The Peruvian Spot

We ordered Peruvian Food on Doordash from a place called The Peruvian Spot. We ordered the Tallarin a la Huancaina with Lomo Saltado which is Huancaina sauce with noodles and then with Lomo Saltado which is a beef dish. For the main entree we also ordered Aji de Gallina which is a shredded chicken with a creamy aji amarillo sauce served with rice and potatoes. For dessert we order 1 Alfajores. Overall really good Peruvian cuisine and I would recommend this restaurant!

Disappointing Experience — Not True Peruvian Cuisine As someone who’s worked alongside talented Peruvian chefs in Miami and has a deep appreciation for authentic Peruvian flavors, I was genuinely excited to try this place. Unfortunately, it was a major letdown. The food lacked any resemblance to the vibrant, bold flavors I know and love. We ordered medium-spicy ceviche, Papa a la Huancaína, and shrimp causa — all of which tasted bland, stale, and far from fresh. Even the fries we got for our daughter were undercooked. The setup felt more like a fast-food joint than a restaurant celebrating Peruvian culture: paper plates, bowls, and self-service at the register. It reminded me of McDonald’s, but without the consistency. We ended up tossing everything and driving to Del Mar, which was a breath of fresh air — flavorful, beautifully presented, and worth every penny. This was a complete waste of time and money. If you’ve ever had real Peruvian food, you’ll understand why this place misses the mark entirely.

Wow! Amazing restaurant with delicious food, spacious layout, excellent customer service, and reasonable price! What more can you ask for? If you haven't tried this place yet, you are missing out on what a high rated restaurant truly is all about. Their ceviche is the best ! Love both the carretillero and the limeño. The empanadas and chocolate cake are a must. The causa was delicious, it had a little more mayo than I'm used to though. Their lomo saltado is made with the highest quality beef and definitely their homemade ice cream is fire. Loved the lúcuma ice cream! Ask for a sample. the restaurant is very welcoming and great location and the ingredients all fresh. Thanks !

The Peruvian Spot – 7510 Mesa College Dr., San Diego, CA 92111 I had the opportunity to visit The Peruvian Spot with a friend, and I’m so glad I did! From what I’ve heard, they opened at the beginning of 2025, and they’re already doing a fantastic job. The inside décor is bright and inviting, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. It’s conveniently located right across the street from Kearny High School and a 7-Eleven. If you’re looking for something tasty and filling, I definitely recommend trying this place. I was undecided between ordering the Lomo Saltado and the Tallarin Saltado—I went with the Lomo this time, and it was delicious! Now I’ve got the perfect excuse to come back for the Tallarin next time. And to drink I had Maracuya (Passion Fruit)- also had to try the Inca Cola- While we all know Mexican food is always a great choice, it’s worth giving Peruvian food a try—you won’t regret it. The restaurant is clean, uncluttered, and a comfortable spot to enjoy a meal. And don’t forget—before you leave, snap a picture with Sami the llama!

I had an amazing experience dining at the Peruvian Spot ! I ordered the Inka Asada and it was SUPER delicious! The meat was incredibly juicy, and their creams are top. (Love them). The Chaufa rice was flavorful, the Pan con Chicharrón was very tasty, and the service from the staff was super exceptional. The place was spotless, and the restroom was immaculate ( it even had mouthwash with one time use). They also have a play area for kids, which my daughters loved. The wait time was minimal, and everything was fresh and delicious. Highly recommended!"

Excellent peruvian food, spacious and relaxed environment to unwind and enjoy good peruvian food with family or friends. Friendly service and delicious dishes. Don't forget to get dessert, the owner is a pastry chef and it shows. I will definitely come back.

We came here for breakfast. I ordered the Lomo Saltado, Maracuya - Passion Fruit drink and we shared an Alfajor and Picarones. The highlight for me at this place was the Alfajor and the Picarones. The Picarones were the best I've ever had! We ordered at the counter and all of our food came out quickly. They were nice enough to fry up the Picarones once we were nearing the end of our meal and it was delicious and fresh! We ordered the Alfajor to go and devoured it later in the day. This location had easy parking, was clean and had cute Peruvian decoration inside.

