Beautiful, just exactly what we had in mind. I dont have pictures of Peace Lilies, they were huge and beatiful also, i gave them to 2 special family memebers. No words, so glad I went with you for Dads memorial service. Thank you again.

UPDATE: I have not heard from them except their reply to my original review, seen below. They did in fact issue me a full refund, which I was not expecting, but I appreciate. They also reached out to the recipient of the flowers and apologized, which I also appreciate. I am thankful they heard my complaint and did their best to make things right. I will change the original one star review based on their apology and reply. Thank you, Camille. My original review: I called to have a bouquet of sunflowers and fall flowers delivered. I was absolutely not impressed with the final product. They looked like nothing on their website, and even though I didn't spend a fortune, I expected better, maybe a smaller version of something pictured. I called to let them know I was disappointed. I was not rude or hateful, but I wanted to let them know of my disappointment. She hung up on me. They will not get my business again.

I cannot thank Camile Mace & The Petaler enough for EVERYTHING that she did for us to make our day so special. It was such a pleasure working with her and the flower arrangements she put together were absolutely stunning. She was so creative and made my vision come to life. Everyone at the wedding commented on the beauty of her work. I would highly recommend The Petaler, you will not find anyone better.

I'm a fellow flower shop owner and a third generation flower shop kid so I think I can speak to a quality florist. I was out of town with family and needed some loose stems for photos I was putting together for a client. I dropped in The Petaler to see if I could buy some loose blooms and foliage. I was greeted by Amelia who was finishing up some beautifully designed funeral pieces for a family's memorial for their mother. She was so incredibly gracious with her time allowing me to look in her cooler and grab what I needed. She extended me a vendor to vendor discount even though I did not ask or expect that. We had such a lovely visit. She showed me design ideas she was sketching out for the upcoming Valentine's holiday. We shared flower shop "war stories" and talked about how our industry has been affected by COVID. ANY time I need to send flowers for a Raleigh client to the Mars Hill area I will be calling The Petaler. I know Amelia and the shop's team will handle any order big or small with love, care and style. In addition to a great flower selection, the shop also features a wonderful variety of plants, home accessories and unique gifts. This should be your go-to flower shop for the Mars Hill and surrounding area.

Great experience! Last minute, I decided to send my mom flowers on her birthday. I called at 1pm thinking it would be too late for same day delivery, but nope! I explained my budget and let the shop choose the arrangement. The flowers arrived to my mom in just a couple hours! She was thrilled and the flowers were beautiful and fresh. Also received a lot for my $$. Thank you!

I have nothing but good things to say about The Petaler florist. I and my family have dealt with this florist twice (more specifically, with Amelia) both times we were pleased and thankful to have connected with them. Being from another state and having a immediate and a very personal floral need can be quite stressful. You aren't sure what kind of service or quality you will get. Both times we were dealing with the loss of close loved ones and Amelia was most helpful and patient in meeting our needs. I would definitely recommend using them for any of your floral needs. Actions speak louder than words and I am a return customer from out of state.

The Petaler is the place to go for beautiful flower arrangements and local goodies. The staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming. I first learned about them when I received a BEAUTIFUL Valentine’s Day arrangement delivered to my door. I’ve since enjoyed shopping in their quaint, fun and beautifully decorated shop.

I sent an arrangement for my friend's birthday today, was very pleased with the amount of flowers for my money plus delivery. It looks like the flowers are extremely fresh so my friend will get to enjoy them for a good amount of time to come. Plus my friend was so happy to be surprised with them. I can't thank you enough for helping me brighten my friend's special day with your service!
