A cute and cozy spot, great for a quick weeknight dinner. Was seated immediately on a Wednesday, but was busy. Service was friendly, but not attentive.
Started with:
-Tom yum soup: spicy and strong flavor, but came out lukewarm which was disappointing. Better than most places.
-papaya salad: Asian spice level and pungent (lime/ fish sauce), which I loved, but should have been served cold.
-Thai iced tea: good flavor and not too sweet but too much milk.
-crab Rangoon: mostly cream cheese.
Dinner:
-pineapple fried rice w/ shrimp & chicken: Rice was super soft/moist and had good curry flavor. Perfect amount of flavor. Came out super hot. Usually not a fan of fried rice, but it was everyone's favorite.
-pad Thai w/ chicken: was good just very wet and saucy. Husband said too much sauce.
-spicy seafood drunken noodles: Usually my favorite dish, but not today. Could have been spicier. Flavorful but almost overpowering, maybe too salty.
Bill was around $90 (before tip). Great prices. If you like very flavorful food, definitely give this place a try. Next time, I would definitely try the royal pad Thai, crab fried rice, and the mango sticky rice.
