We stopped in because we heard great things about The Peach Cobbler Factory. Miss K was so nice and so sweet. We tried the peach cobbler, strawberry peach cobbler, cinnamon roll, salted caramel cookie, pb&j churros and multiple flavor ice creams; it was ALL amazing. Thank you Miss K for a wonderful first time experience. This next time we are in the area, we will be stopping by.

Second time I'm there in a week! Friendliest staff and the cobblers are delicious, not too sweet just right.

My Mama got the Honey apple cobbler and I got the Blackberry-Apple. They come with ice cream. They were both VERY delicious! And the lady that works here is so nice, we will definitely be back.

Was stopping by at the business next door and noticed Peach cobbler Factory and said ya know what let me see what this is about. I got the house made peach tea and the peanut butter praline cinnamon roll (yes you read that correctly). DELICIOUS! 10/10 recommend. extremely fresh, warm and soft. If you need a sweet treat in the gastonia area for a cheap price this won’t disappoint. great people at the store as well 🙏

Had been wanting to try this place for a while. I’ve heard mixed reviews locally and in other states, so I thought I’d check them out. Well for starters, it’s an awkward space how it’s set up . So while standing and waiting for your order you feel like you’re standing on top of each other. As far as the food, I tried the classic banana pudding…Now, the website says “it’s a southern thing” but the banana pudding has no bananas. IMO it’s not southern if there’s no bananas. That’s all I'll say about that. Then, I tried the peach cobbler which did come with a small cup of ice cream. I did love the peach cobbler as I was hoping I would. Sweet, but with ice cream it helped tremendously. I can’t speak to the service as there was barely any. One lady took the order, went to the back and several minutes later brought out the bag, that’s it. She was nice though. Overall, decent place. Might frequent again but it’s not a must-go place for me.

Not only was the food delicious ( and it was!) but the service was excellent. It is so nice to feel welcomed and our entire experience was 5 star. We will definitely be back.

Ordered the Peach Cobbler (original) you get a free cup of ice cream with any cobbler. It was delicious, and fulfilling. 5-6 minute wait, fresh food, smells great inside 😃

The Peach Cobbler Factory in Gastonia was amazing ! The hot and fresh peach cobbler included ice cream. Prices are reasonable and staff were friendly. Try the Peach Cobbler and Sweet Potato Cobbler. Not to sweet but just right. They also have other sweets like Cookies, flavored tea, and Churros.

I was greeted by the most wonderful, delicious aroma on entering the store. I ordered a peach cobbler and was more than happy to wait the five minutes for it. The cobbler was superb as was the case when I had it last month at their Charlotte location. If you like cobbler, this is the place!

Now desert is desert but I love the Banana Puddings here. The two young ladies were super nice and were so helpful. I wish there were more people who approach life and their jobs with such great smiles. Even if you don't like peach cobbler or pudding go grab a soda and say hi. They are so cool. And oh yeah they recommend a few things to try and it was put together so much care.

Portions are small and not worth the money! The food was microwaved and served out of trays on a table in the back.

Really good treats. It's something I didn't think I'd like, but I went in and ordered a blackberry peach cobbler and it was probably the most amazing desert I think I've ate.

Food was great but not the customer service. Took 24 minutes to get 2 cookies, a shake and churros smh.

The short red headed woman is so nice. I enjoyed her service thoroughly. She gave me the best service I've ever had. 10/10 Would recommend and if I could I would give her a raise because she is so awesome. I'm 100% coming back

Good stuff! On a long road trip, I found one close by and it satisfied my sweet tooth. Got the standard peach cobbler with ice cream, and it was very good.

We just popped in for some dessert after dinner. We were greeted with " sorry just so you know we are cash only because our machine is down. I asked if four people could get dessert for $20 and she said you could each get one of these holding up a condiment size plastic cup. We were able to order online for pickup to avoid the cash only problem. Every option was about $10 which is pretty high for dessert around this town.

I just left this place and the customer service was excellent. The cashier was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was undecided on which dessert to choose from, so I got the Dessert Flight. All I can say is DELICIOUS!!!

This restaurant was such a joy to see. I really enjoy eating cobblers and finding a good restaurant that serves good cobblers was like searching for a needle in a haystack, until, I stumbled upon the Peach Cobbler Factory! The service is prompt and the building is small, yet very clean from top to bottom! Over the last 2 weeks, I have eaten the peach cobbler, pretty good, could be a little sweeter, apple caramel, really delicious (less caramel would be better) and the apple cobbler and cherry cobbler, which was tasty, but didn't taste like strawberries. My all time favorite thus far is the sweet potato cobbler with pecans on top!!! Despite the delicious tasting cobblers, I felt like the cobbler was a little pricey, but the free 6 oz cup of vanilla ice cream makes up for that. Lol My new favorite dessert restaurant.

