Living at The Percy Apartments has been such a great experience, and a big reason for that is the incredible team that keeps this community running. From day one, Community Director Jerimiah Turner went out of his way to introduce himself and make me feel welcomed --he's one of the nicest, most genuine people I've met on the property. The front office staff, Mai and Tonya, along with our community event coordinator Brenden, are always friendly, professional, and approachable. They juggle a lot on a daily basis, yet they handle every situation with kindness and a smile, which goes a long way in making this place feel like home. On the maintenance side, Mitch and Eddie are outstanding. He's not only quick and efficient, but he truly puts his heart into his work. You can tell he genuinely cares about the tenants and our needs, which is rare to find. Of course, like anywhere, there will always be little issues or the occasional bad seed, but what makes all the difference is how those situations are handled. And at The Percy, this team consistently steps up with professionalism, compassion, and a "we've got you" attitude. The community itself is beautiful, inviting, and filled with friendly neighbors. In today's crazy world, no place is 100% perfect--but The Percy comes close, because the staff here truly do everything they can to make it feel that way. I couldn't recommend this place enough.

My experience with Jerrimiah, the property manager, has been amazing. I have been a resident for a year and as anyone else that has lived here can contest, the property started going downhill fast. I feel, however, that we might finally have the right property manager. He spoke with us and reassured us that the property will continue to improve and hopefully get back to where it started. All of our previous issues have been addressed and I feel like he’s got us covered moving forward. I look forward to seeing the community improve and feel like we were truly heard and have actually seen actionable steps being made towards a cleaner and better kept community.

I’ve been at the Percy for over a year. One of my favorite parts of living here is the community events. A lot of communities claim to be family friendly but the Percy actually is. I’m able to bring my grandsons to community events and I love how they are able to enjoy arts & music while getting to know other kids. My family is extremely important to me so being a part of a truly family friendly community is important to me. Another aspect of the community I enjoy is how approachable & responsive the staff is. They actually know me by name. Jerrimiah & his staff are amazing people.

My move to The Percy has been a great experience. The leasing team processed my application quickly and helped me secure an apartment in no time, which made the transition smooth and stress-free. Since moving in, I’ve been impressed with both the apartment itself and the amenities available. Overall, it’s been a positive experience and I’m glad to call The Percy home

I love living at The Percy. I’ve only been here 3 months and i have no complaints whatsoever. It’s quiet, peaceful, the gym has everything you need, the pool is like a resort style my 5 year old son loves it. I love how they also have an event and activities going on every month for the tenants. I ladies in the office are very nice and i know i might be spelling it wrong but Mai is a big help thumbs up to her … our new property manager is THE MAN !!! Like how he’s very active thought the complex it says something because not every complex or property manager is that way so keep up the good work to you all and to anybody looking for a nice luxurious style apart right off the exit 10 mins from the airport come to the Percy It’s the best

What a amazing property !! The leasing agent Anna was super knowledgeable and the Community Director Niki was just the friendliest EVER !! As a frequent user of Nashville Airport (BNA) being here will serve me well as it is one exit from. Nice new amenities (fitness, pool, and pet friendly..) covers my wants. I look forward to the time I will spend here and the part the Percy will play in my life.

The pool is not cleaned properly and is currently green. It is being shown to new residents on guided tours as if it is acceptable. A public pool’s pH and chlorine levels should be checked daily. This company charges high rent for unmaintained amenities that aren’t even safe to use.

Yelp
I'm finally moving out of this apartment after a 1 year lease. These are the things I've experienced so far. The management team is awful and so is the maintenance staff. They prioritize glow parties, pottery classes etc. I have ask them multiple times to come fix things in my apartment and they said "if it gets any worse, let us know" and left. I've asked them to fix the crack in my bathtub, torn carpet because it's not stapled down at all, outside blinds hanging on by a tiny piece of wood, my washer and dryer ever since I moved in acts like it's going to explode each cycle, the balcony door has a gap so big cold air runs right out of it. Rent is 1650$ for 1bed 1bath. This place has trash everywhere, landscaping is horrible, security is terrible. The pool is always filthy, package room is a nightmare. DO NOT LIVE HERE. They lie and say its a wonderful place and it's not.

