We were very excited to try this place. The food all tasted extremely fresh and delicious. I loved all of the unique offerings and options on their menu. There are definitely other things I’d go back to try again. The chicken on the chicken pita had incredible flavor and was cooked very well. The fries were also cooked very nicely with a good crunch but they also didn’t have any type of seasoning/salt/etc. I will say, the prices were a bit high for the portion, etc. The handhelds are à la carte, so even just adding a small side of fries is an extra $5, making the smash burger + fries or chicken pita + fries $19 each. I could see this maybe during peak bar/dinner time, but we went for lunch. I’d love to see a lunch menu put into place. Our server seemed to be having an off day— nothing terrible and nothing I’d ding them for, but nothing great either. We did sit on the patio and the view was nice and the noise from the street wasn’t too loud either. Overall, we would still return, but would maybe reserve it more for special occasions instead of a casual Friday lunch.

We have wanted to try this eatery for awhile. We got the chance this weekend. We came in for lunch today and were greeted right away by the awesome host. As soon as you walk in you can feel the amazing atmosphere. The music, the art the gorgeous bar. Then there is the food absolutely amazing. We started with the Burrata and Tomatoes delicious and plenty to share. We had the French onion soup and my husband had the Jambalaya everything was great. We wanted to try the dessert but were to full. We will be back for happy hour soon and a slice of the Bannoffee Pie. I want to mention our wonderful server Ivy who was not only knowledgeable but so kind and helpful. We can’t wait to return. What a treasure The Peach 🍑 House is!

If charm and good taste had a baby, it’d be The Peach House. We sat out on the patio—where the breeze was perfect and the food made me question every life choice that wasn’t made here sooner. We started with the Burrata with heirloom tomatoes. It was a fantastic choice! We ordered a little extra bread which is a great idea to do upfront. Moving to entrees, I chose the bourbon-glazed salmon, which was cooked to perfection. Absolutely delicious. Probably the best I’ve had anywhere! My partner ordered the Smashburger and it was spectacular. Then came the dessert. The legendary graham-crusted banana creation I’d seen whispered about in other people’s reviews. Let’s just say: believe the hype. If we could’ve hugged the baker without it being weird, we would’ve. Kris and his trainee took care of us like we were family that you actually enjoy seeing. Everyone there was genuinely kind, which only added to the magic. Beautiful restaurant, great vibe, and food that could make a grown adult consider moving closer. 🍑

This place was so peaceful and beautiful, you can tell they put a lot of effort into presentation. I spent half the day at the library without even needing to leave for lunch. Just walked across the street to The Peach House and had one of the best double cheeseburgers I’ve ever had. Instead of paying $20 for a book, borrow one for free and spend that $20 on an experience at The Peach House! 🤷‍♂️

My sister and I came here after visiting the art museum. This place is suffering from being too trendy without substance. It has cute decor and a unique menu, but the food was slightly below average. It looks good but it tasted blah. The dessert was also a real disappointment. I wanted something like a fruity pie, cheesecake, or chocolate cake but they had very few choices. I almost always get a dessert after a meal and this was just whipped cream and pudding and with minimal flavor. I didn’t like my drink either and there wasn’t much in the way of non-alcoholic drinks to choose from. Not sure why this place is raved about, maybe I got the wrong things. Either that or my taste buds deceived me that day. The golden girls pics were a nice touch though. I really wanted to like it. Sadly it’s a miss.

Finally got to stop by last week. The food was amazing and full of flavor. My boyfriend and I tried the Burrata and Tomato and the Smash Burger and they both were delicious! Definitely will be coming back. Also the Passion Fruit Aperol Spritz is definitely a go-to for a light, fruity drink. If you ever stop in definitely try to have Sarah as your server. She was very attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and very kind the whole night. She and this restaurant definitely made our date night.

Google
Absolutely loved this place. Great atmosphere, we went for lunch, no wait time. I ordered the Brie cheese plate and an order of French fries. My friend had the Burrata and Tomato plate. We both enjoyed our food. For drinks I had a mule and my friend a margarita. The place was clean, and our server was very attentive. I will be back for sure.

The food was so delicious. The salmon was exquisite and the drink so refreshing and flavorful. The place has a unique vibe, elegant and cozy, excellent location. It has outside seating option too. Easy parking by the public library. Friendly staff and great service. Can't wait to go back!