What we ordered: * Pan con chicharron - recently won the world cup of breakfasts. Give it a try, but it may be worth splitting as it is heavy. 8/10 * Lomo saldado - classic peruvian dish. Good flavor and quality of meat. 8/10 * Picarones - I am not usually crazy about these, but we received ours freshly fried and had AMAZING flavor. The best I've ever had. 10/10 Service * You order at the counter and then they call your name to pick up your food * Informal, but the cashier was very friendly Ambience * Some nice peruvian decor, paintings, and of course, Sami the llama. * It feels like a local family spot. Classic home style feel with oeruvian music playing.

I love the food, service and ambiance! We felt relaxed and so welcomed to celebrate my birthday here. The beef in lomo Saltado was so so tender and the taste is fresh and good quality. This place feels like being immersed to feel that culture without having to fly to Peru. We truly enjoyed the sample of alfajores ice cream, and the picarones doughnut! It's a Healthy doughtnut and can be addictive because of the crunch, but it is not too sweet, which is actually good. We also got the Tamal -chicken and Wow it is totally different in a good way because I had never had it with this kind of texture and the garnish from what I am used to- it is not dry and the chicken is good chunk piece and it is tender juicy as well. The Alfajores is yummy! Will definitely come back for more to try the other dishes in the menu! We forgot to try the empanada but we will be back! The Peruvian spot is amazing! Please continue the quality and the care and love for the food being served. Thank you for celebrating my birthday !

I was excited to try this place for a while since there are not many Peruvian places in San Diego. I am daughter of a Peruvian and have eaten the best Peruvian food in Peru and Miami. Finally made it here. Service left a lot to desire. It seemed that they didn't want to take your order. Usually Peruvians are super friendly, but this place lacked so much of it. We were four of us, all peruvians. We ordered two types of ceviche, a Sandwich, Chicken Cause, Fried Yuca and Dessert Picarones. The ceviches were super salty unfortunately. The sandwich ok. The Chicken Causa, the chicken was not shredded but by chunks, so it was so difficult to chew and swallow. Definitely not an enjoyable thing to eat. Picarones should be this fluffly doughnut made with sweet potato. These picarones were so thick in dough that it lost its fluffliness. Definitely may be good for people that have never eaten Peruvian food with no reference but for culinary experts and Peruvians this place is not an option.

Quant little shop, wasn't busy on Wednesday evening. I had been trying to go for a while but the hours were kind of restrictive. They had a decent sized menu, almost too large when combined with the summer specials. The ceviche was fine. The lomito sandwich had a good flavor but the meat was slightly overcooked and the bread more or less fell apart halfway through. The staff were very nice though - they brought us an extra drink, we're willing to walk through the menu with us and answer questions. The dining area was very cute - the giant llama was an amusing centerpiece. Everything was modern and clean, and there is plenty of parking. Probably wouldn't make the drive just for this again but I think low 4 star would be appropriate. There was enough to try that if I was in the area it might be worth it.

I've been searching for a good Peruvian spot in San Diego, and I think I found my spot...The Peruvian Spot! Went in for some ceviche, left with a smile and wanting some more of that leche de Tigre. Silvana and the crew are awesome as well. Will definitely be coming back for more soon!

Suddenly was surprised to see Milk Tea Lab gone and replaced with a Peruvian restaurant. Never had salchipapas and had no idea it was fries with sausage. Was pleasantly surprised by how simple and tasty it was. Love the egg and extra protein from shredded chicken. Definitely something you can share. I've had a loma saltado, but never as a sandwich. Definitely get your money's worth for the amount of food you get. Love how you can buy sauces and other items as well. Definitely a great addition to the plaza. Love the interior and what they've done to decorate the space. Still feels like I'm in Milk Tea Lab, but with more decoration and better use of space. They also drew a llama on my bag, loved it.

Sorry to write this. But the food is no good in my opinion. I love Peruvian food and this was authentic for sure but it's just not good. The ceviche tasted old with stale corn, the fish was not fresh at all, the sweet potato was good, just the fish was no good. The noodles in the huacaina lomo was no good, it was like ramen noodles. Lacked flavor. I do want to say say the inside was super clean, and the girls there were very kind and friendly. Love the vibe inside. Very very clean!!!

Excellent food! Ordered the Arroz Tapaldo and it was fantastic. Great portion size, excellent flavors, etc. Really friendly staff too! Looking forward to going back in the future and trying out more of the menu.

