UPDATE: I have not heard from them except their reply to my original review, seen below. They did in fact issue me a full refund, which I was not expecting, but I appreciate. They also reached out to the recipient of the flowers and apologized, which I also appreciate.
I am thankful they heard my complaint and did their best to make things right.
I will change the original one star review based on their apology and reply.

My original review:
I called to have a bouquet of sunflowers and fall flowers delivered. I was absolutely not impressed with the final product. They looked like nothing on their website, and even though I didn't spend a fortune, I expected better, maybe a smaller version of something pictured. I called to let them know I was disappointed. I was not rude or hateful, but I wanted to let them know of my disappointment. She hung up on me. They will not get my business again.