Yelp
First time visiting and wow, what a great experience. Let me first say, our server Sarah was AMAZING! The restaurant itself is so quirky and I loved it. The inside was so nice with a beautiful bar and lived the fun decor. The outside porch, which is where we chose to sit, was so spacious and I really liked the curated sitting areas. Felt like home. For drinks we got the Banana Painkiller and the Junglebird. Both were delish and the glasses were so much fun. For apps we enjoyed the Brie + Fruit. The Peach jam with this was fantastic. For dinner, we had the grouper sandwich with a cucumber and tomato salad. We also had the smash burger with fries. We had a great meal and loved the vibe. And let me say it again. The server, Sarah, was amazing.

Yelp
The Peach House has to be the cutest restaurant in Lakeland! Yes, it's actually in a peach house. We were doing a little day trip with our son to take him to the Florida Children's Museum and we knew we wanted this to be our meal stop. We went at that awkward time between lunch & dinner around 4pm, so the restaurant was pretty quiet before the dinner rush. They were accommodating with a high chair for our toddler and didn't judge me for snapping way too many photos of the pretty interior. I am obsessed with the super colorful floral installation they have as he main focal point in the dining room. One of my favorite local florists, Bloom Shakalaka, designed it. I decided to start off with one of their mocktails, the Garden Spritz, which is made with non-alcoholic dry london "gin," cucumber mint lemonade, lemon juice, and soda water. It was so good and refreshing! I was in a snacky appetizer mood, so I ordered a half dozen oysters and the burrata + tomato as my meal. My husband says I'm going to turn into a tomato because I love them soooo much and can never resist a good tomato salad. He got the blackened salmon dish with broccolini & rice which was beautiful and perfectly prepared. We've been trying to make healthier choices lately when eating out, and we left feeling great (and not overly full). Everything was awesome and I already can't wait to go back!

Yelp
What a cute place! I love coming back to a town to see the new places they've added after a while away! This is one that I would recommend for drinks and just light food! We sat outside for lunch on a week day and it wasn't very busy; however, the service was kinda slow. I don't recommend going if you're crunched for time, but we did get in and out within an hour! One of my favorite parts of the restaurant is their mocktails! I love being able to "drink" with others without feeling the pressure of having alcohol, but also not sitting there with water. I loved our meals, as I got the Brie tray & it was amazing! It was all snack stuff but the Brie alone made it worth it! As it was crusty on the outside with a warm melty middle! I'd love to go back and try their dinner menu at some point, and sit inside to have a different experience and perspective!

Yelp
The food was very good. Everyone was very nice. Service was just a little slow specifically for our waitress to take our order and to grab my credit card once she had already brought the bill. As fa as for the actual food it did Come out fast. We went for a very early dinner on a Sunday. Plenty of seating options inside or outside. They appeared to have some specials and nice sounding mocktails. The burratta was amazing and came with pesto and delicious tomatoes.

Yelp
We visited peach house on a Saturday for lunch with our 2 dogs. We were seated immediately, but it seemed like they had a bit of a skeleton crew for lunch since our server was also our host. I was surprised at how small their lunch menu was (my fault for assuming it was the same as the dinner menu), but I started with a Pimm's cup, we ordered the burrata and tomato and then I got the pasta primavera. The Pimm's cup was a little sweeter than I would've liked, but otherwise a nice drink. The burrata and tomato was really nice and tasty, but the proportions were all off. There were so many tomatoes compared to the quantity of burrata. There were also only 2 small pieces of bread (although it was very nice bread). It was difficult to get a good bite to the end, we had to ration our burrata big time. The pasta primavera was a little overcooked, with the pasta rather mushy, and I found myself wishing for a little bit of black pepper and pepper flakes. It wasn't a bad meal, and I suppose that it was probably reasonable for the price, but it made me a little sad. I would probably go back to peach house for dinner since that menu seems more appealing to me. The inside area was also really cute, I could see myself grabbing a drink at the bar for sure.

