The 14 Best Restaurants At Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport

"When those breakfast cravings hit in the afternoon, The Pecan Bistro in the F-Gates food court is the lone airport spot that takes flight. The only thing more Southern than having the name "The Pecan Bistro" is serving fried chicken and waffles all day long. Although the plump, fried chicken tenders could use a lil' seasoning and the soft Belgium waffle needs the flavor assist from lots of syrup, we still keep the Pecan Bistro in consideration since all the other airport breakfast menus end between 9:30am and 11am. And if you're here before 9:30am, you can snag something from their full breakfast menu, like an egg white omelet stuffed with feta and spinach and a side of pepper jack grits." - demarco williams, nina reeder, juli horsford, jacinta howard

My husband and I had chicken and waffles at this place for the first time. We’re glad we chose right menu items. The waffles felt a bit thick, but they tasted good with the chicken! There was an issue with card payment, but it was resolved quickly. However, the tables in the food court were very dirty, with crumbs and receipts scattered around. It seems like no one is cleaning.

If you had a choice between this place or road kill, I would advise you to eat the road k!//. My order consisted of the following; 1. Breakfast Penni 2. Eggs, Beacon, Biscuits . I spoke with the cashier and she stated “we have no chicken or real eggs. This is so confusing because those items make up 90% of the menu. I received my order and was very disappointed. Not only was the meal was terrible but confusing to say the least. This restaurant( gas station) is located in the F terminal concourse of the Atlanta Hartfield Jackson Airport which house 98% of international flights. This is what $23 get you. Garbage! Check out my pics and you can see for yourself. This should not happen to anyone. Please take m advise and Do Not eat here.

The food and the service was the absolute worst. Breakfast was sold out by 9:30. We had to wait to order while the cashier was organizing the display even though the line was growing, no sense of urgency. Chicken sausage was burnt, the hash browns were drenched in grease and the waffle was mushy in the middle. Do yourself a favor and do not eat here, save your money. The employees were completely unprofessional, having personal side bar conversations while trying to place an order. When the cashier returned, she text on her phone the entire time. Why is this place even open? It’s taking up space for a real restaurant.

Okay chicken waffles. Their payment machine does not work with any international card (debit and credit), further they do not accept cash. The waitress helped us out with this she payed with her card and we paid her in cash. The waffle with chicken is good, the waffle is big and there is more than enough chicken. The amount of maple syrup is also good. The place to sit is quite open and is like a food court place.

The harsh brown were chocolate and my egg whites were egg brown. The jalapeños grits were good. The biscuits were different, I've never seen them so small.

The owners of this establishment need to replace or re-train their staff or at least one female in particular who was on the schedule 05/26 around 1:30 pm. The gentleman at the counter was very respectful and hard working. If I can give him 5 stars I would.. he was taking orders dropping food and plating the orders. He was the only positive. There was another worker present a woman, who was extremely nasty and rude. While the gentleman was working .. she’s in the corner on the phone and instead of helping her co-worker with the long line, she was too busy setting up her Bluetooth speaker and giving out free food to her airport worker friends. When she did attempt to help him, she acted as if she had something better to do other than the job she’s paid for. She was very rude and dismissive to the customer before me, speaking to him as if he were a child. My son misplaced his receipt and she became combative and refused to assist. She became loud and aggressive scaring off all the potential customers who stood in line. The gentleman who originally assisted eventually told her to give us the food. My appetite was ruined and I didn’t want anything the ignorant woman prepared for me. She is fortunate my child was present or this situation would have surely escalated. That little girl needs a new profession and some home training. I seriously hope the company makes some changes from a business standpoint. That nasty ghetto attitude is definitely not good for business.

Nobody deserves to be treated the way these people treat customers. The refuse to great the guests or even say “you’re welcome”. It’s obvious that they hate every single person that steps in front of them. It’s almost like they take delight in making people wait for their terrible food. I mean, it’s almost like an SNL skit.

Rude service, out of most breakfast menu items at 9:00am. What was left was just terrible. Small biscuits that tasted like they were made with fresh sand from the Mojave. And eggs that were still dripping water from when they were mixed with powder. Avoid.