The Peruvian Spot has moved into a corner suite that used to house a bubble tea shop next door to a Salvadorean cuisine restaurant. The grand opening was earlier this week, and the current operating hours only cover breakfast and lunch. The inside had a lot of unused space as five tables and some chairs covered less than half of the floor. Two menu screens hung behind the service counter offering beverages and baked goods on the left with entrees, sides, and sandwiches on the right. I arrived at the beginning of a weekday lunch hour with one other customer present. My choices were a Chicken Empanada and the Lomo Saltado. The beef variety of the pastry was unavailable as well as white rice for the entree. I found the latter to be surprising because rice is a staple of Lomo Saltado and not to have some already cooked was disappointing. I ended up selecting a combination of sweet potatoes and french fries as the carb component. While waiting for my food, the cashier handed me a complimentary cup of a hot beverage which was Quinoa Fruit. It was mild in flavor but soothing to my hoarse throat. The empanada was provided in a plastic basket with a lime wedge. No sauce was included which I think needs to be reconsidered as most places offer chimichurri on the side. The pastry was heated up in an oven, however some of the filling inside was lukewarm. The Lomo Saltado was served in a takeout container. When I got home to eat it, I noticed the pieces of beef wasn't as tender as I had hoped. More sauce was needed too as that acidic component is essential in this classic Peruvian dish. Overall, there are kinks to be worked out at The Peruvian Spot. The chef is talented, but preparation of the kitchen is key such as having all ingredients on hand and ready to go.

This is a great addition to San Diego, this new Peruvian restaurant in Mesa College Drive, not so many Peruvians around here, and i'm glad this opened up, even better it is a close drive from home. This restaurant is family-owned by TV award-winning Chef Silvana Carranza, aka Silvana Pastry Chef. And they just opened to the public yesterday January 10 , 2025 Lomo Saltado is always our first pick when visiting any Peruvian restaurant and then the Tallarin Saltado, so my wife and I got those. Love the sauce on our Beef Saltado, meats are tender and nicely seasoned. Our Tallarin Saltado had nice aldente noodles, and very tasty sauce on them. We came back the same day to order to-go and got Pan Con Lomo Saltado. This sandwich is actually pretty good. Very Friendly staff and the owner is present when we visit,she's very entertaining. Parking is not that big of a space. But this is a very good spot because it's next to Kearny Mesa High School .

Simple yumminess! I wish I lived closer, though that might be trouble for my diet lol! I love coming here because I can see how dedicated Silvana is to her restaurant. You don't often see owners working behind the scenes ; they usually hire someone to do the job but here, it's clear she's hands on and hardworking, which earns my respect. I wish I had this Peruvian magic to cook like them! For now, I'm just blessed to have this gem nearby. Cheers to many years of a healthy, thriving small business!

Right when I walked in here, I could smell the flavors of Peru. It was me and my buddies and my buddy recommended this spot to me. I got the lomo saltado. Stir fried steak with red onion, tomatoes, homemade fries and rice so bomb ! My buddy got the Peruvian pesto with lomo saltado on top he loved it ! The stir fried steak here is so amazing ! My other buddy got the inka asada fries which is like carne asada fries but with the stir fried steak and hot dog ! My friend got double steak instead of hot dog. We shared the dessert the Peruvian donuts are a must ! I wanted to order more ! Also the alfajores were so amazing as well ! Lots of seating inside the staff was super nice and the restaurant was clean which is always a plus !! I'll be back soon

Overall, it was just okay. Pros: The atmosphere is definitely a highlight--new, clean, and nicely decorated. They also have a cute little kids' play area with a play kitchen, pretend food, and other toys, which is great if you're dining with little ones. Cons: The food felt overpriced for what we got. Each entrée was $18, and we tried the lomo saltado (chicken version) and the lomo tallarín. Unfortunately, neither dish stood out--just average in flavor, and the meat was a bit tough. Edible, but nothing I'd go out of my way for again. Also, this is more of a counter-service setup than a full-service restaurant. You order at the counter, pick up your food, and bus your own table at the end--not the experience you'd expect for that price point.

The ambience was phenomenal. Great soft music. The service was impeccable. Very nice, customer service oriented asking and offering the various dishes and drinks. I had the Lomo Saltado. Had to say, this tasted home made. It delicious juicy and tasty. I would definitely make a special trip to this place next time we visit San Diego.