I'm always excited when I find new small businesses, and even more when I find out they're desserts! Yum! My husband was excited to try the peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream, my kids die for a classic cinnamon roll, and I'm completely obsessed with banana pudding, so I thought I'd give that a shot with a twist and tried their red velvet banana pudding. After placing my order, I was a little shocked to be told my total was $24. But it's a new small business and I'm all for checking it out. Service was great, and the location was simple and clean while we waited. Food came out in a timely manner and I liked the idea of the ice cream being stored separate from the cobbler so as not to turn into a lukewarm mush. We got home excited with our to-go order, but my excitement died a little when I saw the banana pudding. It was made with the jello type of filling rather than the creamy whipped filling, which is my preference. The whip feels more homemade to me. The red velvet was a neat idea, but was mostly just crumbs up top with a few chunks at the very bottom that I dug out. It also had no banana in it. It was much too sweet for me to finish. My husband enjoyed his peach cobbler, and my kids enjoyed their cinnamon roll, but I found it a little drier compared to other cinnamon roll shops nearby. Overall, it wasn't bad. But for $24 worth of one time desserts, I'm in no rush to return. If the prices lower a tad and a whip is exchanged with the jello, I'd be more inclined to stop by again.

Even though it's small and only has a few tables, it is worth the stop. Just walking in they should charge you for the smells. With help from the extremely nice girl behind the counter, We ordered the flight. Strawberry, Peach, and Cherry cobblers with the Bourbon Pecan Banana Pudding. We also got a side of ice cream. All four of the ones we chose were delicious. Some may complain about the price of the small sizes but the flavors are huge. Great to have a dessert place in Gastonia. We will be back.

Was excited to try the peach cobbler and it was a huge disappointment. Also tried the red velvet banana pudding. Neither tasted any better than what I could make from a box at home:/ Two desserts with no drink was almost 20 dollars. Money would have been better spent on a Betty Crocker mix.

I walked in with such high expectations. My husband and I have been wanting to visit this place for months after seeing photos from friends online and billboards around the city. When we walked in, I was immediately dissatisfied. It's extremely cramped. It's giving grab and go not sit and eat. Upon entering there's only one or two tables, the only trash can for customers, and the counter to place your order. Everything is all in that one space leaving you NO room to browse the very BUSY and confusing menu. You're almost forced to go outside if anyone walks in behind you because there's not enough space for two families. It was tight, no life, and no customer service. The girl at the counter offered no help with the menu, didn't interact with the guests, and was not personable at all!! We decided not to order and left. I wouldn't recommend going to this location.

Too much crust and few peaches! Prices are high and service was not that great. We were disappointed since we had been looking forward to it opening. We will not be going back.

Great cobbler and ice cream. Service was very good and friendly. Will for sure return to try the cookies and banana pudding.

Not worth how much it cost. I bought three different cookies and it was basically the same cookie with Oreo or strawberry sprinkled on top.

The desserts are good. However, I bought my son in law a gift card for Christmas. He went for the first time and tried to use the gift card and they told him it was no good. He even had the gift receipt. After going back in they finally corrected the mistake.

First off, the $8 price for a little cup of cobbler or pudding is not a fair price. The cobblers we've tried so far (peach and blackberry) are good but not spectacular. The consistency is good, but the flavor isn't on target. They are very hot and come with ice cream, which many people seem to decline. A better deal would be $4 or $5 for a cup of cobbler with an optional addition of ice cream for $1.50 to $2 more. The ice cream is very delicious and in the vein of vanilla bean ice cream. The pudding is solid, but all come with a banana pudding flavor and add-on topping, such as the Oreo we tried. All puddings do not have bananas in them, just the regular classic banana. We had to ask because the menu doesn't make it clear. Again, $8 is a lot for this little cup of pudding. The place is always crazy busy when we're there, and they are not set up to handle the crowd. It's a tiny little space in a strip mall with very little room to operate inside. I have anxiety and struggle with crowds, and it's a nightmare for me enough that I don't like going in with my wife. They could restructure the setup better. The wait is also a puzzling thing. Wouldn't you expect all the offerings to be quick-scoop and top? It's a static menu of defined items. It takes 15-20 minutes to get your order of a couple items, even when it's not as busy. That's odd to me, why it takes so long. There's plenty of parking, but it's tough to get where you need to go when you leave if you're headed back toward Franklin Square. If you're heading back up Cox Road and/or getting on I-85 it's not as bad. As a final thought, the value here is nowhere near as good as other dessert places in the area, considering the meager portions and the service. You expect a place to get better as it's open longer and the newness and kinks have worn off, but we're not sure we'd visit here often in our family if the prices and portions stay the same. The namesake peach cobbler, in particular, is good, but I've made similar cobblers at home that I'm just as happy or happier with. I can't pay $16 for two servings of something that's just okay. I need more for my hard-earned money.