Yelp
Update: We are now FIVE days out from the theft of my vehicle, and I have yet to receive anything--no footage, no updates, no accountability. I'm beyond frustrated. The police still don't have the footage they requested either, and every time I follow up, I get nothing but excuses and indifference. Let me be clear: this is a disgrace. The utter lack of urgency surrounding a criminal incident on your property is appalling. Removing the police-monitored security camera was an act of negligence--and now, when something happens, management shrugs its shoulders and blames everyone else. Corporate has been completely useless, offering zero support and no direction. This place is a textbook example of overpriced, mismanaged chaos. I would've been better off paying half the rent somewhere else and at least knowing not to expect anything. Instead, I'm paying a premium to live in what's turning out to be a polished-up disaster. I will absolutely not be renewing my lease, and rest assured, I'll be making sure others know exactly what kind of operation is being run here. The way this has been handled is not just unprofessional--it's unacceptable. Edit to add: They removed the police parking lot camera and my car was stolen 5/31/2025 between 2:10am and 2:30am. I DO NOT feel safe here anymore. I have been a resident for quite some time now, and I feel compelled to tell my story of a series of ongoing issues that have led to my growing dissatisfaction with the property--especially given the high rent we are paying. First and foremost, security is a major concern. There have been multiple car break-ins, and while a camera was recently installed, it is insufficient. With only one camera and many areas still unmonitored, it is unlikely to catch any wrongdoers in the act. Additionally, the ongoing issue with dogs has become increasingly unbearable. Dogs are often left on balconies in freezing temperatures, barking incessantly for hours. This is not only disruptive for residents but also a clear violation of basic animal welfare. Not to mention the smell from urine and feces. I am also frustrated by the lack of trash service, despite paying an extra $20 each month for it. The breezeways are regularly littered with trash, which suggests that management is either unaware or unconcerned about maintaining the cleanliness and integrity of the property. The elevators are another issue. They consistently smell unpleasant, and the maintenance response time is subpar at best. The have recently hired new maintenance, so we'll see how that works out. I've submitted maintenance requests, but the lack of follow-up has been disappointing. Furthermore, I have had to submit my renter's insurance documents multiple times, in multiple ways, only to be contacted two days before rent is due with additional requests and--of course--a $15 fee has already been applied even though this information is already onfile. This disorganization has become frustrating and time-consuming. Lastly, the gate and fob system continues to malfunction, despite my efforts to resolve the issue by visiting the office. To make matters worse, residents, including myself, are still not listed in the gate box, leading to avoidable inconveniences. In conclusion, it is evident that this apartment complex is providing the bare minimum while charging a premium. Given the ongoing issues with security, cleanliness, maintenance, and overall management, I will definitely be thinking long and hard before renewing my lease. I strongly encourage potential renters to thoroughly evaluate these concerns before making a decision. Additionally, it's worth noting that the 4.4-star rating you see may not fully reflect the reality, as there appears to be an influx of 5-star reviews from friends, family members, and even former employees who are not living on the property.

Yelp
Horrible place to live. Property has severely gone down hill in the last 7 months I've lived there. Will NOT be resigning

Yelp
Service is horrible. Every trouble ticket put in has been erased. 10 months in and my dryer still has not been looked at, my fridge/ freezer freezes every item of food. Bugs are horrendous even though we are forced to pay for pest control. However you have to put in a trouble ticket for them to help you.not to mention at least every 3 months they read renter insurance charges despite it being emailed and hand delivered every time! Would not recommend

Yelp
I had a truly wonderful experience working with Tanya during my parents' apartment search. From start to finish, she was incredibly attentive, professional, and kind. Tanya took the time to really listen to what we were looking for and made sure every question we had was answered thoroughly. Her warmth and genuine care made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and I couldn't be more grateful for her help. I highly recommend the Percy apartments and working with Tanya - She is truly a gem!