If you've lived in Peru, you know how hard it is to find flavors that truly feel authentic abroad. The Peruvian Spot comes very close -- even without all the same local ingredients, the flavors are spot on. The chef's background working at such a prestigious restaurant like Tanta in Lima is a huge value and really shows in every dish. The food is excellent, the alfajores are dangerously addictive, and the service is super friendly. Definitely a gem!

This is based off of tonight's delivery order. My current summary: it could be a whole lot better. I ordered the Tallarin Saltado, purple corn juice (Chicha Morada) and a mini alfajore. Another person with me ordered the same drink, but also apparently *four* mini alfajores and a Salchipapa TPS/Super Loaded Fries. The Tallarin Saltado wasn't what I expected. I thought, "wasn't that supposed to come with rice?", only to realise that was another dish I got confused with. However, despite what was pictured, mine didn't come with cilantro, which was baffling, because I firmly believe that would have broken up the umami flavour I expereinced, throughout. On top of this, if the sauce was supposed to be creamy and "slightly spicy", and apparently it was made with cheese, I was only able to taste umami and a bit of sweet, or something very similar to what I would expect from Chinese takeout in terms of noodle dishes. Nothing about this dish stood out all that much to me, and made me wonder why I ordered it to begin with, neither was I sure about what I was supposed to really expect. On the other hand, the drink I ordered was a pretty unique taste, at first tasting semi-sweet, but somehow managed to end up being on the sweeter end. Maybe I should have stirred it to make the experience more consistent throughout. Though, it wasn't too rich, either, which is great. But, if it was just a touch colder--perhaps if I stuck it in the fridge for a while--it would come across as more refreshing, and I feel like that was supposed to be the intended purpose. Trying out the mini dessert, which apparently we got two of which out of what the other person ordering this said was supposed to have *four* of them in it (I'm sorry if I made that sound totally confusing), it wasn't bad at all, but came in pretty warm with the rest of them. I don't know if it was *supposed* to be a bit warm. I haven't heard comments about the other person's experience with what they ordered besides missing a few mini alfajores and (especially) ketchup that was ordered separately. But what I DID see in that dish appeared to be (outside of ketchup) coming with everything as described. However, we did conclude that these alfajores, being rather inexpensive from what we saw, we had little capacity nor reason to really complain all that much. Again, overall, I think it could have been a lot better than this. I felt like I was a bit robbed from my experience with the dish I ordered, even though I haven't put my fingers and my palate around Peruvian dishes, before. In the end, I'd much rather not try this dish again, and probably pick up something else from their menu.

I was born and raised in Peru so I'm very picky when it comes to our food. When I heard this location had "Pan con chicharrón" (a very popular dish amongst Peruvians for breakfast) , I HAD to try it. In one word : MIND BLOWING! It was delicious , the flavors were spot on and to my surprised they had Pan Francés , the signature bread used to build this sandwich. The owners are very friendly, welcoming and of course 100% Peruvian. The location was very easy to get to and the restaurant was very clean, organized and spacious. Friendly for all ages. There's a variety of drinks, desserts and food on the menu. I will definitely come back with my family to get this taste of home. Thank you!!

The Peruvian Spot is wonderful. I took my (Peruvian) family there today for lunch, and we had really great house brewed cafecitos, Chicha Moradas, Lomo Saltado, Empanadas, and Pan con Chicharrón. The sauces that the owner gave us were amazing (Rocoto, Ají Charapita, and Ají Amarillo). So good! The food was very tasty, and we LOVED the Chicha Morada! The highlight was the service too. Couldn't think of nicer people to support with our business. Silvana and her husband Willy went out of their way: so friendly and welcoming!

I can't wait to go back !! Ambiance, food and customer service are unmatched. If you're craving Peruvian, don't go anywhere else, THIS IS IT! P.s. Don't leave without having a slice of their chocolate cake!

Each of our party of four had a different dish. Each dish was full of flavor and very fresh. Everyone in our party said they would go back. Service was great and place was clean. Do yourself a favor and go

I've always purchased Silvana's Alfajores online for 4 years now and they are literally the best ones I've ever had! So when I found out she was opening a restaurant we got excited! It's sooooo goood!!! They offer many peruvian drinks/ plates that a lot of other Peruvian restaurants don't offer. The taste is very homemade. And it's family owned, super sweet people ! Definitely coming back all the time!

