Lovely resort on a sandy beach and with spacious grounds. Staff lovely. Spa is gorgeous. Rooms were clean and we had a lovely sea view. The only issue is it is almost 3 hours from the airport so possibly this puts people off coming and therefore the resort is very quiet. We booked a transfer through the resort and had a very smooth drive.

Food is great. It does feel like all of the restaurants here and around town have very similar menus. Don't plan on sushi. The fish is cooked perfectly but if you order steak or hamburger make sure you tell them rare or you will get very well done. There is a dive shop right next door. Pickup is done at the hotel dock, so very convenient. Staff is exceptional. Everyone. Right down to groundskeepers and laundry services.

My family and I had a great time at this hotel the location is absolutely amazing with clear waters and lushes plantation. The rooms were a good size. Activities provided by the pearl were reasonably priced. The Staff were also really friendly our favourite Jhon he’s such a kind soul and he knows how to get along with young ones. The service was pretty slow unfortunately when we asked for amenities for our room. The food was pretty average and not many food options. This hotel was luxurious but not a traditional styled resort.

Okay value for money & the rooms are quite modern/nice however the communal areas are a bit tired/could do with a refresh. Bar is fun and staff are friendly there, cocktail hour is a plus! The restaurant had some nice dishes but the menu was quite limited - only a few Fijian dishes. Would recommend the spa & the transfer driver Daniel was really friendly!

We were in a premium ocean view room with additional views of the adults-only pool. The grounds are well kept with beautiful tropical foliage. This room is located in the old building. The A/C worked well and had a large balcony. The room was spacious but not as clean as expected. The attached photo of the A/C remote control shows what is not being cleaned. Also, light switches and door handles were dirty. They do not have enough towels daily to replenish. The housekeeper said she'd bring them later in the day. ||The mattress sits on a low platform and was comfortable and bed bug free. We travel with bed bug traps. The sheets were clean and there were four pillows.||This is a large property with great views, but it wasn't very busy during August. They were anxious to sell us additional activities and spa services but did not inform us of any free, ons ite activities. We missed the fire dance show because we didn't even know about it. Despite a daily happy hour being advertised, in fact, there was no happy hour at the beach bar (where we were staying); only at the secondary bar in the new building. ||Food and drinks are expensive, $29+ FJD for cocktails. The breakfast buffet is $42 FJD. The fish and chips were quite good, $29 FJD, and had 3 fish filets of wahoo and a healthy portion of fries. ||Be aware there is a 3.5% credit card fee here. Most businesses in Fiji charge credit card fees, an annoying and nuisance practice.

Love this place. The rooms and services were good. People were kind. Very quiet . Located at nowhere but good if you want peaceful time. The food and amenities were expensive and they provide only 2 water bottles in the start of the visit. You can always take taxi to nearby supermarket. Otherwise, like it.

Almost perfect stay- in the lead up to our trip I had many, many questions to which the staff were very kind and responsive. We arrived in Nadi just after 10pm with our transfer to the hotel ready and waiting! The reception kindly assisted us with our midnight check in and even gave us an upgraded room :)||Food:|Food and Happy Hour were absolutely fantastic- maybe enjoyed ourselves too much! The highlight is Ben, the in-house musician who serenades you at breakfast and dinner. We found the price of food and drinks to be reasonable.||Spa:|Total highlight and highly recommend.||Snorkelling:|We opted for the cheaper/shorter snorkel trip and had an excellent time. Beautiful reef.||Room:|Room was clean and modern with very comfortable beds.||Staff were just wonderful overall!||Excellent value for money:)

A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Natalie, GM of The Pearl Fiji, and the wonderful team. Following a medical incident during a shark dive, Ms. Natalie closely monitored the situation, assisted with communication between the doctor and our group leader, and went above and beyond. Every staff member’s warmth, care, and concern truly touched our hearts. We are deeply grateful for your kindness.