Yelp
Date night vibes in Lakeland! Hubby and I tried The Peach House by Lake Morton for the first time and loved it. I had a smooth Old Fashioned while He went for their Passion Fruit Margarita--both were delicious. Dinner was hearty and flavorful, but that Whisky Peach Cobbler à la mode stole the show . Cozy bar seats, friendly bartender, and even great conversation with the couple next to us made it such a fun night. Can't wait to go back and explore more of their menu! #DateNightDoneRight

Yelp
Insanely slow service, disappointing food and hot outside seating. We were excited to try the cute place but it really didn't deliver on any aspect. Our waitress was very absent and rarely stopping by to check in. The tables were sticky and now clean. Even more surprising was the lack of delivery on the food. My chicken pita was dry chunks of seasoned breast on a store bought pita. It lacked the sauce, tomatoes and onions that it claimed to come with. Our waitress claimed they were roasted on there but if you look at the picture... good luck finding more than a sliver. Also, the grouper sandwich was seasoned on a single side and pretty much uncooked on the other. We even had to walk into the restaurant to check out because our waitress never returned. I will not be back

Yelp
Pretty place, not too expensive, nice location. Server was not good. She didn't clear any empty plates, never asked if if we wanted more drinks, brought fish out raw and we had to ask to have it heated up to cook it through. Never apologized, never smiled. Pretty rough first experience.

Yelp
Unfortunate experience on my first visit to Peach House. My husband and I arrived on Saturday night at 7:00 pm and were given an approximate wait time of 30 minutes and were seated after 45 minutes. No big deal, except once seated, we didn't see a server for 30 minutes. We had to notify someone that we had been waiting and that we hadn't even been served water. We placed both food and drink orders right away to avoid any unnecessary waiting. We were told they were sold out of several things. We gave our orders and hoped for the best. From there, we waited for over an hour. Then, waitress comes out to ask us "what the time crunch is." We tell her we have nowhere to be, but that we are hungry. She then tells us the kitchen was trying to put our order "on hold" which was a weird and confusing thing to say. We ask if we can simply have one appetizer brought out soon, and maybe 15 minutes later, they brought the deviled eggs we ordered, which were not very good. We waited another 20 minutes and the food still had not come. The waitress came back to apologize again, and we told her we were leaving. She was disappointed and wanted to check with the kitchen one more time, so we agreed to wait as she said she would be right back. She then came back and gave her apologies, followed by "your total is $33." I told her we were expecting the 2 drinks and deviled eggs we got to be comped due to the long wait and our food taking 1.5 hours with no end in sight. We ended up at Chipotle by 9:30 pm. I hope they figure it out at Peach House, because the ambiance was nice. It seemed like a relatively busy night, but if they didn't expect to be able to feed us, they should not have given us a table.

Yelp
great first experience with a fun lunch menu of new things to try. Friendly server. Beautiful peach colors. Went in off hours so was empty inside (too hot in summer outside), parking at the library. Gumbo was fabulous enough to order again and again. Ricotta peach toast was picturesque, unique & flavorful. Smashburger was only okay, not memorable but not bad. We will return to enjoy other things.

Yelp
I am so happy I discovered The Peach House! my husband & I were nervous to move into the area, but we are thrilled that we found this hidden gem. It truly was so pleasant, elegant and aesthetic. Plus our food and drinks tasted amazing. Please never get rid of the peach cobbler. We will certainly be back! Our new favorite spot!

Yelp
I came here with my family on a whim and I am so glad we did. I love everything about this place. It looks like an older house with a beautiful front porch. When you inside, you are immediately met with a beautiful bar and hardwood floors. The music is old school funk. We had Phoenix as our server and she was very personable and helpful. She made great suggestions for drinks and food. I had the buttered shrimp roll and, while I wasn't expecting it to be cold, the flavor was amazing and I would definitely order it again. My husband got the grouper sandwich and loved it. The smash burger and chicken pita were also great. Oh, and the burrata appetizer was AMAZING. I would highly recommend this place, and can't wait to come back again.

Yelp
Went with a few friends and everyone that worked there seemed really friendly. We sat outside, it was a little chilly, but they had heating lamps. Craft cocktails were pretty good, loved my burger and the seasoned fries. French onion soup was really good, warmed me right up. If you're not a cat person, you may want to eat inside because the restaurant cat, Stella, dropped down from the greenery and sat in my lap the whole time (she also kept me warm since I wore a dress when it was a little colder). Great experience though!

Yelp
Went to this restaurant last Saturday. Safe to say I will not be going again. The food was good for the most part, but since I'm allergic to shellfish and they fry their other foods along with seafood that's cross contamination. I sent an email to the owner/ manager about the incident and heard nothing. I called today and the "manager" I talked to sounded very nonchalant about the incident. Never once I heard "I'm sorry" or "is there anything I can do for you". Nothing. Thats bad customer service and if I would've been hospitalized in regards of this situation things would not have been good. The restaurant need better food safety practices, so if someone does come in the restaurant with a food allergy a waitress should be asking the person before ordering.