In my experience, frequently having to travel for work could get pretty uneventful or not exciting, having to deal with the packing, flying, and the hotel life. Besides missing my beautiful family and my Rottweiler Max, I always long for good food. Peruvian food to be exact. Being Peruvian myself and hambly considering myself a good cook, I know that I'm going to criticize (in a positive way, mostly) the places I choose to go and grub a bite. Although, this is not my first time here, I looked forward to returning to the Peruvian Spot in San Diego. To my pleasant surprise, this Peruvian restaurant keeps getting better and better. This time, this hot trending spot delivered an outstanding summer menu full of fresh and delicious items that included a couple of varieties of Ceviche, salads, and more. I believe the TPS team led by Chef and owner Silvana Carranza plans to keep providing a variety of menus according to the time and season of the year. And all of this always keeping their classic signature dishes such Lomo Saltado, Tallarin verde, and others. And not to mention her delightful desserts like Alfajores, rosquitas, chocolate cake, picarones, and Homemade Ice creams. The food was so good that during the visit, I actually stopped by there twice, the first time by myself and the second I brought some of my coworkers to share the experience with me. I took some pictures of the dishes, but in person, their dishes are simply impressive! Specially the Pan con Chicharrón! This is a must! Anyway, I hope that you try this place out and not miss out on this recently opened Peruvian restaurant gem!

Never had Peruvian food but it was delicious. I got the fish sandwich the fish was crispy buttery and the bread nice and soft. The ceviche very flavorful and refreshing. And the blue corn drink and a passion fruit drink to wash it all down!

The empanadas were phenomenal - I will definitely be back. I also got one of their powdered sugar / caramel filled cookies & the flavor was great.

Wow! First off, the food here is AMAZING. My boyfriend and I had the arroz tapado (so flavorful and enough for two full meals), the alfajores (best I've had), and the alfajor ice cream they had that day (a kind of decadent I've never before experienced). We had already ordered from the Hawaiian place next door, and we hadn't seen this place yet, so we just wanted to pop our heads in. We were greeted by such a nice woman who asked if we needed help with the menu, offered us a taste of the alfajor ice cream, offered us each an alfajor on the house. Those both were so yummy that we ended up getting both. The menu just looked so wonderful, so we decided to just get one thing (remember, we had already ordered lunch elsewhere). We decided to split the arroz tapado, and we were told by now a different employee that they were out of that dish. We asked what she recommends instead, and she said that she actually had one more arroz tapado stored away for her lunch break, but that we could have it, so we could try it. We refused, but she insisted, which was just such generosity we couldn't believe it. The arroz tapado was AWESOME. So flavorful and an insane bang for your buck. It filled both my and my boyfriend's stomachs to the point where we actually didn't end up eating the Hawaiian food and had to save it for later! Fully recommend this place for the extraordinary service and the amazing food.

This is such an amazing addition to the San Diego peruvian food scene. A must for sure! The pan con chicharrón and all the pastries were outstanding! I can't wait to go back and try new items on the menu. An instant favorite! Excellent and fast service and great quality food! Love the peruvian decor and music as well!

I finally got to try this new Peruvian restaurant and it did not disappoint!! We got there 25 minutes before closing since our flight arrived late, so was not able to order a lot. But what we did order was delicious!! We all got the Lomo saltado and their meat emapanadas- and in our way out we took a box of Alfajores to go and ate them in the car, and they were sooo good. Definitely coming back and trying their other dishes!

I've gone there a few times and it's such a great local spot for authentic Peruvian food. The staff is always kind and the selection of food is great! They even had a small play area for my one year old!

The tallarin a la huancaina con lomo saltado is amazing. Such great flavor. The owner said they don't use any MSG which also a bonus! This is my second time here in 3 days. Highly recommend

I drove 3hrs to be able to get to Silvana's new restaurant and try her delicious food and The Peruvian Spot did not disappoint at all and made the drive worth it.

Outstanding! I popped in for a quick bite and it was fantastic. The chicharrón sandwich was delicious and quite filling. The service was exceptional. I can't wait to go back!

