
google avatar

V J.

Yelp
Hits the spot every single time!! The apple cobblers are my favorite. I like mixing the different flavors as well. Ice cream is delicious and the puddings are tasty as well. Always quick service and always worth it for a sweet snack moment.
google avatar

DeJuan K.

Yelp
Everything on the menu is ahmazing!!!! The Cumberland location is by my house. I sure hope I'm not there everyday!!

Stephanie H.

Yelp
This was disappointing. any food I've ever gotten in Sweet Auburn has been amazing so I figured a place called Peach Cobbler Factory would have great peach cobbler, especially in the south. But man, it wasn't great. They used canned peaches and it tasted syrupy and burnt. And even though it says it comes with ice cream, they were out when I went and when I asked if they take money off, they told me the ice cream is complementary so it's the same price with or with out it. Wait was like 30 minutes. Weird aftertaste.

Paul B.

Yelp
Two young men holding it down with good customer service and enjoying their job and the cobbler was excellent with the free ice cream.
google avatar

Janelle G.

Yelp
Soo delicious! Came here for a sweet warm snack and was not disappointed! Definitely recommend and will be back!
