Bad Customer Service Experience – October 31, 2025, at 9:30 PM
I’ve always enjoyed coming here with my family and friends, but my recent visit was very disappointing. On October 31st around 9:30 PM, I asked one of the staff members (the man serving food to the tables) if he could please bring a fork and spoon, since there was no cutlery available at the service station where all the sauces were kept and my food was getting cold. His response was very rude — he said it wasn’t his job and that someone else would bring it. Not only did he refuse to help, but he also stopped another staff member from assisting us.
When I asked for his name so I could report the issue, no one was willing to provide it. I asked several staff members, but everyone seemed afraid to share his name. I then asked to speak with the manager since I had spent around $90 on my meal and was treated very poorly in front of my guests, but no one gave me the manager’s name either. I was honestly shocked by this kind of service.
This experience shows a serious lack of basic customer service and accountability. I hope management takes this issue seriously and ensures proper training for all staff to treat customers with respect.