Update: thank u for letting me know about the situation todays that's good to know so for sure I can give this place another shot. Unfortunately on google maps it does not have your hours if u get a chance u should update. I went their today at 12:17pm when I was driving into the parking lot I saw a guy closing the door and going next door to the restaurant. I walk towards to the door and both door where closed and nobody running the place, kinda stupid to only have one person run the restaurant and if they person decided to go to lunch he locks up very sad was unable to try this place out

I've been to many Peruvian restaurants around the area, even traveled to Anaheim, LA, etc and with no doubt this is my favorite. The pan con chicharrón is amazing!! I had to come back the day after to get it again! It was so juicy and the bread 100 points!! Also, the Lomo Saltado and the Tallarín Saltado, the flavor they put in these two dishes are on point, how they cooked all the ingredients in the wok. They came with a new idea of a pan con Saltado and my husband loved it! We also tried the aji de gallina and was delicious. Of course, I had to save some space for some Alfajores and the chocolate cake, I could see why they say the Silvana's desserts are the best in San Diego. Definitely, I'll stop by at this place to try more things from their menu. Saw some of the other dishes and they looked exquisite.

I visited this place last Saturday, looking forward to celebrating Lima's anniversary. We were welcomed warmly, just like back home. Macarena did a great job explaining and clarifying the menu for us. I have a sweet tooth, so of course I had to have an alfajor and a delicious piece of chocolate cake. while I was waiting for my order, or the trip there would've not been worth it right? That's what I thought. Well, let me share with you guys I am so happy and satisfied with the quality of Silvana's new menu. Tamales and Picarones are super recommended here. I can't wait to keep trying the rest of the list.

The lomo saltado was really good! The papa a la huancaina was good too but wished their aji sauce had a little more kick to it. They mentioned that they've recently opened, so their menu is limited BUT they will be putting ceviche on the menu. Can't wait!!

the food was very good and it was a good sized proportion for the price must try. The service was also very good and the decorations are very cool and creative

The chicharrón sandwich and the lomo sandwich were both amazing, best Peruvian breakfast I had in a long time. Staff was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean (including the bathroom was extremely clean which is a huge plus). Definitely will be back to taste some of their main dishes, we only came for breakfast this time.

The Peruvian Spot is pure Peruvian happiness! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home--we were greeted by the owners Silvana, Willy & their baby Matthew aka Alfajorcito. They are some of the coolest, friendliest people you'll meet. The whole vibe of the restaurant is warm, inclusive, and even dog-friendly (huge bonus for our little Wookie!). It might seem like too much but we went all in and tried the pan con chicharrón, pan con lomo, lomo saltado, salchipapa, picarones, milhojas, torta de chocolate, plus emoliente and quinoa carretillera to wash it all down. The pan con chicharrón was perfection. The lomo saltado was full of flavor and cooked just right. And the picarones...Hands down, the best we've ever had! Everything was delicious! & the quality, love, & authenticity that chef Silvana brings definitely makes this our go to spot in San Diego.

We live in Temecula and were going to Fashion Valley to shop, so we decided to have lunch first in this new Peruvian restaurant that we googled. My nephew ordered Tallarines Verdes with lomo, which my nephew enjoyed a lot. He stated it was better than the one I cook at home. I ordered a Tallarin saltado a la criolla and loved it. The spaghetti they used was cooked "al dente", which is the right way of cooking pasta. My husband ordered Salchipapas with all the cremes, which was served over parchment paper on a basket, which was a nice presentation (just like fish and chips in London). IT WAS DELICIOUS !! Just like in Peru. What a nice finding. Of course, we brought home some Alfajores and Milhojas, very popular pastries in Peru, not easy to find in California. OF COURSE WE WILL COME BACK SOON !!

AMAZING, the food is crazy good!!!!, customer service is WOW, the chef so nice and explained everything about the food and preparation.. the sandwich de chicharrón is outstanding., the alfajores delicious.. perfect spot. Thank you guys for the PERUVIAN hospitality

Comida peruana como en Perú. I tried the Lomo Saltado and it was juicy, tasty and cooked to order. The chocolate cake was divine. Friendly service, family friendly, can't wait to try all they have to offer!

best peruvian food in years lots of peruvian restaurants open and close because nobody knows what peruvian food is and i beg people to please come here because its the best most authentic peruvian food ive tasted in years. they get everything right. sometimes lomo saltado at other places is bland. its soooo absolutely delicious here and the picarones too. theyre exactly like how its made in peru. im obsessed. AND the price is amazing!!! i recommend the lomo sandwich and the picarones and the chicha morada drink

It was my first time here and I got a beef empanadas. It was good! Slightly sweet which was a pleasant surprise.