Yelp
Zach our waiter for lunch today, was knowledgeable and patient as well as accommodating. It was a warm day on the outside porch but between the fans overhead and wind. We had the brie and fruit appetizer with toasted bread. It's enough for 4 adults. Drinks we ordered old fashion, iced green and black tea. The water was complimentary. Other drinks additional charge for refills. The two of us had pasta primavera with shrimp, was delicious and BLT and caprese were delicious the other two eating with us commented. It's an experience for sure reminds us of cafe in Europe. I would recommend having lunch there and I would like to go back. Haven't tried the dinner menu. But 4-5 rating only because of additional charge on iced tea refills. Enjoy

Dennis B.

Yelp
Ambiance was nice place was relatively cute. Service was lacking. Server didn't really say much or was not terribly friendly. Not bad service or rude just a little awkward. Food was very expensive for what it was. Sandwiches did not come with fries but the price made it seem like they should. Smash burger was okay, the rest of the food was not seasoned well or very bland. The cocktails were good. 2 cocktails. Two sandwiches, an appetizer of bruschetta, and a small cup of fries came out to $100 after tip. Absurdly expensive for what it was.

Yelp
We enjoyed the Kentucky Fried Gator nuggets. They were crispy on the outside, moist and tender on the inside. The batter had a very good flavor to it. This service was on point. We were celebrating my brother's birthday. He ordered alcoholic beverage of his choice. I wanted an alcoholic free beverage. The waitress was creative and suggested a tonic with peach puree. It was a pleasurable beverage that my mom and I enjoyed. II will definitely be back to The Peach House.

Yelp
My husband and I went on a Saturday evening around 5:30 to avoid the evening rush. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff were very polite. Although they were a little slow and the menu was small we enjoyed it. The food was delicious. For the appetizer we had the burrata tomato. It was very good. Lots of tomatoes. For dinner we had shrimp Creole and grouper sandwich. Both were delicious. The shrimp was cooked to perfection, not underdone not overcooked. The creole had a good flavor and was not too spicy. The grouper was delicate and tender. We were pleased with the food and drinks and enjoyed the feel of a family owned restaurant instead of a restaurant chain.

Trish K.

Yelp
We had our first experience here and the food and atmosphere were excellent and service from the staff was not lacking. Unfortunately, the entire evening was marred as we waited for our dessert to come out after an hour at this establishment when the manager came to tell us that our table would soon be needed for another reservation. We told her we were waiting on their dessert to come out and looking around, we could see another table open and a table where a party had placed their child to be occupied while they ate separately. Never in my dining experience have I ever had this happen. The manager ruined the evening with her poor handling and I doubt we will be back.

Food F.

Yelp
First time going. charming and cozy. I had the chicken pita, was the most tasteless thing I've ever eaten. very disappointing the water was served in a nice bottle but was lukecool no ice. My sister had the arugula almond salad, we laughed because it was lots of arugula with about a teaspoon of almonds in the bottom, the dressing wasn't very good either. Very disappointing considering the great reviews. The fries are delicious, the burgers are great.

Jessica V.

Yelp
great service, wonderful little menu, and beautiful cocktail! loveddd my experience at the new Peach House. I got the chicken pita with an aperol spritz and wowwwww. blown away! also, the decor?! to die for!

Morgan M.

Yelp
Great space but small. Interesting menu with lots of things to enjoy but seems disjointed. Oysters are very good and reasonable. 2 dollar gulf oysters all the time. Good bar great cocktails. I enjoyed everything I ate but the menu feels like its a signature entree short.

Kevin P.

Yelp
Service, food, ambiance. Check. Highly recommended. We shared a multitude of small plates which allowed us to try a lot. This place will become a staple.

Bryan B.

Yelp
What the owners have done to this new establishment is nothing short of 5 ! You won't find a better vibe for "local Lakeland", very similar to Seminole Heights in Tampa. The food/menu continues to evolve as a new restaurant, food quality is excellent! Friendly great service.

Shawn R.

Yelp
The service was great. The burger was good but nothing special. The person who brought me to this place was hyping it up big time and I think they may have hyped it too much. The drinks were great.

Sarah M.

Yelp
Best burger in Lakeland! The fries are also very well seasoned and perfect texture. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because most things are a little pricey for the portion given. If I could give Stella the porch kitty a rating she would get 100/10

tori s.

Yelp
The whipped ricotta toast, altc sandwich, and chickpea salad were amazing. Can't wait to go back

Noel T.

Yelp