It's taken a while for me to leave a review because I wanted to think about my response so it didn't sound so harsh, but after reading other comments, my thoughts are pretty on par with them. I am always so excited to try new places and even though I don't have a big sweet tooth, I love a good, crumbly cobbler with ice cream. I went in with an open mind. The first thing I noticed was that it was very crowded for not a lot of people in the store. There was maybe 8 people, but it felt very cramped. The location of the counter made people congregate in front of the door. It also seemed to take longer than necessary for putting scoops into cups. I know it's a little more effort than that, but it's essentially what was being done. Those things didn't bug me in the moment, I chalked them up to being new. I think it was within the first week of them being open. I get it, new businesses have growing pains. Completely understandable. Ironically, what left a bad taste in my mouth was the "customer service". First of all, it was myself, my husband, and my child in the store, so three of us. I ordered two regular scoops and a child's sized cup. When I ordered the small one, I was questioned about it, like she needed proof of a child. I literally had to point to her behind me. I thought this was extremely rude considering I did buy two regular size scoops as well. What if I wanted to sample another flavor? The whole "adults ordering kids items" is another debate, but this was legitimate. The other issue I had was basically being bullied into leaving a good tip. She said, very loudly, "If You appreciate the really good service my staff gave, you can leave a tip here" pointing to the screen. Well, THAT'S not awkward, I thought. That made me super uncomfortable. Once again, scooping cobbler, not performing surgery. I totally understand tipping well for a good job, but I felt pressured to do so. I was under the impression that this was the owner. Hopefully, she was paying a fair wage and not depending on tips from customers. She was very sweet and knowledgeable otherwise. To sum up the review, I haven't been back since this experience because it left such a bad taste in my mouth and was expensive for what it was. If I was really craving Cobbler and didn't want to make it, I might go by myself for one cup as a splurge.

Love the peach cobbler and the cherry cobbler. I didn't try the ice cream that comes with it.

The customer service was great, 5/5. The price was wayyyyyy over priced. $8 for a small cup of cobbler. $16 for 4 condiment cups "cobbler flight". The cobbler tastes very obviously prepackaged and warmed up. The banana pudding was decent, but overpriced. For the price and the product, I would not attend again.

Went today for first time great customer service the lady was super nice explaining everything they had I got the sweet potato cobbler and it was delicious definitely will be visiting again

The first time I went here I thought it was good but definitely overpriced, the past 2 times I have been it hasn't been good, warm or even the correct order. I was there not long ago I tried to order a cobbler stuffed cinnamon roll online. I got a text saying they couldn't fulfill my order after they already took the money off my card so I called and asked and they said they could make it. I get there it's not even ready, still came out cold somehow, and it is not a stuffed cinnamon roll it is a cold cinnamon roll with a couple strawberry pieces on top. So I paid $14.67 for a cold cinnamon roll and bad service. I won't return there's better places around.

Don't know what's going on with the peach cobbler Factory in Gastonia. Last two times I've been in no ice cream to go with the Cobblers the cobbler is not hot the second time I came in had ice cream but the cobbler was made a different way something was substituted for the mango change the whole consistency of the product hardly any crust in the cobbler. When I asked about what changed oh we're using smaller pieces of mango I said honey that's not mango that's pineapple that is not taste like mango I'm not happy with the product please give me my refund and then had an attitude with me about getting my refund I don't understand what happened to customer service. The peach cobbler Factory definitely has bad service non-responsive to any complaint that you have not I'm sorry or I hope you'll come back nothing very upset because the first time I visited I loved it now they have employees sitting in the lobby looks sick and act like they're doing you a favor waiting on you not happy at all. Just would like to add a little extra also for almost $9 all of that was not worth it corporate needs to get with them and retrain them and check out some of them employees in there that are non-responsive to customers they just look at you when you tell them you're not happy that is not customer service they need to be retrained.

Very expensive for a small cup!! Just average on taste! They offer ice cream with every cobbler and no discount if you have very far to go and choose not to get the ice cream. You won't be able to eat inside because the place is tiny!!
